911 ig posted these with the caption:
Do you promise to love us, honor and keep us, in sickness and in health; be faithful to us as long as we both shall live? If so, say, “I do.”

I am the anon who asked what season they are filming and I am actually kind of shocked that they are still filming the current season after it has already started airing. Is this normal? Or did the actors strike cause this to happen? I had always been under the impression that shows only started airing once everything is filmed.
This is normal. All shows that air on cable are like this. (Streaming exclusives are different. That's why it takes 2-5 years for a Netflix show to get a new season while there's a new season of broadcast every year).
Them still filming and having a lot more left to film is in part because of the strikes. This show is also just chaotic.
Some seasons they're filming until almost the end of the season (I anticipate this season will be) and some seasons they wrap filming early (season 3 was done filming in February 2020 and finished airing in May 2020)
But yeah, this is normal. All broadcast shows do it. Grey's & Station 19 are already done filming, though, while we're a ways out. Every show is a bit different.

Do we know if episode 8 had begun filming when this interview was being done??
Yes, it should've assuming that ep 8 is the one John Gray is directing.

I think I’ve confused myself but are they working on two different desert scenes? I swear I’ve seen them post the desert stuff and then someone else on the crew posted like different desert? Like one desert is Bobby stuff that we’ve seen and then the other is unknown still? Or are they both related to whatever Bobby thing they are filming right now? I hope this make sense.
It was all the same episode. Might not be the same scene though.

Do you know how the storylines would have gone if A: Lucy came back instead of Tommy? Would her and Buck have gotten together? Or B: if Oliver said 'no' to the bisexual storyline (I know he was going to bring it up to Tim but if he wasn't)? Would Lou have only been in the one episode or would they have just gotten a new person to fly the helicoptor?
Tim said that it was after they had already got Lou to agree to come back that he decided to do the bi Buck story, so Lucy is not a factor in that arc at all. Yes, they would've just brought Lou back for an episode, then probably.
