Welcome to Hogwarts, Jennifer!

With a smirk spread on the girl’s lips she hurried down the corridor out of sight. It wasn’t everyday that she was able to see one of Grinch’s’ plans blow up in his face. She usually heard that kind of information second hand and couldn’t wait till she can run into him again and casually bring the subject up. She’d probably do it in front of less people though, if Max was with him, which was most likely, after all he was kind to her for the most part. She didn’t really understand the relationship between the two but she didn’t mind not knowing, it was probably too complicated for her liking. As she walked through the halls she smiled and waved to many students whom she had gotten to know and like, which was to be honest, quite a few. Finally getting to her original destination after she had made a bit of a detour when she heard Grinch’s voice earlier, she settled in her usual seat at the great hall with her group of friends at the Gryffindor table.

Cindy laughed and smirked, making the sarcastic comments and keeping the mood light as some worried about class and others that wanted to ditch. She was a good at keeping the mood balanced, she never tended to tilt one side or the other too often. It’s was probably why she had a variety when it came to friends, instead of a group of all slackers, teacher’s pet, ass holes or happy go lucky type of people she had friends from all those types. If anything the key was openness, without being open you couldn’t get through everyone.  As they were all about finished, Cindy along with some of her friends were on their way to NEWT level of muggle studies before she noticed a hooded figure that slipped past a corridor. With curiosity getting the best of her she told her friends that she forgot her book and would meet them there before going over to where she thought the man- or whoever it was went. She walked carefully and quietly before turning a corridor, running head on to if she hadn’t known better she would have thought the person was a wall by how hard she stumbled back. Moving her hair back she slowly looked up to who it was, certainly no one of danger, after all, they were in Hogwarts. Anything else: Nothing at the moment. :)

Max || Slytherin || Pureblood || Sixth Year || FC: Matt Barnes || CLOSED

Much like Cindy Lou destroys your typical Gryffindor stereotype, Max does the same with Slytherin. At first no one really questioned why Max was placed in Slytherin, except perhaps his best friend in the entire world Grinch. Unlike most Slytherins who could hex you in a heartbeat, Max would rather love you and cuddle you. He'd rather be friends than start a war. In fact when he sees Grinch being too mean to someone he patiently waits until his friend is gone and helps pick up the pieces he left behind, though he does it in secrecy so no one ever knows who he is. The one thing a lot of people do, including Grinch, is underestimate Max. Just because the boy is the happiest, most Hufflepuff Slytherin at Hogwarts it doesn't mean he doesn't have a brain as sharp as a Ravenclaw. Often he tries to point out the flaws in Grinch's plans but it only has ever resulted in him getting yelled at or hexed, so he's given up on helping in that part. Loyal to the end Max will stay by Grinch's side 100% for anything and often people are left wondering why. It's not like he has the most friendly friendship with Grinch. The ones who don't wonder about why Max chooses to be by Grinch's side until the end are the ones who assume Max is too oblivious to see what Grinch does to him, and they are pretty spot on. The boy can be pretty oblivious to the world around him and the dangers that world holds. Normally you can find him either with Grinch or hanging around his not so secret close friend Cindy Lou Who.  If not with those two then Max is happily found ripping up the Quidditch pitch.

Dan Grinch || Halfblood || Slytherin || Seventh Year || FC: Dan Flint || CLOSED

Dan or "The Grinch" as everyone else calls him is without a doubt Hogwarts' very own Scrooge.  You'll hardly ever see Grinch with a smile on his face and even less with a pleasant thought in his mind. He's either scheming to ruin Cindy Lou Who's day somehow, involving his only friend Max in his pranks that normally only backfire on him and end up getting him and Max both thrown in detention. That's how Grinch met Roger. The two hit it off right away and it wasn't long before the two had become a force to not be reckoned with when they united, the only downfall? Dan was a halfblood and he had no intentions of telling Roger that. Thus leading his other partner in crime to believe he was a pureblood who just didn't enjoy the social pureblood crowd and that's why he was never seen around. The truth is, he does live in a pureblood home. He was taken in by his two aunts (both his mother's sisters) when he was little due to his parents dying in a terrible accident. His aunts being both pureblooded were the ones that he used whenever he wanted to pass himself off as a pureblood. The only one who knows his secret is Max . Most of the time you can find Grinch setting something on fire or blowing stuff up.

Cindy Lou Who || Gryffindor || Pureblood || Sixth Year || FC: Taylor Momsen || CLOSED

Cindy Lou Who has to be one of the rarest Gryffindor's you'll ever come across. She represents anything by a Gryffindor, in fact even the Sorting Hat had troubles placing our Cindy in a house. With the cleverness of  Ravenclaw, the heart of  Hufflepuff, the spirit of a Gryffindor (that being what won over the rest of the houses), and the mastermind of a Slytherin the girl is all around not someone you'd want to get on your bad side. Though, ironically enough, she doesn't have much of a badside to get on. Despite her 'don't fuck with me' look she enjoys making friends and hanging around people. Her favorite activity involves annoying Grinch. She wouldn't enjoy it as much if she only understood why Grinch always had a thing for picking on her, even when she was the nicest in all the years to him! When it comes to her home life Cindy isn't exactly the most popular pureblooded girl and she could honestly care less about that. Her mind is more on muggles and muggle studies. Normally you can find Cindy wandering the corridors in search for her cuddle buddy Max, her favorite person to annoy Grinch, or just looking for something to get into. If you can't find her there then she's probably in detention, normally being in there for having done nothing except dress in a fashion that her professors didn't always see fit.
