Klance Dream/Theory

Ok. So I️ has a really vivid klance dream last night. And it went something like this. They were in the real world and there was a lot of light flirting between Keith and lance but that was it. And then they stumbled upon Keith’s old home. A home he completely forgot about. A home where his mother is. So the whole team went in. Because it was in the real world there was no Galra related stuff but the reunion between Keith and his mom (and in my dream he also had a younger sister) was really joyous and he hugged them. And then they all sat around a table and they shared old times and how his mom would always make him blueberry pancakes. Which is really random but ok. And then the team left to give them time alone. But I️ think they were staying the night because lance said he was going to take a bath. But then it got serious. The three of them sat in the living room and Keith was in a ball. And then he just started talking. Keith started explaining his insecurities to his mom and how he was being bullied and slowly started really hating himself. And he stressed this point a lot. So he said he had to get out. That he couldn’t stay there because he could explain why to his mom and couldn’t come out or tell them what was happening. And he was afraid of what he might do so he left. Then after they hugged Keith said he had to go and literally ran upstairs and found lance in the bathroom. And this kinda confused me at first, but Keith went up to him and kissed him. And I️ was confused still but then lance said, “I️ thought you didn’t want touching.” Or something a long the lines of that. And then there was a weird airport scene and I️ woke up. But what was that? What did lance mean. So here are my theories. I️ think that Keith and lance really do like each other and have probably tried to pursue it but I️ don’t think that Keith (or maybe even lance) was ready. And they are respecting that. But I️ just think Keith needs closure. He doesn’t know who he is or where he belongs because he doesn’t know anything about where he came from. And that’s the closure he needs. And when he finds his mom or sister, he’ll finally get the closure and have the capability to pursue lance and voltron because his head will be clear enough. And I️ think a lot of trust issues originate from his mom leaving and maybe other kids and people who are mean, and getting the closure of finding his mother and talking it out may help his trust issues and give him the ability to trust lance and be in a relationship. So that’s my crazy dream and my crazy ideas. Good job if you read until the end.

Voltron review

I never post but I really love voltron and after thinking on the previous season I have a reflection. I don't have any theories (yet) but that's ok. Ok. First off. Don't read if you haven't watched it. Ok. Here I go. The reunion had me crying. Seeing my child think her brother was dead was really sad. This was a tough season because it wasn't afraid to show death. A lot of shows, especially younger shows, don't want to show the good guys die and the solemn mood that ensues. This really shows the complexity of the show and how it's much more than a kids show. Seeing the memorial and the betrayal within the death of Narti was strong. The complete isolation Lotor found himself in, banished from any form of family, was impactful. It makes his turn away from the Galra empire even more deep and I'm hoping we get a lot about this next season. Next. Pidge. So much character development that made me love her even more. She's more relatable to me now more than ever. A lot of kids watching voltron are the nerd. Which is a great thing we're the leaders. But sadly my middle school experience and I'm sure some of yours really match hers. Which makes her finding Matt so much more important as he was her power source. She was so proud when talking to him and I loved it. And finally. Keith. After his vlog he was definitely distancing himself from the group because of fear of rejection. Being a soldier is mindless. Voltron is teamwork. I just really want him to feel wanted without feeling afraid. But this is so much easier said than done because with my past, I get it. And I just want lance and Keith to explore each other's insecurities, feel safe and wanted, and fall in love in a big happy klance rainbow. Or something like that. Sorry if you read that and was intimidated by my rant. I really like Voltron. 👌

Gay Blogging #1

 Level of gay: Feeling very gay today

As everybody always wants to know on a first post, is name, pronouns, and sexuality. Now, I’m used to living the lie of being a straight female, but because I am now living in the depths of Tumblr under the protection of my cat as my identity, I will be completely honest because why not? (Let’s pretend that wasn’t a run on sentence)

Do you ever just type really fast and end up identifying as gya instead of gay? I do this too often. I’m the type of person to misspell my own name. I have actually only written the first two letters of my name on a quiz because I was too lazy to finish writing it. Oops. 

Anyways.... if you have not picked up on it yet, I am a raging homosexual and have been one since my first crush in 1st grade on this girl who had good handwriting. (I had the best standards). Secondly, I do use the pronouns She and Her, but I have been called others in my life. And though yes, I am a female, I personally hate wearing dresses. Just saying. They do not belong on me.

Lastly, I felt compelled by both a book and all the gay problems of the world to create a place to vent. Knowing me, this won’t last but hey why now give it a shot.
