A small detail I like that seemed to get overlooked by a lot of people: Moon wasn't trying to keep the lights off to hurt Sun or to hurt children, he wanted to keep them off, because in his corrupted state, light was causing him PAIN! Rebooting them into Eclipse didn't JUST help Sun, we helped Moon, too! All THREE are good bots, your honor and I love them and GHDASJGhj
Yes i agree! I think in the main game it was definitely virus related (since the flashlight, the laser gun and fazcam does nothing against him) but in the DLC its gotten to the point where he has become hyper sensitive to light (either due to the virus still scrambling his brains or the damage both have sustained since or a combination of both) and so it causes him a lot of pain when exposed to it.
If we look at his two jumpscares also, the one where neither generators have been turned on he grabs Cassie and flies up in the air with her but doesn't outright display any overly violent behaviour so one could almost assume he does try to take her to naptime and maybe drops her in the process (accidently or intentionally is anyones guess)
But when one generator is turned on he is now in greater pain and aggravated so when Cassie approaches him he is far more unstable and lashes out in anger and frustration, especially when Sun also tries forcing him back in.
I do love to think Moon is not intentionally malicious/evil but with his coding scrambled by the virus and neglect and Sun actively fighting him parred with hyper sensitivity to light and both quite possibly being in a near constant state of pain i don't blame him for being so aggressive.
Rebooting him would have reset the messed up coding and helped bring Moon back to a more stable state and while i doubt it would completely fix them mentally (trauma goes brr) at least he and Sun have been brought some peace at last and made whole again. ;;v;;

An animation I made based off of @socksandbuttons Baby Backup AU (And Bean Eclipse AU in a way because of Bloodmoon?)
I kinda forgot they had their own Lunar design until I had gotten past those frames, so we're gonna pretend the inconsistency didn't happen, along with ignoring the house just disappearing-
I actually made this after seeing this post! Unfortunately, I didn't draw Eclipse punting Lunar but oh well
I'm also starting to remember why I rarely animate now-
And yes, that was a reference to another one of the Security Breach shows

Hello! IDK if you can do this, but how about a FNAF DLC platonic:
Ruined Eclipse (or Sun and Moon separated) with a creator! reader, something like a reunion parent-child, they recognize the reader because of an old guest record, the first one they ever had. As they were created by them
"I still can't believe you almost shutdown the entire MXES system..."
"Yeah, me neither. But who decided that the avatar should look like some...creepy rabbit? I was honestly more scared of that than anything."
".....I'd rather not talk about it. Let's just keep moving."
"Vanessa's right, we're getting close to the daycare." You chimed in, keeping a hopeful smile on your face as you shone the flashlight down the debris-ridden path.
Coming back to the ruined Pizzaplex was something you never even dreamed of doing. After helping Gregory, Vanessa, and Freddy (or at least what's left of him anyways) escape this awful place...you thought that the best thing to do was to implement an advanced security system.
One that ensured nothing, especially the machine you all called the "Mimic", could get out and wreck havoc.
Of course, you felt bad for leaving all the other animatronics behind, including Freddy's bandmates. You had plans to come back and retrieve them once Vanessa confirmed that the widespread system virus was cleared.
Then a mysterious earthquake struck and basically left the complex in ruins.
Fortunately the security system remained intact, as it was her idea to put all of it into the AR world where reality couldn't damage the nodes.
And for a while there were no problems...
Until they began shutting down one by one, and Vanessa discovered that a new user had been paired with the VANNI network thanks to the mask she left behind.
That user?
Gregory's friend: Cassie.
Somehow the Mimic managed to contact her and pretend to be him, instructing her to "save him" by turning off all the nodes. And it was interfering with all of your attempts to reach her.
Even worse?
MXES kept sending out alert signals to the animatronics--which is what it's programmed to do in order to keep anyone from touching the nodes..
But considering the horrible state the Glamrocks were in the last time you saw them, you were almost certain they're hunting Cassie like a pack of wolves, driven by anger rather than a glitch or security protocols.
Luckily you were able to access her walkie-talkie before she could shutdown the Entity itself and free the Mimic, explaining that Gregory was never there to begin with.
You, him, Vanessa, and Freddy eventually came to her rescue, taking a backup of MXES before escaping the pizzaplex for the last time.
Or...
At least you thought that would've been the last time you've ever seen that place.
Cassie recognized you as the creator of the Daycare Attendant and mentioned that he was active and....didn't try to harm her after she managed to reboot him.
That piqued your interest.
You didn't think he'd be functional still, let alone harmless towards her.
For a few days you kept thinking about it and how much you missed seeing that ray of sunshine/moonlight..
Next thing you knew, you were back here with your friends to seek him out. Gregory proposed finding a new body for Freddy--or at least batteries from the recharge stations to keep his head active.
Since you're already here, you might as well take a shortcut to Superstar Daycare.
"Can I ask you something about him, [y/n]?" Cassie spoke up.
"Sure."
"...was he meant to have some third mode? Because when I rebooted him, he didn't act too much like Sun...and he definitely wasn't acting 100% like Moon, either."
"....oh my gosh.." Stopping in your tracks, you stared at her with wide eyes. "You managed to put him into Eclipse mode??"
"I....guess..? Is that what he's called?"
"Yes! That was his default mode for his theater performances! I thought it was lost forever, but....wow." You laughed softly. "I have to see him now."
Eclipse was a name you thought you'd never hear again.
Originally, you had created him as a stage performer in the Pizzaplex's early days, developing his day-night cycle function as a neat little schtick for the children. He was meant to tell stories and switch between Sun and Moon to act out a thrilling "good vs evil" battle.
Alas his performances didn't get nearly as much attention as the Glamrocks, and you were sorta coerced into coming up with a new idea lest he was scrapped altogether.
You decided he'll become a daycare manager to help with the recent uptick of patrons accompanied by toddlers.
You led a small engineering team to help program him with new information, including a guest record that you tested out first, and he adjusted to his new role very well. He became popular even quicker than before.
The only issue during maintenance was the light-sensitivity switch couldn't be removed...not even by you. For whatever reason the DreadUnit didn't have that information on file.
You've tried everything in the book, even attempting to reverse-engineer how you made it originally. But you couldn't remove it without compromising Eclipse's entire system.
It's like it was somehow integrated permanently into his software, rather than being a physical mechanism you put in with a wrench and screws.
You knew for a fact you didn't design it that way.
One of the newbie engineers who doubted your skills tried fixing the problem themselves, taking Eclipse to parts & services without your permission.
Then there was a blackout, and they nearly got maimed to death after he abruptly switched into Moon and attacked them inside the "protective" cylinder.
The incident had been covered-up since, but you never did see Eclipse (or that coworker) ever again.
There was just Sun and Moon now, with neither half remembering anything related to their original form.
As painful as it was...you had to accept it, knowing that it would be too risky (and costly) to perform any further maintenance on that mechanic. You just continued overseeing his duties as daycare attendant.
But things kept going downhill from here.
You felt like your beloved creation had turned into a walking nightmare, considering the amount of complaints you've had over him making toddlers cry while they're getting picked up from the daycare.
It didn't help matter where the blackouts became more frequent in there, too, triggering Moon to come out often; management's solution was to shove a bunch of backup generators into the play areas and call it a day.
They didn't wanna waste a single dime more on any problems relating to the Attendant or his attraction, making it clear that you'd only repair him if he needed cleaning.
And they threatened you with termination if you mentioned anything about Eclipse to the guests or coworkers.
It was so unfair.
The incompetent engineer who only had two months of animatronic repair experience took your creation and broke him--being let off the hook with a mere slap on the wrist and all their medical expenses paid...
While you're stuck dealing with the consequences.
Neither Sun nor Moon blamed you for anything that happened, but you still felt like you failed them.
Like you failed Eclipse.
You eventually resigned, unable to deal with it anymore, although you still thought about him all the time and visited the Pizzaplex, hoping he was doing well.
Maybe he'd forget about you as he continued receiving an endless number of guest names to add to his database. He probably erased your name since you haven't been back in such a long time.
Perhaps..that was for the best.
Yet now you were here once again among the ruins of the mall, holding onto the tiniest bit of hope that he was still alive.
It seems you haven't fully let him go just yet.
..........
As the doors to the daycare eerily creaked open, you made the brave decision to go inside alone while the rest of the group kept a lookout for trouble.
Gregory and Freddy, of course, had their reasons not to enter that place. Neither of them knew for certain if the Attendant would remember them...and how Moon chased down the brunette at the end of every hour.
He'd rather not relive the horrors of trying to navigate through the darkness and turn on those stupid generators.
You looked all around, frowning at the ruined state of the daycare you helped build. But at the same time it filled you with such nostalgia.
It's a miracle anything was left standing at all.
"Hello? Eclipse?" Your voice echoed throughout the seemingly empty attraction.
A few seconds later, you got a response that made your heart swell with joy.
"Hello, friend! Welcome to Superstar Daycare!!"
In the blink of an eye, a familiar face floated down in front of you with a smile. You stepped back and took a moment to look over the animatronic, seeing he had parts of Sun and Moon blended together as one.
And somehow, he was able to stand despite only having one intact leg.
At first you had no idea what to say..
But no words had to be spoken, as Eclipse's petals clicked and shuffled as he leaned in closer. From his eyes came a holographic scanner that swept over you once, and once it vanished he stepped back, shocked.
"[Y/n]...my creator..?" He whispered. "You...have returned?"
You nodded, smiling as tears formed in your eyes. "It's me, Eclipse. I'm back."
You couldn't help opening your arms up to him, and he embraced you tightly in response, nearly crushing you. Although some of his endoskeleton components and loose wires poked your sides, you didn't care about that, being too overwhelmed with emotion to worry.
He was okay, and he didn't seem to hold any ill-will towards your abrupt resignation.
That's all that mattered right now.
"Oh it's so, so good to see you!! How have you been? Is your boss giving you a rough time? Am I due for maintenance??" He was rambling a mile a minute, and you just chuckled and shook your head, letting him go.
"No, you're just fine, buddy. But listen, there's..something you need to know-"
"Of course, of course! Could you just give me one moment? I'm almost done cleaning up this place!" He looked around anxiously. "We'll be open in an hour so I need to do one final sweep!"
"Eclipse-"
"I pinky swear it'll take only a second! And then-!"
"Eclipse. I command you to stay put and listen."
Before he could leap out of your sights, your firm tone of voice made him freeze and stare at you, completely unmoving.
Even you were stunned that he was still programmed to obey you, but at least it makes what you're about to tell him easier.
You cleared your throat, awkwardly clipping your flashlight to your belt before finally speaking. "Cleaning up the daycare is...no longer necessary."
He tilted his head like a curious cat, looking rather troubled. "No longer...necessary? Why? Did I do a bad job? I hope not...I-I was just...trapped in a long sleep!"
You nodded. "I know, but during that time...an earthquake hit the Pizzaplex, and now it's too dangerous for anyone to come visit."
"..huh, so we're closed...forever?"
"Yeah, I'm sorry, Eclipse.."
"I see..." Slowly, but surely, he was processing this news. Although he perked back up with a smile. "But it must be somewhat safe..since you came to visit me!"
"Cassie told me you were still here." Your smile returned, relieved he was taking it better than you initially expected. "I heard she helped you...and Sun and Moon when you needed it most."
"Cassie....? Cassie...ohhh, the little girl who made us whole again!!" His eyes flashed with recollection. "She was such a sweet kid! Is she alright? Is she safe?"
"She's safe, and she's just outside the daycare. Along with Vanessa and um...Gregory."
"........"
"L-Listen, I know you two had a bad history together.." You began, cautious as he just stared blankly at you. "But I promise he's not-"
"Who's Gregory? I don't recall his name being in my records.."
'Ah....so Eclipse doesn't know him. Thank god.'
"Oh! That's okay. He's a great kid, too. I'll have to introduce you to him." You extended your hand out. "Come with me. Let's get out of this place. He needs our help finding a new body for Freddy since his original one got destroyed by the STA--earthquake."
Internally you cursed yourself for that near-slip of the tongue, although Eclipse didn't notice at all and joyfully took your hand, eager to help a kid in need.
He let you lead him out of the daycare like a parent and their child, never letting your hand go even for a moment. But you weren't complaining.
In a way, you were his parent.
You did create him, after all.
And now you've finally reunited with him.

Waking Dream (fnaf) Chapter 016
"Oh, wow! You really DO glow in the dark!"
You muffled a groan into the fabric of your hand, irritated at the sickly-sweet voice of Jessi as she continued to shower Moon with "compliments". If you made any noise, Sun and Moon would be sure to kick you back to their room again, but it was hard with how much their new coworker was trying to get into their pants...
"Really? I hadn't noticed," Moon sassed, taking a note from Sun whenever he'd get stressed but couldn't act out due to protocol. He spoke no more, choosing to focus on the task at hand rather than indulge in their coworker's fantasies. The stars in his palms glowed softly in the darkness of the daycare as he picked out the best spots to place them. Finding a particularly empty corner of the playset, the naptime attendant twisted off another piece of putty and made it pliable by squishing it between his fingers a few times. The bar was low enough for him to jump to with his powerful robotic legs without the need of his and Sun's ceiling hook, but plenty high enough to prevent the human from following. You watched all of this from his pant's pocket, squirming in place to try and right yourself from the sudden ascension.
"I know, Starlight," he rasped in a soft whisper, taking care to keep you out of Jessi's direct line of sight. You three still hadn't figured out how to unpossess the doll they'd made for you. It had been a couple of days since their impromptu movie night. The other animatronics--even the older ones, like Chica and Foxy--had been of little help. They had some hazy memories of being possessed by the victims of Afton's rampage, but couldn't remember how or why they had been released. Although you were growing frustrated with the lack of progress in regaining your free-floating form, you could not deny that you enjoyed the feeling of being hugged by Sun and Moon. The kisses to the top of your head, however, left you feeling more than a little bit flustered and confused. You didn't want to read too much into it, in the off chance that they just liked cute, soft things. It wasn't like they'd confessed or anything. Sun had even excused the odd behavior as them coping with their corrupted data...
"You must be excited about tomorrow?" Jessi pushed for more conversation, interrupting your darkening thoughts. "It's opening day and all the kiddies will be here! I can't wait to watch you and Sun in your element. It's going to be so much fun!" She clapped her hands in her excitement, clearly delighted. While she continued to list off all the "fun" activities they would be doing tomorrow, Moon hung his stars around the daycare. You watched the way his hands would spasm whenever the woman spoke, the scarlet of his eyes flashing every time they went to her.
Things would go so much faster if they each had their own body. It would eliminate the nightly maintenance your friends were forced to undergo, too, since their "eclipse" protocol was on the fritz. While you didn't understand all of the technical jargon, you did know that Sun and Moon were having issues switching between each other. Their codes kept "sticking" together--"like glitter glue", as Sun had described--making it difficult to fully separate. Peter had to peel them apart bit by bit every night. He had even switched Moon to the primary AI as his head ran cooler than Sun's. How it was explained to you made it seem that it had been Sun's more "excitable" emotions that had caused Moon to snap that night in the party room. Now that the brighter of the two was placed as a "backup", the naptime attendant had a clearer head and more control.
It didn't mean that Sun was thrilled about the arrangement, though...
"Stop it!" Moon hissed. You whipped your head to stare up at him, seeing as you were on top of the playset and no longer in sight of Jessi. He slammed a plastic star to the left of a giant depiction of Roxy's face, muttering an apology when you jumped. "Talking to Sun," was all he uttered in defense. His gaze was anywhere but on you, even going back to where he had left Jessi earlier. You could both hear her humming a lullaby while moving around the daycare to place fairy lights, cushions, and blankets in the designated areas.
You bit your tongue, focusing on corralling that spurt of jealousy as it reared its ugly head for the umpteenth time.
Without a word--his mind clearly on something or someONE else--Moon returned to the main floor of the daycare, his hands now empty and his task complete. Like the fanatic she was, Jessi beelined towards Moon the second his slippers hit the playmats. Even he was startled by her speed.
"All done?" she chirped, hands behind her back and chest out, as usual. You could not help but notice how she'd been choosing outfits with low-cut necklines and a size smaller than she could actually fit. Today, she wore a white blouse with several of the top buttons undone, revealing ample cleavage, and a pair of stone-washed jeans with white stars speckled all over. The grey sneakers donning a similar pattern were left in a cubby near the entrance since the daycare policy was to not wear outside shoes on the playmats. The jewelry, too, was minimal because of the rules--little hands were notorious for being grabby and shoving things into their mouths--so no dangling earrings today. All she had on were little star studs in her ears, a choker with a moon hanging from it, and something on a very specific finger that had your metaphorical blood simmering.
A thin band of gold with a large star on top.
You were unable to speak or move anymore with Jessi literally standing not even a foot away. It was like playing a real-life game of Toy Story--act like a doll in front of the humans so no one knew you were, well, not alive, but definitely not inanimate. Lucky for you, Moon had kept Jessi from snatching you up as she had been wont to do the moment she'd seen you hanging out in his pocket. She was even eyeing you now, looking more than a touch jealous at what she believed to be just a plushie. A smug sense of satisfaction quelled the worst of your frustration...for now.
"Welp! Looks like all the preparations for opening day are done!" She stepped closer to the nighttime bot who either didn't notice or didn't care as he remained in place. "I still have an hour left on my shift. Is there anything you'd like to do?"
Whatever calm you'd managed to scrape together previously vanished like water in a scalding pan. The sly tone underlying her words and the fact that she was far too close to your cru-FRIEND were souring your mood and fast.
The faint beeping that had become a constant companion since that day you'd lost control grew steadily louder in your head while a wave of icy anger washed through your core. It barely registered that there was a faint mist at Jessi's mouth whenever she exhaled or the way her pretty, made-up face scrunched in confusion as the temperature in the daycare plummeted. Only Moon's hand settling on top of your head pulled you back enough to not throw another tantrum, his thumb caressing the felt of your cheek. Like a balloon deflating, all of the negativity whooshed out of you, leaving you exhausted and upset. While the build up to that point had been slower than the last, it had also struck out of nowhere. The emotional burst from her practically straddling him the last time had been easier to excuse, but, this time, she'd barely even hinted at anything unsavory.
Before Jessi could question what had just happened or Moon could swoop in to distract her, the doors to the daycare swung open. All three sets of eyes moved to the intruder, settling down when they saw Peter Lawrence standing there. Well, Jessi settled down, you and Moon were quick to notice how stiff and, frankly, unfriendly their patron appeared.
"Moon, I need to speak with you in my office," he ordered, his gaze flicking down to you, purposefully, before looking back at Moon with a barely-perceptible nod. He didn't even bother to fake a smile at the blonde when he spoke to her next. "You can head home for the day, Miss Newman. Jon is waiting for you in the lobby." Without waiting for a response or a rebuttal, he spun on his heel and hurried out of the daycare. Moon was quick to follow, not even sparing the woman behind him a glance.
"What's happening?" you squeaked from his pocket once the pair of you had made it into the main part of the mall.
"Don't know," was lunar bot's answer, just as confused as you were. He took you out of your temporary resting place to hold you steady against his chest. The daycare attendant may have longer legs, but Peter was moving FAST. While he could easily keep up, it would be quite the bumpy ride for you against his thigh.
You two didn't have long to stew in your confusion and worry before you made it to the main office. To your surprise, Freddy and the others were there, all looking just as clueless as you. Before any greetings could be uttered, Peter grabbed his laptop, hooked it up to the monitor display he had bolted to a wall, and hit a few keys to project his screen for all to see. It took an embarrassing long moment before it registered what you were staring at.
Multiple things popped up--documents, a newspaper article, and a couple of photos. You ignored the writing for the most part, only catching a few words here and there--"Jane Doe", "coma", and "suspicious". It was the photos that drew your eye. There were only two--each of them earmarked with the title of "Jane Doe"--but they were enough to have your world slamming to a stop and your mind reeling.
It was you. It was your face, your hair, your CLOTHES... At least the shirt, anyway. The rest of it was covered by a hospital blanket. You couldn't tell the color of the eyes because they were closed and half of "your" face was covered by an oxygen mask. Both photos--one whole body shot and one closeup of your upper torso and head--revealed bruises and scratches marring the pallid, sunken skin that didn't have bandages covering it. Even through the camera lens, it was plain to see how much weight you must have lost lying there in bed, looking to all the world like you were asleep. Machines were lit up around you, probably beeping and whirring up a storm in the busy hospital room as they struggled to keep you alive for just a bit longer.
"Oh, Lass..." Foxy managed to whisper into the silence of the room when no one else could even find their voice. Even you could only stare on in a strange mix of horror and confusion, your tiny, plush body tense. Thankfully, Peter decided to break into the awkward atmosphere he'd created with his discovery.
"It took a while, but I found them at a hospital nearby," he started, running his fingers through his bedraggled hair only to mess it up further. "They're alive but in a coma. Apparently, there was a hit-and-run behind our building and no form of identification or anything. No one has come forward to say they recognize them either, but the media hasn't been all that interested in the case since it isn't 'juicy' enough for them," he went on to explain, growing more and more irritated by the end of it. Despite his agitation, it was still impressive that he'd managed to scrounge up THIS much information. And all he had to work with was how you looked and the strange beeps you kept hearing.
With a glance at the photo that showed a good portion of the machines around the room that housed your body, you could venture a guess that it was one of those that was making that phantom noise. You were just thankful that your spiritual ears weren't picking up on EVERYTHING there. That would be a nightmare to deal with 24/7.
"But if Cocoa is there, then how are they here?" Bonnie interrupted with a wave of his hand in your general direction. While he didn't outright say it, everyone knew what the purple bunny was getting at.
How can they be a ghost if they were still alive?
"I know it isn't what we are used to." There was a collective shudder when Peter referred to their past hauntings, but everyone was quick to move on. "But the doctors there told me that it was very...touch and go when they were first admitted. It could be that they just got separated from their body..." his words trailed off, his thumb and forefinger toying with the flashdrive he wore around his neck. You knew that he was sinking deep into thought when he started doing that, and it would be near-impossible to snap him out of it.
"So we just have to get Chickadee back into their body!" Chica reasoned with an excited squeal. She was practically vibrating in place, determination etched into every feather.
"Uh, yeah? I guess, but how?" Bonnie pointed out, but was promptly ignored when Freddy gave his approval to the idea. The others naturally fell into line behind him, seeing him as their leader. Only Monty and you, shockingly enough, seemed to join him in his apprehension. Even Moon was hanging onto every detail of Chica's grandoise "plan" as she spouted off ideas on how to achieve their new goal. Everything from pizza party to movie marathon to laser tag was bounced around. It seemed her roadmap to you living again was to make you "happy" enough to reunite with your body.
There was no way that it was that simple...

Behold Part two of my character list for my Fallout!fnaf au. Lots of characters to get through lmao.
Mo: made to be the star animatronic of his own water park, located in west virginia. Mo was outfitted with water proof tech and made to function as a secondary lifeguard. He was found broken and offline ..(need to go back into game to take a look at the quest in this location) but after a few months of work y/n with the help of the dca get him up and working again. would have been quicker but y/n had to do quite abit of searching and bargaining in order to get replacement parts within the area and also just being distracted with helping people lmao
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Sunny staff bots: found within the settlement, Foundation. While in fallout 76 the three were protectrions ive changed them into sun themed staff bots. When y/n and the Dca visit 100% guarantee that they loudly call Sun/ eclipse imposters and sound many alarms as an attempt to scare them away. Three sunnys are MORE than enough thank you
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Helpy: friend and partial caretaker to y/n
while there are a dime a dozen helpy bots out there, this one was made to be the assistant the ceo of fazco. All sorts of Information was stored onto his harddrive to act as jack of all trades helper. Helpy was left in charge of y/n when their father wasnt home, which tended to be often.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Staff bots, 1 and 2: personal helpers that were left within y/n’s family bunker, while i have no names for them yet, i imagine y/n gave them their own names. These two were shut down and left behind when y/n prepared to leave their shelter for the first time. Some time later y/n came back for them and with the help of Dca and one of the glamrocks the two are brought back to The Plex
No art of these guys yet
Lock & Load: the two were made from the prototype for to be a dca based military robot. while there were already bots to fill in the role of soldiers, Lock and Load were to fill in the roles of specialized unit to fullfil espionage. Lock would have the skills to go "undercover" (invisible quiet, capable of lockpicking, large storage databanks, hacking) while Load would act as their backup guard( also able to become invisible and be quiet, able to shoot large guns, the stronger of the two, able to move/carry larger objects easily)
the two were still in the planning phase when the end of everything happened, but the midwest enclave decided to invest the time to get the two up and working and so after roughly 30 or so years after the war (maybe even more, they most likely had to build most of the ai from the ground up) the two are finished and put to use

What would bloodmoon look like in Fnaf Ruin?
Most likely the same as they look now ghfg - they arn't a robot and they were never part of the pizzaplex's crew. They came about post main game after taking Sun and Moon into their household.
However! They do meet ruined Eclipse and take him home too as well as getting infected by the remnants of the peepaw virus but they eat it so its fine I've been meaning to expand on that actually but i'm.... very slow at drawing rn gjfkgh OTL

2. i got here because they heal my inner child. so very silly and goofy
3. since fnaf 1, but i’ve never been invested in the full lore
4. no 😭 i never have the time
5. OHGDGDAFT IM WRITING A FIC RN
6. umm.. the kind of pre-sb type. silly goofy, but also teetering on ‘these bitches gay and will probably maybe murder me fr??’ kinda fic. also any art!!! i love it all i’m EATING it nom nom
7. anything to do with fixing up eclipse from SBR or yan! pre-SB sun & moon.
8. River content when??
9. i think if i met the DCA’s in real life, i’d be terrified fr. especially working in the daycare- very glad when y/n is written with accods like headphones and more breaks because kids??? never!! but really, if i met 2 nine foot tall animatronics then i’d be pretty spooked at first hehe
10. the writers and artists! and seeing the DCA fandom grow :D
11. FACK. UM- i’d probably pick moon and here’s why. because they don’t really deal with more kids, they’re quieter, probs better with dealing with more serious issues like mental health and stuff, i just feel like moon would be better for me. NOT THAT I DONT LOVE MY BOY SUN
12. i love them!! i think that while i don’t really ‘get’ their orange-black version because i don’t have access to the books or non-game media, i love them anyway. i’m perfectly happy living in my au’s. even without canon content, i can be happy fr! besides fnaf canon-
13-14 (combined the two!) my babies. these are my GOOBERS. found family in the way that i feel connected to them on a personal basis (they are me)
15. i feel that they are two separate beings, and i think they were intended to be that way originally. but because fazbear co. is so unpredictable sun & moon ended up being one body with two ai’s. in my mind tho, i think that fazbear co. intended for them to be two separate animatronics but the funding was cut short (or something)
16. pre-SBR eclipse fics, but with the version that we see in SBR. like, what if sun & moon were too tired to deal with the kids? too damaged? ai wasn’t working? eclipse is a backup ai at their heart; but in the way like a mom friend. if you can see my vision
17. sexualizing of sun & moon, especially with minors. i wish this didn’t have to be said, but don’t do that. that’s fucking illegal. just smut, art, audio whatever DONT SHIP THE DCA’s WITH MINOR’s!! whether they’re animatronics or not doesn’t matter!! they’re still presented as adults!!
18. fnaf movie <33333
19. i know i would. they’d have to stop me from swearing tho 😅
20. THEYRE SO BLORBIES OMG ME WHEN HYPERFIXATION GDEJOHAGIJEUIDTRRIJWR LOVE THEM!! GRFFYHATOJS ME. WHEN.
alright dca fandom, here's some questions bc i'm curious. the funky jesters make our brains go brr, but why? treat it as an ask game or answer in the tags if you feel like it! :)
how did you get here?
why these characters in particular? what was the hook for you?
how long have you been here?
have you actually played fnaf sb?
if you make content, what's your favorite piece you've contributed?
what's your favorite sort of art or fic? what genre/flavor/style?
what's your favorite au?
do you have any ocs, or have any ocs you're fond of?
what do you think of the dca's canon appearance? Scary? Cute? Something else?
what keeps you in this fandom despite the very small amount of canon content the dca had?
be honest: if you had to pick only one, sun or moon?
thoughts on eclipse?
thoughts on pre-glitch sun?
thoughts on pre-glitch moon?
do you interpret sun and moon as two sides of the same person, or truly two separate beings in one body? does it matter?
what's something in the fandom you'd like to see more of?
what's something in the fandom you'd like to see less of?
anything you're looking forward to?
do you think you'd actually get along with the dca if you met them irl?
free space! talk about whatever's on your mind!

As someone who had been watching since the beginning of the series, I actually ENJOYED it (I still do but ever since I saw the episode where Bloodmoon just killed Earth, I've lost some of that emotional connection). It showed that some people still had love for Security Breach despite how broken it was. And this was probably before RUIN and Help Wanted 2 were even thought about by Steel Wool.
I will admit that some of the characters' personalities are kind of bad, but there ARE still some good qualities that they have, just like a real person would considering all of the trauma they each go through.
And I honestly blame the writers for some of the mischaracterization of the characters, and now they're are just using the characters to slander their own fans, like they do to the people who actually enjoy Bloodmoon.
(Seriously, they used Solar's voice actor to compare Bloodmoon to Jeffrey. F*CKING. Dahmer. Who IS a REAL PERSON and is actually a f*cked up person, while Bloodmoon is just a FNAF OC who happens to be like a modern day vampire, like from Vampire: The Masquerade.)
About the VR models: It's VRCHAT. You can't expect EVERY model to be clean as hell, and the Glamrocks and Sun and Moon are the ones that are basically just sort of copied from the original game.
While I understand that SOME of the non-canon FNAF characters can be unnecessary, like Trash Can Man, The Fangirl (which I now believe was another attempt from the writers to slander the fans), some of the OTHERS actually are important, like Eclipse (the OG before RUIN happened), Lunar, Bloodmoon (the OG), Killcode, The Creator, Earth, Ruin Eclipse, and the Astrals.
Earth isn't a black character because the animatronics DON'T. HAVE. ETHNICITIES. They're not like us humans who can't choose what skin color we're born with.
Don't... F*CKING... Compare Lunar to one of those d*mn Loli Shotas.
The animatronics don't have actual ages like us humans either, so it's possible that Lunar just ACTS like a kid (which is also referred to as Age Regression, which is actually a way to cope with certain kinds of trauma) but is still just as aware as an adult would normally be.
About Monty: I actually LIKE Monty in the Sun and Moon Show. And THAT'S a surprise since I like Glamrock Freddy a lot more in the CANON FNAF. So, in a way, it's like the two have swapped popularities for me.
About Old Moon (Moon before he was reset): I will admit I didn't like Old Moon at ALL in the beginning, but he did get SOME redemption before he died, so he got a bit of my respect back.
While I understand that VRCHAT has some... QUESTIONABLE people on it... I've actually met some people on there who are pretty normal and cool.
I do KIND OF agree that the plot has become a bit stale. But that's mostly because of the writers trying to make some characters as UNREDEEMABLE as possible and they care WAY TOO MUCH about what the fans think.
I DO agree that some of the fans can be a bit creepy since some of them have ships like Eclipse/Lunar (Yes, it's actually a thing and I F*CKING hate it), and I can agree that some fans are a bit TOO obsessed with the Bloodmoon Backup (which I've dubbed the "Blooders"), but there are still some normal fans out there that have made some good stuff like fanart, animatics, and animations.
And the Sun/Moon ship... I think some people accidentally confuse it with the ship from the ORIGINAL Security Breach.
(By the way, I AM a Sun x Moon shipper outside of the SAMS community, but I'm able to differentiate between the two.)
I genuinely wanna know why a lot of people seem to like the sun and moon show cause I could not sit through one full episode of that it was the lamest, stupidest shit ever
(I watched different episodes but could not finish one of them I kept trying different ones like "ok maybe this gets better??" cause I like to give things the benefit of the doubt before a genuine critique but spoiler alert, it didn't get better)
-They miss-characterize the fuck out of the canon characters
-The vr models look goofy as hell
-The non-canon characters are so awful and feel like useless fillers (especially earth and bloodmoon, they serve minimal plot purpose)
-Earth is a black character voice acted and played by a white woman (which is pretty weird, they couldn't have casted a black woman to play a black woman?? and before anyone says "earth isn't black" look at her skin tone and hair texture now be honest with yourself)
-Lunar is basically a loli (shota??) since it's been mentioned he's the same age as Eclipse yet he's short and acts like a child
-They mis-characterized monty and moon SO BAD (and sun but it was less noticeable)
-it's vr chat which that alone is a good enough reason to not fw tsams cause vr chat is like a breeding ground for discord mods
-The plot sucks, a 12 year old could have done better than those grown adults
-also so many of the fans are so weird?? In the show sun and moon are like depicted as brothers but then people turn around and ship them, it's weird
idk if it's just me over-analyzing but I cannot be the only person that finds this show unbearable, I feel like the only reason it's popular is because sun and moon fans are really desperate for content since their time in security breach (both the game and dlc) was so limited
this is a genuine opinion I'm not trying to hate on the show (I am) but I really have nothing positive to say about it and I need to know if it's just me cause I notice so many people like this shit show and the lame ass characters for whatever reason, if you have stuff to prove anything I said wrong and I mean like genuinely explain why (not just "you're wrong 😡😡" and giving no reason) then feel free because I'm genuinely curious about the hype for tsams
