Klaus is me when I play D&D and now no one invites me to play anymore.

This was my character in my long campaign that's literally klaus+five

Their character development song list was:

1. Right now by one direction

2. Girl on fire by Alicia keys

3. Centuries by fall out boy

everything klaus does is so intricately and vitally intertwined with every single major plot point in the show and yet he is always on some bizarre side quest. simultaneously the most and least plot involved character.

Thinking about how Victim only cares about Chosen. Thinking about how the room was papered with articles and magazines and everything all centered on only one half of the equation. Thinking about how the posters were only for Chosen.

It could just be because we are seeing it from Victim's eyes. He and Agent only saw Chosen, so they are going to focus their efforts on him. There could be more articles and things about Dark.

But what if I've been thinking of it all backwards. I thought Dark was the manical vessel of destruction, with Chosen being more of a ghost who few people see, because of his reluctance to hurt people. And maybe that becomes the case later on.

But maybe I got it wrong. Maybe Dark's form of destruction was a little less flashy. Or maybe Chosen had a wider field of effect, with his arsenal of powers.

Maybe Chosen really was the face of destruction.

He'd then help the God of Thunder out, and the two battled it out, and then, Helluva-Verse Iron Man and Black Widow would come swoop in as well. Along with nobody else other than...

realizations I had immediately after making the previous post

it doesn't have to be two novels. the vampire might work better as a side character anyway. all the plot you have that is good is about the werewolf and her sister. make the two of them the protagonists and the vampire can be a side character.

the mama vampire with the boyfriend problems can get her own novel at a future time that doesn't have the POV/tone problems that were being caused by trying to shoehorn her into this, the novel we're actually working on.

oh, I have a tag for the mama vampire plotline, at least. I'll have to go through and do some retagging

the girlfriend vampire is a lot of fun but she has no plot attached to her. she will make a great secondary character and it will be fine

also, if the whole novel is the sister drama it makes more sense to expand the courtroom scenes so they can be told from 2-3 different POVs no problem

we can just put the part with the sister and the dad in its own scene somewhere else. on the phone or something.
