I learned that Fire Alpaca has an animation option, so I could actually see it moving while editing instead of just guessing in Medibang. So have had it adjusted to make it less snappy as originally intended.

#I didn't private/delete the older version in case one prefers it. Though I really don't like how I made Connie's bangs move on that one 😅.#Can definitely make this as snappy as that one. Reupload that with it as a fixed version. But maybe some other time.#Steven Universe #Can't add audio on Fire Alpaca and the exported animated gif is crunchy though #so you'd probably want to use a different software to combine the frames.#Or you can just do all the process in Krita. It can add audio and the exported quality is actually good. I like Krita. Frustratingly my #laptop could bot handle the app so I would have to make these extra steps. I found myself surrounded by companions daring to tackle a real software architecture challenge. We shared a good wine and cheese to conquer it together! (Unfortunately, there’s always something waiting to be dealt with on Monday.)

The glow of my Neovim terminal in Monokai theme reflects my rhythm — a guy who doesn’t stop on weekends but knows that balance isn’t about being all-in, all day.

The setup screams character: a seamless fusion of productivity and comfort. Lazygit commands at my fingertips, a Ghibli-esque avatar paired with Neofetch adding a touch of Tumblr aesthetic, and a playlist of Korean indie OSTs playing in the background to add depth to every keystroke.

I made this whole bioinformatics workshop for some students and gave them an hour to do it. So many of them were stuck on "paste URL" for over 15 minutes...

#i overestimated the amount of computational skills first year university students have LOL #they were stuck because the URL was in a pdf and they copied and pasted from the PDF into the online software #not accounting for spaces between the URL that copying and pasting from a PDF introduced #instead of inspecting the URL they just ran it over and over again #hoping for a different result i guess #a lot of them only reached out for help after like 10 minutes of pasting this URL over and over again #yeah...they didn't even make it past section 1 after an hour #so im offering to do a second online office hour thing to help anyone who wants to finish it lol
