You know, I think a thing that is rather unnoticed is just how much the music pieces made for helluva boss really adds to the scenes (I am not referring to the songs btw, like two minutes notice and house of asmodeus for example. They're bangers but I'm not talking about them here)
I have two examples of this that come to mind: Do you remember in s1 e1 during this scene where you heard the piece of music titled 'Stolas Speaks'?
Let's head to s2 e4, and pay attention to the scene where Stolas is being wheeled into the hospital, you hear that piano again, the exact same note used near the start of the piece of music 'Stolas Speaks', even if you didn't pick up on it during this scene, that singular note still really sells the impact of this scene to you, even more so if you made that connection.
For my second example: Let's dive right into the argument of s2 e8.
Pay attention to exactly when the piece of music starts, right after that explosive 'LET'S GO!'
Now, I want you to pay attention to when the piano gets added to this piece of music, it's shortly after the show focuses in on Stolas instead of Blitz, something that is very clearly seen when you look at these two pictures.
Finally, the piano ends shortly after the show focuses in on Blitz again in this scene, and the final note is timed exactly when Blitz's eyes get smaller, when Blitz has realized that he's fucked up majorly, with a piano note that just feels much more impactful than the other piano notes heard before the final one. The music piece in this scene paints the emotions the show wants you to feel during this scene very well, and it just makes everything feel so much more impactful as a result, and I love it so much.

Watching a video on The Boys and thinking again how so many shows now near instantly turn to shit around s2.
Here are my: "I liked these shows but never again" and when they dropped off. Also through experience I just jump off before it sucks more of my time.
When I was innocent: True Blood - s3 ( Stayed until the end sadly. ) GoT - s5 ( Didn't stay because I learned from TB. )
Becoming experienced and sniffing shit early: Hazbin Hotel - s1 e3 ( Stopped at s1 e5. ) Helluva Boss - s1 e4 The Boys - s2 e2 ( Stopped at s3 e8. ) HotD - s2 e3 ( Stopped at s2 e8. )

Helluva Boss Theories
Caught up with Helluva Boss and now idk what to do with myself so have some theories!
(Not including my next episode/Asmodean crystal theories cause I already discussed that here)
There are so many plates spinning at this point in the story so here are my current theories/hopes/ideas in where each thread is heading:
Stella (and her brother)
Stella is a simple woman with simple goals - to kill her husband and take all his money (not necessarily in that order).
But as established in S2 E4, if Stella kills Stolas all his money and possessions will pass to Via, leaving Stella with nothing. Of course he also won't give her anything willingly on account of how she, you know, tried to kill him.
This leaves two obvious avenues that I can think of that Stella is likely to take in pursuit of Stolas' fortune:
1. Blackmail - It's only a matter of time before Stolas' deal with Blitzo is going to come back and bite him in the ass. It's pretty much an open secret that he's been loaning out his Grimoire so that Blitzo can illegally access the human world and at some point someone is bound to leverage that fact to their advantage.
As soon as Stella realises (or more likely, her brother points out to her) that this is prime blackmail material, I think she'll jump at the chance to squeeze as much money out of Stolas' as possible.
2. Ransom - I think this is much less likely because it's too similar to previous storylines and is likely to feel repetitive, but Stella could also potentially hire Striker to kidnap Blitzo and demand a ransom in exchange for his safety.
Mammon
Given that S2 E7 ends with Mammon warning Asmodeus that he'll regret crossing him, I imagine that Mammon has a plan of his own that will emerge in future episodes.
I don't know how likely this actually is given it would be pretty large scale and would likely impact the plot of Hazbin Hotel too, but I would love it if this leads to a civil war across Hell.
Mammon is all about money and he'll be losing a lot of it now his top money-maker has publicly decried him (and I doubt Asmodeus will continue production of the Fizzy fuckdolls either).
It could also be an opportunity to finally introduce Satan (Demon of Wrath) and Leviathan (Demon of Envy) as potential allies to Mammon (whose desire for vengeance is motivated in part by the sins they embody), leaving Beelzebub and Belphegor as potential allies to Asmodeus. Of course the other sins might also have beef with each other that we don't know about which could exacerbate the situation further.
Striker
Striker has been a major player in season 2 in particular, popping up over and over again as an antagonist to IMP due Blitzo's connections to Stolas and Fizz respectively.
While he's ostensibly killing for money, he clearly has a more personal agenda stemming from his hatred of the upper class.
At the moment it's hard to know how exactly his plan will come together but in the last episode we saw him approach Crimson with the intention of forming some kind of alliance, though the details weren't specified.
I think this must be the first step in Striker's long term plan to bring down the monarchy and topple the hierarchy of Hell, though how this will play out is unclear.
I don't see the show killing off Stolas but I can imagine Striker's next appearance being in conjunction with the assassination of another royal character like Stella or her brother or even one of the Sins like Mammon or Bea.
I can also picture him trying his hand at kidnapping again in order to lure in a royal target - maybe kidnapping Blitzo or Via to draw in Stolas.
D.H.O.R.K.S
Thanks to IMP's consistent failure to keep a low profile, they've drawn the attention of D.H.O.R.K.S, an organization on Earth that appears to investigate paranormal activities, and as of S1 E6 we know they have video evidence.
I don't see them finding a way to hell without dying but I suspect they'll continue to cause problems during IMP's visits to the surface. They might even find a way to bind or command a demon.
That said, rather than the D.H.O.R.K.S themselves posing a serious threat, I think major consequences for IMP and/or Stolas are more likely to arise from the D.H.O.R.K.S drawing the attention of Higher-Ups in Hell.
What do y'all think?
I'd love to hear alternative theories on where all these storylines are leading!
Do you think all the different threads will end up intersecting?
If so, how do you think they'll tie it all together?

Time to fangirl about Helluva Boss: S1 E4
This is my least favorite chapter.
We see that Heaven has a new program to save human souls and their intro is like a parody of IMP. But why does this program exist? Is a new method since IMP is sending more people to Hell which contributes to the overpopulation? Was it there before but it had no budget for a comercial?

Succeeding at continuity, we have M&M and Blitz disguised as humans after Loona called them out:

Also, Millie with blond hair?! She looks SO GOOD.
Now, going back to the disguises, how does one gets one? Loona has one (and I'm interested to know why she's the only one in the team who has one, what things has she done with it and since when did she have it?), Stolas has one (understandable) but his daughter doesn't (maybe she's not the right age still? Maybe you get one when you ascend to the throne?). First I thought maybe the imps don't get that sort of thing but later we find out that Blitz's sister has one so- maybe she stole it? Can you steal a disguise? Maybe the disguises are supposed to be "average human" disguises but we see them as a literal human version of the demons to make it comfortable for us?
And here we have Blitz being sad because his sock flew away:

I was alwasy curious about this scene, like- why? Why is he so sad? Is this just a random comedy little moment? Or is this something more deep? Was the sock important for him? It was supposed to remind him of something?
It was probably a comedy thing that I didn't understood.
And for the end, even thou I couldn't care less about Heaven and their doings, I have to admit this turn of events were the chubs get exile from Heaven has a little potential. They small, they're angelical, the're supposed to be cute (personally, I find them annoying, but maybe it was intentional, like we're seeing them through the demons point of view) and they can form an alliance with other demons to destroy IMP or rebel againts Heaven and make a more important appearence in Hazbin. I wanna see how their path ends.

I haven't talked about Helluva Boss in a while, so here I go!
S2 E3:
This was basically a Wattpad story.
Man is kidnapped and forced to marry someone for their mafia father, sound familiar?
Anyway this unfortunately didn't give us any Millie depth either than reaffirming that she loves Moxxie.
I do think Chaz is a funny character and I can't wait to see Crimson again.
S2 E4:
The return of Striker...but he's played by a different VA because Norman Reedus was busy with his Daryl Dixon spin-off.
I do hope he comes back if he wants to.
The episode wasn't bad, and I did enjoy the side plot of Loona going to the vet, I thought it was funny.
It did end on a heartbreaking note with Stolas being critically injured.
S1 E8:
Finally we get this episode!!!
I did like seeing more character added to Loona as she still has a crush on Vortex, but now she meets his girlfriend who is literally a hell queen or some shit.
I think Kesha is a wonderful singer, but voice acting might not be her thing. Either she had poor direction, or she's not a great VA which is fine.
On a different note you can see how Tex acts towards his girlfriend and how embarrassed he is when she blows up.
Now I wait for Millie's character development!

What did you think about Helluva Boss season 2 episode 4? Do you think it's a good season or is it kinda fizzling out? Do you think the stolitz ship is gonna survive this season? Is anything thats happening in cannon going to have an effect of "A prince and his barron"? Thank you!
1) Ooh, alrighty, Anon. It’s been awhile since I got a HB-related Ask! Honestly, I felt, for what the episode had to do, from an objective point of view as an adult who’d graduated from a design college (thus, I’ve seen the amount of work folks from the Illustration - Animation fields have to do and the miracles they have to pull out on a deadline) and as a fanfic writer who keeps up with new Helluva Boss episodes so I can keep up with the canon lore, the episode served its purpose. The end of the episode hit hard, no? So they delivered on that. Personally I would change a couple things to make certain things hit even harder (because I’m sadistic and love me my emotional knives in stories) but that’s only because I’m a writer myself and I always have things I would do differently, even for my favorite shows or movies, haha.
It might not be my favorite episode per se, but we’re almost halfway to the end of Season 2 so there are going to be episodes that are stronger and episodes that are weaker. That’s just how shows go, overall. Plus, they are an indie crew so you just have to be more forgiving, especially when it’s a collaborative group effort with everyone’s conflicting schedules all around the world, time crunches, and unexpected setbacks such as having to find another VA and nervously hoping the realistic backlash of a changing VA won’t hit too hard. There’s also the rumor I’ve seen floating around that Loona’s VA was grieving the loss of her fiancé during this episode, so her not voicing any lines is also understandable on a fundamentally personal empathetic level (I don’t know if this rumor has been debunked, but it’s also still understandable for any other reasons. But I won’t get into that here.)
Animation is hard, y’all. And you have to remember the people creating Helluva Boss are human. Not all episodes will be perfect. Even with my favorite show rn, I have certain episodes I’m happy to rewatch and certain ones I skip. There are certain seasons that will be stronger and some that you’re not that into.
I will have to say, this episode isn’t an automatic skip for me unlike the Cherubs episode sorry, I just don’t like the Cherubs personally, haha, but I understand their reason for existing in the canon lore so kudos to the animators and VAs. I do appreciate the animation of S2:E4 though. The songs were nice, and it was interesting to see the storyboards and the tweets from the song writers about the direction they were given—and how that resulted in the final product. It’s very interesting to see all the behind-the-scenes stuffs.
2) I have yet to see all the episodes of Season 2 so I will be reserving my judgement. Of all four episodes released thus far, I think S1 is stronger—but it’s an unfair comparison (like apples vs oranges) because we’ve seen all the episodes of S1 and we have yet to see the rest of S2.
“Fizzling out” is a strong word. Hmm. (Anon, and I mean this with love, if my support or interest in a show genuinely “fizzles out,” that’s not a good thing; you’re not going to see me continuing with something if my enthusiasm fades and it feels like a chore just to sit through something, trust me.) I have to say, excluding the Circus episode which was very, very strong and Exes and Oohs which I just adored, the rest of the episodes released thus far have things I like and a couple things I’m meh about. But, again, that’s par for the course. So I can’t objectively determine if S2 is fizzling out or weaker yet; I’d have to sit through the rest of the unreleased episodes to make that determination and then see S3.
I can’t remember off the top of my head, but I believe Vivziepop tweeted they were already working on the scripts for S3 or S4. Feel free to correct me on this! But whether it’s S3 or S4 or S5, it shows they have a plan and a strategy and there’s a lot more they want to explore and show us. They’re not spontaneously creating plot beats after every episode has aired (trust me, spontaneous writing is HARD; I have massive respect for writers who can write spontaneously—and still be able to execute it well). I’m in it to witness the spectacle and see where they take us.
3) Hm. So, hot take, but the Stolitz ship is always going to survive regardless of what season it is. They’re not ignorant. I don’t know why there are some people who think or worry the ship isn’t going to survive. It’s the main draw, the main ship, the main way they’re making profit. They sell Stolitz merchandise; it’s the most popular ship in the show. It’s not even fanon; it’s canon. So an expectation has been set, and they have to deliver. Betrayal of expectations, regardless of subversion, will be met with backlash; no one likes the feeling of being lied to. So if the Stolitz ship doesn’t survive, their viewership is going to tank. If viewership tanks, that means less interest, and less interest means less money in the bank.
I’m looking at it realistically—which is honestly kinda immersion-breaking for me because this ruins any tension of the “will they, won’t they” for me, haha (like, no, you definitely know they will)—but it’s honestly why I’m not panicking even if there is “a breakup” or “let’s see other people” or “let’s take a break from each other” or a fakeout death planned. <- That, I think, would be the worst extent of the Stolitz ship temporarily “not surviving” (ey, I understand, as a writer you gotta throw in some angst, hardship, and obstacles so when your characters get together, it feels deserving and earned), but obviously they’re going to finagle a way to get Blitzø and Stolas back together as a couple.
At the end of the day, it boils down to the HB crew’s execution of this ship in the show. There’s a lot of pressure resting on their shoulders, and I wish them luck and success.
At the end of the day, people are being paid to put out a product for mass consumption so they are invested in seeing that product succeed so they can continue to make a profit for as long as they can. Helluva Boss is their money-making machine aka golden goose. This pays the bills for them. They’d be stupid to kill off their golden goose (Stolitz). A lot of names (especially big ones with the VAs) are also attached, so they also want it to succeed. Even if there’s a loud minority of antis on the HB critical side who consistently air that they don’t like the Stolitz element, honestly, nothing they say will make the show-runners of Helluva Boss change their mind on Stolitz being canon and delivered.
4) Is anything that’s happening in canon, as more and more episodes are being released, going to affect my Stolitz fic: A Prince and His Baron (AO3 🔗).
Yes. And no. What I mean by that is I’m going to be choosy with what I see in canon. It’s the reason why I initially strategized to make P&B an AU, because the big risk of writing a long fic for an ongoing show is at some point, inevitably canon will contradict what I have planned or written. With making it an AU, I get to be selective about the canon Easter eggs I want to include or be influenced by.
For example, with the reveal of them being childhood friends in the Circus, I understand and acknowledge their canon direction, but I’m obviously going to ignore it in my AU. They’re going to stay as strangers who happened to meet in their adult years as an assassin imp on the rise and a powerful Goetia prince who wants him on the Royals faction side. Because the latter makes sense for my AU and they have to develop their relationship from a one-night stand (with benefits -> granting Blitz his baron status and land -> lowkey manipulation to make Blitz indebted to him and the land has automatically made Blitz a vassal to the prince by definition) to an understanding and feelings of genuine affection and devotion. We’re playfully poking fun at the Harlequin romance genre after all (assassin x prince), with some Hellish infernal politics.
Somethings I’m taking from canon include the dynamic between Stella and Andrealphus. Oh boy, Stella. What a complete turnaround in opinion I have of her, haha. I’m probably going to take a different approach to her (potential spoiler alert for P&B: she’s still “evil” but I like the idea she’s been spoiled and perhaps manipulated, so for certain things she has a bottom line when it comes to wickedness—and Andrealphus will have crossed that at a certain point in the story and it challenges her core beliefs because now she has to decide betraying her family or aligning herself with the husband (and imp) she despises). Of course, the more episodes I see, the more decisive I will be in deciding whether or not to go with this angle. If I see Stella continues to be an unrepentant b*tch in canon, she may not have the relatively good outcome I had been planning for her in my story at the end with the royal wedding between Stolas and Blitzø.
I also have other things P&B are being affected by, such as the worldbuilding of the rings of Hell. So while I can fill in the blanks and make P&B entirely off my imagination, it’s fun to see the canon lore and see which things to keep and which things I want to take a different approach with. :)
Thank you for the Ask, anon! 💞

20: S1 E1 - 7,248,356 views.
21: S2 E10 - 7,056,678 views.
The top three performing episodes in season 1:
The Harvest Moon Festival with 11,658,760 views.
Spring Broken with 10,450,616 views.
Truth Seekers with 10,441,255 views.
The top three performing episodes in season 2:
The Circus with 13,126,955 views.
2. MAMMON’S MAGNIFICENT MUSICAL MID-SEASON SPECIAL (ft Fizzarolli) with 10,855,337 views.
3. Exes and Oohs with 10,630,600 views.
The top three performing episodes in both seasons:
In first place we have THE CIRCUS WITH 13,126,955 VIEWS! With the episode continuing to hold an iron grip on that top spot, will the first episode of season 3 be able to rival it? Place your bets now!

In second place, we have The Harvest Moon Festival featuring the debut of Striker! With it also holding a solid grip onto second place in the rankings.

In third place, we have MAMMON’S MAGNIFICENT MUSICAL MID-SEASON SPECIAL (ft Fizzarolli) coming in at 10,855,337 views! Featuring the debut of our idiot of a sin and a villain, Mammon! Also featuring bangers like Two Minutes Notice and more!

The bottom three performing episodes in both seasons:
Ghostfuckers with 7,056,678 views. Even this one caught me off guard, was expecting it to be a bit on the lower side due to the absence of other major fan-favorite characters like Stolas and Fizzarolli, but it being the worst performing episode still caught me by surprise tbh.

2. Murder Family with 7,248,356 views. Where everything started, the beginning of the show we know and love to this day.

3. C.H.E.R.U.B with 7,455,897 views. Yea I'm not really surprised that this one is here, most people think it's a rather weak episode or one of the worst of the show, so I can understand why it's the third worst performing in around it's first week.

Finally, the shorts:
MISSION: WEEABOO-BOO with 5,975,830 views.
Hell's Belles with 4,721,921 views.
MISSION: ANTARCTICA with 4,265,974 views.
4. MISSION: CHUPACABRAS with 4,038,466 views.
No average for the four shorts at the moment as I feel like there isn't enough of the shorts yet to make a fair average view count of them.
But hey, if you're reading this part, you're cool as fuck, and I hope you have a great day!

HELLUVA BOSS S1,E4 Review.
This episode was Okay-ish.
Why did looptiy hoopty break the window TWICE? I'm with blitzo on the insurance.
C.H.E.R.U.B is an acronym for what? They didn't mention.
Seeing blitzo pissed was a little funny.
Loona did not give a F*ck.
Seeing Moxxie and Millie making out was strange.
If the old man wanted to die why did CHERUB not listen to him?
The disguises were so bad I could've made better ones.
All in all an okayish episode. Until next episode ill3 be ready.
I LAUGHED AT MILLIE AND LOONA TRY TO SNAP SENSE INTO MOXXIE who WASN'T Panicking at all.

So, I've been talking with @akirathedramaqueen a bit and something that came up is that some of the antis/'critics' actually somehow think that Blitz's feelings for Stolas in s2 e8 and e9 came out of nowhere. (This version of the post with images will be posted in a reblog because IT'S GETTING SMITED OFF THE TAGS AGAIN!)
So I just want to articulate my thoughts on why I think that the people saying things like that are just wrong.
So, we've all heard of the phrase "show, not tell" right? We know that helluva boss does this quite a lot.
Let's start at s1 e5, just look at Blitz blush, listen to Blitz fumble up his words so much trying to explain that it's a quote "It's a transactional fucking, you see.". This combined with Moxxie and Millie reacting the way they do while Blitz is fumbling up his words trying to explain his relationship with Stolas to Striker, points to our first hint that the relationship is a bit more than 'transactional fucking.'.
Also, this implies that when Blitz goes to stop Striker from killing Stolas, it meant more to Blitz than just Striker 'killing Blitz's easiest lengthy ticket to Earth', it tells us that Blitz cared for Stolas' well-being.
Now, lets look at s1 e7, we see a picture of Stolas sleeping that Blitz took at some point. This further shows us that Blitz has always cared for Stolas.
Another thing that shows us that Blitz cares for Stolas is the ending of s1 e8. 'I dunno, jus- ...lonely... Die alone...' '*mumbling* Millie... Moxxie... Stolas...' The fact that Blitz says Stolas' name here just really tells us that Blitz cares for Stolas as well.
s2 e4, the infamous "He can get hurt?" line. The sheer shock, worry and concern for Stolas Blitz has in this scene also further points to the fact that Blitz cares for Stolas.
And hell, even s2 e6 points to Blitz caring about Stolas, which we can clearly see by the fact that Blitz's face drops when he says 'It's a novelty to him.', because as apology tour proves with this line 'Oh, sorry, this entire time I assumed the worst because I was convinced a prince could never love someone like me and I've let my self hatred stop me from apologizing to anyone I could ever care about!', Blitz's self hatred stopped him from properly considering the possibility that Stolas might care for him back, which is exactly why Blitz sighs and his face drops into this sort of sad look when he says that it's a novelty to Stolas. Blitz doesn't want it to be 'nothing else'.
It's really a 'I believe your subconscious is trying to tell you that you simply cannot fathom proper intimacy, but… also crave it as well.' type deal we're dealing with here. Blitz craves that intimacy, but cannot fathom receiving it, so that's why Blitz's face drops here. Which in my eyes, really convinces me that Blitz has had feelings for Stolas before s2 e8 and e9.
In conclusion: I believe that people pushing the argument that 'Blitz's feelings for Stolas came out of nowhere in s2 e8 and e9' are wrong.

Helluva Boss and it's usage of music, why the sound design is so important and how the music connects things together.
So, I've discussed this subject before but I've been thinking about it again recently and I'd like to go a lot more in depth about it, just so we're all clear, I am not mentioning songs in this at all, things like All 2 U and Two Minutes Notice for example.
Let's start with s1 e7, the scene after the date goes horribly and Stolas is talking to Blitz. Notice when the music piece starts here, it starts right during Stolas' line of "We could... talk.", more specifically starting right as Stolas says the word 'talk', which is one of the most important words in that scene, and the purpose of starting the music piece right at that word is to emphasise that word more, and there's another example of the show doing that to prove this point.

So, Blitz gets home, the music has completely stopped by this point, then the music piece starts up again the moment that Blitz scrolls onto that picture of his mother, which is obviously a very significant thing to Blitz, and us, the viewers, showing once again that they've used that music piece to bring emphasis on specific details, this time it being the picture of Blitz's mother.

That music piece is so great at placing more emphasis on details and being a great mood setter for the scene as well.
Now, let's head to the ending of s1 e8, that one scene where Blitz is talking to Loona on the couch. The same music piece as we just discussed starts up again, after Blitz says "Fuck, Fizz was right.", starting the moment that Blitz's lip starts quivering because he's obviously extremely upset about everything right now, yet again placing heavy emphasis on Blitz's emotions, and the statement he just said. Plus, setting the mood of the scene excellently as well.

S2 E1, but first, keep in mind the specific music piece titled 'Stolas Speaks', first shown during this scene in s1 e1, as it's used three different times if I'm remembering correctly.

Now, let's look at Paimon's introduction, and pay close attention to the music piece used, if you compare that and Stolas Speaks, it becomes obvious that Paimon's theme here is a variation of 'Stolas Speaks', which makes complete sense as Paimon is Stolas' father, and is probably a reoccurring theme across the Goetia as a whole as well.

Quick detour here but, pay attention to the music piece when Cash is talking to Blitz, and also pay attention to how the music piece almost instantly changes when Cash does the fake sadness face, the music piece now giving off a sadder tone compared to before Cash did that face, placing even more emphasis on Cash and his fake sad face.

Anyways, Stolas has just woken up from his drinking session, and we hear what I believe is 'Stolas Speaks' once again, but this time, stripped down to just it's bare bones, the piano that's normally there being completely absent this time. With the piano starting back up again right as Stolas takes the 'happy pills', which is also most likely done to bridge more naturally into the song, and to place more emphasis on Stolas taking the 'happy pills'.

S2 E4, we all remember this scene where Stolas is being wheeled into the hospital, and what we also know is that the first piano note of 'Stolas Speaks' plays right at the scene where the screenshot is taken, time slowing down as Blitz sees Stolas on the stretcher, all to sell the impact of the scene more to you and to place more emphasis on the rapidly approaching realisation to Blitz that Stolas can indeed get hurt.

S2 E8, the moment Stolas starts to place the Asmodean Crystal on Blitz's glove, the same music piece from s1 e7 and s1 e8 starts again (that or the general melody is quite similar), and this is most likely done to compare and contrast the car scene in s1 e7 and this scene in s2 e8.

One more thing I noticed, I may be overthinking this connection but the sparkles in the song that starts right after Stolas says 'be who you are.' really reminds me of that one scene in 'Stolas Sings', like the melodies sound so similar, and the show does that to specifically take you back to that moment in the song, to make you compare and contrast that moment in 'Stolas Sings' to what's happening in the current scene in the full moon.

Now, moving onto the argument, (I'm at the 10 image limit so I'm just gonna have to give you timestamps now lmao), go to 21:52, and notice the music piece starting right after the view you have of the scene changes, right when Stolas' face becomes visible.
Then the piano kicks in, just after Stolas becomes in the focus instead of Blitz, and when his face becomes even more visibly upset.
(Timestamp, 22:05), the piano ends, shortly after the show focuses in on Blitz again and does a close-up on him, the final note timed for the exact moment when Blitz's eyes and face shrinks, the exact moment when Blitz has realised just how badly he's fucked up, with the final note being the heaviest note of them all, to sell the impact of the scene even more, and to place major emphasis on showing you, the viewer, Blitz realising that he's fucked up big time.
S2 E9, pay attention to just how much the music changes when Blitz goes to the different people on his list during his 'Apology Tour', it changes to match specifically who and the area which Blitz is apologising to. But during the two times Blitz checks his phone, both times it being opened to his messages with Stolas, the music piece appears to change, sounding and feeling a lot less upbeat and much more saddening, most likely to reflect Blitz's feelings during those moments when he has his phone open to his messages with Stolas.
In conclusion: I have listed plenty of examples to show just how important the music pieces in the show are to the scenes they're in, and to also show just how interconnected those music pieces are within the show as well, some melodies showing up in multiple episodes throughout the show.
