I'm very disappointed that you would reblog posts about pitbulls. The "nanny dog" thing is a myth, and they account for nearly 70% of all fatal dog attacks in the USA. It sucks and it's not fair for the dogs, but they were bred to be aggressive. It feels like when someone "tames" a bear cub and is later mauled. It's simply in their nature. And no, I don't care that anecdotally all pitbulls you've met were sweet and kind. Many owners have been killed by their very own sweet pitbulls. It's not ALL pitbulls, but isn't it funny how 70% of the time it's a pitbull?

if you're this eager to believe cop statistics about scary dogs, what the fuck do you believe about other animals?? do you also think sharks are mindless eating machines that want to launch themselves onto the beach after you?? no it's not 'in its nature' or whatever the fuck, do you think it's a jurassic park velociraptor or something?? it's a DOG.

I've posted about this before, but pitbulls are just another type of large-breed dog with breed-specific needs and behaviors that make them not suitable for every home, but by and large they're about the same as every other dog in their size class.

german shepards, malonois, hell, even labs and goldens will maul adults and kill kids if not correctly trained or mistreated! all large dogs are inherently somewhat dangerous and should be trained and treated accordingly, which sadly MANY owners do not. PITS. ARE. NOT. SPECIAL.

I just realized. One thing that Optimus will certainly be educated on by the Primes in the Haunted AU is the various was One Can Kill A Quintesson! Leaving some Autobots confused at times when he's teaching them in return because 'This sounds pretty Specific...???'

It's slightly competitive on the Primes' part because yeah, the Deceptions do got the High Guard being good at killing Quintessons too but. They're the Real Experts. (Are they salty? Naaaah they're not. Much. Kinda.)

they got so good at squishing the goddamn bugs and they're thrilled they can save Optimus the pain of figuring out their weak points through trial and error like they did. they're gonna make a pro out of their baby brother in no time.

and if they just so happen to know some of the Decepticons will be majorly pissed off at the fact OP is already on par with the best of what used to be the High Guard when he only has a fraction of their experience... well, happy coincidences, y'know?

and if they happen to teach Optimus how to crack open a Quintesson in just the right way to make some Decepticons see ghosts through him... that's between them and the people they're haunting :)

i really love the idea that the TARDIS loves Yaz. like the way she shocked the Master when he tried to touch Yaz’s post-it notes, i feel like she’s got such a soft spot for her. i like to imagine she purposefully runs really smoothly while Yaz is learning to pilot her and the Doctor starts grumbling about how she never does as she’s supposed to for them. or maybe the TARDIS keeps setting up thasmin moments by tilting at just the right time to make them bump into each other by the console, or constantly rearranging the rooms to lead the Doctor to Yaz so they can finally talk. she’s so exasperated at her ridiculous thief for fumbling this amazing girl so hard and she’s sick of it

i’m wondering how RSA has kept its winning streak (atleast, for the past two years, assuming that malleus and leona were on the magift/spelldrive team) AGAINST MALLEUS AND LEONA? there better be some POWERFUL people in RSA if their winning against the second prince of the sunset savanna and the top five mages in the world (or its something stupid like ‘the power of friendship!’).

Either NRC was dumb enough to not chuck all of its most powerful players on the same team to maximize their chances of winning... or it truly is the Power of Friendship giving RSA an edge.

It sounds silly at first, but I'd imagine that it would be easy to score if your opponents are squabbling with each other or constantly trying to upstage their own teammates. I could definitely see Malleus and Leona going at each other (well, mainly Leona instigating) because every NRC student has their pride and wants to be the one to shine the brightest. I believe there’s even canonical examples of NRC losing due to in-fighting, like the Basketball Team’s loss at the start of Playful Land.

Leona also shares that last year’s interscholastic magift/spelldrive team had a brawl before the game even started. Yuu can comment that it sounds like personality clashes waiting to happen.

Jack states that RSA’s individual players are outstanding, but the real key to their success is their teamwork.

Maybe now that we have the Power of Friendship ourselves, NRC can finally triumph?
