Back from my five hour long hiatus (nap) and now back to my day job

SPOILERS FOR SEASON 2/3 OF SWEET HOME

Starting with general if/when you turned hcs, and will gradually get into the main plot

Once he saw the signs of you turning into a monster he was extremely worried

He didn’t know if you’d be able to control it, like him, or if you’d turn fully into a monster like most of the people he’s seen before

And because he’s seen so many people turn and die painfully, he wants to make sure you don’t

Once he saw that you were able to control it, even at least a little bit, he was so relieved, and wanted to do everything he could to help you

He knows that since you’re a monster, (I’m not calling them special infectees fuck right off😭) you can’t really get hurt/die for the most part

But he still likes to keep you at a safe distance just to make sure his monster side doesn’t accidentally hurt you

(Not too far tho :3)

He always knew you were shy, so he knew that trying to teach you to control it would be a little bit difficult

That was, until you were in your monster form.

In your monster form, you were a lot more clingy towards him, which came as a stark contrast to your usual shy, closed off demeanour.

Not that he minds, he just finds it to be kind of a surprise

In his human form, he’s not scared of you accidentally hurting him or something as a monster

In his human form, he loves to let you cling to him

It reminds him that you’re still you despite the infection

This man can protect himself for sure. But let’s say you and him are doing whatever, maybe walking around, you’re both in human form and a (hostile) monster shows up.

His immediate thought is to protect you, because even though you can turn into a monster yourself, he forgets.

He goes to protect you, his monster side takes over (cause let’s say one of his desires is protecting you okay hear me out)

And then you, wanting to protect him, or show that you can defend yourself, or who know why , turn into your monster form and fend off the monster in some badass way

God damn. Maybe his human side is surprised but the monster side, if bro was out and saw that. You earned respect

The monster side of him has seen you before the transformation. All shy or whatever. He is also quite surprised when you turn and all of a sudden you’re all up on him

At first his monster side would probably push you away a little bit like “wtf is bro doing who are you”

Sometimes his monster side is a lil emo and has to be a lone wolf or something, but when you show up as a monster and follow him around and doing to him eventually he realizes you probably won’t stop until you turn back

His monster side pulls the whole “how pathetic and weak” thing when you cling to him, and you just go right ahead and let your monster self argue that

No matter how much you adore him as a monster, you can and will win a fight/argument against him

Maybe sometimes he lets you win. So what, a win is a win?

When your human side is out and you’re back to your shy self, both sides of him kind of miss your monster side

⚔️ Post-DMC5 Nero Headcanons 🍇

Again! While these are takes for my DMC6 sequel, you are more than welcome to use these for any sort of fanart, fics, whatever! Just please tag me, not for credit or anything, just because I wish to see what I accidentally inspire in y’all! I’m parched for DMC content!

Warnings: Mentions of PTSD and Trauma from DMC4, but otherwise all fluff!

Probably has the healthiest body out of the whole Sparda family. While he is on the leaner side, both Kyrie and Vergil make sure he has a healthy diet (unfortunately). He and Dante have cheat days where they sneak out and order pizza or other junk foods. Somehow Vergil always finds out, though.

Takes on a more emo/punk attire after Vergil and Dante get back, piercings, lots of torn jeans and shirts, the works. Part of him did it to contrast with his dad’s more prim and popper attire, but another part of him did it because we wanted to.

Still rocking the faux hawk, only because he tried dying his hair a bit ago and realized that color DOES NOT come out of white hair without God themselves intervening, so Kyrie had to buzz it all off so it grow back normally. He cried and looked like a shaved kiwi for almost a month. Dante never let him live it down.

Ends up getting really into DIY stuff. Mostly it’s with clothes and outfits, such as cutting up his own jeans and shirts and styling them into something he’ll like, but he does end up helping Nico when making new devil bringers. Strictly in a cosmetic sense, she never lets him touch any of the mechanical components.

He tried doing that once and ended up causing the prototype she made to combust and nearly set the van on fire. Since then there has been a “Nero Isn’t Allowed To Touch Nico’s Shit” rule.

Preferably spends time with Kyrie when not doing missions for DMC. Kyrie went to college after the events of DMC 5, so whenever she’s busy with schoolwork or classes, he’s at the Orphanage in Fortuna he and Kyrie own, helping out and watching over the kids.

Inadvertently has become somewhat of a Credo figure to the orphans, which he’s extremely conflicted about. Technically he’s almost the age Credo was when he died. (Nero’s 25 ATP, Credo died at 26 in my lore)

Speaking of Credo- He’s still hung up over his death. He still blames himself for what happened, and it haunts him. On the worst days, he’ll end ip having nightmares of what happened, or worse. It usually ends with him just lying awake in the living room playing shitty videogames or watching some childish cartoon show.

Occasionally Vergil or Dante wake up and join him as well. They don’t judge or ask why he’s up, just if he wants some snacks or why he chose Power Rangers to watch or something.

Kyrie also occasionally catches these moments. She usually just gives him hugs and cuddles and asks if he wants to talk. Sometimes they do, about how Credo was and funny memories. Sometimes they don’t, and just wallow in the silence until Nero starts crying. He’s been looking into possibly doing therapy, but then again, try explaining to a mental health professional that yes, demons are real, my older brother figure got killed by one, and no I’m not crazy.

Somehow has become MORE reckless after DMC5. Because all regrowing his arm taught Nero was that he could do that. And now he gives Vergil and Kyrie a heart attack whenever he comes back missing a leg or a hand because “Dante said the fish didn’t bite”.

Absolutely despises (and enjoys) how close Kyrie and Vergil have gotten. His girlfriend and his dad now tag team on him to take care of himself.

For hobbies, he mostly does artsy stuff. Sketching is his main go-to when bored, drawing concept art for a new Devil Bringer, or sneakily sketching one of the DMC members before they spot him. Has a whole sketchbook that is just pure Kyrie art which she stole from him. (He was embarrassed about it until she went “This is my most treasured possession now”)

He still also plays video games, mostly teaching Dante how some of them work. He’s basically the only computer literate one in DMC, so he’s the one that gets summoned when the wifi router breaks or when Dante can’t figure out the controls.

Also got into writing a little bit, mostly from Vergil. The poem book he left inspired him somewhat, so he started messing around with that. Vergil accidentally found one of Nero’s poems and assumed it was some lost page from his own book from “how good it was” which nearly made Nero cry. They occasionally have little poem/book club sessions.

Speaking of family- he ends up meeting Patty 3 days after the events of DMC5 because she kicked down their door with a sword questioning why Dante went AWOL. They end up getting along really well, with Patty teaching Nero most of what she knows about DIY. She started helping around at the mobile branch as an assistant, getting trained by Dante how to use some of the weapons until Dante says she’s “demon ready”.

He’s also been looking more into his mother and her disappearance. Not out of a familial sense, more so as just a way to get answers on his family tree and genealogy. He honestly assumes her to be dead, but he doesn’t verbalize it after seeing how hung up on LIR Vergil was. Also because a small part of him wants her to be alive too.

An even smaller part wishes that if she were alive, for her to come back and they could all be a proper family.

Carlos and Coco seem to be wearing a ming/qing inpired hanfu pattern? But in a very modern "stylization".

okay imma nerd out about chinese traditional clothing a bit (a lot)

so here they are both wearing mid-late Ming dynasty (roughly mid 15th century - mid 16th century)style traditional Chinese clothing. in this period the economy was good so everyone were wearing pretty cloths with fancy patterns (in a lot of the times peasants were not allowed to wear bright colours and complex patterns), and the clothes and their sleeves were quite long and wide.

Carlos here is wearing a Ming dynasty style round collar robe （明制圆领袍）and I am quite sure that this one is of the mid-late Ming period because there are added pieces of cloth to hem of the robe which started to exist in mid-ming. also they managed to cover up his pants and made the whole thing look a lot more proper lol 😭 and carlos' robe has dragon patterning, which would be extremely bold of him if he wore that in early ming (in that period of time only the emperor or very important members of the government could wear clothes wth dragon patterns) but in mid-late Ming the economy was good everyone were quite happy so people didnt really care anymore. But! looking at the cloth and the pattern design and print the maker of this particular robe probably did not think that much about it because this one is probably from the average try-on-some-tradtional-clothes type of stuff at tourist attractions, and would cost around 300CNY if you want to buy one. The better quality ones can easily go 2000+CNY.

Coco here is wearing a stand-up collar side opening short coat （竖领大襟短袄）. yes there is actually a stand-up collar, but this type of collar is usually super tight and shes taller and more muscular than the average asian women so no wonder why she wasnt able to buckle the buttons up😭 this type of collar stated to become popular around mid ming dynasty too. she is also wearing a horse face skirt （马面裙）, which is essentially a really large piece of cloth (its actually two pieces sewed together but anyways) with a lot of pleats but three of them are super wide, and you wear it by wrapping it around your waist with the wide pleats at the front and the back of your body. its the standard lower body clothing for women through out the Ming dynasty, and were also quite popular in the Qing dynasty too. on a side note this thing is actually super comfy and easy to move around in, i some times wear mine on a normal day with a shirt or a sweater or any top and they go together quite well

and im getting a bit unnecessarily emo over this because when rafa and jcf and moya did that very similar photo shoot in 2005 they were wearing very historically incorrect costumes because knowledge about traditional clothings of the Han ethnic group (ie the majority of chinese people) was largely lost because of several historical events and also people genuinely didnt care. from around 2010 people started to recover knowledge about our traditional clothing again and it started with a very niche group of people (including me) making, buying and wearing very poorly made, quite ugly and historically incorrect clothes lol😭😭😭 so its quite nice to see even though they just pulled out several pieces form the average try-on-some-tradtional-clothes at tourist sites type of collections, these pieces are more or less based on actual historical clothing (tbh the patternings are still kind of sus but its still a huge step forward 😌)

'we won't hear a word.... they.... say / they don't know us anyway.' that is azriel's part. that is where the crowd goes batshit (buh dum tss). i think their songs would be a range of stuff like pop-punk, alt, rock. this one might be a bit different than the rest of the energy of the playlist, but i was not folding on this one, it HAD to be in the playlist.

02 Seven Nation Army — The White Stripes the bass in this is so iconic and i thought az deserved it. thats pretty much the only reason, i can't even lie

03 Take Me Out — Franz Ferdinand i just really love this song LMFAOOOO also i can see rhys KILLING IT on guitar. i ALSO really like the thought of az and cass having fun shouting the backing vocals. OH OH and az and rhys playing their instruments back to back with these shit-eating smirks on their faces mmm yum

04 Somebody Told Me — The Killers this is the first of the "fun" songs i chose for them, i think that'll make more sense when you listen to the rest of the "fun" ones. like i think these are the slightly less serious songs that they'd enjoy performing.

05 Kryptonite — 3 Doors Down i think this is one of the ones i find truer to their usual sound (usual, i say, as if i didnt just make it all up lol)

06 Sex on Fire — Kings of Leon a more mellow one comparatively. the instrumentals are great in this and i see them having fun with it

07 Come As You Are — Nirvana also a bit more mellow, but i think rhys would kill this

08 Aerials — System Of A Down so.. serj tankian has a very unique voice and i love it but obv rhys wouldnt sound like that yknow? i just think the guitar in this song is awesome and i think rhys would have a lot of fun playing this one (also az on harmony yum)

09 The Kill — Thirty Seconds To Mars a classic emo/alt song. this one all around is AMAZING for them. the backing vocals, the belting, the DRUMS. cass would have so much fun on this one

10 Everlong — Foo Fighters starts slow but picks up, i think the instrumentals all around are very them. i see rhys being super passionate on vocals (not to mention how iconic the guitar is HELLOOOO), cass smashing the mf drums, az with the mellow backing vocals

11 Dance, Dance — Fall Out Boy i think if any of these songs are a bit out of the realm of the others, these two fall out boy tracks are it. dont get me wrong, it still fits into the vibe with those "fun" songs i was talking about, it's just one of their less serious songs i think

After joining Jujustu High as a late start first year. Getting acclimated to the new environment was easier than you thought. The people on the other hand…they threw you for a loop. 

Itadori was normal enough, a bit bubbly and preppy but could still be serious and caring. He was a sweetheart through and through. You two got along really well, considering your own social butterfly-like nature. Though no where near the extreme of Itadori’s. 

Kugisaki was a bit harder to crack, she was a tough nut. Hiding her affection’s with hard insults and shrill yells. It became almost nature for you both to argue about nonsensical things. During your first hangout together she had tried to make you hold all her bags, which you of course declined. 

This had you guys arguing for hours, ending it in a fit of laughter in the middle of the busy Tokyo sidewalk. After that day you both had grown considerably closer, and you found yourself spending many a nights holed up in her room talking gossip and bickering with eachother. 

Fushiguro on the other hand. At first, you were sure he didn’t like you. His never-ending scowls and cold, monotone voice. It was hard to really believe Itadori and Kugisaki when they told you that that was how he was with everyone, that it wasn’t anything specific to you. 

But out of the three, Fushiguro was the one you wanted to get close to the most. His handsome face, his dark hair, his broody demeanor. For whatever reason, it drew you in like moth to a flame.

You recognized the warmth that curled in your gut whenever he came to class a little late, a flush on his cheeks from rushing to the classroom. His hair slightly out of place, his hands quick to run through the soft locks in an attempt to tame them. 

The blush that would enflame your features when you two would get paired to train together. When you would get distracted staring at his face as the sweat dripped down his forehead, and his chest heaved with heavy breaths. His husky tone reprimanding your attention being else where, pinning you quickly on the mat beneath you both to prove his point. 

Images of him flashed through your head all of the time. You could never stop thinking about him, and it drove you mad. Especially because you had absolutely no outlet to all these pent up emotions. He would barely hold a conversation with you for more than 5 seconds, a quick hi and bye was all you got on a good day. 

He definitely wouldn’t speak to you outside of class, or hangout with you alone without it being some group outing that Itadori or Kugisaki had dragged him on. 

It made your heart clench at the thought that you two would just never be as close as he was with the others. That your feelings were ultimately one sided and you would just have to find a way to get over them sooner rather than later. Lest they consume any more of you.

Sitting criss cross on Kugisaki’s bed, flipping through a magazine she had sitting on her desk, while you wait for her to return to her dorm. 

You had texted her before hand about wanting to talk to her about something, of course it had to do with the dark-haired emo boy, and she had responded letting you know her door was unlocked and she would be back from the mission she was on soon. 

So here you were, attempting to pass the time while you waited for her to return. Your mind running a million miles a minute with all the information you had wanted to spill to her. Of course nothing had happened between you two, Fushiguro had been holed up in his room since he came back from a particularly rough mission. Probably sleeping off the ache in his bones, as most of them did. 

A sharp knock pulled you out of your thoughts, causing you to jerk up from your relaxed position. Confusion running through you, it couldn’t of been Kugisaki she had a key to her dorm and could easily just unlock the door. Itadori was out on a mission of his own and wasn’t set to return until tomorrow. 

Your heart beat spiked at the thought of who could be behind the door. 

Padding over on your socked feet, you unlocked the padlock on your side and swung it open. And, just like you expected, you're met with dark spikey hair and deep eyes. His eyes widen as he takes in seeing you, instead of the expected Kugisaki. 

“Oh…is Kugisaki not back yet?” His voice questioning, attempting to peer behind you to possibly catch a glimpse of her brown hair in the back. 

“No, sorry shes still on a mission. Im waiting for her to come back too.” You said, a blush quickly appearing on your cheeks. Going to awkwardly rub at the back of your neck. 

He stood their uncomfortably at the door for a few beats of silence, you still too stunned at the fact that he was in front of you currently to even attempt to think of any conversation starters. Also fully convinced that he's just going to walk away at any moment now without even a goodbye. 

“Did you want to maybe, wait with me?” You try at your luck, stepping back from the door to give him space to come inside. 

His eyes focused on yours for a few tense seconds. Before, without a word, he enters the room. 

Your nerves set alight in your body, feeling the heat crawl up your neck. Turning the tips of your ears a rosy shade. Silently, you shut the door behind you. Turning the lock, taking a deep breath before facing the scene before you. 

Fushiguro had made himself as comfortable as you think he could be in the presence of others. He sat, almost stiffly, in her desk chair. Fiddling with his fingers, he seemed strikingly out of place. His stiff shoulders and awkward demeanor. It created a fuzzy feeling within your chest, staring at him endearingly. Doing everything within your power to hold back a giggle from erupting past your throat. 

Your attempt was unsuccessful as a giggle slipped past your lips. His eyes shot up to yours, glaring at you. 

“What?” His tone was sharp, and it would’ve made you nervous in any other situation but the image of him awkwardly waiting for Kugisaki was still swimming behind your eyelids. 

“I’m sorry..” You managed past your fit of giggles, which only went on longer the longer he glared at you. “You just looked so…stiff. I’m not gonna bite ya know.” You said, wiping the tears that gathered under your eyes. 

With the sudden boost of confidence, you found yourself walking up to where he was sat in her chair. A smile still lingering on your lips from the giggles. When both of your eyes met eachother, you were sure you saw the hints of a smile within them. But that was quickly replaced with shock as you grabbed his arms and pulled him to sit on the bed with you. 

A noise of surprise escaped his throat as he was manhandled, too shocked to do anything to fight back against it. 

“See! Much more comfortable, don’t you think?” You weren’t going for an actual response, going to grab the magazine you were reading earlier. Finding yourself lying on your stomach, legs kicking idly behind you. While Fushiguro attempted to seem comfortable. 

Sneaking glimpses of him out of the corner of your eye made you want to loose yourself into a fit of giggles again. 

“Okay I can’t do this.” You sighed, trying to fight back the smile. This is the closest you’ve been with him alone since, ever really. You were trying to fight back the nerves that kept attempting to flutter out of your stomach. You desperately wanting things to not be awkward, but it seemed like he was going to make that a harder task that necessary. 

“You really don’t like people do you?” The ‘Me’ that floated in and out of the lines of your words was left unsaid, but with the slight widening of his eyes and the way they flickered to your face. You were sure you both heard it loud within the silence. 

He sighed, shifting himself onto the bed in a more lax sitting position. 

“You make me nervous.” 

The words left you staring at him dumbly, his eyes looking down at the bed sheepishly. His fingers fiddling with each other. 

Your mouth open and closed again, not unlike a fish out of water. Your brain shortcircuiting trying to come up with something, anything, to say in response to that. But you were drawing blanks. 

“I-...You-...HUH??” 

This time, you made him giggle. The back of his hand covering his smile as he chuckled at you. It made a dagger stab directly through your heart at the cuteness display infront of you. 

“Don’t laugh at me!” You playfully smacked his shoulder, which only proved to make his laughter worse. Not too soon after, you followed him. Giggles of your own, joining him in his laughing fit. 

You both laughed and laughed for what seemed like forever. The awkwardness of before long forgotten, so much so, you had almost forgotten what he had said that even led you both to this in the first place. 

Almost. 

Once the laughter had died down for the both of you, which was extremely difficult as it seemed every time you both made eye contact, one of you erupted into another fit. 

You took deep breaths, trying to regain yourself. You felt his eyes on you, and the heat of it all crept up again. Making itself known on the fat of your cheeks, and the tips of your ears. You avoided his gaze, not ready to really come to terms with whatever was about to happen. 

“Why do I…uhh make you nervous?” You stumbled through your words, the nerves fluttering up your throat. Making it feel increasingly difficult to speak. 

You had spent what felt like years dreaming of this moment. Where you would confess, or he would confess. And you would finally be able to talk to him without feeling like you were going to explode, or feeling like it was such a one-sided conversation. 

The need to know him ran so deep within your bones that by this point, it was apart of you. It became a key point in your personality long ago, almost since the first moment you laid eyes on him. You found yourself searching for him everywhere you went. 

And not just him physically, but in things. When you would see a dog charm at the shop you were looking through with Kugisaki, or when Itadori would take you to this ramen place you would think about how much Fushiguro would like the food here. Or when you would see dark hair walking down the street, and for a split second wonder if that's him. If fate had brought you both down the same street, at the same time. 

He cleared his throat, which pulled you from the deep entralls of your mind. You perked up, eyes darting all across his face. The blush that dusted his cheeks was an intense red color, it made you want to coo at him, but you refrained. Wanting to hear his answer. 

“You just do.” He said, a finality in his voice. But with the way his eyes were refusing to meet yours, and the blush that was still stubbornly apparent on his cheeks. It felt like just enough answer for you. 

It made your heart sing, you felt a smile tugging on your lips. 

“Aww Fushiguroooo.” You extended the vowels annoyingly, playfully playing it up just to get him to blush a little bit more. Throwing your arms around him, you nuzzled the side of his face. Your lips right up against his ear, you whispered. 

“You make me nervous too.” 

You felt him freeze under your arms, his whole body stiffening before relaxing again. His chest rumbling with a laugh, as he turned in your hold to face you. A small smile on his face, and you felt your heart swell for the nth time that night. 

He opened his mouth to say something, you more than ready to listen. When the door was slammed open and Kugisaki barged in. 

You both shoved eacother apart, hoping to create enough distance that wasn’t suspicious between you two. Immediately, your cheeks felt like they were going to catch fire with how hot they were. 

“Hel- woah. What happened in here?” Kugisaki asked, her eyes darting between you two. 

“Well you kn-.”

“Nothing.” His voice slightly shaky as he stood and went to leave without another word. 

Your mind racing, wasn’t he in here for something? You thought, but your thoughts were cut off as Kugisaki flops onto her bed. Narrowly missing you, her voice muffled. 

“You guys better not have fucked on my bed.”

ooooooooo, everything is probably feels a lot more tangible now cuz they're in the real world right? And like I headcanon that Roman wakes up with a lot of fanfare in his room, like birds singing and the lights glowing in a spotlight above his head, so all of that being gone is red flag.

Patton is the oldest out of five children living at home, and the third oldest of seven total. His "parents" kinda leave him alone most of the time, as they have much younger children to look after, so it's not hard for him to sneak away to meet up with the others, though he does have to babysit a lot.

honestly pretty angsty for the families that actually care about their kids. Like your kid starts being more evasive and skipping school and stuff and then they vanish. They don't seem to really care for you like at all and it doesn't feel like a regular teenager thing. Sometimes it feels like they've become a parody of the kid you raised.

Back to the story, all the sides eventually meet up in school, as they all either saw each other on the bus/during lunch/have a class together.

They manage to figure out where they are, which is a few states away from Florida. (I don't know American geography or high schools very well, as I'm not from there, so if I do write this, the high school will probably be more like a New Zealand one)

I know a lot about high schools in America lol (not public schools though which im assuming they go to) <- went to private school in the US. I'd rec using a neighboring state since it'll still prolly take like 6 ish hours to get there (if they dont get pulled over for stealing a car/for speeding and get recognized) South Carolina (7 hours fastest route)

The sides all try and figure out how to get to Florida, and how to get back to side form instead of teenager form. They also all have previous commitments, such as jobs or after school activities, which is annoying when you don't know what's going on. Remus, Roman and Patton's parents will let them waive these things, Janus, Logan and Virgil's won't.

all of this is v frustrating. Logan is prolly better off, since he's all about schedules ya and Roman is v good at pretending he knows what's going on but Virgil probably has a nervous breakdown or whatever. Patton goes home after school and his 'sibling' looks at him and is like 'shouldn't you be at work' or whatever

In my mind it's a combination of everything's more tangible, and these are obviously still different bedrooms compared to what they usually sleep in. Like, in a wip I wrote of this Au, Remus wakes up and jumps out of bed, only to find he's two meters above ground in the top half of a bunk bed instead of his mattress who he went to sleep on, and when he hits the ground, he finds out that instead of his body enjoying the pain and that kinda idea, it just really really hurts in his ankle.

The families aren't aware they're kids have all been body-swapped, it's more that they're like "Don't forget to drop your sister off at school!" or "remember to bring that library book with you to school, I don't want to get anymore emails about it being overdue." and Logan, Patton, Janus and Virgil all kinda figure out enough off what's going on to make it to high school. Remus and Roman don't until a couple days later, as theirs nobody around except for themselves and they don't know what one earth is going on.

In my mind, it's a complete and utter coincidence. You ask any of these teenager if they know what Sanders Sides is and the answer would be "...Sanders? Like the vine guy?"

I'm not quite sure what you meant by this, so I'm going to assume you meant the sibling non-side Patton was closest with, who was his 7 year old brother Jeremy, while Jeremy did notice something was slightly wrong with Patton, (Not remembering facts about himself, general being slightly more mature than a seventeen year old) it wasn't noticeable enough for anyone else to take his concerns seriously. Patton's older sister (Second Oldest) is traveling with her friends, and Patton's older brother (Oldest) is moving into a new house/apartment with his wife.

He is in therapy because of anger issues. However, corporeal Logan thinks it's pointless, so when side Logan shows up and says how much of a waste of time this is and he has better things to be doing, and refuses to speak, It's not much or a surprise for his therapist, at least not enough to be concerning. He is in the most clubs, chess club, debate team, math club (Is that a thing) generally a lot.

Corporeal Virgil is barely given any space, he has pierced his own ears and managed to keep it a secret, but aside from that the emo phase (Which he did already have, he just didn't have any way of expressing it) is trapped inside. Side Virgil has to beg the others to get him make-up/accessories/clothes. He buys that spray hair dye and has to wash it all out everytime the school day ends.

I've decided on single parent, though I don't know what gender yet so we're gonna go with nonbinary. Corporeal Janus is kinda close with his sister? She's 13 and currently has a lot of friends and other things going on, but she thinks he's pretty cool. Corporeal Janus does have a birthmark, and while I haven't put much thought into it, he is going to do that because that's sick.

Corporeal Remus enjoys biology and chemistry, he's also part of the backstage crew in charge of making props, and he does pottery.

They are in different grades. I'm not sure how american grades work. Corporeal Patton and Janus are 17, Corporeal Logan and Virgil are 16, and Roman and Remus are both 15.

Logan's parents drive him to school as they live in a nice neighborhood far away from the school. Patton drops all of his younger siblings off at primary school and high school by using his parents car, he lives like 20 min away from school. Virgil and Janus take the bus, it's how they find each other. Remus and Roman walk cause they live close by.

They appeared in South Carolina, it's been decided.

Yeah, Janus has a part-time job. Logan has a bunch of club things and therapy as mentioned above. Patton also has a part-time job, and he has to baby-sit often. Roman has play rehearsal. Remus has behind the scenes meetings. I don't know what Virgil does, his "Parents" have probably signed him up for something but I don't know what screams "Millennial grey activity!" to me.

The sides convince Thomas through secrets you'd have to be a hard-core stalker to know about, and also conversations they've had with Thomas that weren't on camera, as there's quite literally no way except for Thomas and the sides to know about those.

I really like the idea of a possession ritual actually! Just Thomas sitting in the middle of a circle with all the others around, and them all communally possessing Thomas to get back to normal is a really cool idea that I'll probably use.

dex: fanon. canon dex isn't explored that much at all. i know he's seen as overrated in the fandom but in canon he's underated, not just because of lack of page time but also lack of development imo. dont get me wrong there IS development but its kind subpar in comparison to other characters. also fanon dex includes the dex who's hopelessly in love with fitz.so.

biana: canon. hard choice because i dislike both. canon biana's character gets explored kinda in nightfall. do i love her personality? no. do i think shes a needed main character? no. do i like that shes there anyway? meh. dont think it'd make much of a difference. fanon biana's personality is often just "the best friend" in fics where she isnt centred lol. its like shes the face kotlc feminism but is also irrelevant.

marella: fanon. ANY DAY fanon her wins. canon her was a highkey bitch to sophie. "you aren't including me in your top secret plans" like girl please why do you want to be put in danger. also, like, the other characters whom she claimed ostracised her werent involved by sophie but rather were involved through their own actions or just being in the wrong place wrong time. canon marella is CONSTANTLY testing to sophie and it weirds me out. fanon her is fun, though sometimes reduced to simply snarky. still, i prefer it.

tam: canon. the fanon version of him is just "emo/dark/sad" without much else. like cmon tam DOES make jokes, he smiles, he laughs, he's capable of happiness (without a love interest MAKING him happy!) which a lot of ppl even on here forget lol. im not even particularly a tam fan but it needs to be said.

linh: canon. similar thing happens to linh and tam. linh gets reduced to "happy/sweet" in almost a complacent way that feels weirdly racist? like its furthering certain stereotypes? people called linh's actions in stellarlune ooc but i never felt that? she's always been headstrong (literally her whole BACKSTORY is her being headstrong) so to reduce her character to simply "nice/agreeing" is very...icky. it also reeks a tad of sexism too lol.

(Canon compliant) A big part of why james and keith’s situationship lasted so long was because keith was fully incapable of deciding whether or not he actually loved james. He was pretty in tune with his romantic feelings ever since he was a child (his father raised him that way: it was always “you don’t owe love to anybody” with him) and he figured out pretty quickly that he didn’t love normally when he hit 5th grade and was the one of the few people in his class who hadn’t developed a puppy crush or had a two week relationship. He found out the terminology for it a short while after in grade 6 sex ed probably, and he’s stuck with it since.

So growing up knowing he wasn’t capable of loving anyone romantically, coupled with how his feelings for james developed extremely slowly over the period of like a decade, he wasn’t sure if what he felt towards james was love or just regular friendship. He’d ask Shiro how he could tell the difference, and he’d never get a clear answer because everyone experiences it differently.

So it was a constant push and pull from Keith’s end, Keith would get closer to James because he liked being around him, but then he’d pull away out of fear that he was just leading James on. Because i think he knew that James liked him. At least subconsciously he knew. And keith thought he liked him back but the uncertainty was enough to make him believe at times that he wasn’t feeling anything. He’d been aroace his whole life, what changed now?

I think they’d gotten super close to kissing before. Or they did share a few kisses, always somewhere super dark and secluded, and they would never mention it again until they properly kiss like 6 years into the future after Keith comes back from being in space.

So, i started rereading Harry Potter today, so i got all nostalgic about the Run Away era and saw the TXT HALLOWEEN Dance video (Taehyun as Ravenclaw makes so much sense !)

And it lowkey reminded me why i liked txt SO MUCH when i fist met them.

I've always felt a little out of place at the kpop scene, love the idols, love the idols, love the music. But if I start sharing my other interests with fellow kpop fans, they'd start seeing me as a show off for some reason? But i DID make great friends in my pre2019 kpop era. But the literature community was a little mean? Ill talk abt all the books ive read, and the moment ill mention liking kpop, Im just a fake, immature, simp with no idea of literature and only there for handsome characters?

The first time I saw TXT, In 9 3/4 era, i was...really surprised. I'd seen kpop idols cosplay as Hogwarts students before, but I hadnt listened to any other kpop song completely based off that before. Not only that, The fandom felt like clones of myself. Everyone fussing about the lore, nerds, nerds that likes both kpop and literature. im sure other fandom has them too, but i felt like TXT had them at the highest concentration.

Then I didnt have time to catch my btreath. Their concept based on PETER PAN, THE LITTLE PRINCE, all these amazing books helped me grow both as a simp (?) and someone who likes to read and analyze literature.

When they aren't singing based on great writings, theyre whipping up amazing stories themselves. The Chaos Chapter, Minisode 1, the list goes on.

And even if they don't write, compose their songs themselves, When they sing it, perform it, they convey it with such intensity, they makes the song theirs, they make the story theirs.

And though i feel selfish, maybe thats why txt comebacks as late hadnt been my favourite ? love them but thoughthe lore tries to appear as though " WE WENT THROUGH THESE EMO PHASES TOGETEHR , NOW I LOVE YOU AND THIS IS OUR LOVE STORY" I feel as though I had an Emo fiend who I shared my sorrow with, but suddenly they fell in love and changed, now they only talk about love and i cant talk about my sadness anymore to them. TXT nver had one particular sound,they switched . Run Away was different from crown, LOSERLOVER was different frm BLUE HOUR. Just bcs the current sound is not my favourite doesnt change that their sound pulled me out of hell and helped me settle down in the world times after times. Woke up motivated, feeling hella good about myself & ready for the day. It’s time for ballet, and I’m looking forward to my walk after ballet back home <33 it’s kinda breezy & chilly again so im using a light jacket. My goal is to get my steps in, modify the workouts to up the intensity to stay on track for the summer and hanging out with the homies! I’d love to get involved with some of my film buddies projects for once to start getting something for my resume as an actor.

The benefit of being single, untouchable & not fucking anyone is the ability to not answer to anyone’s call and prioritize my own happiness. I also get to finally see that there has always been options interested in me and what I bring to the table because I’m pretty cool. I know my kidneys hate my fucking hormones too because yesterday I was retaining 4 pounds of water— I pissed out the 4 pounds of water retention to get back to the 108 pounds I was on Saturday last week only to wake up and be 110 pounds knowing I didn’t gain 2 pounds of fat in my sleep so I’m back to having to piss off 2 pounds of water retention weight again today all because I’m “fertile” and “ovulated” yesterday so my body retains the water weight.

It’s almost shower time & time to be an adult & handle business but I just feel emotionally off & overwhelmed with hormonal issues for no damn reason.

I’ve been cleaning my house this morning, trying to be productive & get my shit together to make myself feel less stressed.

Im so glad that im single— makes you really take a step back and ask yourself what about me draws in the craziest men. You ever add people that you know will trigger your fitness consistency? I do. I love a good long hard look in the mirror about what I seriously need to adjust to see results and I get bonus points for adding people that I know are so envious of me they spit vile shit occasionally that my BPD feeds on.

However the problem is my fucking shoulder dislocated in June 2023 & then in December 2024 so I’m not sure if running is even going to be possible until I get my shoulder repaired with surgery. But I can walk my steppy steps & watch what I eat.
