Last year I read the Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern. This is my interpretation of one of the main characters, Celia Bowen. When I read about the Circus’ aesthetic and her character, I definitely pictured her in this House of Worth gown. I made some edits to the original gown design to account for her not wearing sleeves. The book was a delight and so was rendering some art featuring historical fashion.
