today i went to the gym again! spent a little longer than i would’ve liked to, but what can you do. my coughing has gotten worse. i don’t think it’s asthma anymore, but i’m not sure what it could be. i got put on antibiotics after the steroids didn’t work. tomorrow is my last one. if i don’t get better, i’ll get a chest x-ray. hopefully it’s nothing bad! i don’t even get winded or out of breath while i work out! very strange. that’s it for now.

Asthma is so much fun. I love playing this game where I have to guess if I have a cold or it's just my allergies.

Oh! I have an idea but I have no clue where to go with it. Asthma that makes characters have barking coughs when the air is too cold? Something like that? Because it happens to me and I hate it. The feeling of never getting relief, lightheadedness from the strange breathing patterns, etc.

OH and accidentally messing up when you take your inhaler so you can't even use that anymore (:

I dunno. I feel like someone could go somewhere with that but I'm not sure.

I just don't see much asthma rep because it isn't really seen as a disability (I mean, unless it actually doesn't count, in which case I apologise) and is also typically associated with little kids.

Sent it here because I LOVE your blog and this is also a SFW place and I feel very uncomfortable about the idea of my experience being sexualised, even though I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be but I'm being safe, so thanks for making a safe place for my ideas :)

raahh yes!! i know exactly what you're talking about, my asthma was a lot worse when i was younger and this would happen all the time in the cold (but now i have a different cough-related illness so i'm still allowed in the club‼️). ouhh imagine pairing this with an injury like a bruised or broken rib.. coughing just hurts so much.

and yes, panic attacks with asthma are brutal. your body wants to hyperventilate but you just. cant. so it's like it closes in and you can't breathe at all.

Okay I think I have reached the max amount of curly my hair can be, I love it! Also I should have asked my mom about hair care products sooner the one she gave me to try is so good it’s like magic

Would it be better as someone with EDS, hashimotos, chronic fatigue and pain, asthma, and possibly POTS and/or a heart problem to get a wheelchair or a rollator?

I’m having trouble deciding on what would be best for me.

What, if youre comfortable sharing, have you guys decided on and what factors contributed to your decision?

Edit: I understand for some this is much less a choice and rather a necessity. I am fortunate to be ambulatory, but have trouble with my cane and have been considering a wheelchair vs a rollator.
