SSR Silver Vanrouge - Club Wear Voice Lines

Club Silver does not have a vignette.

There is no hurdle or water jump too high for us to clear. ...Now, time to go.

Home Transition 1: Each horse has its own personality and habits. I appreciate having the opportunity to interact with many different horses.

Home Transition 3: When Malleus-sama came to watch us in a competition, Sebek seemed to be stiffer than he usually is. He would have had no issues if he had just acted as he normally did.

Home Transition - Login: It is crucial to trust in the horse and continuously train with each other. This leads to an improvement in ability with great results.

Home Transition - Groovy:  Zzzz... Ah... My apologies. It is unbecoming that I even doze off during club practice. If I'm being completely honest, there have also been times that I've been startled awake by a horse's whinny.

Home Tap 1: Whenever an equestrian show draws near, we practice while wearing our dressage outfits. It is to prepare us mentally for the actual competition, from what I understand.

Home Tap 2: Riddle makes very few, if any, mistakes during competition. He stresses the importance of the most basic principles, so every single one of his movements is very deliberate.

Home Tap 3: In Briar Valley, there are many rocky landscapes and cliffs, as well as steep terrain. It does seem to be a perfect place for my specialty of show jumping to thrive.

Home Tap 4: As practice, I sometimes gallop through forests. Perhaps it is because it reminds me of my childhood home, but I tend to get a wave of nostalgia whenever I do so.

Home Tap 5: In order to not have my vision obstructed, I make sure to keep my bangs parted whenever I compete. It looks stylish? That was not something I had considered.

Home Tap - Groovy: Both the view of the scenery from atop a horse and the sensation of the wind rushing past is very delightful. I would love for you to be able to experience some day.

Yuuup, that’s pretty much the same thing as what we see in the PV… 😅 Same shapes, same pattern order, everything.

Upon further research, it seems this isn’t even the first instance of this stock asset being used by Disney. It was also used for a limited edition Sally-inspired perfume called Rag Doll. I believe it was sold at Hot Topic back in 2013:

It’s a little saddening seeing TWST use stock images instead of like… you know, new assets 💦 This is following a somewhat disappointing trend of TWST animated PVs going down in quality and budget, especially over the years. For example, for the anniversaries:

2021 - 2 minutes long; all students included in highly individualized limited event outfits and movement is dynamic.

2022 - 1 minute long; all students and even staff are included but in standard uniforms, noticeable drop in art and animation quality (for example, look at Kalim and Silver in the flight scene). Animation itself is framed like Yuu is taking pictures of everyone—but really, it’s a convenient excuse to hold on static shots of the photos instead of actually animating them.

2023 - 1 minute and ~40 seconds; only the third years in their school uniforms and Grim in ceremonial robes are featured. Animation appears slow and somewhat clunky. And dear god, that weird panning shot of Malleus and Lilia; that Lilia is practically traced from his live 2D model.

2024 - 1 minute and ~10 seconds; basically a glorified slideshow with fancy effects. Only the dorm leaders in their school uniforms are shown.

Then, looking at the Halloweens:

Terror is Trending - 30 seconds; All students included and dorm costumes showcased. Unique shots and framing. Even Ramshackle Ghosts (who are important in the event story) are shown.

Endless Halloween Night - 4 different versions of the same commercial (including different characters doing the voiceover work), each ~30 seconds each; all students featured. Nice lighting, fierce expressions, varied framing.

Glorious Masquerade - 1 minute and 30 seconds. Several static panning shots, but at least the colors are striking when most other things are monochrome or muted. ~20 seconds at the end dedicated to hyping up Rollo.

Stage in Playful Land - ~35 seconds. Only the 3 SSR boys are featured, with most of the animation being in their head tilts. Less than 10 seconds is dedicated to hyping up Fellow and Gidel.

This year’s event… 20 seconds using a stock image and panning up from it to the TWST logo, no new assets.

I DON’T KNOW, maybe I’m overthinking it 😭 I’m definitely not the first person to notice this though… It’s been a point of discussion in my fandom social circles.

But hey, let’s keep our heads high! It’s very possible that we’ll get a more formal animated PV in the weeks leading up to Halloween. In fact, I’m certain of it since this current PV doesn’t show new costumes or the new twisted character, as is tradition. What we see now might just be a bonus material they’re releasing to really get us excited. Plus, we’ll probably also have an ABEMA stream with more Halloween-related news ^^ Let’s look forward to that!

something that surprised me was that they aren't fighting starting from Pomefiore to end with Heartslabyul like I'd expected! (basically 5-> 4-> 3-> 2->1 -> Ignihyde/Diasomnia) It was a nice surprise. (so far it's 5 -> 1 -> 3 -> 4)

At this moment in time I haven't finished reading all of the update, I'm in the Scarabia battle map and I'm guessing Savanaclaw will be the next challengers and THEN we get Ignihyde + Diasomnia. Still unsure if this is the final part of Book 7 because no Lilia so far, but the VAs for Malleus and Lilia said they finally got to work together. Also there's no Silver SSR 🤔

Happy 104th birthday to my dearest Peggy Carter! ❤️

For her birthday I have curated what I think her SHIELD file actually looks like, her timeline during the war, and some other things.

It all started because I watched a deleted scene from The Avengers where Steve is looking at some files, and we can see Peggy’s file, which is completely wrong and full of inconsistencies. Thank God it stayed in the deleted scene.

Before starting, this is information I gathered on my own, they are my headcanons, if you don’t agree that’s perfectly fine, just be respectful. If you want to share your opinion feel free to do so! Now, let’s get started.

Margaret Elizabeth Carter was born on April 9, 1921 in Hampstead, England. Daughter of Harrison and Amanda Carter, she also had an older brother, Michael, who was four years older than her. She attended Parliament Hill School from 1928 to 1936, obtaining her school certificate at the age of 15. Despite her wanting to attend college, she was not allowed due to her parents' belief that it was not lady-like. However, in 1937 she managed to join the Princess Mary's Royal Air Force Nursing Service (PMRAFNS) by lying about her age, saying she had been born in 1919, making her 18.

She worked and trained there as a Staff Nurse (it looks like all nursing staff had officer ranks but this one was the lowest, and it didn't have an equivalent in the RAF). In June of 1939 the Women's Auxiliary Air Force (WAAF) was created, she took the opportunity and transferred there. Her superiors realized she was rather good at math and languages so when operations started in Bletchley Park in 1940 she was sent there. While in the WAAF she was an Officer Cadet, as she was undergoing officer training, but this is not an actual rank. In Bletchley Park she worked as a code breaker and wireless operator.

Upon her brother's death in August of the same year, she joined the SOE which at the time was controlled by the Secret Intelligence Service aka Mi6, she trained there for the reminder of the year (4 months of training). She was parachuted into France in 1941 as a courier. She was a master at evasion and good at turning anything and everything into a weapon. After her mission was completed she was summoned to Cairo. There she stopped working for the SOE (but continued working in the MI6) and was transferred to the ATS obtaining a promotion to Second Subaltern. She was assigned to be the liaison between GHQ (General Headquarters in Cairo) and the newly formed Special Air Service (SAS). She provided them with intelligence and basic medical care, after a while she began going into missions with them.

She participated in the Battle of El Alamein where she was wounded by a gunshot to the shoulder. As women were not allowed to fight in active combat she was given orders to go home but Colonel Phillips recruited her to work for the SSR. In early 1943 she was sent on a mission to Germany to rescue Dr Erskine. In the US, the idea for Project Rebirth was born. Steve Rogers was recruited on May 5, 1943.

Because her rank is equivalent to that of a Second Lieutenant, she was in charge of a platoon (18-50 men), composed of three or more squads (6-12 men). Second Lieutenants are addressed as sir or ma'am, but because she worked with the SSR she was addressed as Agent. Steve received the serum on June 22, 1943, and was sent on tour to sell war bonds. She went back to Europe. They meet again in November 1943 when Steve rescues the 107th and forms the Howling Commandos. She worked all over Europe with and without the Howling Commandos, and also helped coordinate the operations of the SAS in Europe. In total she "... spent three years in the mud of the European theater. Eastern Front, Western Front, and everything in between." (Agent Carter s1e5).

At some point after the Commando Order was issued by Hitler in October of 1942, she was captured and almost executed by hanging, but she managed to escape.

At the end of the war in 1945 she was discharged from both the ATS and the MI6 but kept on the SSR, so she immigrated to the US. She was promoted from agent to Lieutenant after taking down Dr Johann Fennhoff. When the SSR began dissolving in 1949 she was recruited by Howard Stark and Colonel Phillips to direct SHIELD. Her role was Deputy Director until after 1955 because they do not address to her as the Director of SHIELD in AoS but they do say "she outranks us" (s7e3). She retired after 1989 but before 1995.

About her uniform; she wore a green uniform but it didn't match that of the ATS or FANY. It started as a regular ATS uniform, but being in the SAS gave her the opportunity to modify her uniform because it was a newly created detachment/regiment.

I think she never wore the WAAF uniform which was blue because she was barely there like 4 months, she spent more time in the nurse's uniform.

Now! Military honors and awards. It took her some time to get recognition for her accomplishments but in total she has six military awards: the 1939-1945 star, the Africa star, the France and Germany star, the war medal, the Croix de Guerre, and the Medal of freedom.

She was a Dame Grand Cross of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (GBE), and also had one of these cute parachutists badges, on the left is the one awarded to other SOE members, and on the right the one belonging to the SAS. I can’t decide which one though.

I feel like I'm missing something but that's all I have for the moment, I hope you guys enjoy!

good, this is good, but in order to make this post truly complete we need to start from the very beginning. and that is Ishmael (Rider) (4* generic summoning pool) and Ishmael Alter (Berserker) (5* Story Locked, for those of you unfamiliar with FGO this basically means "Limited with extra steps and less banners")

Zwei Ishmael (Saber) (4* Welfare)

so following up is Zwei Ishmael - Summer Defender (Alter Ego) (5* Limited SSR that's one of the big Summer Event units which means there's like two other highly valuable summoning campaigns happening at the same time). we learn she's an Alter Ego because three Divine Spirits have been merged with her to make her a High Servant for arbitrary event reasons and also those Divine Spirits decided she needs to be in a bikini

so then after that is Zwei Ishmael Alter (Pretender) (4* Limited SR) and this is Ishmael Alter/Captain Ishmael who is now a Pretender not because of any interesting reasons but rather that she is pretending to be the deckhand or something when she's really the captain or whatever. she is part of the same event as Crayon and the one right before. people correctly predicted the absolute living hell that would be the summer event in two years:

the barely clothed Crayon alt is Ishmael Lily (Caster) (5* Limited SSR) that is released like two full years after her introduction that is ALSO a mega whale Servant. she's actually part of the same event that Zwei Ishmael Alter is from but she isn't in the game until the next Summer Event banners and like usual for Summer every fucking targeted SSR is absurdly strong so you need to decide if she's one of the three units you're going to whale for or not. no matter how hard you try to avoid it you will never escape the discourse of "does liking Ishmael Lily make you a pedophile" unless you completely disconnect from the internet for the entire event for anything except playing FGO directly. she's also best friends with Abby for no real reason. oh yeah Abby also had a rate-up right before the Summer Event. both regular and Summer they are of course two separate banners with their own pity as is the norm.

Zwei Ishamel The Santa Fixer (Rider) (4* Welfare Servant) a big joke that persists the entire Christmas event is Ishmael being shocked she gets to be a Rider again and also she complains the entire fucking goddamn event about how she's supposed to be a sailor and the game has seemingly decided she is instead a swordswoman that is never allowed to be a Rider.

please let me know if any of you have any different takes on this i spent too much time on it as it is. i feel like the only thing i'm not really nailing here is Alter Ego. you know as well as i do though Crayon Ishmael's discourse would be fucking absolutely out of the world i'm very confidant in this one at least

Ok back again with some very basic advice for newer tokyo debunker players.

Yeah, sorry, this is only basic tips and reminders. I asked my guildmates what new people to the game should know, and a lot of this is what they came up with. On with the tips and advice pt2.

1) Don't forget to spend that dark matter in the premium shop. Those extra gapples, apples, and pet tickets are incredibly useful.

2) Don't forget to spend the feather in the Phoenix exchange. I would recommend spending green ones on everything but dust.

3) Save your materials for level 100 equipment. Don't spend those on equipment that is less than 100.

4) If you are having trouble getting your first ssr card, stick to the basic summon. There is a pity system (though it sucks), but it doesn't carry over to other banners. If your luck is super bad, at least with basic summons, you'll get one eventually.

5) Auto equip is not your friend. Try not to equip any accessories below A grade.

6) Don't be afraid to ask questions. The community is generally really helpful, but most of the time, you will have to ask. No one wants to feel like they're overstepping, so if you want help with something, you have to ask.

7) Save diamonds for wishing well, which is about every 2 weeks or middle of the month and end of the month. Try to have about 30,000 dias for the well. It's hard and something even I suck at, but omg, it is incredibly nice to have.

8) Don't pull on Mr. Mo unless the Mr. Mo bonus event is taking place. This event always corresponds with the first wishing well of the month.

9) Pay attention to the camp calendar. I personally only like to use bus tickets when the 2.5x player exp is happening. Admittedly, though, I'm not entirely sure what they meant when they told me to add this to the list.

10) Don't forget to optimize facilities, especially after you get an ssr card.

6. AU where Angie is killed by SSR bad guy of the week, and Peggy is NOT coping well (ft. Howard and Peggy friendship, and the very true fact that like everyone who knew Peggy suffered some horrible fate or just died rip)

7. Peggy having a nightmare that Dottie was secretly executed behind her back, and it feels real enough that she goes to check that Dottie’s still in her cell

8. Peggy and Jack having a little passive very aggressive argument after Peggy confesses that she’s worried the SSR’s interrogation is becoming too personal for Dottie

9. Peggy bringing Dottie velvet handcuffs Howard made/an exploration of how Dottie still sees them as a privilege and Peggy thinks they’re a punishment

10. Peggy visiting Dottie in her cell and lying about it to her coworkers so they think she has a boyfriend until it snowballs and makes Dottie upset; just not for the reason Peggy thinks

11. AU where Whitney Frost never shoots Ana, and Peggy decides to keep Dottie in the Stark mansion until she recovers.

12. Dottie having a little bit of an identity crisis when she gets too attached to being Dottie

Ibuki: Also, we want it to be more than just a simple play by sprinkling some dance in.

Kureha: We thought it’d be more interesting for the audience that way, rather than just acting.

Keiku: Plus I’m good at this.

Tsuzuru: I see…

Towa: But, even though we’ve come up with so many ideas, we haven’t figured out how to realize them yet…

Izumi: That’s something you’ll have to think about along with the director, so let’s just gather ideas for now.

Tsumugi: Exactly. You should start by showing that this really is what you guys want to do. Especially because this is your debut.

Tsuzuru: I guess it’d be similar to SSR Family in terms of atmosphere.
