Junking, the Hoarding Pokemon Junking's hoard has grown larger than the Pokemon itself, allowing itself to shield itself behind layers of junk. There is no limit to how large it can get. Junking can be found away from their hoard, but very rarely. Somehow it is able to move the great clutter around when it needs to.

Types: Grass/Steel Ability: Overgrowth Hidden Ability: Hoard (Rework) — When other Pokemon lose their item, or consume a non-Berry item, this Pokemon stashes the item in their hoard. When it uses up its current item, it will pick a new one from its hoard, prioritizing consumable items, slightly deprioritizing man-made items, and moreso drawback items like Flame Orb. Signature Move: Blowout Sale — Physical | Steel | 50BP | The user dumps all their items on the target, adding bonus damage for each item held by the user and its Hoard ability. If the user only has one item, it knocks off the target's item.

Junking is the final stage of the grass starter of Manaka, on the slower end, with plenty of utility such as Knock Off, Royal Decree, and powders. Junking loves screwing with opponent's items, stashing away Weakness Policies or Air Balloons, or perhaps a Knocked Off Life Orb or Choice Band to only commit to once its own Berry has procced.

today i was sick so i stayed home from school but then i felt better and went junking (getting things from others lawns during spring cleaning) and i got a cool chair!!! i might post a pic of it later!!!

Gigantamax Junking Infused with Dynamax energy, Junking arranges its hoard into armor, a blade, and a shield. Fighting Junking in this state is dangerous, as large pieces of metal and trash can fall onto people and Pokemon below.

Types: Grass/Steel Signature Move: G-Max Compaction | Steel | For the next four turns, a crushing effect damages all foes that aren't Steel type.

I debated generational battle mechanics a lot for Manaka. Designing new ones is surprisingly hard, and none of the existing ones were great fits so it didn't show up in the end. Probably the most thematic appropriate, though the least mechanically interesting, is Dynamax, giant Pokemon for the great plains.

Making a G-Max form for Junking is tricky as G-Max Garbordor already fills a lot of the space it might go. Rather than go for "just an even bigger pile of trash", Junking turns its hoard into a giant mecha with a trash can shield, becoming the fighter of kaiju that we didn't really get in SwSh. I wanted to try to keep the effect of the Galar G-Maxes where the starters actually stayed mostly the same size, but just had giant accessories, but getting the tiny little Junking pilot proved difficult.

And I do think they should’ve brought Sandal back in Veilguard, because if he made the trick lyrium dagger, handed it over, and said “Enchantment!” I wouldn’t even bat an eye or consider it a deus ex machina moment. Like yeah of course he could make a perfect copy, and it would be so similar that it could trick Solas. It’s Sandal.

The plot hole would be that his copy would absolutely be capable of rending the Veil.

my take on the miss piggy/morticia addams sexywoman poll is that while morticia would lose gracefully, miss piggy would 1000% attempt murder over the label and morticia would respect her for it. then theyd go out for tea and gossip together
