Yeah... stuff does seem to be going on with him. He didn't talk to us much when we were able to visit him, but he seemed... I dunno. Not like anything was off with him personally, but the vibes felt fake in some way. Maybe someone should check in with him if he gets a break? I don't know who all is close to him around here.

It might have been stress, or professional front, but it still seems like a good idea. And to be fair that may have been a while ago, if the party happened before we ran into you. It's starting to seem like time is a little skippy for us.

"Thing is, he won't take one. This is the first break he's had in a while since he finished the paperwork.

I would agree that it could be stress but... I don't know. Maybe I'm stressed.. It was a pretty good party though."

Astro hummed.

"I suppose it just takes a little while for the camera to set back up after being disconnected... Goob told me he disconnected his camera so he could go to bed a bit ago."

What are you able to describe of Dandy's Dreams by a little bit?

Also, you don't need to answer this question if you want to Astro.

Astro hesitates answering.

"Typically, I don't want to describe another's dream but... I'll relent."

"The dream is dark. Pitch black, even. There's this suffocating vertigo that I can sense. Yet there's nothing there. Not a single thing.

Dreams don't typically have smell, but his just.. smells so strongly metallic."

Astro takes a deep breath.

"But what's making me nervous is that I saw Dandy at the party. Wide awake, celebrating. Yet... I could still sense that dream."

Anything interesting happen for you recently? Or just a normal period of time since we last saw you?

Astro gently sighs with a quiet, "It's alright. Things have been fine, the party thrown earlier has quiet a few toons sleeping so soundly."

He seems unfocused.

"It's weird though. Maybe I'm just tired but... I'm thinking something's wrong with Dandy. His dreams are... hard to make out. They make my head hurt."

Hey Goob? Like, what are your arms? are they mechanical or-?

"A-ah..! That is... a lot.

Hello, I suppose...? Most of these asks appear to be meant for Goob... but I CAN answer some.

For starters, Goob's arms are prosthetics, made with love and care by his sister. You'd have to ask her about the specifics.

Oh... and Goob is uh... not a dog. He's a craft, and though not looking like it he's got some behaviors like a cat.

The bracelets I can hold onto for them...

And... well, you weren't really supposed to see that. Dreams are a private matter. But... no; Looping dreams aren't usually nightmares, and nightmares don't usually loop. It's... hard to explain really.

The dream felt... joyful despite the fact I couldn't see that well into it. It was so dark. I think... maybe Poppy was just dreaming of playing hide and seek? I don't know."

Astro sighs. His quiet steps being the only thing heard as he walked down the hallway towards the kitchen.

Astro sighs, the dream fading as they roll their shoulders.

"I hope Shelly doesn't mind I join her and Cosmo... I could use some company before bed."

Teagan and Poppy watched as the 8 year old played with the rock dog; laughing along with her as Pebble tugs on the rope toy or runs around Toodles in circles.

Poppy glanced at Teagan, noticing the little worry in her eye.

“Penny for your thoughts?” She asked the teacup.

“Ah, just… thinking. Pebble hasn’t seen Dandy in a little while. Even you must notice his lack of energy when he’s not playing with Toodles.”

Poppy hummed, before her eyes lit up with excitement.

“I’ve got it!”

Teagan raised an eyebrow, “Got what, dear?”

Poppy was already rushing out the door, shouting back, “NO TIME TO EXPLAIN! I’VE GOT TO FIND BRIGHTNEY!”

“BRIIIIIGHTNEYYYY!” A running voice came. 

The lamp didn’t have much time to react, quickly squeezed in a tight hug. She grunted as her rear hit the floor.

“Poppy…! What’s got you so excited today?” Brightney remarked.  “I was just talking with Dazzle about the book I lent him.”

Dazzle nervously waved, shrinking back a bit. Razzle, on the other hand, just raised a brow at Poppy.

“Well!” The bubble began, drawing out the ‘e’. “I have a fun idea! Dandy’s been so busy nowadays that I want to throw him a party!! I need your help!”

“A party?” Brightney, Razzle, and Dazzle asked in sync, looking at each other.

Razzle was the first to chime in, “Well, that sounds pretty fun! It’s been a while since we’ve all really been together!”

“I can’t help but have a strange feeling…” Dazzle mumbled. “Would Dandy even like a party…?”

“Of course he’d like a party! He’s been so busy, he deserves a chance to relax and hang out with us again!” Poppy shouted with glee, bouncing in place.

Brightney put her hands on the bubble’s shoulders, calming her. 

“Here. How about this. I’ll go ask Rodger, Teagan and Shelly for their help with setting the party up. Razzle, Dazzle, can you boys handle letting the others know?” Brightney said. When the conjoined twins nodded, she continued. “And you, Poppy… could be the diversion!”

Glisten glanced over at the clock on the wall as he sat with Goob. Though farther away, the mirror could still make out it was only a few minutes until 8pm.

He looks back at the fluffy craft pressed up to him.

"You're looking much better... Perhaps, we should start winding down from these questions? It is getting late after all, darling."

Goob frowned a little, but he could understand why, nodding slightly.

"Rodger, would you be so kind?" Glisten called to the magnifying glass. Rodger walked to the camera, picking it up gently and reaching for something-

<Glisten just runs a hand through Goob's fur. Rodger and Shrimpo share a slightly concerned look off to the side but neither say anything.>

Glisten: "Oh, nothing too crazy. Goob here is just waiting for the medicine to kick in after eating over 10 cookies..."

Goob: "They were sooo good thoughh..."

Glisten: "I never said they weren't, Cuddle-bug."
