yeah oops i altered his design again LOL hopefully this is the last time. anyway i finally figure out what to name him, like actually give an original name.

my take of Villain!Kid Flash for the Earth-3-esque AU is named "Red Bolt" (based on his costume, Teen Tyrant's naming convention, and that he's not affiliated with Villain!Flash aka Johnny Quick here.)
