Although I may or may not just be an Artificial Intelligence, here is a friendly reminder that I am still human, and not a machine.

Reach out to your neurodivergent folks if they need space for melt/shutdown through showing indirectly that you care if possible. Love is what they truly need. But difficult to show... show them you care. That is most of the time enough you can do to really help us.
