i just didn’t have any fuel to draw because of university. my drawing professor made me hate my life <3 but!! i finally sat down to draw voluntarily today, and i’m very satisfied with the outcome~

(do NOT rely on me to draw something as elaborate as he probably deserves, nor expect me to colour this bc oh boy, that’s way above my pay grade)

Redraw I did of an old project where I drew all the Valar with their Maiar as children, kinda following the dropped Valarindi concept Tolkien had of the Maiar actually being the children of the Valar. This was the first one I did for the project, Aulë and young Mairon.

Genuinely don't know what possessed me to draw this but i really did miss digital art lmao. I wanted to test out my design for Aule with fire hair, sort of a symbolism of a forge since he's the valar of craftsmanship. I just started reading the Silmarilion so all of the mistakes to the canon are mine!
