Finally finished!!! Took me long enough...

I don't have much to say, except that drawinf Kairi's Keyblade is a pain in the butt :(

Finally finished it!! It took me so dang long to finalise the sketch of strelitzia! I very rarely draw this kind of angle, so it was a challenge for sure! I think I spent a good 2 hours trying to draw her face right…

Very excited to see what her role will be in KH4! I was a bit sad when I realised she was only in UX for a bit before dying :( but she's back! (kinda…)

I found some flipnotes on an old SD card and it gave me some inspo haha

The character is my Kingdom Hearts oc Etoile. I still haven't totally decided on their full lore, but anything from UX to Days is mostly figured out hehe the design you see in the section with a black BG is their UX design! (hopefully the final one)

Also,, it's not really made in flipnote *audience boo* listen! i don't know how to export from my dsi to PC... And my screen is in really bad shape.. everything was animated in Clip Studio!

WIP

Still in the process of watching UX and that made me want to draw Strelitzia!

I thought it would be interesting to share my sketches, since I changed to composition so much early on

I'm still not totally happy just yet, mainly because of the dandelions in the foreground, but I'll figure something out, right? (×_×) I just used a brush to quickly put them here to see how they look, that might be why they look so out of place haha

Haven't posted in a bit haha I was busy with a commission that took quite a lot of effort to finish

I've also been quite unhappy with my art. I really liked my Aqua drawing, and wanted to make something just as good. I guess i put too much presure on myself and ended up not doing anything out of fear of drawing something bad, or that wouldn't consider good enough.

Honestly, theres some things in this drawing that I'm unhappy with, but It's one of the first time while looking at my digital art that I realised:

Does it really matter if my art is not perfect?

Nope. Not at all. What matters most is the process and the intent behind art, not if it's pretty or not. And that's something I need to keep in mind more, I think.
