Tip for adhd people with a phone addiction, like me.
Theres an app on adroid that puts your to-do list on your screen every time you open/turn on ur screen. Its called Nagging Reminder List- to do. Ive had tons of to do list apps in my life but always forgotten to look at them but this one gives me no choice.

I need a productivity app (to-do + calendar) that doesnt allow me to open most apps in the morning until i log into the app and either look at my goals or set them for the day.
As someone with adhd even with to do lists and apps i often dont go to them bc oooo social media shiny. It would nice to have a productivity app centered around those with adhd or low energy too. (Ex. Encouraging three main goals with "side quests", ability to block apps on routine, actual alarms instead of reminders, fullscreen reminders, etc)

Use the spotify sleep timer to time how long to work on something and how long to take a break for/ to remind yourself its time to get out of the shower/time to go to bed, etc.
Works much better than a short alarm that I turn off and forget about.
Also try working for 52 minutes and taking a break for 17.
