I hope yall don’t mind I wanted to answer a bunch of asks in one sweep!! So I was gone from tumblr for a bit like @shortstackpanda mentioned because I was trying to balance my 2 jobs plus doing way too many applications and essays for medical schools!

And I really wanna thank anyone who’s congratulated me or supported me despite this being a whole “maybe” thing, it’s such an exciting thing to be wanted by a med school, it makes all the effort I put in to this shit actually feel like it’s worth it.

As for the “maybe” thing it’s a toss up with a lot of factors such as the cost of attendance, cost of living, rotation sites, matching stats, if I actually want to commit my life to this, etc etc, like I’d have to pack up my life and move halfway across the state for 4 years so it’s a lot to consider. I had fully given up on this cycle and was planning on applying next cycle until I got the acceptance email last Friday. So if I *do* commit, I’ll start in August, but if I choose to wait for another year, I’ll start *next* August. My age is another factor to consider as well. I am on the younger side of applicants for medical schools and I haven’t had much time to explore other things and see what’s out there, so it’s really a big decision here blah blah blah I’ll stop yapping but I really am so fucking proud of myself for actually being able to do this shit and yeah skdjfj
