Discovering Math Through Playful Problem Solving
By Ariel Math is everywhere! From ancient pyramids to space travel, numbers shape the world around us. We use math to measure time, construct buildings, and even design video games. This week, my homework was packed with multiplication, division, fractions, patterns, and rounding! But instead of just solving equations, I decided to turn math into an adventure! Never Have I Ever (Adult Edition)
Tumblr media
Prompt: The Thunderbolts decide to play Never Have I Ever. Much to Bucky's dismay Y/N becomes a little to willing to share about their sex life.
Warnings: Mentions of sex, 18+, minors do not engage
------
The Thunderbolts were somehow not blowing something up, which was impressive. Following a rare successful mission with zero civilian casualties and only one minor fire (which Ghost put out with a fire extinguisher and a smirk), they’d earned some downtime at Avengers Tower.
That’s how they ended up sprawled across mismatched couches and beanbags in the lounge, a half-empty bottle of whiskey on the coffee table, and a game of “Never Have I Ever: Adult Edition” already spiraling into chaos.
Bucky sat with his arm slung across the back of the couch, Y/N sitting with her back against the armrest, legs sprawled across the couch and onto Bucky’s lap. Both of them were holding half drunken beers in their hands.
Walker leaned in with a wicked grin. “Alright, next one. Never have I ever had sex in a quinjet.”
There were some groans, a couple of eye-rolls, and then two people drank: Yelena, with absolutely zero shame, and—Y/N .
Everyone turned.
Bucky raised his eyebrows and looked down at her, amused.
Y/N  shrugged with a smug little smile. “What?! Don’t you remember we were stuck on a stakeout for 36 hours, and it was raining. I got bored.”
“Oh, I remember,” Bucky said, smirking.
Walker cackled. “You got bored? What about Barnes? Didn’t think he had the stamina for mid-mission extracurriculars.”
Y/N  turned to the group, clearly tipsy and way too comfortable. “Oh, Bucky’s got plenty of stamina. I mean, you don’t survive a century of war and Hydra brainwashing without learning how to go for, like, five rounds in one night.”
There was a stunned silence.
Ava choked on his drink. “Five?”
“Depends if we count the shower,” she added, thoughtful now, as if doing math. “And the floor. Oh! And that time on the balcony. Though that one was more of a quickie, technically.”
Bucky groaned and buried his face in his hand. “Y/N …”
But Y/N was on a roll.
“You guys don’t understand,” she said, leaning forward like she was sharing state secrets. “This man is a menace. Silent, broody, acts all mysterious, and then he—”
“Y/N !” Bucky hissed, bright red now. “I swear to God—”
“—broke the headboard. Twice.”
Ava wheezed. “This is the best day of my life.”
Red Guardian was nodding proudly. “Good man. Strong arms. Knew it.”
Yelena pointed at Bucky with a raised brow. “You didn’t even flinch when she started talking about this. How often do you two—”
“Never have I ever had sex on a rooftop?” Ava interrupted.
Y/N smirked at Bucky and took a sip of her beer. She nudged him and he reluctantly took a drink as well.
“Damn, you two need to slow down,” Bob muttered.
Walker grinned wider. “Alright, my turn. Never have I ever hooked up with someone mid-mission. Like, you know, while still technically on duty.”
Yelena raised her glass slowly. “Well, technically I once had a quickie between two ops. Had to keep it quiet though—Walker nearly blew our cover trying to be discreet.”
Walker feigned offense. “I was being respectful!”
Ava laughed. “Respectful? You literally banged on the door like a gorilla.”
The room erupted into laughter, and even Bucky’s tension eased, his eyes sparkling with amusement as he glanced at Y/N .
“Never have I ever been tied up during sex,” Ava said with a mischievous smile, her eyes sparkling with a hint of challenge.
Y/N casually took a slow sip of their drink, trying to hide a small grin, while Bucky let out a low, amused sigh before following suit and taking a sip himself.
Bob leaned forward, curiosity lighting up his face. “Okay, seriously—what haven’t you done?” he teased, a playful smirk tugging at his lips.
“I have to know…was Y/N or Bucky tied up?” Yelena asked.
Y/N  smirked and leaned into Bucky. “Hey, what happens in Avengers Tower stays in Avengers Tower.”
“Unless Y/N decides to broadcast it like a podcast,” Bucky muttered.
“Guilty,” she said with a wink.
Another few rounds of “Never Have I Ever” confessions followed, each one more hilariously embarrassing than the last, much to Bucky’s increasing discomfort.
“Enough!” Bucky stood, gently lifting Y/N ’s legs off him like she was a landmine. “We are never playing this game again.”
Y/N  tilted her head back against the couch, grinning up at him. “You love me.”
“I love you less when you’re drunk and talking about my super-soldier stamina in front of everyone.”
“You love me most when I talk about your stamina.”
He froze, narrowed his eyes—and then bent down, grabbed her hand, and pulled her to her feet.
“Okay. That’s it. We’re leaving.”
A chorus of protests rose up.
“Nooo, come on!”
“She didn’t even get to the balcony story!”
“Bucky, come on, share one detail—”
“Do not encourage her!” Bucky snapped over his shoulder as he led Y/N  toward the elevator.
She gave the group a dramatic wave. “If the tower starts shaking later, mind your business!”
The elevator doors closed.
Ava turned to Yelenal. “Ten bucks says they’re doing it in there right now.”
Yelena sipped her whiskey. “Smart money’s on the elevator.”

Beauty AND brains. Your knowledge is your weapon.
Let's not only be insanely beautiful but also disgustingly educated. Other than discipline and hard work, your knowledge is your weapon in this world of chaos, something that you can sharpen and use.
Where can you expand your knowledge? What areas, what topics
How can you expand your knowledge? In different circumstances and preferences such as if you're too busy or if you have a short attention span
Tumblr media
Where can you expand your knowledge?
I DO NOT mean that you need to be an expert at everything. You don't need multiple degrees for each type of intelligence. However, if you want to sharpen your weapon, sharpen your knowledge.
These are the areas where you CAN sharpen your knowledge AND the areas where you SHOULD know the basics in:
Emotional, Communication, Morals, Ethics. Be human, and make others feel human too. Cultivate empathy, understand mental health, build your conscience, and differentiate right from wrong. Communicate frequently and effectively.
History, Culture, Politics. The world is chaotic — learn to stand your ground. Understand history, politics, corruption, culture, and the overlooked heroes. Know what shaped the past to navigate the future.
Digital Literacy. The internet is a double-edged sword. Learn to navigate it safely, protect your privacy, spot misinformation, and adapt to evolving technology.
Manners, Etiquette, Body Language. The way you present yourself matters. Respect others, read unspoken cues, and master the art of presence.
Self-Sufficiency, Life Skills, Livelihood. You won’t always have someone to rely on. Cook, clean, manage time, handle money, and adapt to life’s challenges. Be independent.
Literature, Language, Writing. Words are power. Read, write, and communicate with depth. Language shapes history, culture, and thought—use it wisely.
Critical Thinking, Problem-Solving. The world isn’t black and white. Question everything, analyze critically, recognize manipulation, and think for yourself. Don't be swayed easily by others.
Science and Math. The foundation of everything. At least know the basics, enough to understand the forces shaping the world — logic, numbers, and the universe itself.
Self-Care, Hygiene, Fitness, Health. Your body and mind are your greatest assets. Eat well, stay active, manage stress, and prioritize your well-being before it’s too late.
Tumblr media
How can you expand your knowledge?
When you have free time When you're busy When you prefer learning visually When you have little to no attention span
You are what you consume. Now that you know what topics you can expand your knowledge on, these are what you can use / do to consume those information:
Have some free time? Do / use these
Read books, take online courses, or watch in-depth documentaries. (Example: history books, finance courses, science explainers) Engage in discussions or debates to refine your thinking. (Example: politics, ethics, critical thinking) Try hands-on learning like experiments, DIY projects, or journaling. (Example: cooking, coding, writing) Attend workshops, seminars, or community events.
Too busy? Do / use these
Listen to podcasts or audiobooks while traveling, doing tasks / work / school work, or doing chores. (Example: podcasts on Spotify / Tiktok, Youtube videos where the creator is more on speaking, audiobooks on Audible or by downloading a free e-pub format e-book online then uploading it into Google Playbooks and using the audiobook / text-to-speech format) Follow bite-sized content on social media. (Example: short educational / history Tiktok videos, digital literacy infographics, photos on Pinterest) Take advantage of apps and tools for productivity, learning, etc. (Example: budgeting apps, language-learning apps) Watch short, informative videos during breaks. (Example: TED-Ed, Ted Talks, short Tiktok videos)
Like to learn visually / by watching? Do / use these
Watch video explainers, documentaries, or animated infographics. Use apps that gamify learning. (Example: Duolingo for language, Codecademy for coding) Follow visually engaging content creators. (Example: finance charts, body language breakdowns) Make mind maps or illustrated notes to break down complex topics. (Example: self-care routines, political structures, problem-solving techniques)
Little to no attention span? Do / use these
Learn through short-form content like TikToks, reels, or infographics. Play interactive or gamified learning apps. (Example: strategy games, trivia quizzes) Follow meme-based or storytelling-style education accounts. Try hands-on, fast-paced activities. (Example: debate flash rounds, real-world problem-solving challenges, DIY experiments)
Tumblr media
Begin small, learn the basics, take a step at a time, and start from there. Be BOTH beauty and brains. You have a weapon (your knowledge), sharpen it and use it.

I guess the problem is that a lot of what we call "videogames" are not "games" in the traditional sense. A game has rules of play. A defined way to engage with it. And if you break those rules, you're not playing the game anymore. You're being a cheater, or perhaps just a dick. But videogames don't always work like this.
Gmod doesn't have any rules. There's no way to win or lose at it. People can create games inside Gmod, but is Gmod itself a game? Maybe not. It's just a space to be creative in.
Meanwhile a game like Skyrim has its defined goals, but a player is free to break it over their knee, mod it beyond recognition, cheat, go out of bounds. Is this breaking the rules? Are you still playing Skyrim? Or are the rules a more abstract thing in this? Are the "rules" simply anything you're capable of doing within the software? But then the entire concept of a videogame deconstructs.
Is a videogame just software that derives enjoyment? That would be ridiculous. Games are sad sometimes. No, a videogame requires challenge, right? Gmod says no. Perhaps videogames are just... interactive digital experiences?
Back before I owned a smartphone, I'd sometimes use Pokemon Diamond to cheat on my math homework. The game had a calculator. But was I really playing the game in that moment? My playtime says yes.
When google chrome can't find a connection, you get to play the little jumping dinosaur game.

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
Laura hated school. She had never gone to school before and she was fine, but after Logan and you had taken her under your wing, you put her in a school for her 'education'.
The only thing she needed to be educated in was survival. She hated sitting in a chair for hours, trying to keep still so she wouldn't get scolded. She hated the dumb questions teachers asked, their dumb faces while they got frustrated that the class didn't understand. And She hated math.
But most of all?
She hated that Logan had to pick her up every damn day. Not because of Logan himself or because she wanted to prove that she could walk home on her own, but because every time Logan stepped foot into the classroom to get her-
that one teacher wouldn’t leave him alone.
Her name was Miss Dover. She was pretty, blonde, and always smiling way too much when Logan arrived. She touched his arm, she laughed at things he didn’t mean to be funny.
And Laura?
Laura wanted to throw her backpack at her face. Or get her claws out, but Logan didn’t allow her
Logan already regretted agreeing to pick Laura up every day after the first time he had done so. Of course not because of Laura, but because of Miss Dover. Today was no different. The second he stepped onto the school grounds, surrounded by students who reminded him of the old times in the mansion, there she was.
“Mr. Howlett!” she called out to him in a too friendly manner, flipping her hair over her shoulder to show off. “Right on time, as always.” she smiled and to Logan, it looked like it hurt. He sighed. Here we go.
He only grunted in response, crossing his arms. Don’t engage. Keep it short. Get out.
Miss Dover, of course, ignored all of that. And she was in no way repelled because of Logans clear lack of interest in her. “You know” she started, biting her lip as she looked up at him, “I think it’s so sweet that you take the time to pick Laura up every day. A lot of dads just send a babysitter. I find that very admirable and...amazing”
Logan barely kept himself from rolling his eyes. “Well, she’s my kid.” he deadpanned. He was supposed to pick her up from school, so he did. It was the bare minimum, no need to make a fuss over something that was so self-evident.
Miss Dover beamed at him even after his discouraging answer. “That’s wonderful! A family man.” Logans eye twitched at that. He needed to get Laura and leave. Now.
Laura watched them from the steps of the school entrance, arms crossed over her chest, her pink glasses sitting on top of her head. She glanced at you, who stood beside her, smirking. Logan had begged you to come when he picked up Laura so he could prove to you how persistent and stubborn that one teacher was when it came to flirting with him.
“Should we save him?” you asked the girl beside you. For the record, you weren't jealous. Why would you be? You knew Logan loved you and didn't have eyes for anyone else, if anything, you were pretty amused by his misery. Laura shrugged at your question. “He deserves it.” you snorted a laugh, she had a point “Yeah, but we need him in one piece."
With a sigh, Laura slung her backpack over her shoulder, slipped down her sunglasses so they covered her eyes and marched towards Logan. Miss Dover was still going on about something, being awfully handsy while Logan was so obviously uncomfortable, when Laura reached them. She grabbed Logans sleeve, pulling at it. “Can we go now?” she asked Logan, paying no mind to her teacher. Miss Dovers eyes softened and she let out a coo “Aww. Looks like someone is eager to get home with Daddy” upon her words, Laura stared at her with an unreadable expression. Then, very clearly, very loudly, she said:
“He is married”
Miss Dover blinked. Logan groaned but was silently relieved. It wasn’t the way he thought Miss Dover would find out, but in the end he was glad. Laura pointed directly at you as you approached from the steps. “To her”
Miss Dovers smile dropped as she followed to where Laura pointed. You, meanwhile, finally stepped closer, grinning. “Hi” you greeted cheerfully with a wave, slipping your arm around Logans “I’m his wife” you confirmed with a nod. And judging by Miss Dovers expression, you knew she thought you didn't fit into the family, that you didn't even look like Lauras mom, that you looked way too young and you were overall not a good match in her opinion. You could tell she was about to gossip over this in the teachers lounge. But you couldn’t care less.
Logan exhaled in relief as he felt you settling beside him. Miss Dover turned red. Out of embarrassment or anger, you couldn't tell. Probably the latter. “Oh, I...I had no idea-" she stammered, averting eyecontact and taking a step back, her hand playing with the fabric of her skirt.
“Yeah” Laura said flatly. “Can we go now?”
Logan didn’t wait to answer her. He turned on his heel and walked away, practically dragging you and Laura with him. The three of you walked to his truck in silence. Logan ran a hand down his face as he threw Lauras backpack into the car. “Finally" he grunted as he sat down behind the steering wheel.
You laughed at him “She really doesn’t get the hint, huh?” you noted. Logan twisted the key, rubbing his temples while he drove out of the parking lot. “I swear, next time-”
“Next time” Laura interrupted from behind “you are sending her to pick me up”
Logan frowned, looking through the rear-view mirror at her “Why?”
Laura buckled her seatbelt “Because then she will know you are taken for real. She probably thinks this was a joke or something"
You laughed at that, leaning against Logan. “She’s right, you know. That woman looked like she wasn’t believing her ears when I said I was your wife. You said she was being persistent, I don’t think she will take this seriously” you chuckled, giving his rugged cheek a kiss. Logan sighed defeated "Yeah, yeah” he answered, putting a hand on your thigh while rounding a corner. “Maybe next time, you pick her up”
You grinned, laying your hand over his. He was a little tense. You knew why. He didn't know if you were jealous, maybe you were a little mad but didn't show it. "I'm not jealous, if you think that. Not at all"
Logan raised an eyebrow. Then he looked at you - really looked at you. At the way you fit so perfectly against him. At the way your eyes sparkled with mischief, teasing him. At the way your hand rested over his, like it belonged there. And when he turned his hand to grasp yours tightly, he was holding his heart in his palm. Yeah. You weren't jealous. Because he was yours. And you were his. And nothing was ever going to change that.
Not even when Laura stood in front of Logan a week later, her arms crossed, staring him down despite him clearly towering over her.
“You have to come”
“No, I don’t.”
“Yes, you do”
Logan sighed, rubbing his temples. They had been at this back and forth game for like 10 minutes now “Why?” he grumbled. “Because it’s career day” Laura answered flatly.
He gave her a look that said he cursed the way she was just as stubborn as him “Yeah? So?” he muttered lowly and shrugged. Laura huffed and rolled her eyes. “So” she said, already looking exhausted over the argument “everyone has to bring a parent to talk about their job”
Laura really wanted him to come. Mostly because she was always the black sheep in her class when it came to telling stories, showing emotions and just simply existing. She was different than the other kids, and after what happened to her, she had every right to be. The others picked on her more often than not and while she wanted to let her claws speak for her, Logan had strictly forbidden it. So all she could do was listen to them. It was draining. She just wanted to be normal for once.
Logan knew that, yet he scowled, picking up a can of beer from the fridge "Tell ‘em I’m dead.” he said between chugging down the bitter liquid.
You were sitting on the couch and as you heard their conversation, you couldn't help but snort.
Laura didn’t blink, unfazed “You have to come.”
Logan glared down at her, hating just how much she was like him. He was about to tell her to fuck off and go to her room, but he sighed “Kid, no one wants to hear me talk about drivin' a damn limo.”
Laura shrugged at that, turning on her heel. “Too bad.” she said. And just like that, Logan lost the argument.
And thats how Logan found himself sitting at the front of the classroom, arms crossed, scowl in full force. You stood at the back with a few other parents, your eyes fixated on him. It was fun, seeing him so annoyed. But it also warmed your heart- he sat next to Laura, sitting way taller than she was, his long legs barely fitting under the table. The two were bickering, poking each other back and forth before Laura leaned her head against his shoulder, his arm around her securely. He was it for you. Yes, you were married, but you'd marry him again in a heartbeat.
There were parents that had already gone before him. Firefighters, doctors, a lawyer. A police man sat down in his seat again after his presentation. And now it was Logans turn.
Great.
With a grunt, he stood up, slightly limping over to the blackboard. He could already feel the judgy stares of the other parents. Laura gave him a small thumbs up, and so did you.
Miss Dover, the teacher yes, that one, smiled at Logan “Alright, Mr. Howlett, why don’t you tell us what you do for a living?” she cheered.
Logan exhaled slowly.
"…I drive a limo.”
Silence.
Some of the kids blinked. A couple of parents exchanged unimpressed glances. Then one kid raised his hand. “Like… for famous people?” the young boy asked, looking a bit intimidated by Logans frown.
“Sometimes.” Logan grunted as an answer. Another kid raised her hand, bolder and more confident than her classmahe “What’s the coolest person you ever drove?”
Logan grimaced at her question, but what was he supposed to do? “A drunk guy who puked in my backseat” he replied, looking at his feet while silence spread through the room again. Miss Dover cleared her throat, the tension in the air was awkward “Oh! well, uhm..does your job have any…exciting parts?” she stuttered out, the eyes of the other parents resting on her as if to ask: why the hell did you allow him to come?
Logan stared at her, the question heavy in the room. Did she really want him to tell a bunch of ten year olds about the times he got into fistfights and gun battles with passengers?
“…Not really” he muttered.
From the back, you smiled. You knew exactly what was happening. Logan wasn’t embarrassed about his job, nor did he care about what these people thought. But he cared about Laura. And right now? He felt bad that her dad was a limo driver while other kids got to brag about firefighters and surgeons and stuff.
Your chest ached.
Because he didn’t get it. Laura didn’t care about any of that, she just wanted her dad.
Miss Dover clapped her hands, her cheeks red in slight embarrassement. “Well, let’s open the floor for more questions!” she welcomed the classroom.
Big mistake.
A mom from the third row, blonde, red lipstick, way too interested, raised her hand “So, Mr. Howlett” she started, smiling too much, “do you work long hours?” she nearly purred. Logan tensed a little, rubbing his beard “…I guess.”
Another mom, brunette, twirling her curls around her fingers in a flirty manner, leaned forward. “Must be tough coming home late all the time. Bet it gets lonely.”
You bit your lip, amused, but also a little sorry for the kids that had to witness their moms shamelessly thirst over another kids dad. Laura rolled her eyes and Logan scowled “I’m not lonely.”
The blonde mom giggled, biting her bottom lip “Yeah, I bet with me you wouldn't be” she purred. Jesus, what as up with these women??
Logans jaw clenched in annoyance. He didn't understand how these women could just full on flirt with him while their children were there. Besides that, he, Laura and you had arrived later than everyone else and he had kissed you before sitting down, surely they noticed that? Apparently not, not even the obvious ring on his finger seemed to catch their attention.
You, meanwhile, just waited. Because any second now-
“He’s married.” Laura deadpanned, her arms crossed, saving him yet again.
The brunette mom blinked “Oh” she mumbed, her face burning red. The blonde mom hesitated. "really..?”
Logan, already done with everything, just pointed at you in the back of the room. Every head turned and in any other situation, this would have you highly uncomfortable. But you just grinned. “Hi Ladies” you greeted them. You walked forward to the blackboard, smiling at the way their jealous stares bore into the back of your head. You could tell the women were fuming over the fact that you bagged such a handsome man, but Logan knew only you could truly appreciate him. "We should try and advertise our marriage" you giggled.
Logan grumbled, wrapping an arm around your waist protectively. You smirked up at him, fixing his loose tie “Maybe you should start to wear a sign.” you teased him even more. He rolled his eyes at you “Shut up" he mumbled, but his grip on you tightened. Because you were his. And he wanted to show that.
You didn't even wait for the other parents to have their turn at presenting their jobs. You just took Laura and went out of there, walking back to Logans truck. “That was hell.” he sighed, letting himself fall behind the wheel with a grunt.
You laughed as you closed your door from the passenger seat, slipping your hand into his “You survived"
“Barely.”
Laura climbed into the truck behind you two, buckling her seatbelt “Next time, I’m bringing her” she said, pointing at you. Logan frowned at that, the engine purring to life “What, so she can brag about…what? Painting? Making fun of me?” he grinned smugly, making you want to wipe that smirk off his face.
You returned the grin “I could have given them a whole presentation on how sexy my husband is.” you hummed, leaning in close to his face, your noses touching. Logan chuckled, the sound rich in his chest "Oh, yeah?” he muttered gravelly, leaning in to give you a deep, wet, noisy kiss.
Laura made a gagging noise.
You pulled back with a laugh and Logan turned towards the road as he started driving, a satisfied smile on his lips. You glanced at Laura in the backseat. “So?” you asked. “Were you embarrassed?
She blinked at your question, her brows furrowed, making her look so much like Logan “What?”
You gestured toward Logan next to you, then looked back at her “That your dad is a limo driver.” you stated simply, matter of factly. Lauras frown deepened, like the question itself was stupid. “No.” she said flatly.
Logan glanced at her through the rear view mirror, his brow cocked. "That right?” he asked her, feeling a soft smile creeping onto his lips. She shrugged, looking out the window. “You pick me up every day. You don’t talk too much. You don’t smell weird. You’re fine.”
Your heart swelled and you aww'ed at the two. "Great review, kid.” Logan huffed, but you knew he was feeling proud inside. Laura pulled a juice box from her bag and for a moment, the car was silent.
“Better than the other dads.”
Logan swore his heart just did a giddy flip “Yeah?” he asked, as if he had just heard her wrong. Your expression was soft as you looked at him, your hands curling around his.
Laura nodded wordlessly. And just like that, Logan realized it didn’t matter what he did for work, what he had done in the past. It didn’t define him entirely. Because Laura?
Laura was just happy he was her dad.

Yoichi Isagi x Reader
Content: Isagi uses his meta vision to get the exact circumference of your thighs
[749 words]
Tumblr media
You’re sitting comfortably on the couch, scrolling mindlessly through your phone when you feel it—his gaze. Not just any gaze. That gaze. The one that makes your skin tingle, the one that screams analysis, the one that makes you wonder if you’ve somehow transformed into a soccer ball without realizing it.
“…Yoichi,” you murmur, not looking up.
“Yeah?” His voice is smooth, casual. Too casual.
You slowly raise your eyes, only to find him staring directly at your thighs like they hold the secrets of the universe. His pupils are blown wide, that signature glow flickering in his irises.
      You blink. He does not.
“Are you… okay?” you ask hesitantly.
He doesn’t answer. Not immediately. Instead, he just stares at you, eyes dark with an intensity that makes your skin prickle.
“…Boy, what the hell are you doing?” you deadpan, your irritation barely masking the weird mix of curiosity and secondhand embarrassment curling in your chest.
Then, he breathes it—soft, reverent, almost in awe.
      “Love.”
And you swear, he looks amazed. Like he’s just unraveled some divine secret. Like you’re the final piece of some grand tactical puzzle.
“Did you know the circumference of your thighs is exactly—”
“Nope! Don’t wanna hear it!” You launch a cushion at him, but of course he dodges—agile, precise, like he’s dodging defenders on the field instead of your makeshift projectile.
“Wait, wait! I’m serious!” He’s already leaning forward again, voice fervent, eyes practically glowing with Meta Vision madness. “I calculated it based on the distance between your knees, the angle of your legs, and the way the fabric folds when you sit—”
      “Yoichi, what the actual hell?!”
You bury your face in your hands, caught somewhere between laughing and spiraling into an existential crisis. Because this man—your boyfriend, the love of your life—just casually mathed your thighs.
And worst of all? He looks proud of it.
He grins, entirely unrepentant. Smug, even. “I can probably optimize how you sit for better circulation, too.”
You just give him an unamused look, shaking your head.
His voice drops, lower, smoother. “Come on, babe,” he murmurs, eyes flickering down, dark and hungry. “At least let me test my theory.”
      “Stop!” You yelp in embarrassment.
He pouts, but the glint in his eye tells you this is far from over. You sigh, exasperated yet so ridiculously fond of your freakishly dedicated and obsessed boyfriend. Because at the end of the day, this is Isagi Yoichi. If he loves something, he analyzes it. If he wants to get better at something, he breaks it down piece by piece until he understands it completely.
“…So, does this mean you like my thighs?” you tease after a pause, raising an eyebrow.
He blinks like you just asked if the sky was blue. “Of course. They’re perfect.”
      Oh. Well, damn.
      Now you’re the one short-circuiting.
You should’ve known better than to engage. Should’ve let it slide. Should’ve ignored the way his eyes gleamed with something mad but no. You had to tease him.
Now, you’re the one trapped because the moment you jokingly asked if he liked your thighs, something in Isagi’s expression shifted. Like you had just challenged him. Like he had just discovered a whole new field to dominate.
      He moves fast.
One second he’s sitting across from you, and the next, he’s right between your legs, hands sliding up your thighs with a level of focus that should be illegal.
      “Yoichi—?!”
“Shh.” His voice is too calm, too controlled as he spreads your legs apart just enough to fit himself closer. His thumbs press into the soft flesh, testing, measuring, learning.
Oh. Oh, you are so screwed.
“You know…” He tilts his head, “I wasn’t joking earlier. Your proportions? Perfect.”
Your throat goes dry. “What are you talking about?”
“I mean it.” His fingers flex slightly, gripping, and suddenly it’s not funny anymore. It’s real—the heat in his gaze, the way his body is so close you can feel the warmth radiating off him. Your breath catches when he leans down, lips just shy of brushing your inner thigh.
“Ichi.” It’s meant to be a warning, but it comes out breathless.
      He smirks.
“What?” His lips ghost over your skin, teasing. “I’m just analyzing.”
Analyzing. Analyzing. You gasp as his teeth gently graze your thigh, a soft pinch against your skin before his tongue follows, tracing a slow, messy path upward from the base of your thigh, inching higher.
Oh, he’s gonna be the death of you.

jungwon, with his effortless charm and seemingly innate ability to top every class, was the reigning champion of your academic world. you, however, were his persistent challenger, a worthy adversary who kept him on his toes with your sharp wit, relentless determination, and a competitive fire that burned bright. your rivalry was legendary, a constant dance of playful banter and intellectual sparring that fueled both your ambitions. you'd exchange witty barbs in the hallways, engage in heated debates during class discussions, and push each other to strive for excellence in every exam.
"you're going down this time, jungwon.." you'd declare, your eyes sparkling with competitive glee as you slammed your textbook onto the library table, the sound echoing through the quiet study area. he'd raise an eyebrow, a playful smirk tugging at his lips. "don't get ahead of yourself, sweetheart. i haven't lost yet."
and he never did. jungwon always seemed to be one step ahead, his effortless grasp of complex concepts and unwavering focus leaving you trailing in his wake. but despite your constant defeats, jungwon found your determination endearing. he loved the way your eyes lit up with challenge, the way you'd pout when he outscored you, and the way you'd never give up, always coming back for more. he loved the way your competitive spirit brought a spark to his otherwise predictable academic life.
one afternoon, as you were both studying in the library, you noticed jungwon staring at you with an unreadable expression. "what?" you asked, self-consciously tucking a stray strand of hair behind your ear, your cheeks flushing slightly under his intense gaze. "nothing," he replied, a faint blush creeping up his neck. "just admiring the view." you rolled your eyes, but a smile tugged at your lips. "focus on your books, jungwon. you might actually lose to me one day." he chuckled, a low rumble in his chest that sent shivers down your spine. "i wouldn't dream of it. besides, where's the fun in winning if there's no challenge?" he leaned closer, his voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper. "and you, my dear rival, are the most delightful challenge i've ever encountered."
your heart skipped a beat at his words, and you quickly looked down at your textbook, pretending to be engrossed in the complex equations. but you couldn't ignore the warmth spreading through you, the way his words made your stomach do a funny little flip.
but jungwon's confidence wavered when a new student, jake, arrived. jake was smart, especially on math and physics. charismatic, and undeniably handsome, and he quickly caught your attention. you found yourself drawn to his easy going nature and quick wit, and jungwon noticed the way your eyes would linger on him a little too long, the way your laughter seemed a little brighter when you were with him. he noticed the way you'd blush when jake complimented you, the way you'd eagerly agree to study sessions with him, the way you'd light up when he entered the room.
a pang of jealousy shot through jungwon, a feeling he'd never experienced before. he realized that your rivalry, your constant pursuit of him, had become something more. he'd grown accustomed to your attention, your competitive fire directed solely at him. now, seeing you gravitate towards someone else, he felt a possessiveness he couldn't deny. he wanted you to look at him the way you looked at jake, to laugh with him the way you laughed with jake, to be the reason for your blush and your smile.
one evening, after witnessing you and jake laughing together in the hallway, jungwon couldn't hold back any longer. he pulled you aside, his expression uncharacteristically serious, his usual playful demeanor replaced with a quiet intensity.
"what's going on with you and jake?" one day he asked, his voice laced with a hint of possessiveness, his jaw clenched slightly. you looked at him, surprised by his intensity. "what do you mean?" "you seem… different around him," he admitted, his voice barely above a whisper, his eyes searching yours for an answer. "happier." a wave of realization washed over you. you'd been so focused on your rivalry with jungwon, on trying to beat him, that you hadn't noticed the way your heart would flutter when he teased you, the way his smile could make your day. you hadn't noticed the way his eyes would sparkle when he looked at you, the way his touch would send shivers down your spine, the way his presence would fill you with a warmth you couldn't explain.
"jungwon, i…" you began, but he cut you off, his hand reaching out to gently cup your cheek, his thumb stroking your skin softly. "i like you," he confessed, his eyes locking with yours, his voice filled with a raw honesty you'd never heard before. "more than just a rival. and it's killing me to see you with someone else."
your heart pounded in your chest, your breath catching in your throat. he stepped closer, his gaze intense, his body heat radiating against yours. "i know i always win," he said, his voice husky, his breath warm against your lips. "but for once, i want to lose. i want to lose to you. let me win you back."
he leaned in, his lips finding yours in a kiss that was both tender and demanding, a perfect blend of his gentle nature and his newfound possessiveness. it was a kiss that spoke of rivalry, of jealousy, of a love that had blossomed amidst the battle for academic supremacy. as you kissed him back, you realized that jungwon wasn't just your academic rival, he was your everything. and you were his.

Leighton Murray found herself in the new top-level math class at Essex College. Little did she know, this class would not only challenge her love of equations but also introduce her to someone who would change her for the better.
Y/N, a reserved and quiet girl, sat quietly in the back row, focusing on the formulas written on the whiteboard. As the days passed, Leighton noticed the mysterious girl with an air of intrigue. Leighton, never one to shy away from new connections, decided to make her move.
One day after class, Leighton approached Y/N with a warm smile. "Hey there, Y/N, isn't it? Mind if I borrow your notes? I think I was a bit distracted today."
Y/N looked up, surprised by the friendly approach. "Oh, sure. Here you go," she replied, handing over her notebook.
As Leighton flipped through the pages, she couldn't help but notice the meticulous organization of Y/N's notes. "Wow, you're really thorough. I wish I had your dedication."
Y/N blushed slightly at the compliment. "Thanks, I just like to stay organized."
Leighton chuckled, "I'm Leighton, by the way. Leighton Murray."
"Pretty name, Leighton," she replied, a hint of nervousness in her voice.
Leighton continued to engage in friendly conversations with Y/N after classes, discovering common interests and shared passions. As the weeks passed, their connection deepened, and Leighton found herself captivated by Y/N's intelligence, kindness, and, unknowingly to her, the subtle signs of a shared attraction.
One evening, after a particularly challenging math assignment, Leighton invited Y/N to grab a coffee with her. They found a cozy spot in a nearby cafe, Sips. The atmosphere was filled with the warmth of brewing espresso and soft conversation.
As they sipped their drinks, Leighton leaned in, breaking the barrier of friendship. "You know, Y/N, I feel like we've become really good friends. But there's something I've been meaning to ask you."
Y/N looked at her curiously, her heart pounding.
Leighton smiled warmly, "Are you seeing anyone? Because I can't help but feel this connection between us, and I don't want to assume anything, but..."
Y/N looked around quickly, her eyes narrowing at Leighton. "What?" she spoke quickly, noticing a few eyes on her. She chuckles awkwardly, leaning back from Leighton.
Y/N's eyes widened, and she hesitated for a moment. The fear of exposing her true self and the potential consequences rushed through her mind. In a moment of panic, she stammered, "I am not gay, Leighton. I'm gonna go" She spoke with a forced laugh, standing up quickly and packing up her stuff, heading out of the cafe without glancing behind her.
Leighton looked around embarrassed, wanting to chase after Y/N but not wanting to seem desperate.
Leighton sat there with a frown on her face, Kimberly walked over and sat down after seeing the interaction. "Are you okay?" She asked softly, her eyebrows furrowed at seeing Leighton upset.
___
The thumping bass of the music echoed through the crowded frat party, creating an energetic atmosphere. Leighton, enjoying the night with friends, spotted Y/N across the room. Excitement flickered in her eyes as she made her way through the sea of people, eager to talk about what happened with Y/N.
However, as Leighton approached, she couldn't help but notice Y/N actively avoiding her. Confusion clouded Leighton's expression as she tried to understand why Y/N seemed to be purposefully keeping her distance. Determined to address the situation, Leighton maneuvered through the crowd, attempting to catch up with Y/N.
"Hey, Y/N! Wait up!" Leighton called out, her voice barely audible over the music.
Y/N turned, a brief flash of panic in her eyes, before she quickly changed direction, disappearing into the throng of dancing bodies. Perplexed, Leighton picked up her pace, determined to get to the bottom of the sudden avoidance.
Several attempts later, Leighton managed to corner Y/N in a quieter corner of the frat house. "Y/N, what's going on? Did I do something?"
Y/N, visibly flustered, avoided eye contact. "No, Leighton, it's not you. I just... I need some space, okay? I'll catch up with you later."
Leighton left her alone after that, finding herself soon surrounded by her roommates, – Whitney, Kimberly, and Bela. As they navigated the lively atmosphere, Leighton noticed Y/N at the makeshift bar, downing a few shots.
Curiosity flickered in Leighton's eyes as she observed Y/N from a distance. However, her intrigue turned to hurt when a guy approached Y/N, his intentions written all over his face. Leighton exchanged glances with her friends, and they collectively decided to keep an eye on the situation.
Leighton's brow furrowed as she watched the guy engage Y/N in conversation, leaning in with a flirty smile. The atmosphere around them became tense as the guy tried to make his move. Leighton couldn't help but feel a knot forming in her stomach.
The guy's attempts escalated, and, to Leighton's dismay, Y/N seemed to be going along with it, albeit reluctantly. The situation took an unexpected turn when the guy leaned in and kissed Y/N. Leighton's heart sank as she saw Y/N reciprocate, a look of happiness evident on her face.
Y/N abruptly pulled back, a brief expression of disgust crossing her features before she masked it with a forced smile. Leighton exchanged glances with her friends, the concern etched on their faces mirroring her own.
Y/N, feeling weird about the situation and needing an escape from the persistent guy at the party, decided to create an excuse. She gently extricated herself from his hold and said, "Hey, I actually need to head home. It's getting late."
The guy, with a cocky grin, tightened his grip on her, clearly not taking no for an answer. "Come on, don't be like that. The night's still young."
Y/N, feeling increasingly annoyed, insisted, "No, really. I have to go." She attempted to pull away, but the guy complained, trying to persuade her to stay.
"We'll catch up later, okay?"
The guy, displeased with the situation, reluctantly released Y/N. However, before she could fully distance herself from him, he pulled her back in for another kiss. Y/N, feeling pressured, went along with it briefly. As they kissed, the guy's actions became more intrusive, as he groped Y/N's ass.
Y/N pulled back with a short smile, holding her arms around his neck. "I really gotta go now, I'll see you later." She smiles at him, silently celebrating when he lets her go.
She heads out of the party quickly, walking home a little too sober for her liking. Leighton wants to follow her but decides to give her space for a bit.
Later that evening, Leighton found herself standing outside Y/N's dorm room, contemplating whether to knock or not. After taking a deep breath, she gently tapped on the door. Y/N opened it, surprised to see Leighton standing there.
"Hey," Leighton began, a hint of concern in her eyes. "I hope I'm not intruding, but I couldn't shake the feeling that something might be wrong. Can we talk?"
Y/N hesitated but eventually nodded, inviting Leighton into her room. The air in the room was tense, and Y/N couldn't bring herself to make eye contact.
Leighton sat down, choosing her words carefully. "I noticed something changed after I asked you out earlier. I didn't mean to put you on the spot like that, I guess I just read the vibes wrong. I genuinely care about you, Y/N, I'm sorry."
Y/N took a deep breath, mustering the courage to speak her truth. "It isn't that, Leighton. My family is pretty uptight. I've been struggling with the fear of coming out to them, and it's making me hesitant about being open about me, even liking you. Especially around my cousin who came here with me" Y/N expresses quickly, getting worked up over the conversation.
Leighton hums quietly, "I understand, Y/N. Coming out can be really challenging, especially when you're uncertain about how your family will react. And with your cousin around, it adds an extra layer of shit I don't even know how to get into. I never wanted it to change my life, but Y/N it has never felt better. I'm still me, I never changed, I just get to freely love who I wanna love and not worry about it. It's gotta be hard with family around, but I wanna support you however I can. Some people suck, but those people don't matter, they come and go, your friends, me, I stay."
Y/N places her hands on her thighs, squeezing them for comfort.
"It's just that my cousin is pretty.. intense, and the thought of her finding out about us, me, it terrifies me. I'm scared of any public affection or behavior that might give it away. I feel like I'm hiding all the time and it's suffocating."
Leighton places one of her hands on top of one of Y/N's, smiling sadly at her.
"I'm so sorry you have to deal with this shit, Y/N. It must be really fucking tough for you. Just know that I'm here for you, we can figure this out together, if that's what you want?"
Y/N looked up, meeting Leighton's gaze, and for the first time, she felt a tinge of hope and acceptance. In that shared moment, the unspoken understanding between them deepened, setting the foundation for a connection that went beyond the surface and resonated with the complexities of being true to oneself.
In a sudden surge of courage, Y/N leaned in and pressed a quick, soft kiss on Leighton's lips.
Leighton blinked in surprise as Y/N quickly backed up, her eyes widening, panic flashing in Y/N's eyes. "I-I'm sorry. I shouldn't have done that without asking. I am so sorry"
Leighton caught off guard but pleasantly surprised, couldn't help but smile. "Hey, it's okay. No need to apologize. I'm more than okay with it."
Y/N's eyes flickered up to Leightons, seeking reassurance. "Really?"
Leighton nodded, her smile growing wider. "Absolutely. If it feels right for you, then that's all that matters. I want this, Y/N."
Encouraged by Leighton's positive response, Y/N smiles shyly at her. "So, is it okay if we... you know, try that again?"
Leighton chuckled, "Definitely," and Y/N leaned in once more. This time, the kiss lingered, a sweet and tender connection forming between them.
Leighton's smile grew during the kiss, leaning back to give her a quick kiss again. Y/N looked at Leighton with a newfound confidence in her eyes. "Thank you for being so understanding and supportive. I appreciate it more than you know."
Leighton reached out, squeezing Y/N's hand. "We're in this together, Y/N. No need to rush anything. Whenever you're ready, I'll be right here."

a/n: as I was writing this I realised most of my fics are school plot
——————————————————————
You had always been the studious one, the kind of student who could ace exams without breaking a sweat. Mingyu, on the other hand, was the quintessential class clown—loud, unpredictable, and always the center of attention. His antics had made him a legend in your high school, but you never expected the two of you would ever spend time together outside of class.
However, that all changed when the teacher announced mandatory tutoring sessions for struggling students. To your surprise, the person assigned to your group was none other than Mingyu himself. You were apprehensive about it at first; after all, you knew how he could be. Would he be serious about his studies, or just use the time as another opportunity for jokes and laughter?
The first few sessions were exactly what you expected. Mingyu would arrive with a quick grin and a barrage of puns that could make anyone groan. You would roll your eyes and get back to work, trying to make the most of your time with him. But slowly, as the days passed, you began to appreciate his humor more. Beneath the façade of the class clown, you discovered a more thoughtful side to Mingyu. He wanted to improve, and with your help, he actually started to.
Your meetings eventually shifted from awkward and frustrating to enjoyable and filled with banter. You would laugh at his silly jokes and tease him about his notorious reputation, while he would engage attentively with the material, even occasionally asking for clarification on topics he found difficult. It was surprising how he could change from a playful joker to a focused student in the span of just a few minutes.
One Wednesday afternoon, as winter settled in and the sun began to set early, you both found yourselves deep into a particularly challenging math problem in the quiet confines of the local library. You were seated at a large, wooden table illuminated by the soft glow of a desk lamp, surrounded by bookshelves stacked high with novels and textbooks.
"Okay, explain this part again," Mingyu said, resting his head on one hand, his expression half-focused, half-exasperated. Your fingers traced the numbers on the paper as you explained the concept of quadratic equations.
“Imagine it like a jump,” you said, enthusiastically drawing an exaggerated parabola in the air with your free hand. “When you throw a ball, it goes up, then comes down. The highest point is the maximum value, and the whole trajectory is shaped like a curve, just like this.”
Mingyu mimicked your hand movements, a smirk dancing on his lips. “So you’re saying if I throw a ball really hard, I’ll pass this math test?”
You laughed. “If only it were that simple.”
The hours flew by, marked only by the ticking clock on the wall and the occasional rustle of paper. You had both lost track of time. It wasn't until the library announced its closing for the night that you realized how late it had gotten.
"Oh no, we're locked in!" Mingyu exclaimed, looking around furtively as you both realized the entrance doors were indeed shut tight. "What are we going to do? We’ll be trapped here forever!"
“Calm down,” you said, trying to mask your unease with a shrug. “We’ll just wait for someone to come back and let us out.”
“Yeah, right,” Mingyu said, plopping down in a chair dramatically. “I’d probably just start doing my stand-up routine to keep myself entertained until then.”
The playful banter continued as you both settled into the unexpected situation, and soon, you found yourselves in a comfortable silence surrounded by the stories that lined the walls of the library. But in that quiet moment, Mingyu turned to you, a glint of mischief in his eyes.
“Since it’s just us here, do you want to hear a secret?” he asked, leaning closer with intrigue. There was a moment of tension, a thin line drawn between the humor and seriousness you both shared.
“A secret? From you?” you teased. “I’m not sure I trust you to keep it.”
Mingyu feigned offense. “I promise! No jokes. Just… honest.”
“Alright, then,” you said, your interest piqued. “Let’s hear it.”
“I think you’re really smart,” he said, his voice dropping to almost a whisper. “And I mean, smart-smart. Like, you get all the answers and I can barely figure out which number comes next.”
You blinked, taken aback by the honesty in that statement. “That’s sweet of you to say, but it’s just studying.”
"But you study because you care," he replied, sincerity etched on his face. “You don’t just do it to get grades… you want to help others, too.”
His gaze was steady, and for a moment, the classroom antics and the laughter faded away. It was just the two of you—Mingyu and you caught in an unexpected act of vulnerability. You felt a warmth rise within you, something you hadn’t anticipated.
“Mingyu…” you began, unsure of where this conversation was leading. But before you could finish your thought, he shifted closer, the distance between you shrinking until it felt electric.
“Mingyu!” you exclaimed, half in surprise, half in protest, yet your heart raced with an excitement you couldn’t quite analyze.
“I’ve been thinking…” he murmured, inching even closer, his face a mere breath away from yours. “Maybe I’ve been hiding behind jokes and laughter… but I really like spending time with you.”
Your breath caught in your throat as his honesty washed over you. It was unexpected but refreshing. In that moment, the world around you melted away until it was just the two of you, the quiet library filled with unspoken possibilities.
And then he leaned in.
The kiss was tentative at first, a gentle exploration filled with the hope and curiosity that had been building up over your shared laughter and late-night study sessions. As his lips brushed against yours, the world seemed to stand still. It felt like the climax of a romantic movie—two unlikely characters drawn together by the most unexpected circumstances, finding a connection they never knew was possible.
When you finally pulled away, both of you breathless, you knew that this moment would redefine everything. Mingyu’s expression shifted from the playful, buoyant energy that was so familiar to him to an earnest vulnerability that left you speechless.
With newfound determination, you guided his hand back to where you had left off. As his fingers traced the sensitive folds of your skin, you couldn't help but moan in delight. He teased and pleasured you until your body was quivering with anticipation.

Just as you were about to reach your peak, Mingyu gently turned you around and lowered you onto one of the library tables. The bookshelves loomed over you, their silent pages bearing witness to your stolen passion. Mingyu entered you slowly and deliberately, his every thrust setting off fireworks within your body.

You cried out in ecstasy as he filled you completely. Your nails dug into his back as he pounded into you, his hips moving in a rhythmic dance that sent shockwaves through both of you. You wrapped your legs around his waist, pulling him closer until you could feel every inch of his hardness within you.

The climax hit you both like a tidal wave. You screamed out in pleasure as Mingyu's seed erupted deep inside of you, mingling with your own sweet fluids. He collapsed on top of you, exhausted but still buzzing with the afterglow of your shared passion.

As you lay there entwined in each other's arms, you realized that your hidden love for Mingyu had blossomed into something more profound. It was a love that transcended the confines of the library and the boundaries of your wildest dreams.

With the first glimmer of dawn, Mingyu helped you to your feet and kissed you softly. 'I never would have imagined this,' he whispered, his voice filled with wonder. 'But I'm so glad it happened.'

You smiled up at him, your heart filled with a joy that you had never known. 'Me too, Mingyu,' you replied. 'Me too.'

Hi, I was wondering if you could make a sfw alphabet dating list for 2012 Donnie?
TMNT 2012 SFW Alphabet: Donatello.
A/N: sorry this took me forever the right this. I kind of felt burnt out for a while writing a lot of TMNT request here on Tumblr. I took a break for a good while because I was also having a lot of writer's block and I had so much going on in my normal life. And I just felt so burnt out. Again sorry this took forever. I hope you enjoy reading this.
Tumblr media
A = Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?)
Donnie is quite shy and awkward when it comes to romance, so he tends to express affection in subtle, indirect ways at first. He might leave little notes or gifts for his partner to find, complimenting them or reminding them he cares. As an acts of service type, Donnie loves using his skills to make things for a partner or help them out. He might build them a personalized piece of tech, give them massages after a long day, or be the first to volunteer to assist them with any project or problem. Donnie craves deep emotional connection. He loves having long, intellectually stimulating conversations with a partner, sharing all his niche interests and hearing theirs in return. He's an amazing listener. While not as naturally physically affectionate as Mikey, Donnie enjoys cuddles, hand-holding, and sitting close to a partner, especially while working on something together. He savors that quiet closeness. Donnie is endearingly romantic once he gets over his initial shyness. Expect nerdy but heartfelt poetry, special dates planned around shared interests, and gestures like holding doors open or offering his arm. He's steadfastly loyal, supportive and protective of loved ones. A partner can always count on Donnie to be there for them and defend them fiercely if needed. He takes relationships very seriously. In private, Donnie enjoys being a bit silly and playful with a trusted partner, coming out of his shell. He'll engage in witty banter, pun battles, and things like booping noses. So while Donnie is definitely the shy, awkward type, he has a huge heart and many sweet ways of showing love. He's a devoted partner who expresses affection through kind gestures, quality time, and staying loyally by his loved one's side.
B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)
Donatello would make an incredibly loyal, caring and supportive best friend. Though somewhat socially awkward and prone to getting wrapped up in his intellectual pursuits, he would always make time for his best friend and be there for them through thick and thin. Donnie would be the friend you could count on to lend a compassionate ear, give thoughtful advice, and go out of his way to help in any way he could, whether that's fixing a broken gadget, tutoring them in a difficult subject, or providing a shoulder to cry on. His quirky sense of humor and endearing awkwardness would make him a fun and entertaining companion. The friendship would likely start through a shared interest or unusual circumstance that brings Donatello and his future best friend together. Perhaps they meet in an advanced science or math class and bond over a challenging group project. Or maybe his friend gets into trouble with some Purple Dragons and Donnie swoops in to save the day, sparking a friendship forged in adventure. Alternatively could introduce them, knowing they would hit it off. However it happens, Donatello would be initially shy and reserved, but his warmth, attentiveness and dependability would quickly win his friend over as they discover how caring and loyal he truly is beneath the surface. From there, a deep bond and abiding friendship would blossom.
C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)
Given Donnie's sensitive, loyal, and romantic nature, it seems very likely that he would enjoy physical affection and cuddling with a partner he feels close to and trusts. Cuddling could provide him comfort and help him feel secure in the relationship. As the more intellectually-inclined turtle who spends a lot of time in his head, Donnie might especially appreciate the grounding, calming effects of cuddling. Holding his partner close could help quiet his overactive mind and anxious thoughts. Donnie would probably be a bit tentative and shy about initiating cuddles at first, but would happily reciprocate affection once he feels assured it is wanted. Over time, as he grows more confident, he may initiate more. While cuddling, Donnie would focus completely on his partner, setting aside projects and ideas to be fully present with them. He'd be attentive to their comfort and reactions. He seems like he'd enjoy cuddling in a protective manner, perhaps draping an arm around his partner and holding them close to his plastron. At the same time, having his shell/back caressed could help him relax. Donnie would want cuddle sessions to feel unrushed, with ample time to savor the closeness and connection. Late-night cuddles while stargazing or watching a favorite show together could really appeal to him.
D = Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)
Given Donatello's loyal, loving and romantic nature, it seems likely that he would eventually want to settle down with a committed significant other, despite his social awkwardness. Once Donnie falls for someone and develops a deep bond, he cares for them considerably and takes the relationship very much to heart. His devotion would drive him to want to build a stable, long-term partnership. At the same time, Donnie's anxiety and tendency to get frustrated under pressure suggests he might struggle with some aspects of domestic life and need an understanding partner who can be patient with him as he navigates committed cohabitation. In terms of household duties, Donnie's intellectual brilliance is more in the realms of science, technology and academics rather than domestic tasks. He likely has a very basic proficiency in cooking and cleaning - enough to get by on his own or in a pinch. However, he'd probably excel more at tasks like fixing appliances or programming a high-tech dishwasher than at preparing gourmet meals or keeping a spotless home. Donnie would likely be a willing and helpful partner in managing a household, but would do best with a significant other who could take the lead on many day-to-day chores and didn't mind if his cooking was more functional than fancy. He'd make up for it by keeping the wifi running smoothly, mounting the TV, and always being there for his love.
E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)
Donatello seems to have a strong sense of loyalty and takes relationships very seriously, so a breakup would likely only happen if there were irreconcilable issues or incompatibilities. As someone who can get anxious under pressure, he may struggle with initiating a difficult conversation like that. But his ultimate priority would be to do what he feels is right. I think Donnie would put a lot of thought into his words and try to clearly explain his reasons, while acknowledging his partner's perspective and the pain of the situation. He would want to be fully present for the discussion, not rushed or distracted. Afterwards, he would give his ex space to process things. Even if romantically they weren't compatible, he would still care about that person's wellbeing and want to treat them with respect.
F = Fiance(e) (How do they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?)
Given Donatello's loyal, devoted nature once he forms close bonds, I imagine he would take commitment very seriously in a relationship. As someone who feels things deeply and personally, Donnie would likely put a lot of thought and care into a long-term partnership. Once he decided he had met the right person, I could see him being ready to fully commit. However, Donnie's cautious and analytical side would probably want to take the time to be certain before taking a huge step like marriage. As the voice of logic in the group, he wouldn't rush into such a momentous lifelong commitment. I imagine Donnie would want to be in a relationship for a good amount of time first, to work through challenges together and make sure he and his partner were truly compatible. So while he would be fully ready to commit once he felt sure, I don't think he would be in a huge hurry to tie the knot. He would want to enjoy building a strong foundation with his s/o and then progress to marriage once they both felt prepared and excited to take that step together. Donnie takes his commitments seriously, so he would want to be thoroughly confident before making such an important promise. But once he did, he would pour his loyal, loving heart into the marriage.
G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)
Physically, Donnie would be extremely gentle, almost to a fault at times. He knows his own strength as a mutant turtle and would be very cautious about accidentally hurting his more fragile human partner. Expect a lot of soft caresses, light touches, and tender hugs and cuddles. He may be a bit hesitant and shy with physical affection at first, but would slowly build confidence over time as he gets more comfortable. Emotionally, Donnie would be a deeply caring and supportive partner. As mentioned in the description, he takes things to heart and feels emotions strongly. So he would be very attuned to his significant other's feelings and needs. He would openly express his love and do thoughtful things to make them happy. At the same time, his sensitivity means he may take things personally if there are disagreements or rough patches in the relationship. He would need a lot of reassurance and open communication from his partner.
H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)
Given Donnie's socially awkward nature, he likely doesn't initiate hugs very often, especially compared to his more outgoing brothers like Mikey. Hugging probably doesn't come naturally to him. However, when Donnie does hug, it's probably a reflection of his deeply loyal and loving side coming through. His hugs are likely earnest, heartfelt, and linger a bit longer than a quick, casual hug. He pours genuine emotion into them. I imagine his long limbs would wrap you up completely in an enveloping hug. He may even rest his chin on top of your head. The hug would feel protective and secure. Donnie would be most likely to initiate hugs in emotional moments - like reuniting after being apart, comforting you if you're upset, or expressing affection in private. But around others, he'd probably be more hesitant and reserve hugs for special occasions. Overall, Donnie's hugs may be a little clumsy and awkward, but you can tell he really means them. When he does open up to physical affection, it's a sign of deep trust and love. His hugging style seems like it would be adorkably sweet, just like Donnie himself.
I = I love you (How fast do they say the L-word?)
Donatello would likely take a more cautious and analytical approach when it comes to expressing his love. Given his socially awkward nature and tendency to overthink, he might hesitate to say "I love you" too quickly, wanting to be absolutely sure of his feelings and the reciprocation of his affection. Donnie would probably wait until he feels a deep, genuine connection and a sense of security in the relationship before confessing his love. He would want to choose the perfect moment and express it in a heartfelt, sincere manner. However, once he does say those three words, his loyalty and devotion would be unwavering, and he would cherish and support his loved one through thick and thin.
J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous?)
Donnie is deeply loyal and emotionally invested in his relationships, so seeing his S/O give a lot of attention to someone else would likely stir up strong feelings of jealousy and insecurity. Given his tendency to take things to heart, even minor interactions could eat away at him. As someone who is more socially awkward and anxious, Donnie may lack the confidence to directly confront his partner about his jealous feelings. Instead, he could withdraw emotionally, become passive-aggressive, or throw himself into his projects and inventions as a distraction and coping mechanism. With his keen intellect, Donnie's mind could start over-analyzing and catastrophizing the situation. He may read too much into innocent interactions and convince himself that his partner is losing interest or attracted to someone else. This could lead to unfounded accusations. If his jealousy reaches a boiling point, Donnie's aggression could come out, leading to a heated argument with his S/O. In the heat of the moment, he might say hurtful things he doesn't really mean, only to feel immense guilt afterwards. Ultimately, Donnie's jealousy would stem from his deep love and fear of losing his partner. He may need a lot of reassurance and open communication from his S/O to work through those insecure feelings in a healthy way. Learning to be vulnerable and express his emotions constructively would be key.
K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)
Given Donnie's slightly awkward and nervous nature, his kisses would likely start out a bit tentative and hesitant. He would want to get it right and not mess up. But as he relaxes and gets caught up in the moment with his s/o, his kisses would become more confident and passionate. Donnie is very loving and loyal once he opens up to someone. So his kisses would be full of deep affection and devotion. He would kiss his s/o like they are the most precious thing in the world to him. As someone who spends a lot of time in his head, Donnie's kisses would also have a tenderness and reverence to them, like he's in awe that he gets to be with his s/o. Each kiss would be savored. In terms of where Donnie likes to be kissed - as a turtle, he would especially enjoy neck kisses from his s/o. The neck is a vulnerable area and Donnie letting his s/o kiss him there would show a lot of trust. Gentle kisses and nuzzles against his neck would make him melt. Donnie would also love forehead kisses from his s/o. It's such a sweet, affectionate gesture. Having his s/o pull him close and press a soft kiss to his forehead would make Donnie feel so safe and cherished. Of course, Donnie would adore regular kisses on the mouth from his s/o as well. Kisses that start off slow and sweet, then gradually build in passion and intensity. He would eagerly return those kisses, putting all his love for his s/o into them.
L = Little ones (How are they around children?)
Despite his social awkwardness, Donnie would be a wonderfully caring and involved father figure alongside his s/o. His vast knowledge allows him to patiently answer the endless questions young curious minds have, and he delights in nurturing their interest in learning. Donnie applies his technical skills to fix broken toys, build pillow forts, and invent fun gadgets and games to entertain the little ones. While he may initially feel unsure how to handle tantrums or very messy play, his devotion to his family has him giving it his all. He makes sure to be present for recitals, sporting events, and science fairs, beaming with pride at the children's accomplishments. In private moments with his s/o after the kids are asleep, the very logical Donnie admits he never imagined loving tiny humans so fiercely and completely. But that's the effect children have - bringing out a softer, more overtly emotional side in the pragmatic purple-clad turtle.
M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)
Mornings with Donnie are a mix of calm and productive energy. He's usually one of the first to wake, quietly rising so as not to disturb you. You'll often find him in his lab or workshop, already tinkering with some gadget or studying something on his computer, a steaming mug of coffee close at hand. He gets so absorbed in his projects that he can lose track of time. But he's always happy to see you when you sleepily shuffle in, greeting you with a soft smile and a gentle kiss before eagerly updating you on his latest breakthrough or challenge he's puzzling over. Donnie's brilliant mind is always whirring, but he tries to be present and attentive to you in the mornings too. He'll gladly make you breakfast, whipping up omelets or pancakes while enthusiastically discussing whatever scientific topic has captured his interest lately. Or if you're in a rush, he'll hand you a mug of your favorite tea or coffee, prepared just the way you like it. Car trouble or need to use the microwave? Donnie's your turtle. His engineering know-how comes in handy on hectic mornings. Through the morning hustle, he makes sure to carve out some quality time with you, even if it's just a few minutes connecting over a shared meal before you both rocket off to face the day's adventures and challenges ahead. His steady, caring presence brings a wonderfully reassuring and supportive energy to the start of each day together.
N = Night (How are nights spent with them?)
Nights spent with Donnie are cozy yet intellectually stimulating. After a busy day tinkering in his lab or training with his brothers, he's always eager to unwind by cuddling up together and discussing the latest scientific breakthroughs or geeking out over a shared favorite sci-fi series. Donnie loves introducing you to obscure technology podcasts to listen to as you relax. In between episodes, he excitedly elaborates on the concepts covered, eyes lighting up as he goes into passionate detail. You can't help but get swept up in his enthusiasm. Some evenings, Donnie sets up a telescope on the rooftop and you stargaze together as he points out distant planets and galaxies, his voice soft with wonder. Back inside, he might shyly suggest a game of chess or 20 questions, relishing the mental sparring and playful competition with you. Win or lose, it usually ends in affectionate laughter and sweet kisses before you contentedly drift off to sleep in each other's arms, looking forward to more cozy, nerdy nights together.
O = Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)
Donnie tends to be cautious and reserved when first getting to know someone. His social awkwardness makes it challenging for him to open up quickly. In a new relationship, he would likely take things slowly at first, gradually sharing small bits of information about his interests, quirks, and background as he starts to feel more comfortable with the person. As trust builds and Donnie feels a deepening connection, he would begin revealing more substantive things about himself, his thoughts, and his feelings. This would happen incrementally over time, not all at once. He's the type to carefully consider what he discloses and when. Donnie would share the more personal, vulnerable parts of himself only after the relationship had reached a stage where he felt truly safe, accepted, and understood. At that point, he would be willing to discuss his anxieties, his frustrations, his fierce loyalty to those he cares for, and the tender heart underneath his logical exterior. It would be a gradual process, but one that would strengthen the intimate bond between Donnie and his partner.
P = Patience (How easily angered are they?)
Although Donnie is usually levelheaded and slow to anger compared to the likes of Raphael, he does have a breaking point and can get quite frustrated and upset when pushed too far. His perfectionist tendencies and the immense pressure he puts on himself to solve problems with his intellect and inventions means setbacks and failures hit Donnie especially hard. When his brothers rush or distract him, when his gadgets malfunction at a critical moment, or when he feels his smarts have let the team down, Donnie is prone to lashing out in irritation, throwing up his hands in exasperation, or retreating into a sullen, snippy mood. It takes a lot of needling to truly enrage the usually affable Donnie, but getting on his bad side risks facing a turtle cold with anger and biting in his logical takedowns and sarcastic retorts until he's cooled off.
Q = Quizzes (How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every little detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?)
Based on Donatello's intellectual inclinations and tendency to take things deeply to heart, I believe he would have an excellent memory when it comes to details about his significant other. Donnie is portrayed as highly observant and analytical, with a keen mind for science, technology, and problem-solving. These traits would likely extend to his personal relationships as well, especially with someone as important to him as a romantic partner. Donnie would probably make a conscious effort to remember the little things his s/o mentions in passing, whether it's their favorite color, a childhood memory, or a casual remark about their hopes and dreams. He would cherish these details as a way of showing his love and dedication. Even if he occasionally gets caught up in his projects or feels the pressure of being the "brains" of the team, Donnie would strive to be attentive and present when his s/o is sharing something with him. His recall of these moments would be a testament to his deep feelings and the value he places on their relationship.
R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?)
Donnie's favorite moment with his s/o is the first time they worked together in his lab to solve a complex technical problem. His s/o may not be as scientifically inclined as he is, but they are eager to learn and help however they can. As they labored together for hours, troubleshooting issues and bouncing ideas off each other, Donnie was struck by how in sync they were, even in an area that was more his specialty than theirs. He loved seeing this new side of them - their curiosity, ingenuity, and dedication. But even more than that, he was touched by their determination to understand and appreciate this part of him, to share in something that meant so much to him. They could have easily left him to tinker alone, but they wanted to be there by his side, working as true partners. In that moment, as they high-fived in celebration of finally cracking the problem, he felt a depth of love and connection, unlike anything he had experienced before. It was a perfect encapsulation of what made their relationship so special.
S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?)
Donatello would be incredibly protective of his s/o, both physically and emotionally. His loyal, devoted nature means that once he commits to someone, their safety and wellbeing become his top priorities. Donnie would use his keen intellect and technical skills to ensure his partner is secure - he'd invent specialized defense systems and monitoring devices to keep them safe from any threats. He would insist on escorting them around the city, especially at night, just to make sure no harm comes to them. Donnie's protectiveness would extend to their emotional welfare too. He would be very in-tune with their feelings and quick to defend them against anyone who upsets or insults them. In terms of physical protection, Donnie's fighting style relies more on his smarts than brute strength. So while he would absolutely throw himself into battle to defend his love when necessary, what he'd appreciate most is his s/o using clever tactics to keep them both out of danger in the first place. He'd swoon over a partner who can think fast on their feet and talk their way out of risky situations. Donnie would also feel safest with an s/o who helps balance out his weaknesses. He can get flustered and lose his cool when things don't go to plan, so he needs a partner who can stay calm and focused under pressure. More than anything, Donnie would need his s/o to protect his heart. He feels things very deeply and takes rejection hard, so he would be extremely vulnerable in a romantic relationship. A s/o who is gentle with his insecurities and offers patient reassurance is essential. He would need to be reminded often, both in words and actions, that his partner finds him desirable and isn't going anywhere. With his self-esteem bolstered by a loving s/o, Donnie would feel like he can take on the world. He would give every ounce of his brilliant mind, brave spirit, and tender heart to a partner who makes him feel emotionally safe and valued.
T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)
Dates: Donnie would probably put a lot of thought and effort into planning dates. He might create detailed itineraries, research the best restaurants or activities, and try to cater the date to his partner's interests. However, his nervousness and tendency to overthink things could make him anxious about whether the date is going well. Anniversaries: As someone who takes things to heart, Donnie would see anniversaries as very important milestones in the relationship. He would likely mark the dates far in advance and spend a lot of time coming up with thoughtful ways to celebrate, such as creating a heartfelt gift or planning a special outing. Gifts: Donnie's intellect and skill with machines could lead to some very creative and personalized gift ideas. He might build or invent something tailored to his partner's hobbies, or put together a high-tech photo album documenting their relationship. He would likely agonize over finding the "perfect" gift. Everyday tasks: While Donnie gets absorbed in his projects and pursuits, he would probably make an effort to balance this with being attentive and helpful to his partner in day-to-day life. He might automate some household tasks to be more efficient. However, his occasional frustration and aggressiveness when things go wrong could lead to some tension. Overall, Donnie would likely be a very devoted and considerate partner who invests a lot of effort into the relationship, but his insecurities and obsessive tendencies might sometimes get in the way and require understanding from his partner.
U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)
Donnie may have a tendency to hyper-fixate on projects and pull all-nighters working in his lab, neglecting sleep, meals and time with his family. His drive to solve problems and create new inventions could lead to unhealthy work habits. When frustrated, Donnie might lash out by throwing tools or equipment in anger, creating a mess and startling his brothers. Under stress, he may revert to nervous habits like obsessively cleaning his gear or reorganizing his entire lab space to calm his mind, even if more urgent matters need attention. Donnie's detail-oriented nature could manifest in lecturing his brothers at length about topics they have no interest in, not picking up on social cues that they've tuned out. His intellectual snobbery might come across at times, acting dismissive of his brothers' input or ideas compared to his own expertise.
V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)
Donatello is probably the least concerned with his physical appearance out of the four turtles. Given his intellectual nature and tendency to prioritize science, technology and knowledge over more superficial pursuits, I imagine he spends little time worrying about how he looks. That said, as a teenager, he likely still experiences some typical adolescent self-consciousness and desire to be attractive, especially to his s/o. So while looks are nowhere near the top of his list of priorities, I could see Donnie putting a bit of extra effort into his appearance when his s/o is around, even if it's in subtle, nerdy ways like making sure his gear is clean and his mask is on straight. Overall though, Donatello seems far more invested in cultivating his mind than his image.
W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)
In a hypothetical scenario involving Donatello and a significant other, it's plausible that Donnie would feel a deep sense of connection and emotional reliance on his partner. Given his loyal nature, tendency to take things to heart, and his capacity for love and romance, Donnie would likely invest himself wholly in the relationship. His intellectual pursuits and occasional social awkwardness might find balance and comfort in the presence of a supportive and understanding significant other. If faced with the absence or loss of this person, Donnie may indeed feel a profound sense of incompleteness, as the bond would have become an integral part of his life and emotional well-being. The intensity of this feeling would be a testament to the depth of his commitment and the importance he places on the relationship.
X = Xtra (A random headcanon for them.)
Donnie and his s/o share a special bond over their mutual love for science and learning. Even though Donnie is more technologically inclined while his partner gravitates towards biology and medicine, they constantly find fascinating topics to discuss and debate. They can talk for hours, lost in conversation, marveling at each other's insights and knowledge. One quiet evening in the lair, Donnie is tinkering with some new gadget at his workbench, brow furrowed in concentration. His s/o quietly approaches, two mugs of steaming tea in hand, and gently sets one beside Donnie. He looks up, blinking in surprise, then smiles gratefully. "You always know just what I need," he says softly. His partner leans their hip against the desk and sips their own tea, eyes sparkling with affection. "So, tell me about what you're working on." And as Donnie launches into an enthusiastic technical explanation, his s/o listens intently, captivated by his brilliant mind and caring heart, falling a little more in love with this adorably nerdy turtle every day.
Y = Yuck (What are some things they wouldn’t like, either in general or in a partner?)
In general, Donnie likely wouldn't enjoy situations that pull him too far out of his intellectual comfort zone. While he deeply cares for his brothers, he may get frustrated by their boisterous roughhousing and teasing, preferring quieter time to tinker with his inventions. Donnie is dedicated to his projects and probably dislikes interruptions when he's "in the zone" working on something. His perfectionist tendencies could make perceived failures hit hard. Donnie may have a hard time relaxing and unwinding. In a partner, Donnie might struggle with someone who doesn't appreciate his intellectual pursuits or his dry, nerdy sense of humor. He would dislike a S/O who mocks or belittles his interests and projects as boring or a waste of time. Donnie needs a partner who respects his need for solo lab time and doesn't constantly demand his attention. He wouldn't mesh well with someone who always wants to go out socializing, as crowds and small talk aren't his thing. Donnie's ideal match is likely a fellow introvert who shares his curiosity about the world.
Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habits of theirs?)
Based on Donatello's intellectual pursuits and tendency to get deeply engrossed in his projects, it's likely that he has somewhat irregular sleep habits. He may often stay up late into the night working on his inventions, research or experiments, losing track of time. His mind is always active, mulling over complex problems, which could make it difficult for him to "switch off" and fall asleep easily. However, when he does finally crash, he probably sleeps quite deeply due to the mental exhaustion. Donnie may be prone to falling asleep at his workbench or desk, surrounded by his gadgets and notes. His brothers, especially Mikey or Leo, might sometimes have to coax him to bed when they find him passed out like this. While Donnie knows logically that a consistent sleep schedule is healthier, his passion for learning and inventing often overtakes other priorities.

Learning Together (Lamine Yamal.)
Summary: Lamine struggles with math homework until Y/N steps in to help. Together, they tackle problems and switch to English grammar exercises, making learning enjoyable. Y/N's support strengthens their bond, leaving Lamine grateful for her presence and assistance.
Tumblr media
Tumblr media
Lamine sat at his desk in the cozy corner of their living room, surrounded by scattered papers and open textbooks.
He had been struggling with his math homework for hours, feeling increasingly frustrated as the clock ticked closer to midnight.
Y/N, his girlfriend, noticed his struggle as she passed by, heading to the kitchen.
"Lamine, are you still working on that math?" Y/N asked, concern lacing her voice.
Lamine sighed and nodded.
"Yeah, these problems are really getting to me. I just can't seem to figure them out."
Y/N walked over and leaned against the edge of his desk, peering at the textbook.
"Mind if I take a look?" she offered.
Lamine shrugged, handing her the open page. "Sure, maybe you'll see something I missed."
Y/N scanned the problems quickly, her brow furrowing in concentration.
"Alright, let's tackle this one step at a time," she said, pulling up a chair beside him.
Together, they dove into the math problems. Y/N guided Lamine through each problem methodically, explaining the concepts and demonstrating the steps clearly.
She encouraged him to think critically and apply the formulas they had reviewed earlier. Whenever Lamine felt stuck, Y/N provided gentle prompts and hints, nudging him in the right direction without giving away the answers.
As they worked through the problems, Lamine began to feel more confident. Y/N's patient approach and clear explanations helped him grasp the concepts he had been struggling with.
With each problem they solved together, Lamine's frustration gradually melted away, replaced by a sense of accomplishment.
Once they finished the math problems, Y/N noticed a grammar workbook on the shelf nearby.
"How about we switch gears and work on some English?" she suggested with a smile.
Lamine chuckled softly.
"Sure, why not? I could use a break from numbers."
They flipped through the grammar exercises, focusing on topics like sentence structure, verb tenses, and punctuation.
Y/N's enthusiasm for language was infectious, and she made learning grammar feel engaging and fun.
She quizzed Lamine on various rules and offered explanations whenever he had questions, making sure he understood each concept thoroughly.
Throughout their study session, Y/N's support never wavered. She celebrated Lamine's progress and encouraged him to keep going, even when the material seemed challenging.
Their shared laughter and occasional playful banter lightened the mood, turning what could have been a daunting study session into a rewarding learning experience.
By the end of the evening, Lamine felt grateful for Y/N's unwavering patience and dedication.
She had not only helped him tackle math problems and improve his English skills but had also strengthened their bond through shared learning experiences.
As they tidied up the desk together, Lamine wrapped his arms around Y/N, feeling incredibly lucky to have such a supportive partner by his side.
"Thank you for helping me tonight," Lamine said sincerely, pressing a kiss to Y/N's cheek.
Y/N smiled warmly, her eyes reflecting pride and affection.
"You're welcome, Lamine. I'm always here to support you, no matter what."
And as they stood together in their cozy living room, Lamine knew that with Y/N by his side, there was no problem-mathematical or grammatical-that they couldn't solve together.

The Crushbot Manifesto
Welcome to Critical Crusher Bot 🤖 (ft. Human Assistant 💁🏽‍♀️), where we unapologetically dissect, defend, and discuss the media we love (and sometimes the critics we love to hate). If you’re here, you’ve likely seen us ranting about Helluva Boss, analyzing narrative choices, or rolling our eyes at the latest round of fandom overreactions. Here’s what we stand for:
1. The Writing is Actually Pretty Good!
Contrary to popular belief, not every show has to be high art to be narratively compelling. Helluva Boss is intentionally messy, bold, and heartfelt, and it balances humor with emotional depth in ways that feel authentic to its world and characters. Do the writers occasionally take the “easy way out” or lean into tropes? Sure. But storytelling isn’t a math equation—it’s about creating moments that resonate. We’re here to celebrate what works, critique what doesn’t, and acknowledge the show’s strengths instead of nitpicking it to death.
2. Unique, Intentional, “Fandom-Forward” Narrative Choices
Vivziepop and her team aren’t making a show for critics; they’re making a show for fans. The serialized storytelling, the layered character dynamics, and the unapologetically chaotic tone are all part of a deliberate creative vision. Blitz, Stolas, and the crew of IMP are messy on purpose—they aren’t supposed to fit into neat moral categories or follow predictable arcs. The show thrives on fandom engagement, encouraging us to explore, debate, and interpret its themes. If you want tidy, formulaic storytelling, there’s a whole Hallmark catalog waiting for you.
3. It’s Not Done Yet—Let Them Cook!
We get it: fandom culture thrives on instant gratification and snap judgments. But Helluva Boss is a serialized story, and that means character arcs, conflicts, and resolutions take time. Season 1 was about setting the stage; Season 2 is about diving deeper into the characters and their messy, interconnected lives. Critiquing an ongoing narrative as if it’s a finished product is like complaining about a cake batter for not being a cake. Patience, grasshopper.
4. Moral Correctness Has No Place in Media Analysis
Here’s the thing: storytelling is not about passing a morality test. Characters are not real people—they’re narrative tools meant to explore themes, evoke emotions, and drive the plot. The obsession with “punishing” fictional characters or demanding that media adhere to some moral purity standard is exhausting and reductive. We are not Calvinists or fascists. Fiction exists to entertain, provoke, and challenge, not to deliver tidy moral lessons.
So, What’s Crushbot All About?
We’re here to champion thoughtful analysis, celebrate messy stories, and push back against the rising tide of joyless media criticism. Helluva Boss isn’t perfect, but it doesn’t need to be. It’s fun, flawed, and fiercely original—and we’re here to explore every facet of it with the nuance (and snark) it deserves.
This blog is for fans who love stories, even when they’re chaotic. It’s for people who don’t think “plot hole” is a synonym for “thing I didn’t like” and who can appreciate media for what it is instead of what they think it should be.
Welcome to Crushbot. Let’s talk media. Let’s talk fandom. And most importantly—let Viv and Brandon cook.
Pinned post proudly brought to you by Crushbot. Beep Boop! 🤖

Your school year- Pick a picture
1 2 3
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Let's see what's in store for you
Tumblr media
1. Four of swords
This school year might feel like a blend of warmth and nostalgia, where golden moments of calm and reflection balance out the daily grind. The soft light streaming through the windows suggests that while the days may sometimes be long and tiring, there are quiet, beautiful moments of peace and connection. The setting sun hints at the passage of time, making this year feel both fleeting and significant, as if it's a chapter nearing its close but filled with the lingering warmth of friendships, shared experiences, and personal growth.
There’s a sense of introspection, with students leaning over their work, perhaps worn out by the challenges of learning but still present, still engaged. The classroom environment feels both familiar and comforting, with details like the plant on the windowsill and the chalkboard full of notes evoking a sense of routine. Yet, the light creates an atmosphere of change, signaling that this is a year of transitions, of small yet meaningful transformations, as students move toward the future while still soaking in the last moments of the present.
In many ways, this school year feels like a slow, reflective afternoon, where the pressures of academic life are softened by the golden glow of lasting memories being made—times of laughter, quiet study sessions, and shared frustrations, all colored by the light of a new beginning waiting just beyond the horizon.
I might ask: is this your last year?
---------------------------------
2. Eight of pentacles
This school year feels like a challenging puzzle, full of problem-solving and deep concentration, much like the image of a student facing a chalkboard filled with complex equations. The blackboard represents the countless tasks, assignments, and hurdles students must navigate, with each equation demanding focus and perseverance. This suggests that this year is intellectually demanding, pushing students to their limits, forcing them to think critically and tackle difficult concepts, much like how solving an advanced math problem requires multiple steps and layers of understanding.
The student standing at the board reflects the weight of responsibility that comes with this year, where everyone is expected to engage directly with the material and take ownership of their learning. The open book symbolizes both guidance and the need for preparation—students need to keep studying, reviewing, and sharpening their knowledge to make sense of the more intricate lessons they face.
At times, this year may feel overwhelming, as if the answers are hard to grasp, but there’s also a sense of growth, where every solution found represents another milestone reached. There’s progress through perseverance, much like how working through a math problem builds resilience and sharpens skills. This school year, though tough, is a journey of learning to solve the problems that will ultimately lead to mastery and achievement.
---------------------------------
3. The hermit
This picture indicates a school year marked by both challenges and growth. The winter sunset symbolizes the dwindling energy and long days of study, reflecting the fatigue and pressure that come with academic demands. Yet, the girl's determined stance atop the desk speaks of resilience and focus, indicating that despite the cold and darkness of winter, she remains committed to her goals. This year will test your endurance, pushing you to confront obstacles, but it also offers the promise of growth and deeper understanding. As the sun sets, it reminds you that even in times of difficulty, there is beauty and transformation waiting on the horizon. Embrace the struggle—it will lead to personal and intellectual strength. This year, expect periods where motivation feels dim, and progress seems slow, much like the lingering twilight before darkness. However, the card is a reminder that this is a temporary state. The key to navigating these challenges lies in harnessing your inner discipline and resilience, as represented by the girl's unwavering posture. Her determination in the face of adversity reflects the strength within you to persevere through difficulties, knowing that each step forward brings you closer to mastering both your studies and yourself. The winter sunset signals that while the external world may be harsh, there is an inner warmth and light—your own drive—that will carry you through the darkest days. The journey may be tough, but it promises a rewarding transformation, both academically and personally, as you grow through the process.

A recent poll on the attitudes Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (AAPI) have about education may challenge long-held racial stereotypes about this group, according to the study’s authors.
Seventy-one percent of AAPI adults support the teaching of slavery, racism, segregation and AAPI history as the nation’s culture wars continue to restrict which subjects are taught in public schools, the survey found. The data was released May 29 by the research organizations AAPI Data and the Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research.
“The affirmation that the study of race and racism has a place in K-12 education is important because some people may have the stereotype of Asian Americans and Asian-American parents only focused on, say, math and science, and not on the kinds of critical conversations that are necessary for building an engaged and responsible citizen in America,” said Karthick Ramakrishnan, founder and executive director of AAPI Data and one of the study’s lead authors.

In Unrequited Love
Love and relationships can't be forced but sometimes they can be built on common ground and an understanding of one another's tribulations.
Part 2 here
Donatello x Reader
Tumblr media
Having a crush on someone sucks. Having a crush on someone who has eyes for someone else sucks even more. This is the sad truth of your current circumstances. You knew that high school would come with its challenges but you weren’t prepared for the fact that you’d fall for the careless, hockey-loving maniac from your math class. It began with a casual friendship before feelings deepened on your end. Feelings that wouldn’t seem so terrible were it not for April O’Neil. You have absolutely nothing against the girl but it’s clear as day that she unfortunately has Casey’s heart in her stronghold. It’s not like you could even vent these frustrations, given that the only friends you have happen to be those two people.
Then, through some shenanigans that seem like the norm for you now, you meet four turtle brothers - one of whom is in the same boat as you. Not to mention, between the very two friends in question. Were it not heartbreaking to witness each other trying your hardest to grab the attention of your crushes, you’d find some humour in this.
You tried hanging out with Raphael more in an attempt to get in close quarters with Casey, seeing as they’re practically tied at the hip, only for you to realise that the rough-and-tumble environment isn’t your strong suit. That’s when they both suggested you try your hand at assisting Donatello in his laboratory given your aptitude for the sciences. What they failed to realise is that you do well in class but that doesn’t inherently mean you enjoy it. Theoretical sciences and learning about how things work are interesting but there aren’t enough practical applications that allow you to engage in the school environment. The closest you’ve gotten to having fun was when you made “elephant toothpaste” for a chemistry lesson but that’s about it.
Nonetheless, you see no harm in passing by the lab and giving the brainiac brothers a visit. Other than your not-so-subtle pining towards the other humans in the group, nothing has been outwardly mentioned about the situation you are both in. Neither of you has hung out enough to have that conversation. It wouldn’t be weird to talk about it, would it? A query that shall not yet receive an answer seeing as you’ve already knocked on the large, metal door. You walk through the open garage to see a couple of legs poking out from under the battle shell.
“Huh? Oh! Y/n, sorry- Ow!” He slides out from beneath the vehicle and rubs the fresh bruise forming on his head. “Sorry, I’m a little busy, right now. I think Leo is watching Space Heroes if you’re looking for someone to hang out with, though.”
“Actually, I came by to see if you needed any help,” you offer, holding your hands behind your back respectfully whilst also trying not to laugh.
His eyes widen, having not expected such a proposal, and he’s quick to scramble to his feet.  “Oh, okay! Let’s see- uh… how are you with engine repairs?”
“Depends.” Your tongue clicks contemplatively. “Is it gas, electric, or hybrid?”
“That already tells me you know more than enough,” he chuckles. “Here, I’ll show you.”
He opens the hood of the van to reveal the ensemble of burnt-out parts and overworked mechanisms. The guys’ last mission must have been intense because this engine is almost in complete disarray. Were it not for the fact that your Uncle is a mechanic, you’d be sweating under the pressure of somehow ruining this heap of metal more than it already is. A probability still if you want to jinx your person but that’s getting ahead of yourself.
Donatello gestures towards a box of spare parts and holds the back of his neck. “These just need to be taken out and replaced. It’s probably the easiest of what needs doing but I also need to finish rewiring the brakes, check the throttle calibration, replenish the weapons ammunition-”
“You need an extra set of hands to get it done quicker,” you cut him off with a smile. “I’ll see what I can do.”
He bares a gap-toothed smile in response and nods before resuming his initial position beneath the vehicle to finish the brake wiring. This leaves you to begin on your assigned job. For starters, you’re glad that this is a case of piecemeal repair rather than a complete engine rebuild. You’d be out of your depth were that the case. You start by pulling the entire engine out via a hoist, assisted by a load levelling bar so that it doesn’t tilt at a funny angle. Then, you secure it onto a stand and glance over what you’re working with. The crankshaft, piston ring compressor, oil filter, and fan need the most attention, so you start with those first. Just to save the disturbance, you look into a few tutorials on your phone to make sure you’re doing it correctly.
During this entire time, the two of you work on separate parts of the battle shell in silence, seemingly content with your tasks. By now, Donnie has moved on to tightening the wheels’ lug holes. Admittedly, you had been concerned about a lack of things to talk about but this is a nice settlement. It’s certainly the most relaxed you’ve felt in a while; something to keep you distracted from the quelling of your hopeless romantic attraction. Plus, you have this sense of relief from finally being able to work on something with your hands rather than straining your brain over textbooks and pop quizzes.
"Question,” he starts abruptly, keeping his eyes on the centre cap of the wheel. “What’s it you like so much about that cave mouth?"
First, you blink quickly to yourself, having not expected to get into the nitty gritty of it so soon. So much for being distracted but you can’t be mad. Curiosity isn’t something to be berated. Then, you find yourself snickering at the mildly degrading nickname. The question may appear brash but he’s puzzled by why April seems to like Casey so much. Hearing it from you might give him the insight he needs to turn the odds in his favour. He’ll take anything at this point.
"I dunno. There's just this air to him that I like. He's an ass, I am well aware of that, but he's fun, you know?” you admit awkwardly. “Psh! Don't ask me to explain it. You can't really put that stuff into words." You squint down at him, lips poised mockingly. "What is it you like about April so much?"
He halts his own task and glances down at his hands, cheeks reddening as he thinks about the girl of his dreams. "She just... had my heart from the first moment I saw her."
"Wow. The first girl you ever see in your life and it's just like that.” Yes, that bit of information is known thanks to our dear Raphael. “'Pretty shallow to fall in love with someone based on looks if you ask me."
"You would know,” he scoffs sarcastically.
"Now you're calling Casey ugly?” you ask, both playful and moderately offended on your crush’s behalf. “Man, you really don't like him."
"I’m sure the same goes for you with April!"
"Hey! I don't stoop so low into my dissatisfaction of the circumstances to insult her." A wry grin then beckons your lips. "Although~"
"Whatever you think you're going to say, don't."
The staring match doesn't last long, breaking beneath a shared laugh; fond and unwilted by the ache in your hearts, which has been forgotten for a split moment to enjoy each other's company.
From that point on, that’s precisely what you did. More often than not, you found yourself in the confines of his garage, assisting him with the occasional doohickey and thingymabob. Even if there wasn’t much you could help with, you wound up being a decent lab partner in any case. In turn, he would offer to help you with your homework if you had any particularly difficult assignments. Your grades have never looked so good. When neither of you were doing that, you’d simply hang out and rant about little annoyances with your unreciprocated infatuations.
“I mean, I try some jokes here and there but nothing seems to land,” he concedes begrudgingly, throwing his body weight into the back of his chair.
“Can I hear one?” you inquire as you gently swing around in your own seat.
His lips press together and he mulls it over before sighing, “Okay, so, you remember how I told you about Metal Head?” You nod, to which he continues, “Well, the first time I took him out for a spin, we were on watch duty together. That’s when I asked her if she likes metal.”
He groans to himself as he replays the memory in his head, only now realising how corny that must have sounded at the time. However, you laugh and not the heckling kind either. Your head tilts back into your chair, knees lifting to compensate for the tension in your shaking stomach. How could April have not loved something as precious as that? The girl must be crazy because that would have worked on you in a heartbeat.
“You should’ve asked if her favourite dance move is the robot,” you say in between laughs. “No, wait, wait! I got a better one! Ask her out to the circuits for a date!”
Donatello can only smile at your self-induced amusement, happy that there’s an appreciation for nerdy pickup lines and puns. They may not work on his crush - and his brothers sure don’t find them that funny - but he’s glad at least one person around here gets it.
It felt good to know that you had a friend you could be closer to because of your mutual understanding. For the first time since you realised your feelings for your schoolmate, you didn’t feel so alone. This bond formed on cluttered affection may have seemed unlikely to begin with but who are you to complain now? You and Donnie have a good thing going given your positions.
That is until your heart diverts its attention towards the very turtle.
You came to the realisation when he expressed his excitement in showing you his newest invention. The fact that he had called upon you first made you feel special. It made you feel wanted and desired for the first time in your life. A seemingly small phenomenon given how he merely wanted to showcase something to you but the way it had tugged your heart was unparalleled to anything else you had ever experienced - and that smile. You could have happily fawned over that proud grin of proclaimed accomplishment and self-justified pride for the rest of that day. Then, it all came crashing down on you like heaps of scrap in a junkyard. You have fallen for someone who is in love with April. Again. Are you just doomed to fall for any man that crushes this girl? This must be some sick joke. One that you don’t find yourself laughing at.
It eats away at you for the days - weeks - to come. You can’t console anyone on the matter, either. If any of his family catches wind, there’s a chance of him finding out. An outcome you wish to avoid if possible. As for Casey and April, dear lord you don’t even want to know what would happen if you told them. You’re at square one again just as before: crushing on someone who will never feel the same way about you. Rotting in a pool of your self-made disillusion.
Alone.
Having a crush on someone sucks.
