it was a long day for the nekoma team, they had 2 scrimmages one after another

luckily they had won both of them in straight sets

even still the whole team was tired

everyone knows when you’re tired you let your guard down

as the team manager you had been working hard the entire day taking stats, cheering, scouting, cheering some more

you thought it would be totally fine to run and give kenma a hug after they had won their second game

the rest of the team was too tired to take notice of their manager giving their setter a prolonged hug and went off to the locker room

but kuroo was like “wtf”

tbh he’s a weirdo so after the scrimmage he walked with the two of you to kenma’s house

since they live close to each other kuroo stayed around to see what y’all would do

this man climbed into a tree to see inside kenma’s room

and when he saw y’all cuddling and shit this guy let out a scream and fell from the tree

when kenma came to investigate he only groaned when he saw his friend on the ground rubbing his head

luckily no one was injured

after he recovered kuroo gave kenma a congratulations and then an obnoxious speech about using protection and the struggles of STD’s

I get that Maven betraying Mare in the first book was part of the whole ‘anyone can betray anyone’ thing, but I miss the first Maven so much. Like, dude was a straight up cinnamon roll. I wish there was like, an alternate timeline universe or something where he was actually the guy he was pretending to be in the first book, and we got to see what would’ve happened with the rebellion and all. Maybe Cal could be like the villain or something, or maybe he would also join the Scarlet Guard, or idk, there would just be more Maven cinnamon rollness.

Karasuno first years on the first day of school

first day tmr :( i’m literally going to cry

Tsukkishima would be in an ass mood on the first day because he spent the entire night on the phone with Yamaguchi who couldn’t sleep and called him for the entire night. Both of them would have their summer work done. all of it. even the optional stuff.

Hinata didn’t know there was summer homework. He blew up the first years’ group chat asking for answers to the questions. He was met with Kageyama also asking for help on questions, Tsukki making fun of them by withholding those answers, and silence from Tadashi who was told not to respond by tsukki.

Hinata ended up asking yachi.

Kageyama would be packed for school and would be about to leave his house when he remembered that he needed school supplies in his bag, and not just his volleyball gear.

Yamaguchi would have so many stress dreams before the first day. Every time he closed his eyes he would see himself walking into the wrong room, getting lost, forgetting his backpack… anything you could think of that could go wrong, he’s already dreamed of it.

Yachi would also be freaking out. but in a more productive way. she would’ve had her bag packed for the last week, she’s already somehow found the class syllabus for every class, and is currently freaking out abt what time to get to school.

the last one is the worst. by far. then the whole team is in a sour mood because maddog literally keeps hitting the ball to the back wall imagining it’s his upperclassman’s face

on the bright side, the boys would be your personal secret service

need help with shagging balls? the first years help out, even kunimi putting a little pep in his step

some of oikawas fangirls harassing you? they wouldn’t dare bother you after seeing iwaizumi, mattsukawa, and hanamaki giving them glares that sent them sprinting away

don’t want to walk home at night alone? don’t worry, one of the boys will always walk you home… they don’t tell you they have a calendar in the locker room with weekly shifts

the whole team would treat you to dinner every week as a thank you for your services… they also don’t tell you there’s a running competition going in the team to see who’s restaurant pick you like best

if you walk into the gym with even the smallest frown on your face, it’s the team’s mission to cheer you up with compliments from iwaizumi and oikawa, jokes from mattsun and makki, and i would say piggy back rides from kindaichi. he seems like a piggyback person.

Chronicles of Aoba Johsai’s Manager part 1

I FELT THE URGE TO WRITE AGAIN- so here we go with a new series!! ahhh i’m so excited mainly because i’ve been having aoba johsai brainrot :D also i’m sorry this is so long i forgot how to add a cut into my posts… hehe

pairings: aoba johsai x female!reader

The boys volleyball club at aoba johsai high school were desperate for a manager

it was very tiring having to do all the tasks a manager was supposed to do. it was easy enough to fill water bottles but taking stats? making snacks? the boys had no experience or time to do any of that.

which is why when word circled around the school into the ears of both Yahaba and Kindaichi that a new second year girl transferred into school the two of them RAN their extremely long legs over to the club room after school

here was their chance to have a manager that didn’t give a shit about oikawa because (hopefully) she didn’t know who he was.

the other members of seijou were all on board with the idea and thus a new task was created: recruiting

oikawa immediately suggested that he goes up to the prospect and seduces her into joining the club as manager however he was shut down by the ENTIRE team. they reasoned that you wouldn’t want to accept the offer if it was offered to you by someone who was still injured

he went and sulked in a corner

eventually the team decided on iwaizumi to recruit their future manager as he seemed to be the most responsible and an upperclassman

however the team failed to think of where to find the girl they were looking for and this left iwaizumi with nothing to look for besides a second year girl. a needle in a pile of other needles if you will.

by complete and utter chance you are a very smart person and are taking a corse meant for third years as a second year. this course is one that iwaizumi also signed up for and his eyes BUGGED out of his head when his teacher called you up to the front to introduce yourself

as luck would have it there was an empty seat RIGHT next to him that his teacher told you to sit at

iwaizumi couldn’t believe his luck but then he realized he was supposed to ask you, this mf beauty of a stranger, to join his club after meeting you .03 second ago

then he saw your backpack. your backpack FULL of volleyball keychains and tags from tournaments

and so after class he stopped you from leaving a stuttered out the words “you manager volleyball my club”

smooth iwa. real smooth.

you laughed it off and said that you were actually on your way to ask his club if they needed a manger

the rest of the team was waiting anxiously in the gym for iwaizumi’s arrival and the entire gym erupted into chaos when iwaizumi shows up with you behind him

ahhh ok first part done! next time i think i’ll do introductions and the first practice? so many ideas only two thumbs..

my hero characters and the stuffed animals they would’ve had

bakugo would’ve had a dragon. 100%. he just loved that it had metallic fabric and had a button on its foot you could press it make it roar

kirishima would’ve had a penguin. when he was younger he saw that the penguins feathers kind of looked like a suit. in his mind he assumed suit = gentleman = manly. he proudly showed his mom one day and said to her that when he grew up he wanted to be like the penguin. 

iida would have had two. one was a cheetah. he wanted to be as fast as a cheetah when he was a kid and would research the different types of cheetahs, their max speeds, and how they were able to run so fast. he would’ve also had an elephant that Tensei got him. he was so proud to show it off because his brother got it for him to show his great memory.

todoroki would have had a polar bear. the first time he got his allowance after the “incident” he bought a polar bear to spite his father. in the end, he grew to like the polar bear because it was as cute and in his words “always there for him”. only when shoto was older did he tell him family the real reason he bought the bear. if you look in the right place in his dorm you’ll find his stuffy tucked away.

todoroki when you’re insecure about your body

ik i kinda already did a shorter version of this but this is more of a self comfort post haha.

⚠️⚠️⚠️TWTWTWTWTW plz plz plz do not read if mentions of being insecure about your body, mentions of food guilt, and not eating will trigger you.

i would want todoroki to be the type of guy that would lead you to the mirror when you’re feeling insecure.

ik that might not sound like it would help, but he’d lead you to the mirror and point out everything on your body that he loves and why he loves it

it might seem a bit OOC for him, but when you’re insecure he takes it as the opportunity to show you he cares by using his voice.

when you’re out eating lunch he’s very observant. he can see when you’re feeling like you ate too much or shouldn’t have eaten at all.

i would want todoroki to be the type of guy that would grab your hand at the table so you look up to him, and give you all the reasons you deserve to eat.

todoroki wouldn’t be the guy to go and force you to eat outright, i would want him to be the type of guy that would approach it more subtly like having a cooking date night, taking you out for dinner, actions that would let him make sure you’re eating without being overbearing.

todoroki would be the guy that would give out the meanest glare possible if someone mentioned your body negatively. after a few choice words with that person he would take it upon himself to make sure that the rest of that day was all about treating you like royalty.

at night, if that’s when your insecurities are strongest, he would offer you a spot in his bed, and let you lay on his chest so he could protect you from your own thoughts.

i would want todoroki to be the guy that gives you a locket, a sign of happier times inside it, and a sign of how much he values you

todoroki would understand the high standards you hold your looks to, he would tell you that he knows it’s hard when your mind tells you horrible things about yourself, he would make sure you know everyday how proud he is of you for making it this far, and he would remind you everyday, in ways like holding your pinky in the halls, giving you half his lunch, small words of comfort, how you were the perfect addition into his life.
