Ace gets bored easily, if someone is saying boring shit, he’ll tell them they’re saying boring shit. He thought you were were a little too quiet when he first met you being a janitor at the start of the school year, oh how things have changed now…

it started whenever anything happened that reminded you of your special interests and you went into a full pledge yap fest, he was gonna kinda overwhelmed…

“Huh?? What??” He looked at you with an eyebrow lifted

“Yes it’s and just like that and it’s AMAZING and fills me with JOY!” You squealed, talking about something from your home world, twisted wonderland has been missing OUT.

“So interesting… kinda bad I didn’t really get half of it…”

“I’ll tell you again!”

“You don’t have t- okay go.”

As stated, he gets annoyed when people talk to much about stuff he’s not interested in, he wasn’t annoyed with your talking though, more so confused, but hey, you listened to him rant too so fair deal right? But it’s different, you’re so entertaining. You’re so entertaining, your eyes sparkling like a kid in a candy store is pure teasing material, but you look too happy to even tease! And he thought he could never hold himself back from teasing!

But it’s not only your reaction that gets him to seem interested, your interests actually seem fascinating to him that he ask questions and laughs at finding out new information. Haha you made him into a nerd you love him.

”Hey, you quiet, got any crazy stories for me? Your world was on something I swear…” please keep yapping, head is full of mental notes.

Deuce Spade!

Deuce had always been a good listener, no matter if it interested him or not he would try his best to be attentive! Though he gets a little sleep if it’s not the most mins provoking for him at least…

When you start start your rants to Deuce out of the blue, he’s a little startled since you were so reserved, but accepted it with open arms and understanding! And also indulging lokey.

“Mhm Mhm…That’s so cool you mention that because I remember reading something like that in one of my comic books! It was a short series but it was really good!” He bounced with joy

“Oh my gosh yes I love short series! That trope is so amazing I love when it’s used in books! Oh and besides books…!” You emitted his joy back, you guys will never stop talking, so evil.

Unlike Deuce, he isn’t the best at remembering everything with his mind, mental notes swarmed after a while by so much more. Which is what lead him to making a whole note for you in his notes app just about your interests!

Epel Felmier!

Epel himself is very quiet and reserved at first but is super out going and talkative with the people he’s comfortable with, so hey, he gets it!

Epel is really interested in your culture, by that I mean your world and what happens there, he likes to link events back to Twisted Wonderland, it’s fun, plus you care about his mall village, why should he not care about your literal world?

“Huh? Well lookey that! We’ve been doin that for a while here!”

“Really? I would love to go there! It just reminds me of own of my favorite places, and you don’t understand it’s SO pretty and landscapy!” You whipped out your phone to show him a picture

“Not better than my harveston!” He puffs his chest out with a proud smile

“Here look!”

Woah, gorgeous. Like you.

He giggles in his mind, with the most love and respect, you remind him of a little rooster that keeps croaking but can’t do it fully so it’s just high pitched.

Reader finds them crying HCs

Adam

Adam was never one for tears, he was a man, the first one at that! His pride would never let himslef ever be perceived as weak.

But once he got sent to Hell, after his death during the extermination, while that damn snake was in his place — the only feeling he felt was weakness.

Adam had stayed in his room in the hotel ever since he came, begrudgingly that is, he didn’t want to be here. He shouldn’t be here.

But somehow, Charlie somehow let him come, much to his surprise, as well as dismay, but let’s be real here, he’d he pissed either way.

He curled up against the pillow, sighing, shakily, as hot tears slipped down his cheeks. “Damnit.”

Unbeknownst to him, a knock came from the other side of the door, Charlie made you drop off Adam’s ‘Welcome Package’ — When you didn’t get a response you creaked open the door.

“Adam?” You called from the other side of the room. He didn’t look at you, he couldn’t look at you.

“Leave.” He said, his voice cracking, despite the fact that he was attempted to hold back his sobs.

You set down his basket from Charlie on his nightstand. He felt his bed dip as you sat next to him. “It’s cause you’re here right?”

“The fuck are you talking about?” Adam sniffled. “Why you’re upset. It’s cause your here, right?” You elaborate.

He doesn’t say anything. You rub his knee, in attempts to comfort him. “I promise, it’s not as bad here as you think.”

You sigh. “I didn’t think it’d be great here when I first came here either, but this became my home - my family. You’ll get used to it, with time.”

Adam didn’t say anything. But deep down, his heart felt just a tad bit warmer from your words.

Charlie

Due to the upcoming extermination, Charlie was more stressed than ever, she was upset with herself. Upset that her and Heaven couldn’t band together. Upset that it had to end in this way.

Apart of herself grew to worry that maybe if she had been different, more normally, less singy-songy, Adam would’ve agreed.

Then no second meeting would’ve been necessary, no war would be needed.

The night before the battle was a tough one for Charlie, she loved and appreciated everyone she had met throughout her time, and within the blink of an eye, there was a 50/50 chance it’ll all be gone this time tomorrow.

“Charlie?” You called out to your girlfriend, who was crying infront of Angel’s door, “Sorry…” She mumbled, “I’m just so scared…” Her voice cracked, you’ve never seen her so… out of sorts, before.

“What if we lose?” She asked, rhetorically. “You’ve already done so much, Charlie.” You start, pulling her close, cupping her face.

“You’ve touched the hearts every soul here… Regardless of whether or not they admit it.” You run you fingers through her hair, you were scared to, scared shitless, but you put on a brave face. A brave face for her.

“So if it turns out that we don’t make it, there’s something that I’ve been dying to say.” You pull her into a hug, before mumbling in her ear, “You need to know I love you more than anything.”

Husk

You had caught Husk in his vulnerability at a private time. You knew about his deal with Alastor, but never knew the extent of it.

“Good talk, my good man, always nice to catch up!” Alastor said, leaving Husker defenseless, shaking on the floor, as you hid on the other side of the hall.

Husk got up, slowly, and then leaned against the wall, muttering a small ‘Damnit…’

You approached him, “Are you okay?” You ask, very hesitantly, you know Husk is more of a listener then someone to vent, but there was no harm in trying.

Husk sighs, low and gruff, but so hurt, it hurt you. “Made a shitty deal I regret, and I can’t take it back, y’know.” Husk answered, using his claw to wipe a few tears from under his eyes.

You’re unsure of what to do, you’ve never seen him like this, you smile at him softly, and open your arms for him, “Hug?”

Husk chuckles at your innocent antics, “Seriously?” He asks with a smirk, “Totally seriously!”

He sighs jokingly, clambering over to you, accepting your embrace. “This is so stupid.”

“You know you love it!” And you’re right, he did.

Sir Pentious

It was no secret that Pentious wanted to be an equal to the Vee’s, at least, before he officially started staying at the hotel.

And when Vox called him a ‘miserable failure’, it hit hard.

When Sir Pentious entered his room for the night, he shooed his eggs away, left with a sour taste in his mouth from Vox’s words.

A knock comes from Pentious’ door, he goes to answer it, trying to sniffle away his tears, he opened the door to see you.

“I just wanted to say you did a good thing, you’re willing to change even after you fucked up, and honestly I admire tha— Pentious, are you okay?” You rambled on, before getting a good look at his face.

He sniffled. “Y-Yes, I just.. don’t appreciate what Vox said about me.” He said, holding back his sobs, although not very well.

Your heart ached for the poor snake, you pulled him into a hug and patted him on the back, “If he can’t see the amazing Pentious I see, then he’s not worth it, we only met today, but I can already see what a wonderful person you are.”

MAIN MASTERLIST

Being the youngest of your siblings, and all of your older brothers having debuted in a Kpop group together, called Stray Kids, you had definitely felt the pressure to debut. Your family was complicated, yes, with your mum having multiple different partners in the past, the reason why most of your siblings had different surnames, sans a few of you.

Meaning Lee Know's dad had been out of the picture until your mother rekindled her relationship with him and that's how Felix came about. But she had been staying with your dad, the one you shared with Jeongin, and you think she was settled now.

With this stability it felt like the pressure lessened yet you wanted to show your brothers too that you could do what they do. You could copy them. You could imitate them. Like ditto.

They were so proud when you debuted in NewJeans, alongside your fellow members, Hanni, Haerin, Minji, Danielle and Hyein. They'd be constantly sending messages to their fans over bubble and texting you directly as well about how excited they were for you.

Some fans thought that it had been done on purpose. You were already known in the public eye as Stray Kid's younger sister, but now you had created an image for yourself. And quite frankly, with how viral your songs had gone, you didn't need that label attached to you to be successful.

And your brothers never failed in reminding you just how viral your songs were. Whether it was through tiktoks they uploaded or if it was clips you had seen of them singing karaoke. Not to mention the videos they'd send into the groupchat.

"Cuz I-I-I-I! Know what you like boy!!!" Changbin yelled into his phone, before Lee Know and Han came up behind him in the video and screamed the second line.

"Thank you, brothers, I can no longer hear," you deadpanned into your own phone camera as you sent back a video of your own, which was meant with either laughing messages or mocking ones.

But those are brothers for you.

You couldn't even avoid their teasing when you were working too. You were MCing for Music Bank, where they had just performed their new song 'S-CLASS'. And now it was time for you to interview them.

"Welcome back to Music Bank! We're joined with Stray Kids who just performed their new song, 'S-CLASS', here they are, jaaa," you introduced them and made a cute little awkward sound, one that resembled Seungmin's 'Staaa'.

Chan and Felix, who were stood right next to you, did their best to muffle their laughs as the camera panned to them. You were thankful for that because it meant you could fan your flustered face.

"Jaaa, 1, 2, 3. Step out! We are Stray Kids!" Chan led your brothers into their introduction, making fun of the little sound you made.

"Hyunjin ssi," you began professionally, making the others gasp.

"Ssi? I'm your brother!" Hyunjin gasped, and you looked panicked at the camera before seeing the crew laughing as well.

"Yahhhhh! They pranked me saying I needed to be formal!" you whined as you crouched down with your cue cards.

"Ok, let's try this again, welcome Stray Kids oppas!!" you smile this time and the interview went much more smoothly, yet you still sighed with relief once it was over. It had been even more difficult this time as you were handling it on your own without your usual co-host.

"Wow that was the hardest interview I've ever done! And we've had all of Seventeen sunbaenim here," you rested your hands on your hips as you looked up sternly at your brothers from backstage.

"Just because our little Y/Nnie was nervous," Seungmin ruffled your hair, making you groan as you pushed him away.

"Hey, hey, she's still new to all this," Felix helped you flatten out your hair.

"I'm doing good though, right?" you looked up hopefully, not joking around this time and wanting their approval.

"Are you kidding me? Of course you are!" Han burst out.

"Your songs are so addictive as well, you're really going on a good path here," Changbin nodded as well.

"We're all proud of you," Jeongin nodded patting you on the shoulders.

"You're doing so great," Lee Know nodded too.

And that was exactly what you needed. Even though it was an awkward funny interview, having their reassurance meant the world to you.

I did end up forgetting about everything horrible as I read In too Deep. I laughed and smiled because of it. I love you and thank you for that. I tend to do this often, reading to escape.

You know when you dread the inevitable guaranteed shitty days, Birthday is one of them. You're right, it worsens if you have depression, people expect you to be happy especially if you have a super cheerful, sunny mask on everyday. It's exhausting to keep up the persona as it is but it's even worse to do it on a day where all you want to do is rot away so far from people. And if you kind of let it slip that you've had terrible experiences for several consecutive years you're berated for not trying hard to be positive and ruining it yourself because you're thinking too 'negative'. It's like breathing in smoke, you try to not breathe in but then end up breathing it in to survive.

I'm sorry you've had a terrible birthday too, I'm sorry that onyx storm didn't do what it was supposed to do and I'm sorry I couldn't comfort you like you did to me. I wish I could share my chocolate cake with you. 💖

You’re right, it’s expected that you’re happy and the fact that you’re not makes you even more unhappy, and then people react poorly and it just worsens and worsens. These are high intensity days for us when we are already at capacity emotionally. It sucks.

Tbh a big part of why I’ve enjoyed this blog so much is that, despite being in my mid-twenties (I know, ancient ☠️) I have only just begun my transition, and have been wrestling with complicated and painful feelings regarding the fact the I never got to HAVE a little boyhood, (OR a teenage boyhood, for that matter..) so getting to indulge in Perry’s unapologetic trans joy and comfort in his skin has been healing to me in ways I can even begin to describe.

Hiii!!! I just wanted to quickly hop into your asks to say that I totally binged your Jack Daniels/Agent Whisky (not anymore ig, lol) series, "Fallout" and holy shit, it's so SO GOOD.

I really liked those first chapters of sort of world building, trying to establish where we were in comparison to canon. I loved the way you wrote Ginger, there are very few moments of her and Whisky interacting in the film, and you took that and expanded it a billion times more. There are hints of a loving relationship between them in the movie, but you made it so evident, and it absolutely broke my heart how worried and involved she was in getting Jack back.

Your Tequila is another character that I love immensely, he's so funny and his southern charm jumps out of the words. I cannot stress enough how good of a job you've done in taking an already existing world and adapting it into this wonderful story that you've made. Every choice, every OC fits perfectly in the crazy world that is that of Kingsman, and it is amazing to witness as a reader. (#1 Eve fan, right here)

Don't even get me started on Jack. Dude. Seriously. I love him. You destroyed him and build him back up again, without losing his essence. It's been so interesting to see him change and evolve throughout the story. Mimosa (or Whisky, now ig) is absolutely incredible too, she's funny and strong and smart, but also stubborn and hot headed, that's what makes her so cool to read, and what makes her fit with our wonderful Jack (tho tbh that also has the potential to blow things up).

Sorry if this got too long or if it makes no sense, there are just a lot of thoughts in my head rn and needed to scream into your ask box!!!!!

Anyway, tl;dr I've loved your fic so so much and I cannot wait to see where it goes next 🫶🏼🫶🏼.

I'm sending you an ask because you mentioned a Touhou voting project recently in a post. I didn't know neither about this project nor about ZUN's Music Collection, so I have to thank you for talking about this here! x) and now that I've listened to it, I'm also surprised to know that "Dawn Breaks on Tanabatazaka" wasn't popular! (I haven't played the games that features the original musics yet, so it was a total discovering, but I'm starting to think that I should play all the games as soon as I can to be able to keep up with everyone, haha)

Anyway, I enjoyed the songs you mentioned in that post and it gave me the idea to ask you about your eventual favorite Touhou musics, and if you had particular reasons to like these favorite tracks that much. For example, I personnally really like the musics that make me remember the course of spell cards used during the battle: I like listening to the musics that made me enjoy the battles even more when I felt like their rythm was in harmony with the scenario, the rythm of bullets or the script of attacks (it must be the case of many songs, but I see it more clearly when some are played, I think?)

Long story short, I'm being talkative but I just wondered if you have any thoughts regarding Touhou's musics x') And I wish you a great day! 💕🫶

Wooow, I'm SO HAPPY that you have been listening to Tanabatazaka Mugen Nou (Taboo Japan Disentanglement)! 😆💖 I don't know if this is good news or bad news for you, but ZUN's Music Collection is part game music and part completely original. And the music you heard, "Dawn Breaks on Tanabatazaka," is an original one created for this album! So this music is not used anywhere in the game series. 😉

I knew from the beginning that this one was not well known, but I was surprised there because it was not as popular as the other tracks on the same album. "Dawn Breaks on Tanabatazaka" has a very quiet beginning compared to the music used in the game, and I think it has a different appeal than the rhythmic music in the game. This album has a story, and you can read the English translation on the Touhou wiki if you are interested. (However, this story is related to TH16 and may be quite unclear if you do not know the story of it.) I think it's partly because I've read this story, this music makes me imagine the clear air of the forest, the loneliness of waiting alone for the dawn, the hope in my heart as I look up at the gradually brightening sky while freezing in the cold. So while I like this music, there is a sense that I like the scene it presents rather than the melody. What I feel when I listen to that music is the space rather than the melody. It may be a strange impression, but I am sure that ZUN definitely composes his music while imagining a certain scene, and I think there must be some trick in it. (Unfortunately, I am not familiar enough with the technicalities of music to know what it is! 😄)

Sorry for the long introduction! Of course, I have a huge amount of favorite Touhou music, and I totally understand what you're saying! Touhou's music is unique in that it's created to match the flow of the battles and the music, thanks to ZUN making both the game and the music all by himself. I was very impressed when I found that the rhythm of "Akutagawa Ryuunosuke's "Kappa" ~ Candid Friend", a three-beat music played in the boss battle of stage 3 of TH10, matches the sound of bullets being fired in a spell card "Ooze Flooding". Depending on the game play, the rhythm can be slightly off, but it certainly sounds like the rhythm matches with the music, so I thought it was an interesting presentation. You can see that spell card at 2:32 to 2:52 in the following video:

I think ZUN is also very good at expressing character through music, and my favorite stage 6 boss battle song in the series is TH14's "Inchlings of the Shining Needle ~ Little Princess", which reflects the character and story of Shinmyoumaru very well:

Shinmyoumaru is an Inchling who was imprisoned in the world of Oni because of a crime committed by her ancestor, and after being told by a certain person about some false stories of Inchling oppression, she seeks revenge against Gensokyo and antagonizes Reimu and other protagonists. Because of this background, she herself is rather weak and pitiful: imprisoned not for her own sin but for that of her ancestor, angry with the people of Gensokyo only because of the false stories she has heard, so she herself is not a bad person. I think this music expresses her small size, the sadness of her background, and her strong determination to take revenge on the people of Gensokyo. I love ZUNpet at the end because I feel that she is trying her best to stand up to Reimu and the others with her small body. All 6 stage boss battle themes are great and I LOVE THEM ALL, but if I had to choose just one, I would choose this one every time.

If I had to pick my favorite music from TH8, I would pick "Gensokyo Millennium ~ History of the Moon", the theme of Eirin, since I know it is fresh in your mind. This music is very popular, and there are several fans who have played it on the piano:

I love very much the performance in the video above! 🥰 It is a really refined and beautiful melody. I think it expresses the wide open spaces of the universe, the long years of Eirin's life, and Eirin's decision to betray the Moon and live on Earth with Kaguya. (By the way, EiKagu is one of my favorite ships, I love the fact that Eirin killed all of the emissaries from the moon for Kaguya. It is fascinating how Touhou girls look cute but have this kind of cruel side! 😆) If you were to talk to me about any of TH8's music, I'm sure I'd say, "Oh, that's my favorite," but I'm not lying, I've listened to all the music so many times!

Sorry for the length. In many cases, I love the music in its entirety, including the stories, characters, and backgrounds associated with it, so any talk about the music becomes very long. 😅 One last thing I would like to add is that Alice's theme on the album "Changeability of Strange Dream" is a little longer and more dramatic than the original one used in TH7, which is so cool, so please give it a listen if you get a chance.

Yunho was bored. I mean, who could blame him? All the other members were asleep, and he was tired of bothering Wooyoung, so he resorted to the one thing he had left to do. 

Be bored. 

He went to go bother the one person who was still awake, and that was Hongjoong. Sure he was the leader, and sure he was in a bad mood, but Yunho was determined to not be bored. 

“”BOO!” He yelled when Hongjoong walked into his room, obviously exhausted and tired, and he screamed in fear and almost fell over. 

“HAHA HYUNG YOU WERE SO SCARED!” Yunho doubled over in laughter while the leader glared at him. 

“Oh i’ll give you something to laugh about” Hongjoong commented as he tackled the younger and effectively straddled his waist. 

Yunho already knew what was happening. “Hyung no!” He yelled, hoping to receive some sort of mercy.

Hongjoong wasted no time and pulled the boy’s arms up, digging his experienced fingers into Yunho’s armpits. 

“HYUNG NOOO!” Yunho yelled again, this time more frantic as he tried not to laugh, thrashing around under the leader. 

“ST-STAHP PLEASE I-ITS NOT GONNA DOHO ANYTHIHIHIHING” Yunho broke, screaming as Hongjoong switched to the boy’s ribs, the area clearly more sensitive.

“STAHAHAHAP IHIM SAHAHAHAHARRYYY!!!” The younger screeched as he tried to free his wrists from the firm grip. 

“Nope. I’ve been having a bad day and this is a perfect stress reliever, also this is what you get for trying to scare me!” Hongjoong yelled over the younger’s screaming. 

“HAHAHAHA” Was Yunho’s only response as the elder pulled his shirt up and blew a long raspberry right on the boy’s belly button.

To say Yunho went crazy was an understatement. He went ballistic, back arching up and feet digging into the carpet, his face tinted the cutest shade of pink as he cackled. 

Soon enough Hongjoong let up, chuckling and rubbing at the younger’s stomach as Yunho gasped and panted. 

“You need some water, buddy?” Hongjoong fondly smiled at the younger as he shook his head. 

“Thanks a lot, Yunho.” Hongjoong stood up and walked out of the room, probably going back to work. 

“WAIT. HYUNG!” Yunho yelled, stopping the leader in his tracks. 

When Hongjoong turned around, Yunho commented, “You look tired, take a nap with me?”

Let’s say cuddles was the only thing on their agenda for the rest of the day.
