How will being a channel change or affect my life?

What is a psychic?

Good question! Yes, it really is a good question, because as obvious as the answer may seem, it actually needs to be defined more clearly. I received a call earlier from a woman who was asking about a relationship between herself and a man. I tuned into her energy and called upon my guides to help me tune into his. I received impressions regarding the size of the bond, which clued me into the fact that his heart was not as committed to the relationship as hers was. Sadly, that is the state of many psychic calls, and I must stomach the heartache I feel for the poor soul on the other line daily. Now, upon hearing my verdict that he was not reciprocating her level of commitment, she was rightfully upset. She then asked me, "What is his occupation?" Whoa whoa. Hold up. That's right, she was testing me to see if I was a "true psychic". I did not receive any details about his job from guides nor from the energetic vibration I was tuned in to. When I explained to her that I don't receive specific details of that nature, she hung up on me, convinced that I was a charlatan.

This angered me for a couple of reasons. So let me clarify this once and for all: Psychics can not tell you what city you live in, what job you have, what car you drive, or what the winning lottery numbers are. Psychics are not grabbing random pieces of information from a cloud and reading out loud what they see. Psychics are tuning into the vibrational frequency between two or more people. They are sensing the volume of the connection. They are receiving projected estimates from their high level guides with regards to timing. Psychic readers are not magicians, they are intuitive readers of energetic densities. They interpret symbols that unfold in their mind's eye to give general impressions of the current situation. When a psychic is criticized for not knowing little arbitrary details, the caller is absolutely missing the point and should learn how to talk to a psychic before calling another one.

Psychics are human beings, just like you and me, who have honed their ability to observe energy and communicate with spirits. These spirits are not concerned with technicalities, they are attuned to the big picture. The big picture in a reading about a separation does not include the partner's vocation. This does not disqualify a psychic, and it certainly doesn't make them a charlatan. It just makes them a human being. If you were expecting to talk to a God, you are missing the point.
