Are there any flotation devices people can lay on? What happens if kids fall asleep on them?

Yes there are complementary tubes for guest at the waterpark but besides the big waterslide multi person tube they don’t really have much else lounging wise. Also external floatation devices can only be used in the main pools for safety reasons. (Arm floaties and swim vests are of course the exception) :)

If a kid falls asleep anywhere in the park staff will see to it that they are reunited with their parents (your park band will give you a buzz if an animatronic is currently trying to reach you)

Children will be well looked after until one of their parents arrives (don’t want anyone getting sunburned ;)

Finally added the ears before I ran out of gluesticks, so until then this is as far as I got. But I’m extremely pleased with how it’s turning out. I can’t wait to add more/get this finished.

I won't argue that gluten-free becoming a fad was helpful for finding GF processed food (that's full of salt so I can't eat it anyway), but I wish it could've helped with staples too. finally tracked down the only possible vector for my recent glutening and it was because I fucking bought store-brand peanuts. I know, I know, I should check the 'may contain' on anything no matter what, but in my defense they're fucking peanuts. why would I think they may contain wheat

the most stressful part of my job is when we're at fire camp I'm in charge of getting meals for overhead, who sometimes come to chow with us and sometimes are too busy. so the whole crew is lined out walking to chow and I have 90 seconds in line to crane my neck trying to count how many overhead are in line (they walk at the back of the line) and then figure out how many plates of food we need. and then coordinate the other rookies to get extra plates as needed, and then make sure they all get their plates to who they need to go to. and meanwhile everybody else is telling me numbers of how many plates they think we need, which is often wrong, and also the number of plates frequently changes at the last possible minute. sometimes people volunteer to grab plates when I already told everybody who was grabbing plates and I have to tell them they're fucking with my system. one time one of the squad bosses walked in line with us all the way to chow and then walked away just before getting food, so I didnt count him as needing a plate, which luckily I noticed before I started eating MY food so I could save my plate for him. and then I didn't get to have breakfast. anyways all this unfortunately makes me sympathize with our captain who recently got frustrated on the fireline and hollered "oh so we're all just freestyling? we're just fucking freestyling? fucking do what I tell you!" everybody quit freestyling at chow you're fucking with my system!

Only 6 days after Christmas and we have 2 trees already.

We have a tradition of bringing home trees, without tinsel, we see set out for the trash.

We have a fire pit. Christmas trees burn well and smell good.

One year, we had 13 trees... that was something

Last commissioned pruning of the year done 🎉not counting sis's rose of sharon pruning cause I would've done that one for free anyways and its a shrub not a gd tree

Very interesting to see the different situations different apple trees have. This one was interesting cause health-wise it's excellent, but structure-wise JFC WTF IS THAT TREE DOING-

the last pruning it ever had was extremely sloppy leaving deadwood through the tree, it had so many twisted and criss crossing branches-

and some of the criss cross branches were so big and old that the tree had FUSED SOME OF THE SAID BRANCHES TOGETHER. FUSED TOGETHER; AU-NATRUALE FREAK OF GRAFTED NATURE. Too far gone to prune off without taking major branches in exchange.

Sadly could not put said tree entirely in line since I definitely crossed over the 3rd rule just removing the crazy-twisty branches. next year if he hires me again I'll attack the old vertical branches next.
