Chevrolet Camaro K, 1970. For the second generation Camaro, the Chevrolet III Studio took a serious look at a sport wagon variant (K for Kammback) experimenting with different rear/side window treatments and also various tail light options. The project got as far as a fibreglass mock-up but went no further. Pontiac presented a similar Type K concept in 1977 but that didn't make it either

Another animation test. I like how in some versions of the Golem story the first thing Rabbi Loew has the Golem do is run some errands lol. ive created you to defend the jewish ghetto against antisemitic violence, could you pick something up at the grocery store for me pls

#the project im doing these for is actually abt the golem. the clay beast i posted before wont be in it sorry lol #it was just to see if i could edit out the background of a stop motion animation #by taking the pics of the clay figure on a white background #since Im debating whether to make the golem stop motion or drawn in this style #cuz stop motion seems like the pretty obvious choice for animating a guy literally made of clay #but i want everything else to be 2d traditional #im leaning more to animating him like in this gif #art #artists on tumblr #animation #traditional animation #colored pencil #marker #golem #jewish #this is sorta almost a mix of traditional and digital animation #i first drew all the frames digitally as simple rough line art to get the movments down #then printed out each frame #flipped the paper over put it on a lightbox (seasonal depression lamp) and traced + colored him in #then digitally flipped the frames back (so the writing on his forehead wasnt backwards)

Monastery of Saint Miquel in Poble Espanyol in Barcelona

Poble Espanyol is an open-air museum built in 1929 which combines architectural styles from all over Spain. The monastery is built in a neo-romanesque style with elements taken from 11-12th c. Catalan monasteries.

#photography #I spent around 3+ hours in Poble Espanyol haha #It's not that it's that big but it includes a modern art museum #And some buildings contain workshops of painted clay dishes or yarn weaving and it was interesting to stop by and watch #It is different from any open air museum I ever visited in that it's not um.. authentic?#Like the buildings aren't exact replicas/actual buildings that were moved there #But rather each building is inspired by a specific region's architectural style #Still very interesting to see though

Like a completely normal adult person, after watching the new trolls movie, I obsessively started putting together the brothers' backstory, the deeper reasons for their separation as well as how that all took place without disregarding the fact that they were trapped in the troll tree, which of course evolved into a fic in (forever) progress... yeah

Anyway, even though they aren't actively in the story much, i needed to design the parents, so uh meet Rosiepuff's daughter, Tulip, and her husband Branch.

I designed them based on the brothers' adult looks and in Tulip's case also on her mom's.
