The city’s rhythm feels like a heartbeat, pulsing with the lives and stories of the people who live here. And for you, it’s not the towering buildings or bustling streets that make New York feel like home. It’s the people you share it with, the friends who’ve become your family, each with their own history and quirks, all somehow meshing together into this messy, beautiful dynamic you’d never trade for anything.

It started with Bucky. You met him on the playground when you were kids, both too stubborn to share the swing set. That was years ago, but you’ve been inseparable ever since. He’s been your constant, the friend who showed up at your house with snacks when you had a bad day, and the one who stayed up with you during endless nights of stargazing and silly conversations about what the future would hold.

When junior high rolled around, Steve joined your little duo. Steve, with his easy smile and that unwavering loyalty that made it impossible not to trust him. He fit right in, like he’d been meant to be part of your lives all along. Steve became the one to balance you and Bucky out — he was the one who kept the peace during your bickering, who had a shoulder to offer when one of you needed it. Steve quickly turned the two of you into an unbreakable trio.

Then came high school, and with it, Natasha. She was a transfer student, quiet and intimidating at first, with a sharp wit that kept everyone at arm’s length. But somehow, the three of you managed to break through that exterior. By senior year, she was as much a part of the group as you, Bucky, and Steve. Natasha’s the friend who knows everyone’s secrets, who has a knack for noticing things no one else does. She’s tough and unyielding, yet she’s also the one who brings you soup when you’re sick, who stays up late to talk through your problems — even when you don’t want to admit you have them.

College came, and your little circle expanded further. That’s when you met Sam. Sam was the life of the party, someone who could make anyone laugh and always knew the right thing to say. He was the friend you went to when you needed cheering up or a reality check, someone who wasn’t afraid to call you out when you needed it. With Sam came Wanda Maximoff, quiet but kind, with a gentle presence that somehow grounded everyone. She slipped into the group as if she’d always belonged there, the one who remembers little details and checks in on everyone. Wanda’s the friend who sits with you in silence when you’re upset, offering comfort without needing words.

You love them all — each one has carved out their own space in your life and heart. But then there’s Bucky.

Bucky is different. He’s been there the longest, woven into your memories and heart in a way that’s impossible to untangle. Somewhere along the line, he went from your best friend to something more, though he never seemed to notice. Bucky is everything you love and everything that frustrates you; he’s the guy who makes everyone around him feel like they’re the only person in the room, but he’s also the one who never stays attached to anyone for long.

He’s the smooth-talking charmer who flirts with every girl in sight, the perpetual bachelor who’s never been one for serious relationships. And while that should make it easier for you to keep your feelings hidden, it doesn’t. Because every time you see him with someone else, there’s a part of you that aches, wondering if he’ll ever look at you that way.

And yet, despite all the years and all the chances you’ve had to move on, you stay. Because Bucky is more than just a friend; he’s your home. You’re his confidant, the one who knows his secrets and his struggles, the one who’s always been there. The smell of pizza fills your tiny New York apartment as Steve brings in the last box from the kitchen, setting it down on the coffee table with a grin. “Alright, who’s ready to lose at Mario Kart?”

“You mean, who’s ready to lose to me,” Natasha chimes, grabbing a slice and settling on the couch, challenging smirk in place. “You all know I’m the reigning champion.”

“Oh, that’s cute,” Sam teases, snatching the controller out of her hands with a wink. “I’m about to wipe the floor with all of you.”

You laugh, wedged into the corner of the couch beside Bucky, who’s flipping through channels like he’s in his own world. “You’ll be singing a different tune once I lap you three times,” he says, voice casual, eyes on the screen.

“Talk all you want, Barnes,” you reply, nudging his shoulder, “but you’re not gonna win tonight.”

His eyes meet yours, that lazy, amused smile you know so well. “Bring it on, doll.”

Natasha elbows you, muttering, “You two better save the banter for the race, or I’m taking both of you out first round.”

Your friends’ laughter fills the room, echoing off the narrow walls that have seen a hundred nights like this, crowded with the people you’ve come to think of as family. Wanda arrives a few minutes later, holding a tray of cupcakes she’s decorated herself. “Special edition, fall flavors,” she announces proudly, setting them down in the kitchen. “Pumpkin spice, because I know how basic you all are.”

Steve scoffs but grabs one immediately. “Did you just call me basic?”

“Take it as a compliment,” she teases, leaning into Sam, who gives her a quick side-hug. “Means you have taste.”

In the middle of this, Bucky slings his arm across the back of the couch, close enough that his hand almost brushes your shoulder. You can feel the warmth radiating off him, feel the way your pulse picks up—things he’d never notice.

“Why don’t we just skip the race and go straight to the part where we talk about how I’m a hero and you’re all my loyal sidekicks?” Bucky quips, popping open a beer and flashing a grin that could melt steel.

“Oh, please,” you scoff, trying to ignore the way your heart flutters. “In what world do you get to be the hero?”

“In my world,” he replies with a wink, leaning in closer. You catch Natasha’s look over the rim of her drink, one eyebrow raised as if to say, See what I mean?

The hours pass like they always do, a blur of laughter, arguments over who cheated and who didn’t, Wanda’s cupcakes disappearing one by one, and Steve trying to prove he can actually beat Nat, despite his track record saying otherwise. It’s only when the clock hits midnight that everyone starts to wind down.

As they get ready to leave, Natasha gives you a long look. “See you tomorrow?” she asks, her tone casual but her eyes full of something else.

You nod, managing a smile as she heads out with the others, leaving just you and Bucky to pick up the empty cans and plates. He nudges you as he gathers them up. “Another night, another victory,” he says.

“You were lucky, Barnes,” you say, rolling your eyes.

And maybe he’ll notice one day—how much it means to you that he’s here, that you’re the one left cleaning up with him every time the night winds down. But for now, he just laughs, flashing that grin of his that you can never get out of your head.

Bucky laughs, shaking his head. “If I didn’t know any better, I’d say you’re jealous of my skills.”

“Skills?” you snort, tossing a pillow his way. “All I saw tonight was a lot of luck.”

He catches the pillow mid-air, grinning. “Keep telling yourself that. Maybe one day you’ll believe it.”

There’s a lull as you both continue gathering up cups and plates, the quiet feeling comfortable, familiar. Every late night ends like this: just the two of you, unwinding after hours of laughter and chaos. You’re stacking plates by the sink when he leans back against the counter, crossing his arms with that easy, relaxed posture he gets when it’s just the two of you.

“So, what do you think of Kate?” he asks, out of nowhere.

You freeze, not quite sure how to answer. She’s… fine. In fact, she’s more than fine. She’s exactly the kind of person who should be with Bucky—smart, confident, and with a wit sharp enough to keep up with him.

“She seemed nice,” you manage, “I only met her the one time near the end of summer break” avoiding his gaze. “Why?”

He shrugs, scratching the back of his neck, a little sheepish. “I dunno. We’ve been talking a bit, and she’s… I don’t know, different.”

Different. The word sits heavy in your stomach, weighted with the implication. You force a smile, willing yourself not to overthink it. “Different’s good, right?”

“Yeah, it is.” He nods, looking thoughtful in a way that makes your heart sink, because this—this is new. You’ve watched him brush off a hundred girls, seen him roll his eyes at the idea of commitment more times than you can count. But he’s not brushing Kate off, and that terrifies you.

“Well,” you say, keeping your tone light, “if you’re planning to bring her around, at least let me so I can order extra pizza because 3 large pizza’s arent enought with Steve around”

Bucky chuckles, ruffling your hair in that infuriatingly casual way he’s always done. “You’re the best doll, you know that?”

The words are simple, playful, but they pierce all the same, a reminder of just how invisible you are to him in that way. “Yeah,” you say, a little quieter, “I know.”

Sometime down the line, Echo and Viram decide to adopt Deke and he is an absolute Mama's boy. Their other two boys are Tikan and Zisanu, and they are a handful and a half. Tikan's a little rascal who is always up to protect his little brother, should he get into any trouble (and he tends to). It's a little difficult to juggle a rebellion and three boys, but, of course, she and Echo wouldn't have it any other way!

What happens when you put a clone and a Mandalorian together as parents? You end up with a lot of kids! The first of their kiddos was Itri, a Foundling Khea took under her wing. Later on, they adopted Stak and then came their own kiddos. First were the twins, Maia and Marama, a dynamic duo with pranks up their sleeves and adventures to tackle. Then, of course, is the baby of the family, Elio. A more soft-spoken individual compared to his family who reminds Khea a lot of her late younger brother. While they can all be a lot, Khea is constantly grateful of how they've helped encourage her to continue to grow as a person.

There's no shortage of adventures in the Genoa household. Whether it's exploring planets, discovering and recovering ancient relics, or just watching old footage of Tech's riot racing before bed–there's always something fun to be done. Their oldest, Vela, has inherited her parents' skills and talents in piloting and has an interest in cartography. On the other hand, her younger brother, Rangi, inherited his mother's love of adventure and loves to record all the adventures they go on in his datapad–hoping to one day write a book of sorts.

Tay'kaa with his moms!

First up we have a younger kid Tay during his time in the gladiatorial arena with his mentor/surrogate mom, Ko D'Ruq. Aka the "Daemon Devaronian" and the reigning champ in The Cauldron. She was the one who took him under her wing and trained him so that he'd have a chance of survival in that hell pit they were stuck in. Unfortunately, she would not last and it wouldn't be until later down the line that Tay would get connected with Na'yeli Marr, a Kessurian whom Ko loved dearly and Tay promised to look after once he was free.

@here-comes-the-moose and I are always joking about how at that point in Tay's life he's nearing 30 and is still living with his mom. There is absolutely no shame in that, but there's something incredibly amusing about a former gladiator turned mercenary who once worked for a crime syndicate and now the Empire not being able to stay out late because his mom wants him home to help with dinner. No way he's going to say "no" though, the man is an absolute mama's boy.

Then of course, last but not least, we've got Echo with his ducklings Omega and Crosshair. What a trio! No wonder they had to be separated for most of The Bad Batch, if they hadn't then everything would've been resolved in like a season. Still can't believe we got a "What? No hug for me?" from Crosshair to Echo.

lynne and memry has always been one of my otps ..like when I first saw them interacting i immediately think like “yeah they can kiss” THEYRE SO SILLY

tbh I’ve always seen them as like the ship where they kinda just randomly met and they love eachother. like love at first sight yk .. But I love the idea of them being rivaling colleagues n stuff ??? like the idea of that they’re always oh so coincidentally paired up with one another and they’re always competing to do the best on an assignment?? I can’t explain it but yk … and memrys jealousy of lynne being cabenela’s favorite which slowly drives her into thinking “oh my god I’m in love with her”

rindge and lynne is definitely on the more platonic side , sure I enjoy them as a ship but i like to think that cabs always makes rindge look out for lynne and its like rlly cute .. like rindge is basically babysitting lynne but like afar

lynne sort of not knowing of rindges existence is kind of funny lowkey .I love them as a duo so much it’s just to the point i can’t explain and all of it is just “GHHRGRGRGRHRHEHGSGSSG” in my brain ….

DONT GET ME STAARTED on memry and rindge DUDE . THEYRE SO FUCKING ADORABLE whether it’s romantic or platonic I DONT CARE THEYRE CUTE

I like to think how they met is like .. rindge getting into the detective division or whatever and then memry just won’t leave him alone ..Their bond is kind of like “Yeah I make out with them romantically but we’re just bros” memry always flirting w rindge and he does NOT gaf not one bit

They get paired up in assignments together often because people think they’re close when they’re really not and then that’s what causes them to get closer to eachother .. if that makes sense .i also imagine them living next to eachother idk why .Memry also steals rindges hat like 24/7 probably

a very eloquent breakdown on my thoughts and feelings about various icebound dynamics I think about a lot bc I love them and I miss them and if I keep these in my head for too long I will blow up:

this one I think is pretty simple. the whole party genuinely means everything to me they r THE family every and make me sob and cry and throw up constantly with how much I love them.

when it comes to ships, I DO NOT FUCK AROUND ABOUT SKRAISY AND JORQUEEN they r seriously everything to me, and then for barnabos skrimm and taishen, I just think they’re silly. all of them have their own moments together at separate parts that I came to each of these conclusions separately.

For a more in depth breakdown of those bc I really like them actually:

Barnabos and skrimm are pretty self explanatory I think. Those two are incredibly endearing together, both in the sillier moments but also just work together really well as a serious relationship and their dynamic is just so so good

Barnabos and Taishen are like, tooth-rottingly cute and I think it’s a crime that they aren’t more popular as a ship. I think barnabos’ maturity and protectiveness combined with taishen’s naivety and sweetness just make for a really cute dynamic and their duo moments together make me smile every time without fail

Skrimm and Taishen are like, the least serious one I have of the three. there is obviously the whole “pumped up” bit that was actually like insane, but they’ve had a couple moments throughout pretty much the whole series that have just made me have my eye on them for a while. I do not know how functional they would actually be together but I like to think that they both at the very least acknowledge that they find the other attractive and refuse to think about it any harder for both of their own sakes

Do not ask me how many times the term “queenie and skrimm/taishen bestieism” has come up in my priv livetweets of icebound (the answer is a lot). seriously like queenie’s friendships with both of them r everything to me they are just so insanely endearing. I like how skrimm and queenie absolutely bring out the worst (best) in each other and are just absolute rapscallions together every time, and I just like queenie and Taishen!!! like I don’t have the full words to put to their dynamic but I love them and I love that they r best friends and love and support each other always I LOVE THEM!!!!

These guys also mean everything to me. Queenie and her boyfriend and her best friend!!! That timestamp is a clip that just shows off the absolute silliness of these three together. I am so obsessed with jornir’s obvious favoritism for queenie and just how much he loves and cares about her and trusts in her and her abilities but is so insanely concerned for her safety and prioritizes it above all else, meanwhile emphasizing how incredibly much he does NOT trust in skrimm or his abilities and how he is there only to help queenie and nothing else. it’s genuinely really hilarious and I love them sm. Jornir and skrimm in general are just really hilarious but when you juxtapose it with jorqueen it’s just that infinitely better. I think also queenie and skrimm’s aforementioned duo dynamic and how insanely silly they are with each other, combined with jornir’s jornirness is also just such a funny dynamic and I love it very much

I dont really know how to elaborate on how much I love them together like you either get it or you don’t. Queenie and her boyfriend and her best friend part 2!!! They r such a comfort trio for me just bc I really like the idea of them all bluetooth syncing to each other and just understanding each other and communicating really well. Also this came to me last night but yk that one tiktok that’s like ���‘doesn’t matter what you think, a different gender best friend is a red flag’? I’m sorry Emily, we can’t be friends anymore. and tell your boyfriend I fuckin hate him too”. that’s them to me. (Side note I cannot find this tiktok fucking ANYWHERE now??? it existed at one point I swear)

yeag. that about sums it up I think. queenie’s protective instincts for everyone around her all the time in general make me sob but when it comes to her and Daisy I am genuinely gonna blow up a building about it I love them so much. the way she so instantly jumps to take care of her after honey’s passing and how insanely protective she is over her and is constantly looking out for her I’m just like ooughhhhhhhhh my god. they make me sob I love them dearly

Jornir and barnabos as a duo are really great I love remembering that these guys are like actually awesome and really cool like genuinely. Both of them have different qualities to them that make them so good when they step up into leadership positions for the party and I just think they’re both absolute fucking badasses when they really wanna be and I love when they come together and maximize their joint slay it’s really great.

When it comes to both of them with Daisy, I have the same feeling about it which is oughhhhhhhh my god I love them. Again both of them being some of the coolest and most mature members of the party when they really wanna be really comes out with both of their individual dynamics with Daisy and I just really love how they both take up such a protective and supportive role with her. They r so. I dare say fatherly. I just oughhh I love them I love them lots.

vere and ais (un)intentionally use inside jokes/references with each other so mc has a few choices of 1) staring at them 2) asking what they're talking about 3) making fun of them etc. if mc is genuinely bothered by it i'm sure they'd explain and stay aware of it. if mc is just like Ok Be a little less Obvious they roll their eyes and tease them too

moments where two are hanging out, the third appears and goes Wow, Hanging out without me? and the two are like What, Are you obsessed with us or something? Need to always be near us?

specifically thinking of ais coming up on vere and mc are sitting together. they start teasing and jokingly flirting with him as if he's a stranger and it starts unraveling when they ask who's his favourite like Oh??? Them??? after everything we've been through???

ais disliking isolation, vere and mc check on him every so often and behind his teasing remarks, there's a softness and gratitude in his gaze

one of them starts to absentmindedly brush vere's tail and then the other notices and joins in. vere trusting them but still threatening to like, kill them if they mess up his fur. mc and ais going oohh i'm gonna mess it up so bad and then his tail has never looked nicer

a lot of things are meant for 2 people sitting... on the bus or carnival rides etc etc so the odd one out gets chosen by like. rock paper scissors. or just some silly game. not always of course but it happens. "best out of 3" "ok wait fuck you best out of 5" etc

Friday I was sitting at work trying to maintain a professional demeanor all the while screaming internally over all of the Bridgerton S4 content! Now it is time for me yell about these photos on the internet because no one in my real life wants to listen to me. Fair warning I’m mainly here for the Polin content. I am eager to meet Sophie but other than that I am really here this season for the subplots. I see a lot of people complaining about subplots and I get it. In s3 there were definitely some things I think could have been left on the cutting floor so we could have had more Polin. Or more Kanthony or Daphne or Edwina! There were far more insteresting subplots that could have been explored. In fairness though I’m not sure that I’ll ever get enough Polin. I do think as we go along and meet more characters and have more married couples, subplots are going to be more exciting. It’s great to see actors like Johnathan Bailey move on to bigger and better things, but hopefully like him they’ll at least make an appearance in the new seasons. I wonder how much longer he’ll be able to do that. Our girl Nicola is also booked and blessed so who knows how much of her we’ll get beyond this upcoming season. I’m very excited to see her in other things though. Big Mood s2! I can’t wait!

Of course I must start with the little Polin family pic! Oh my god! The way that I squealed when I saw this. I was not expecting to get a family pic so soon! If this is all that they would have given us I would have been a happy goose! The little baby is absolutely adorable. Colin and Penelope look so happy and beautiful. I love to see Violet and Hyacinth fawning over him. I guess that this season is really just going to pick up right where S3 left off. Colin has just published his book and is the now the official interim Lord Featherington. Penelope is writing as herself now.

Another mirror scene! Are you kidding me!? These two are going to be making out everywhere I just know it. Thank you Bridgerton creators for giving the people what they want! I want some Polin spice but I also just hope we get to see some casual intimacy. I’m so excited about happily married Polin.

Of course he’s her favorite son in law! I am so excited about this dynamic. I really really hope that we get to see a lot of Colin being a part of the Featherington household. My biggest dream is a Featherington spinoff. A show that focuses on Colin and Penelope navigating their new unexpected roles of being the heads of a household. Colin trying to find his place in this family. The three Featherington husbands teaming up and getting up to silly hyjinkx as they try to make their wives happy. The three of them are truly wife guys. They are my big three. Penelope and her sisters hopefully finding new ground and getting closer as sisters and new mothers. Portia and Violet as co-grandparents. It would be so fun. This photo is giving that energy.

Have you ever seen a more iconic and powerful duo in your entire life! Ok first let me just take a moment to appreciate blond pirate Penelope! Are you kidding me! I could not have asked for more. I really am so excited to see these two ladies just teaming up! Golda and Nicola have such a lovely relationship and I am so eager to see how that will translate to their characters. I really hope that they spend some time exploring the ramifications of Penelope being out as Lady Whisteldown. I imagine her relationship with the queen will be tricky. I imagine there will be others in the Ton who are not very happy with her. I kind of hope that we still have some Lady Whistledown drama (not too much) but in the end of course Penelope comes out ahead unlike in s2.

I am already loving this trio. These three have the potential to be so incredibly cunty! Sorry I don’t know how else to describe what I am hoping to get from them. Just some badass villainous fabulous women. Let women do bad things! This fandom does not have the best track record with that, but we shall see. I am fully here for them!

Also Katie Leung playing the mother! Are you kidding me! I feel ancient. I know at that time a woman in her late 30’s very likely would have had daughters out in society but this isn’t regency times ok and I just can’t believe she’s playing the mother of grown daughters. 😅 She looks amazing and I am so excited about her villain era.

A new perspective! How exciting to see a little more from the maids and staff. I am excited to see what the other half thinks of all these balls and parties. What do they think of the people that they work for? What are their lives like? I don’t see Rae in any of these photos and that’s kind of bumming me out. I want to see the queen of side eye back please!

Yes more of this please! I was so invested in this romance in s3 and I am so pleased to see that it will continue in s4. Violet deserves romance as well. I thought that she and and Lord Anderson had great chemistry. The scene where she was watching him eat the cake! lol I screamed it was great. It’ll be interesting to see if it changes how she approaches helping her children navigate their own romantic lives. I think especially when it comes to Eloise and Francesca she’s going to have some big feelings about their relationships. Maybe with a new perspective of her own she’ll be a little more hands off and let them do what they need to.

Why are is everyone not screaming about this! OMG Violet stunning gorgeous! If Lord Anderson wasn’t already in love with her after seeing her like this that man is going to be on his knees! Can I be real honest? In my opinion her look and mask is prettier than Sophies! Like WTH she looks amazing and I love this for her. A lot people had talked about wanting a Violet and Edmund spinoff and I want a Violet spinoff as well but I really want it to be this Violet. Not young Violet. It would be so nice to see an older woman with grown children and an ever increasing number of grandchildren navigate romance, sex and love. It would be awesome to see her interacting with Portia, maybe Lady Sharma and her new DILs. Just like let’s have more female bonding and interactions please.

Things we didn’t see that I hope we get:

I know it’s very early on but I just want to talk about my hopes for s4 and the future seasons of Bridgerton. Number 1 on that list, Michaela! I am so interested to see what kind of role she’ll play in this season and s5. It’s safe to say that Francesa’s season is the next season I am most excited about because we are actually getting a queer/sapphic storyline! Are you kidding me? As a queer woman I am beyond excited to see that! Speaking of queerness I hope that we get at least a little reference to Benedict’s queerness. Maybe he has some queer hookups before the masquerade ball. Idk. I hope that it’s not just forgotten. Of course him falling in love with a woman does not make him straight, he’ll always be queer. Ultimately I wish they would have just explored this part of him in earlier season so we could have gotten more of it. I just want a queer perspective in the show and Benedict would have been a great character to see going to Molly Houses’s and things like that. I am not going to complain better late than never. There are so many queer actors in the cast and so many queer fans. I’ll take any queer rep I can get. (Queer Bridgerton fans let’s be friends!) (how many times can I say queer?)

I also hope that we get to see Philip even if it’s just one scene. We need a reminder that he’s there and it would be so cute to see his and Colin’s friendship again. It would be so good to have a Daphne cameo. I don’t think that’s happening but damn where’s Daphne? I hope that we get to see more of Kanthony than last season and that we get to see Penelope and Kate interacting. I want to see them inducted into the married woman’s club that we saw in season 1. I want to see Penelope just thriving in the freedom that she now has a married woman. I hope that Eloise gets to take advantage of that as well. Since Peneloise is back together Penelope can act as her “chaperone” and they can get up to mischief. Ah so happy to see my girls back together!

Only Blood Communion and Interview With the Vampire to go now. I'll make more elaborated posts about my thoughts once I'm done with everything, but here are some of my opinions:

TVA is absolutely my favorite (I've said it before and will say it again: the most purifying cry I had in my life, it destroyed and restored me in the best possible way), TVL, TQOTD and Prince Lestat are also on my top 4, though I don't know where to place the latter on my personal ranking. The others are sort of tied and the order changes according to specific aspects. Like, Blood and Gold covers a lot of eras and places of the world, has multiple interesting characters, so it's fun in the sense there's a lot of stuff to see, even if I'm not a Marius's fan and he isn't the best narrator imo. On the other hand, something like Merrick is more packed, just her, Louis and David (and some Lestat), but I just love her as a character and the whole story of her family. I can't really choose.

Memnoch would be the last because it was the one I struggled with (tho I loved Armand on it), I thought the concept was great and I could've loved it with a more active, intense and eventful execution. Prince Lestat and the Realms of Atlantis is second-to-last because most of the plot was dumb to me, the part that made sense was solved in an unconvincing way, I had to do a lot of suspending disbelief even for a supernatural/sci-fi story... But it was nice to have so many characters I love reunited, even if some didn't have lines, it's nice to know they're around and I enjoy the vampires having sort of a healthy little community.

Favorite character is definitely Armand, then Lestat, then Pandora, Maharet, Mekare, Flavius, Merrick, Bianca, Gabrielle, Mona, Benji, Avicus and Petronia (they didn't appear much and did awful brutal stuff, yes, but having an intersex/gender-fluid character was great and they had so much baggage I could empathize with them). Most after Armand and Lestat are tied. I don't know if I'd call Benedict a fave, but I'm somewhat attached to him (and I KNOW about those spoilers). I LOVE Vittorio and Ursula too and I hope they can appear in some shape or form on the show. I don't looooove Antoine, but he's alright to me. He just seems to be a poor/broke dude who wants to live, have friends and dedicate his existence to his hyperfixations and I can relate because same lol. I get him.

Favorite pairings (either as an OTP or brotp): Lesmand (👑👑👑), Pandora and Flavius (👑👑), Maharet and Mekare (👑, they just don't get more crowns because they don't appear as much as I wanted 😔), Armand and Benji and Sybelle (as duos and a trio), Armand and Riccardo, Armand and Bianca (pretty much Armand and everyone that isn't Marius lol), Lestat and Mona (their childish siblings-coded beef entertains me), Maharet and Jesse and Vittorio and Ursula (👑👑). I wish I had seen more of some characters/dynamics, tho.

MAYBE I could tolerate Marius and even love Magnus (he seems to have a sad and interesting story) if all I'd seen of them had been the content of the last trilogy, but given the previous books, I'm not sure I can enjoy Anne's decisions. I have a lot of mixed feelings about Magnus apologizing and Marius's behavior not even being seen as something to apologize for in the first place, but that's for another post.

Some of the books I would've been able to read and love with or without the show, some I only read to get information, but I'm mostly glad I'm equipped with so much of the lore now. That's not to say there aren't problematic things even for the genre that I need to compartmentalize and ignore (to some extent and not completely) for my enjoyment, because there is a lot of that, but it hasn't been a waste of time. And I'm glad I know what can happen in the future, make silly little fancasts and have events to look forward to seeing on the series. Obviously, opinions can change with the next books, when I re-read the novels or even with conversations and discussions... And that makes me excited as well.

First of all they kinda look alike, to the point I've mixed them up in fanart before, which sounds dumb but I'm so fr like actually its happened and I find that funny.

Second, I just love their duo on DL, I lowkey wished they became chosen soulmates, I mean theyre kinda paralels? But on opposite senses?? My sister knew the proper term for this. Like- Pearl got abandoned by her soulmate, and they parted ways completely, resenting eachother. Meanwhile, Scar got cheated on, but even after the betrayal and all that he stayed with Grian and didn't yknow take actual revenge like Pearl did constantly to Scott..

Headcanon section:

Also I love that they seem like- So I think if they were actually related possibly before the series and all, maybe got separated and their memories erased by the watchers? But still met again and took eachother as found family, not knowing the truth. Also, likewise to my online sis and I, I feel like Scar is older in actual age but when you see them interact its like Pearl is the older one.

Also!! Wolf and cat duo, I think thats silly.

And I think possibly they could've hang out more even if we dont see it on camera, trust... like sitting on powdered snow at night as they talk (its mostly Pearl rambling/venting/plotting chaos and Scar being supportive, possibly also making sure she doesn't freeze to death)

Another plus! Scar was a wizard on LL while Pearl got called the witch of DL! And both got villanised a lot on the seasons they won... and they both spent their whole seasons mostly alone, with a small team up at the end...

Pearl was all alone in DL and Scar helped her and kept her company when he could, even if she was unhinged and probably insisted he got revenge aswell. Scar was all alone for most of SL and Pearl still offered him a family in the end... she wanted one of her mounders to win... and he was the last one left, he *was* an actual mounder even if just for one episode, cause she could've helped Gem win, also her best friend (who I see as found cousins, also cause of my relationship with an online cousin), but she wanted her mounders to win, and thats what Scar was, not only that, Scar was her brother, her family.

Have you also considered that Scar, Pearl and Bdubs could make the best found sibling trio ever?

Except to Scar she's more than just another moon, Pearl, who wanted him to win, who offered him a place to belong to, a family, when he had no one, even if it was short lived, Pearl who understood his loneliness, a past winner who very well understood what its like to be the villain of the server, his best friend, his ally, his family.. and the last person he saw before that so called victory.

✨I got a little silly, so this post may contain some angsty elements than my normal posts.TW of small mentions of blood, anxiety, depression, and dysfunctional family. Scroll away now if anything listed triggers you, remember to take care of yourself ✨

I honestly feel so bad for Stone. Mainly with his rocky relationship with his older sister Avrille.

I mean, of course the possible mis treatment he faced from his parents is completely valid and justified for why he ran away and why it caused emotional damage. But at least your sibling would understand, they are in the same boat as you, right?

Wrong. At least in Stone’s world. Where your sibling instead of being your equal, they become your superior. And how even the gap in your ages drives you further away.

Avrille and Stone were never on the same page. They never had anything in common, even though Stone wanted to at least have something to connect him to his older sister, besides all the violin lessons his parents forced them to take. How at one point Avrille was looked up to by Stone. How she was the blueprint to earning his parents approval one day.

But it was never enough, anything he did to become more than a mere butler in his own house was never enough. No matter the hours spent studying meticulously for every subject to earn high grades, the time set aside for violin practice till his fingers bled, his love for science and his high achieving passions to make a better impact on Ramshackle. It. Was. Never. Enough.

To be over shadowed by Avrille’s new formula, a new candy she put on the market, anything she did came with praise and applause. Everything Stone did, only came with ridicule and criticism. It most likely became maddening after awhile. And since it had been stated by Zeddy themselves that Stone was a lab rat for Avrille, at some point I wonder if he ever felt entitled to her success. He helped her with the new formulas so she could get more candy on the market. Sure it wasn’t the most glamorous part of the procedure, but he helped.

The combination of the mistreatment, being last choice, always second best, never respected, and never being equal, it gave him justification to just give up. Grades started slipping, less effort was put into hobbies forced upon him by his parents, his aspirations and dreams slowly died, nothing was worth working towards anymore.

Stone would wonder why he was even here. Why was he here if he served no useful purpose other than dish shelves and polish dishes? Maybe his parents wanted a male heir to the family business before changing their minds when they saw how Stone was turning out to be. How he was too soft, had too much empathy, he let criticism affect him too much, he didn’t have the same drive and wit as Avrille. He was took weak. Maybe that’s why Stone is so emotionally constipated.

And then when the going got tough he just up and left, burning all his bridges. He abandoned his rivalry, friendship?, whatever it was with Tre. And he just vanished into thin air. He just left and didn’t look back, it was sudden and abrupt but his parents acted like nothing changed. That they didn’t just have a whole human being run away from them.

When Stone joined Skipp and Vinnie he was quick to analyze their dynamic. Just to see how they behaved and how it would affect him, and if they were worth being friendly with. Skipp and Vinnie were probably the first example he ever saw of a healthy relationship. Sure they bickered and threw quips at each other back and forth, but the intention to hurt the other person’s feelings was never there, they were simply joking. And that just baffled Stone completely.

But at the same time as he analyzed their relationship, it brought on a slew of more ugly emotions. People always say how there is a duo in a trio, and Stone was living that reality. At least in his mind. He was distant, for his own reasons, maybe he thought forming lasting friendships wasn’t worthwhile, or he just didn’t want to get hurt… again. Either way it affected his current relationships greatly, Vinnie didn’t know how to deal with the new member, and Skipp struggled to break down Stone’s walls.

Thankfully after a bit Stone grew at least a bit more comfortable, at least from what we see in the pilot and among other official works.

Stone’s past still greatly affects him, haunts him even ( *cough* Pebble *cough*). Where at times he sees Cen and Rigel running around Ramshackle without a care in the world. Sure those twins fight, they argue, they can say mean things to each other. But at the end of the day they will eventually make up instead of letting the tension and animosity drive them apart. Cen and Rigel at least recognize that they need each other,that they can’t survive without each other, and they are equal no matter how many times they debate who is the better twin.

And when Stone sees a sibling relationship so strong and true, it kills him. He wonders how it could be so difficult for Avrille to just treat him with basic respect. He practically glows with envy, the kind that boils your blood, twist your stomach into knots while curling around your wretched heart. At least he has friends, and Stone will realize that family doesn’t have to stop at blood relations.

Anyway I hope you enjoyed!!!!! I just wanted to over analyze the Emo twink a bit, since once you think about it his story is lowkey really tragic. My heart goes out to all the people who kin Stone. I love yall and I’ll see ya soon 😙

OK SO-- I made this little S/I art yesterday and felt like sharing!! My Persona 5 S/I is basically-- well, me (bubbly and annoying) and nothing else lolol I literally insert myself in the universe with some plot changes and it's fun!! She likes space and music! Cuz i do too! :D She's also an indie musical artist but it's like more of a hobbie than anything! (Even if it does helps with money and all! she also does haves some good amount of followers on the niche! But nothing big out of the indie bubble) She wants to work as a songwriter for a famous singer one day!

Her background is nothing crazy but I made some silly changes, like aging up my irl brother (he's currently a lil baby and I made him a lil kid :3) and making me live with my grandma! (fucking love my grandma kisses grandma!!) Also some dramatic aah stuff like dead mom and no dad for me (the basics) 😭😭 My S/I has a strong special interest in space!!! Which is something I'm getting really into lately! So I made mommy an astronomer! She was like best friends with Wakaba (scientific nerds lol) and Sojiro so S/I was very close to Futaba since childhood for that reason!

She is a phantom thieve (shockerz) and uhm I wanted to use my personal experience as a bullied child growing up (mostly because of ableism) and turn that into motivation to make justice, since no one did that for me before!! (Grr goddamn adults!) And finding my own group of weird little people made me much more open and generally happy in real life! So that's what I'm doing on this universe as well! ^^

He is her inspiration to get better, so she will get at his level one day! He also makes extra suggary cappuccino to her when she goes to Leblanc 🤝 ☕️

Ryuji Sakamoto

- Her relationship with him is pretty much the chaotic duo type, shes always giving him death stares when he starts to talk about girls or some dumb Ryuji shit like that 😭 Her and Morgana are constantly slandering him for the funzys, but Ryuji also likes to pick up on her so they're eternally on a war-- and in general they are two loud dumbasses who share the same braincells and have little silly banters 🤲 also HC that Luna helps him dye his hair 🫡

Ann Takamaki

- Her relationship with Ann is the girly besties type, constantly going out shopping, Ann usually helps her to buy her clothes since Luna definitely can't pick her clothes on her own without it looking weird 😭 they also go out allot to eat! Try the newest deserts all around Tokyo! Those two would probably kill for a chocolate cake. And they are getting progressively more poor because of that... She likes to paint Ann's nails and style her hair for fun! because she personally thinks Ann looks like a pretty porcelain doll!

Yusuke Kitagawa

- Her relationship with Yusuke is another of pure admiration!! Yusuke admire Luna for her artistic side on the music and Luna's eyes sparkle at every little sketch he does, I like to think that Luna (just like me) is an artist for fun who really has allot of trouble with drawing certain things that aren't fanart lol, and they go out on little panting sessions togheter. Like I dunno go to Inokashira Park to draw the scenario and his comes out like the next monalisa and hers is like... Blue and Green all mixed up togheter. And she probably got her clothes dirty in the process. He does encourages her to continue tho! And gives her tips that she usually doesn't get-- so uhm sensei Yusuke Ig?

Makoto Nijima

- Her relationship with Makoto is... *sighs* very sibling-like too. Luna isn't the best at school, and always cry for help when it's exams week 💔 Makoto usually scolds her for being too careless at everything, school, metaverse, crossing the road-- but only because she really cares about her. Luna is like the little sister she needs to lookout for so she doesn't get herself killed by accident. Oh fun fact but Luna is also very afraid of Sae (just like me im afraid of pretty woman) so yeah she freezes when she steps in the room 😭

Futaba Sakura

- Oh boooyyy Futaba time!! My relationship with Futaba is so silly and fun and I wanna yap about it!! Ok third person mode on--

So, since they were basically raised togheter, they are pretty close to one another, and have gathered the same types of interests through the years. Since I have the Autistic Futaba HC, I like to imagine that they get each other more than anything, engaging in parallel play most of the time when she was a shut-in. And I like to imagine that Luna was pretty much the only person she talked to at first after her Palace. Also HC that they play Pokemon United togheter. Cuz I said so. They exchange allot of gifts related to their special interests too! Ugh I have so many HC's for us but basically we are best friends forever two little chaotic autistic sillys but i help Futaba with her social anxiety! yipeee :3

Haru Okumura

- Her relationship with Haru is the tea time besties, they talk all day over a good cup of tea and Haru frequently gives her tips of how not make her plants die (very important, I never can make them live...) which is a hobby Luna really is trying to... make possible... (plz don't die this time) and generally her time yapping with Haru is a very comforting one, usually when shes feeling dramatic she goes and hugs Haru and makes her little drama, and Haru is usually the only one who's like "Oh dear :(" and stands her when she's being extra or cheers her up when shes actually sad too! 😭 shes such a sweetheart! <3 don't be mean with Mona and Luna! Haru is gonna politely ask you to stop. (Looking at you ryuji)

Morgana

- Her relationship with our favorite not cat! He's... Morgana. We know him. But Luna can be considered pretty much his #1 fan???? She thinks he's HELLA COOL like the best phantom thieve ever!! (I love morgana!!!) She really respects him and Morgana is really grateful to have someone that looks up to him (Luna looks up to lots of people! ><") Luna also likes to pat him. Allot. (IM A CAT PERSON OK) which well he doesn't mind but still he's not a kitty that you can just pat like that!!! (He's purring)

Sumire Yoshizawa

- Her relationship with Sumire is... damn, Luna is LOUD. And well we know that Sumi isn't exactly as extroverted as she makes herself seem when she takes on the Kasumi role. So uhm let's say Luna is overwhelming-- very overwhelming! 😭 She's always jumpy and bubbly and is constantly trying to cheer Sumire up, turning into some type of cheerleader for her when she starts to self-depreciate in any way, being overly affectionate and in general being extra EXTRA around her since she gets very worried about Sumire's mental health-- So yeah, Luna is basically constantly cheering her on and admiring her for being able to make things she can't (Even if Sumire doesn't think they're that great :< )... ooh we have another extreme admiration case here!!! Maybe the person she admires the most! Hell yeah! Give my girly some love!~ My bestie <3

- That's probably the most important relationship of all-- why did I put him in last? I'm embarrassed. Uh... shy? 😭 gonna be more personal about this one uhm-- well

No, really tho, our relationship is... I can't even describe it, but our dynamic is DEFINITELY the "aww they do care about each other" type-- I constantly enjoy to annoy the hell out of him, just because it's funny?? I'm the devil from the bible. Er... so... the thing is, Akechi constantly get dismissed through story for obvious reasons, he's openly agaisn't the Phantom Thieves and later they do have much MUCH more motives to not fuck with him-- but Luna? DAMN. That girl is I N V E S T E D In being friends with him. Specially on the start, his sob stories actually made her pity him and get all "aw he's miserable... 🥺" lol so she constantly insisted on being his friend, even tho he was internally screaming and trying to push her away, she was CONVICTED. SHES A FRIENDSHIP MACHINE BABY. YOU CAN'T ESCAPE HER!!

So with that forced proximity, they eventually started getting closer, and it was something very... slow? Definitely. Luna never cared about hiding herself no matter how weird people seemed to find her, maybe he would admire that... envy that? Who knows.

Suddenly he started to enjoy her company. Even if she was... oh well a little dumb, yeah, he definitely thinks she is-- He never had people who were close to him, and definitely didn't had someone THAT determined to bother him 24/7. Maaaybe he could call her something close to a friend... right? (Yes they were she stated that every 3 seconds and Luna rules 🫡) And that was before he "entered" to the Phantom Thieves, and when he did? Damn she was kinda happy! Don't talk about the blackmail part showing off to him and telling him all the cool things she could do as she ""teached"" him about the metaverse (lol like this bitch needed to) and they got even closer!! I also like to HC that he would eventually let some good amount of things about his real self slip, and Luna would be like totally clueless and okay about it, when most people would think it was weird or out of character. The extended friend group of Wave 3 + Marx + Mage Sisters

As I've made some headcanon updates, I now have all 7 of these people being friends with one another. This entire group has sleepovers and slumber parties, with the Lor Starcutter being a common spot for those parties as arranged by Magolor.

This is, like, the world's most unhinged friend group if I'm being real.

Here are some details to this friend group:

-Marx and Magolor are best friends. Taranza and Susie are best friends.

-Francisca is the favorite mage sister for both Marx and Susie. Marx because he's impressed by how twisted she is, and Susie because she and Francisca bonded over being cold & cutesy.

-Flamberge is the favorite mage sister for Magolor. He really likes talkative and energetic she is. These two enjoy competing in rap battles. They also give each other noogies.

-Zan Partizanne is the favorite mage sister for Taranza, as they came together over both being especially devoted to the people they've served. They also like each other's bowl-cut hairstyles.

-There are a lot of "cain instinct" relationships in this group. They're all friends, but many of them love to give each other crap for enrichment. Marx and Taranza love to beat each other up in a friendly way. Susie gets into bickering matches with both Marx and Magolor. Zan gets into unhinged nickname wars with Susie, Magolor, Marx and even her sister Flamberge. Flamberge is a big teaser, as she likes to tease Zan, Susie and Taranza and can spark silly light-hearted arguments. Shoutout to Francisca for being pretty chill and quiet, and not really getting into arguments with the others here LOL.

There are tons of pillow fights in their sleepovers.

-All 7 of these people enjoy mischief to various extents. There are a lot of chaotic duos/trios/quartets/whatever among this group. Marx and Magolor are sure to cause hijinks with any of the mage sisters. Susie as well, especially when doing so with Francisca as one should be nervous of those two women giggling cutely when causing hijinks. Taranza may be the most restrained out of these 7 in terms of mischief, but he won't hesitate to sometimes team up with one of them to cause hijinks, especially with Susie, Magolor or Zan.

-The main spots for this group's hangouts include Magolor's home inside the Lor (most common one), Taranza's home in Royal Road, Susie's home in the Haltmann Works Company headquarters out somewhere in the cosmos, and the mage sisters' home in the Jambandran Base also out somewhere in the cosmos. Marx is a homeless idiot as he just goes around LOL.

-Magolor's theme park of Merry Magoland has been promoted by the other 6 people in this friend group in various ways. And they're all popular among the park's usual waddle dee attendants.

-This friend group acts as a support system for both Taranza and Susie, since they both... uh... could use it. Even despite all the playful cain instinct dynamics, everyone else in the group cares about them deep down and give them needed support. Of course Kirby is an extra part of their support system, too, but this friend group in particular is very helpful to them.

i trust your takes more than anyone else’s in the whole glee fandom. what would you say are the best kurtcheltana episodes?

Oh wow Anon that's very flattering considering I've dropped off the face of the Earth and barely interact with tumblr or the Glee fandom anymore, but I appreciate it! Because I've been basically gone for a year and abandoned my rewatch my Glee memory isn't what it used to be but I'll gladly go down memory lane with you.

Previously Unaired Christmas

As soon as I remembered this ep there was no question in my mind that it's the ultimate Kurtcheltana ep. Yes yes it's not even technically canon but I've famously never cared about that. For starters, it has their only trio song, technically a quartet that is admittedly a bit yikes but then also a final song feat Kitty and ND. Since it's "set in 2012" Santana doesn't even officially live with Hummelberry, she just chose to visit them and give them thoughtful and also Santana-esque gifts. I think that's really cute. And yeah, the Mall Santa stuff is a little icky but the three of them are so cute and fun. It's just a low-stakes Kurtcheltana adventure where they're being silly and young and delightful. I love the Pezberry moments, of course, but it also has some of my fav Kurtana shots and just in general they feel like a very cohesive trio. PUC is legit one of the eps that best showcases the chemistry between these three and I can't not love that.

2. Girls (and Boys) On Film

This ep is actually where I abandoned my rewatch and that's weird to me because I was really looking forward to seeing it again. Santana, following the iconic ending to Diva immediately establishes herself as a force to be reckoned with in Bushwick and it's so, so delightful. Her casual "yeah it's a thing I do" to going through everyone's stuff is something only she could pull off. There is some hostility here, of course, as Rachel and Kurt never actually invited Santana to live with them so they're understandably thrown off by Santana not only inserting herself into their flat but also firmly into their lives. Excellent moments for the whole dynamic, best of all being Santana's whole speech starting with "Kurt, sit down" and, of course, the final scene with Pezberry. That scene to me embodies so much of what makes Santana in her current state work as a ch, an agent of chaos who is ultimately trying to be there for her friends. It's an excellent showcase of what she brings to the NYC plot and a simply impeccable Pezberry scene. Really strong establishing ep for what having Santana in New York will be like. Actually, it's also a real shame because it introduces what this trio dynamic will be like and then there are barely any more episodes truly following through on it. Shame.

Honourable mention to the two subsequent eps as I consider this to be an NYC trilogy of Santana being accepted as a full-fledged member of the loft. Feud has her calling Hummelberry her family and Guilty Pleasures the wholesome scene of reconciliation where they really become roommates.

3. Love, Love, Love/Tina in the Sky with Diamonds

Unfortunately, in general we more so have episodes that have good Kurtcheltana moments rather than being Kurtcheltana eps. The Beatles two-parter is a good example, where the few Kurtcheltana bits we have are excellent but unfortunately they're less prominent as a trio and more so have duo moments, mainly Pezberry in the first half and Hummelberry in the second. But there's good stuff here, from Rachel and Santana during the engagement to their cute little promise to each other when Kurt starts working in the diner. As with many things Glee, this cute trio moment is soured in hindsight of the direction s5 ended up taking but nothing can take it away from us, or how Kurt and Santana celebrated with Rachel after that.

These are the only ones I feel like are worth actually ranking but some other honourable mentions:

Lights Out: overall I found Kurt and Rachel encouraging Santana to find her dream to be underwhelmingly executed but who doesn't love At the Ballet and the three mini-mes during the sequence

A Katy or a Gaga: the formation of Pamela Lansbury

Trio: gets a DIShonourable shout out as it should have been a strong Kurtcheltana ep but the Pezberry feud overrode all

Old Dog, New Tricks: honestly barely counts but it's the last of what I could even call an ep with a Kurtcheltana moments. The back half of s5 gives us a crowded NY scene with not NEARLY enough Santana, much less Kurtcheltana - i.e. Opening Night has Kurt call Santana as reinforcement for encouraging Rachel but they don't actually have a moment. Sigh. But 5x19 at least gives us the best hug and Kurt and Santana both supporting Rachel and Kurt being supported in return. It's wholesome and it's the very last trace of our favourite dysfunctional Bushwick family.

Utter disgrace I can't name any season 6 episodes that would fall into this category but special shout out to Kurtcheltana starting us off on Home in 6x02, a moment I treasure very much. Thanks Anon, it was fun to think about all this stuff again! And now, predictably, I have Pezberry feels.

Ranking all the TWST Books from worst to best part 4

Number 3: Book 4

This is where I really start to praise the writing of TWST cause when it’s good it’s like REALLY good. When Yana actually puts in the effort, she can make some really nuanced and interesting characters that you can’t 100% argue is a good/bad person overall as is the case with Jamil.

Really the shining point of book 4 is the relationship between Jamil and Kalim and just how messy it is because of the hierarchy they’ve been placed within their society. I learned a good bit about servitude from a history class, and the unfortunate matter is that Jamil and Kalim simply are not equals and they can not be equals as long as the Viper family serve the Asim family. There will forever be a power imbalance less the contract is terminated.

Jamil had to learn this very early on while Kalim was never taught the boundaries needed for this dynamic, and that is were the problems start to bubble. Through this, the groundworks are laid out giving the audience enough information to digest just how complicated the situation is. Jamil isn’t a completely horrible person even if what he did is still objectively bad, and Kalim is not completely innocent in his treatment of Jamil despite seeing him at such a low point in the book. Because Kalim did not see the boundaries, he kept pushing through over and over, emotionally harming Jamil till it reached a breaking point. They’re literally so bad for each other and it hurts because you know that Kalim adores Jamil and to some extent Jamil does kind of care about Kalim (though frankly he is obligated to care, it’s kinda his job).

I could literally write essays about these two because there is just so much to talk about, but I need to stop.

The story itself is really good too, not just the characters involved. I genuinely think it has probably the best pacing with it not being rushed nor dragged out despite it having a good chunk of chapters. They establish early on that the Octavinelle trio will stick around during break so them showing up later isn’t out of the blue, we get to properly meet both Jamil and Kalim and see how they are and how they interact with their dorm so when Kalim acts off we just know that it can’t he him (though like let’s be honest the twist was obvious).

It all clicks together naturally until it builds up to the antics of the sea mafia once they step in, which is probably some of the funniest writing in TWST tbh. Floyd is such a menace and I love him and the deep voice thing was so dumb and silly and the best bit ever! It came out of nowhere ahhhhh!

Book 4 is so good and the only issue I really have is how incomplete the Scarabia duo’s arc ended up being, but that’s a Book 5 problem and another reason why I ranked that one second worst. Fantastic characters, great writing, Floyd being Floyd, it’s literally one of the best.

I was finally able to get around to reading your response omg Ari hiiiii, I hope you’ve been well! ^^ My goodness it’s always such a treat to read everything that you say, and I’m so honored to hear that you’d want to know more about my lil sona!🥺 It may be best to start with her background so it isn’t super confusing, but essentially!! During Sashisu’s highschool years she works at a little bakery, which she will one day manage and own when we reach the current time in the series! ^^ She’s aware of jujutsu sorcerors and her own CT but wants to steer clear of all that due to how dangerous it all is, but she will still use her CT when necessary! Also funny little thought idk if it’s canon or I read it in a fic, but I remember hearing that sorcerors needed a License or qualifications to use their CT and she just?? Is not willing to deal with that so she’s technically breaking Jujutsu law or smth and her buds are just?? Simply looking the other way huh what?? Breaking the law?? No no that’s our buddy she would never <:)

I Imagine she meets the trio after they’ve finished a mission and Gojo insists on stopping by the bakery for some sweets before they have to head back to Jujutsu tech and while enjoying their respective treats they see an employee(ms girl) giving nasty stares to any patrons that have lingering curses until they disappear and a collective understanding of ‘Oh okay she can see them too.’ is had between the three of them. I don’t have specifics on how they all truly get to know one another, but I can dish out dynamic deets😌

With Gojo they are so stupid but so silly. He is >:D whilst she is <:). An unstoppable force of tomfoolery meets an unmovable object of common sense. Pokémon vs. Digimon. She is calmer and plenty more humble out of the two, but she enjoys how goofy he can be along with his antics. Like?? He will hold up a line while she is at the register, telling her for the fifth time that he’s one of the strongest, so special that the world had to change to match his level when he was born and she, covered up to her glasses in flour, fingertips burnt from grazing hot pans and in a general state of ‘okay this is fine’, looks at him devoid of all emotion and says, “That is so cool. Your total is $36.75”. Begs for free sweets as if he couldn’t buy the store 100 times over. They have a silly and light dynamic and it is v v fun! (I also have this running gag that were they ever to be on a team and needed a team name they would be called ‘Ten eyes’, Gojo with his 6 eyes and because she wears glasses, plays with the whole ‘4 eyes’ tease that can pop up when someone is wearing glasses, so hence the 10 eyes! If that makes sense! <:) )

Now for Geto I imagine they are both super mellow and lax, if someone wanted to just take in the scenery and have an easy day of comfort this is the duo to go with! Sugu is a natural born worrier, but I think seeing her get distracted by hustle and bustle no matter where she is, watching her glare something nasty at a particularly rowdy curse despite knowing what it can do, or how she shrinks back at rude customers he is just?? Always ready to help and give her a nudge along the way if needed. He is teasing and silly, and she either plays along or is so blunt for comedic effect and cannot be messed with, but there’s fun in that uncertainty and he likes the toss up! The Kuromi to her My Melody. She worries about him stretching himself too thin and how his CT can harm him, but never knows how to broach the topic and would never want to pry in something that’s none of her business. <:(

And finally Shoko! I must admit and forewarn that I’m not the most versed in her character, but I do absolutely love her, and this is what I imagine for them! Much like with Sugu, they have a very relaxed dynamic, but I imagine they have plenty of inside jokes considering who they’re both friends with lmao. She worries about Shoko because smoking is never good but never wants to come across as preachy and Shoko thinks it’s sweet and can’t help but tease her every now and again, but appreciates the sentiment! Also incredibly late night texts, it will be 3AM and they will both be up sending the most nonsensical things to one another. They have matching dark circles underneath their eyes💙 She bakes special treats or savory items for Shoko on the days she knows they’re visiting because she knows Shoko isn’t fond of sweets!

MORE thoughts for him… even MORE gender and issues. i think in later seasons he gets reduced to racist jokes about his intelligence and they get rid of his crossdressing as a character trait :( which i have a lot of thoughts on generally as it being a transmisogynist-fueled gag but also a very dear and genuine and supported form of expression and anti-military sentiment in the show.

the minecraft cookies are points with additional thoughts, being i want to HIM to carry ME in a purse id be his handbag dog no questions asked. i dont think he works Better in a dynamic but i enjoy him as part of a duo or trio the best, specifically how he and radar were as lil buddies. i think he really deserved more fleshed out and permanent dynamics with some of the more main characters.
