The actual Internal Revenue Service, who survived the bombs and never stopped collecting taxes because that's something the IRL IRS is actually planning for.

Long awaited (for me, lol) re-do of the Chip ref. I ended up keeping him in his 20s, since re-aging him would change a lot of relationship dynamics and stuff in general about him. But I'm really happy with this new ref! I feel like it represents him much better.

Hey I'm streaming New Vegas tomorrow you should help Doc Mitchell assign my character's stats

There are 33 special points to assign at the start so every 3 percent in a stat means one extra point, more or less. (if a stat gets a higher percent than the game will allow because it maxes out at ten points per stat i'll distribute those points out to the next highest ones btw)
