Hey all! Here's a preview of the piece I did for this year's @swimonzine!

Swim On is a charity zine that donates all proceeds to FinFree for shark conservation. This will be the 10th (and currently last planned) edition of Swim On, and it's a "pay what you can" zine, so you can get it for as little as $1 -- check it out here!

Animations will be kept relatively simple, and not any longer than 10 seconds. If designs are too complex, I’ll either simplify the design or turn down the commission.

My piece for the first days of Funguary (Celestial, Mycena Subcyanocephala) and Fishuary (Shark)!

The shark I chose was the Blacktip Reef Shark 'cause they're super cute, and I wanted to give it "biblically accurate angel" vibes for 'celestial'. It ended up less 'mushroom' than intended, but hopefully the inspiration is still clear when you see what the actual fungus looks like!

The last is a close-up of the one before it, which is on a 48"x36" canvas and was my first time painting on a big canvas (I had to mix more paint so... so many times)

Art fight attack for @corvicorde's character, Aykobre!

I super love the design of this one, Aykobre is such a cool character and working with the bright yellows was a lot of fun :D
