Ugh

I finished watching a movie and I hate sometimes older movies don't have much of a fandom or everyone sees it just as "It's the people from The Outsiders movie" so when I see a perfect ship and there's like no content of it like zero

And don't start with a "not everything is romantic it's just platonic" I'm aware of that BUT I just know in a different fandom this would have been a lot of people's otp's

It kills me a little bit just a tiny bit because I know in a different fandom it would have been a popular ship

Okay is it just me or there's something so different about the way the bot talk to say what exactly I do is more like I just keep pressing the send button not typing anything kind of like a whole story go out if that makes sense

I hate sequels and prequels 😭

this is more of a The Mighty Ducks post but whatever.

I just watched The Mighty Ducks and I loved that movie I loved my "Disney princess ending" of the movie but then there's other movies like sequels and prequels to that movie

And honestly I don't want to watch them I just want my happy ending in the first movie BUT if I'm going to join the fandom I'm going to be confused

I just wish movies would just have one so I don't have to sit through more hour or more long movies just to understand a fandom 😭

And I'm not saying the other movies were bad let's get that clear that's not what I'm saying I believe you if you say they're good I just physically don't want to sit through more than one movie if the first one had a really good wrap up ending

Ok let's talk about Steveboy

Honestly I have searched up the ship a couple times but it always felt kind of weird I think the only way for me to kind of get behind the ship (I have not found a fanfic like that) is where Ponyboy turns 18 or 19 and from some circumstance he starts talking to Steve and they realize they have much more in common than they thought they did and actually starts getting along with each other and where the romance actually starts happening is when they're both adults if that makes sense

I've looked through a couple fanfics but the most I've seen is where they tried to make Ponyboy older or just ship him as a 14 year old and it just kind of weird to me

No hate this is no hate to anyone that ships it I just wish there was more of they both end up liking each other when they're both adults and not one of them be underage or almost an adult

Idk maybe I'll just write one we'll see 🤷

I wrote a Poem for school and it had to be about Johnny's death and you had to write it through a perspective like Dally's and I did that but I think I accidentally wrote it like Dally and Johnny were more like lovers than anything so whoops I guess that's what I'm presenting 😅

Remembering that one time we're in our classroom we had the kids from last year's Outsiders about that character papers (if you know you know) and we were watching a really crappy movie one afternoon in class and I literally overhead a group of boys talking about wanting to stab a pencil or aim for Two-Bit's poster in more detail wanting to aim for his eyes

Has anyone ever had that moment where you wish your OC was Canon just so you can write about it in fanfic freely and people wouldn't just be like "Who tf is Kevin?" and I wouldn't have to sit down and explain all my lore about an OC and all the plot details I could just start writing about it and everyone would just understand the character and just go along with it like "Yeah! You tell them Kevin!"

I love Annie but LORD I HATE HER

I love her her design is awesome (specially her nose I fucking love her nose) and her whole story arc is great her personality is great just a great character but oh my God...

I guess it's not entirely Annie but also how everyone just so quickly forgave her???

But with Reiner they're like "Hmm Idk if we should trust him guys"

Either forgive them both or don't forgive them so quickly I don't care If Armin liked her she's still murdered a bunch of people just as much as Reiner!

Reiner was also one though! He went through quite a lot as a child as well I'm not saying he went through more or less they kind of went through the same thing

Annie it's not a "misunderstood character" I get it she's a victim of being a child soldier and that's horrifying and she did not deserve any of that but also...It doesn't make her any better of a person

She was in a crystal for most of season 2 in the whole entirety of season 3 and a little bit of season 4 she didn't really go through much I mean yeah I get it being in a crystal trapped in your mind is very terrifying that sounds like I have personal hell for me but also....I feel like worse things were happening if that makes sense

Annie did too she Didn't have to take the odm gear off but she did. She was just as guilty of Marco's death as anyone else

Don't get me wrong I love Annie and I generally want the best for her but MAN how quickly everyone forgave her! I guess this is not really an Annie problem this is more of how different Reiner and Annie were treated

and also so side note how is everyone so okay with trusting these two people that literally murdered half of their population! I know there were some reason it was something like that but still I would still be a little bit more skeptical I mean they back stabbed them before what's stopping them from doing that again?

I feel like I'm getting off topic but I'm kind of pissed how they never really apologized for their actions maybe they did and I missed it but I feel like they never actually said "Yo I'm sorry for murdering all your people that was very crappy of us"

And I never seen Annie apologize for murdering Levi's squad I feel like she should, I mean she didn't really seem too upset about murdering a bunch of people...Reiner seemed to feel a little more sorry about it then she did

Also Armin why are we trying to get with Annie like I get it you knew her before you found out the whole thing but ain't that a little insensitive just to date someone that literally whole mission was to get y'all killed?

I probably need to end the rant right here before I keep talking for too long but if you read this whole thing thank you and I feel like I probably got some facts wrong but you know late night rants :)
