Dagon is just Cthullu. It’s not even a question.

Spoilers for the JJK manga
It took a long time to see it but we finally get to see Ryu. It’s actually kinda strange, out of Ino’s summons, all of them manifest in some capacity, like bubbles, or a drill, but Ryu seems to be the only one that’s a summon, like a Shikigami. And like a Shikigami, it seems it can be permanently destroyed?
Tho, it’s interesting to see a Shikigami user(not a cursed spirit manipulation user) not visibly worried or distraught with losing a summon. Megumi was known to cherish his Shikigami like actual people, with a death of one leading him into a state of mourning and Yuta and Rika seem emotionally inseparable(before she made a Rika clone). Maybe it’s because the Auspicious Beast Summon is more so a séance with one of them being a Shikigami summon?
I’m just very curious about Ino’s summons since so much of his abilities have been hinted at with what little time he’s been on screen and while we’ve seen him in action in this “Everyone vs Sukuna” arc, I’m just hoping to see more of him.

I like how Yuji used the same tactic against Choso he used on Hanami.
I wonder if Hanami told Choso about how Yuji fights. It seems in both fights, Yuji engages a fighter with ranged capabilities with a distraction, then closes in with the jumping triple roundhouse kick. Choso was ready for it, but in Hanami’s case, he either didn’t see it coming, or thought he could tank Yuji’s kicks.
The main difference is that Choso had already taken some hits from Yuji and understood that any other strike could kill him if he wasn’t careful. Hanami on the other hand had no idea what Yuji was capable of and was partially overconfident after rolling Yuji’s classmates.
From a martial arts perspective, I can’t blame Yuji for using a jumping triple roundhouse to start. With his physical prowess and speed, it’s a great attack against almost anyone, and would catch most people off gaurd if set up correctly (ie a distraction), but I don’t think it worked with Choso since he wasn’t caught off guard. The second he walked into the bathroom, he assumed Yuji was cooking something and was on gaurd ever since. Also, Choso blocking that set of roundhouses just goes to show how good of a fighter he’s become since his time out of the Kenjaku’s test tube.

I’d like to break this down since this is a truly impressive feat in the world of jujutsu:
-Gojo activates his Domain Expansion for less than a second, ie, turning it on and off very quickly. In the series, people rarely modify their Domain Expansion due to a high level of skill and curse energy needed to summon it, let alone modify it in any way.
-Due to the nature of his Domain, an infinite amount of information is surging through their brains, effectively paralyzing them. Infinite Void is so powerful, that 0.2 seconds causes 4 months of paralysis to a human. Since this moment the only character in the series to ever manage this is Mahito, who is only able to do it after his very first black flash and his brain’s potential is at 120%.
- In under 5 minutes, Gojo, on some Honored One shit, straight up butchers about 1000 transfigured humans, and probably would’ve gone for Jogo, Mahito and Choso had it not been for the prison realm trap. The speed Gojo must’ve been running along with the strength he naturally has to nonchalantly rip off heads of transfigured humans(and Jogo) must be astounding. Earlier when Gojo was fighting both Hanami and Jogo, one of them mentioned that even with his Limitless turned off, he was over powering them both with straight hands and energy control.
In short, I’m trying to say that Gojo is him, which is one of the reasons Kenjaku (and Gege) had to rely on the Prison realm. Gojo literally solves most any problem provided he’s aware of it. Kenjaku wouldn’t have been able to start the culling games or get the merger to pop off if Gojo had been in the picture. This is a great way to illustrate the most powerful character, until Sukuna’s rampage.
