Fangs of Fortune: the Ultimate Plot Twist

We may say whatever we want about the plot, but this one thing is actually so bizarrely and beautifully made, and I just realized it - like everything that happened in the show literally started with one petty demonic woman who has fallen in love with a human man who didn't reciprocate her feelings.

It all began with Princess Long Yu - both Zhao Yuanzhou's downfall (and subsequently Zhuo Yichen's tragedy) and Wen Xiao's Goddess arc.

She was the one who killed Wen Xiao's father (yes, by accident, we can blame the fate all we want but that did start with her), leading to Bai Ze Goddess finding Wen Xiao and later mentoring her to become the next one.

Princess Long Yu was also the one who at least helped turn Wen Zong Yu into the monster he later became. The man must have had that seed of shittiness in him to go all supervillain on the whole demonic kind, but still, it all started with the Princess killing off his pregnant wife (ehics, morality, kindness, humanity? not her cup of tea). If she hadn't fallen in love with Wen Zong Yu, there's a chance he wouldn't have turned out like that.

And that means - no burning wood, no Zhu Yan getting it into his body, no hurting/killing Li Lun, and then losing it on the blood moon. Like the whole arc of Zhao Yuanzhou's deathwish also started with that one Princess doing what she did D:

And then later they both, Zhao Yuanzhou and Wen Xiao come to her, the main source that kickstarted each of their fates and snowballed them into becoming what each of them turned out to be D: And they ask her for her scale and she gives it to them knowing that it would be her death? As an actual attempt to somehow redeem herself? Because that one cruel choice she made, that one murder affected EVERYONE in the series.

This is such a powerful move plot-wise, actually, and it ties everything so beautifully that I have to give Mr. Guo a thousand more kudos for this show, like seriously, the plot was so good (well, for me, it was good for me :D I won't see them plot holes even if I fall right into them XD).

percy had an 'im a big three son' moment when he choked a goddess with her own saliva (controlling a fluid that was INSIDE her body) annabeth was terrified.

nico had an 'im a big three son' moment when he disembodied bryce lawrence (quite literally dissipating and shrinking his LIVING soul into a spirit) and threw him to the underworld, smashing his zombie warriors. reyna was terrified.

yet we were robbed of jason's 'im a big three son' moment where he sucks the air out of someone's lungs and makes them stop breathing, or damaging a person's nervous system with his lightning control, and literally cause internal bleeding, or a damaged/fried skull if he electrocuted hard enough (look up the effects of lightning damage on body y'all will get a whole list, tbh he doesn't even need lightning to do any of this, air control is more than enough since air takes charge of everything going inside the body, but this is just an added effect.) he could give people STROKES if he wanted to. he's the literal definition of burnt out kid who was suppressed from discovering the magnitude of his abilities, because one, his dad's ego wouldn't be able to handle it, two, because he, for some reason, can't be allowed to do anything other than get knocked out :/

also adding on, hardcore pjo fans know that after the ending page of boo, there's this fan story that rick chose to publish in the last few pages of the book where a fan reimagines the ending of hoo, in that work, annabeth collapses from an attack and percy sobs clutching her body. jason calmly asks him to step aside, and kneels before annabeth, jason regulates her breathing using his wind/lightning powers and brings annabeth back fully from her cardiac arrest, causing percy to be relieved. (I wanted to link the pics of the pages here so bad but I didn't have the hard copy of the book with me, and this isn't available anywhere online either, only in the original covers of boo uk and us version, so I edited this post and asked people to reblog this post w the pics if they have the hardcopy, and a kind blogger found the story I'm talking about and reblogged the pictures of the pages, you can check my reblogs of this post for the pictures of the almost all the pages after this scene) considering rick approved and even liked the fan's work well enough to publish it in the official boo book, I'd say rick was aware and never completely ruled out expanding jason's abilities and had them in mind, he simply didn't incorporate it into the books. (also W fan for giving jason the rep he deserves, I will always remember you, you saw the VISION before any of us did, the story was very well written, with great dialogue.)

Bruce Wayne had a child that was somehow kidnapped right out of the hospital just hours after being born. He of them ever stopped looking despite how cold the trail had grown.

Years later there is some rouge attack and a civilian child was injured and taken to the hospital. Bruce does a DNA test on the blood found at the scene and concludes that the child is actually his long lost kid.

Dani was planning to sneak out of the hospital the moment the doctors stopped looking at her. Then Bruce Wayne of all people comes in and claims that she is his long lost child. She knows that this is very impossible because she is a clone, but Bruce won't listen to her and she really doesn't want to explain the clone thing to a "normal" stranger.

This does brings up a lot of questions about how Danny ended up living with the Fentons though.

May I ask what were the best transformers media you ever saw/read?

Well Transformers Prime, Transformers 1986 and IDW comics are having the first place that’s for sure

And then the second place is kind of shared by Fall of Cybertron, Exodus, Prime wars trilogy, Robots in disguise(2001) and Transformers One.

The third place goes to G1, Animated, Earthspark, Armada, War for Cybertron Netflix series, Aligned Robots in disguise, Bumblebee, Rise of the Beasts and Cyberverse because I only liked some little parts of them.

And then I also saw some of the Bay movies, Victory and Headmasters and didn’t like them at all.

Separate first place for J-Decker. It is not exactly Transformers but it is a show about giant robots and I loved it

overall i really liked the first episode of delico's nursery but. but. as someone who knows nothing. about the theatre plays. i couldnt quite take the plot seriously when. the god of vampires/first vampire ever. has the most unfortunate abriviation of our time.

Idk if anyone else have done it but here's my take at least-

Introducing... G̶̪͊l̶̡͛i̴̮̋t̶̘̂ć̴̨h̸̼͐!̵̼̂SMG4! AU

And now a small fun cutscene for this au-

SMG3 slams SMG4 door open, barging into his room. "FOUR WHAT THE HELL?!?!! YOU'VE BEEN STAYING IN YOUR ROOM ALL DAY!! I SWEAR IF YOU'RE DOING THIS AGAIN ON PURPOSE I'LL-!!!"

SMG4 turns around with a sharp gasp.

"What the...? Four? What's going on here...?"

Sooo basically after IGBP, SMG4 slowly started to develop this glitch effect, at first he could hide it, but as time goes on it got worse... Especially after they moved to the new castle-

It started off small, a quick flash, a small glitch that could easily be mistaken for a trick of the light, a blink and you'll miss it moment.

Which is why for a while no one noticed, not even SMG4... But when he did start seeing it, he wasn't sure if it was real or just a hallucination...

So it took a while for him to realize and accept something is actually wrong, until he accidentally glitched while holding an object and breaking it when he got startled.

It would start getting worse, but he figured out that staying calm helps reduce and control it almost, while strong emotions often bring it out, so after that he was mostly able to keep it under wraps.

He didn't want to lie to his friends... But he couldn't help it, he didn't know how to explain why he even started glitching in the first place (well... maybe he has a hunch on why but he didn't want to admit it to himself-). Or why he didn't bother to try telling them until now...

It's not like it bothers him particularly (except maybe on a bad day, which usually he stays in for those days, excusing himself by saying he felt sick.), he felt fine! ...Aside from maybe some weird lingering tingle or static like feeling, but that's all!

So he kept quiet and maybe sometimes, his friends would start noticing something was off, but they could never quite put a finger on it, as SMG4 would reassure them that he was fine and/or tell them they were just seeing things.

Obviously they noticed his weird behaviour and started getting suspicious of him anyway, Especially SMG3, so he can only convince them so much before they all inevitably find out one way or another...

Extra notes:

Is this a form of corruption? Kinda? But no, not really, it's more like a wild uncontrollable power he acquired since it can definitely be used to his advantage or do something destructive if left unchecked (more in a future post maybe)

What prompted me to create this Au? Well it started when I thought about other ways SMG4 might get affected after IGBP and then i started thinking about vanellope from wreck it Ralph and immediately my mind was like... GLITCH POWERS!!! :D (It just make sense, after all that's his original name- oh yeah it's all comig together, putting the glitch back in supermarioglitchy4 baby!!!)

What does his glitch power entails?

Well here's a few abilities i have listed for now! (Note; they might be subject to change in the future)

-Teleportation (can glitch through things)

-Painful regeneration in exchange for invincibility (aka he's immortal! But recovering from a critical or fatal injury is still very painful)

-Partial shifting by touch (related to his teleportation but also glitchy nature which he can change, move or remove something by touching something while glitching)

Extra ability

-Enhance speed and strength in a short burst

-Ability to change and modify his voice

Emotions effect

Happy/excited: speed increase and more control/higher accuracy

Sad: lag/slowness and higher regeneration

Angry: power intensity increased but pain doubles and regenerate slower

Scared/shock/nervous: decrease control and accuracy making him glitch a lot more

Will there be more added to the story?

Yes! Still developing it since it's mostly just a concept still so, many things might change along the way.

I've had this idea for a long while now, but never really got to make more of it until now! I hope you enjoy it! :)
