i can’t hear patton oswalt’s voice without it activating a sleeper agent in me and it is everywhere. watching spongebob with my little brother, is that jesse?? rewatching gravity falls for the 5th time, oh that’s also jesse. the sex gills from the boys? it’s jesse. the business penguin from bojack, jesse. his voice has a dedicated lobe in my brain that makes me unable to separate patton oswalt’s voice from the role of jesse. the only way to repair my psyche is for him to retire
