I have to agree with this, there's a lot in the SSO story that would shine much better in a dark fantasy rather than a girlypop horse adventure. That's just my personal opinion though, probably due to the nature of other media I've grown fond of since being introduced to SSO.

One of the things I've always loved to entertain about Pandoria and the people entering it was the way time is supposed to be an alien thing to the dimension. This always made me wonder whether both Anne and Evergray (maybe Lisa by extension) shouldn't technically be biologically younger. Call it Time dysphoria if you will. Knowing that you have lost years of your life, that you can still live out nonetheless, yet it still creates this gap between you and your peers, you and the time that you could've spent with them but will never have the chance to. Not like it would be all that significant as, say, Pandoria flavoured Oripathy of course, but just enough for some existential dread.

Ever since reading this post, the whole idea about how Pandorian energy affects the human body aside from scarring has not left my brain, so I've been developing a lil idea sort of stemming from it!

The general idea I have at the moment is that Pandoria has caused characters like Evergray and Anne to suffer from chronic muscle tension and pain, since the remaining Pandorian energy in their bodies interferes with the neuron signals in the body (I've termed it Chronic Pandorian Myopathy at the moment).

Since Evergray is much older (and spent a lot more time in Pandoria, leading to the condition spreading to all parts of his body), his condition has much more frequent and more intense flare ups. He almost always carries his staff to help manage it.

Anne, on the other hand, works frequently with whatever the Druid equivalent of a physiotherapist is, and is advised to keep as active as she can. However, when the chronic tension and pain flares up, she uses a cane.

I know nothing of biology, nor do I have any experience with chronic muscle diseases or disabilities: all the research I've done thus far to inspire this idea has come from Google. I would be really interested to see others' additions/developments on this idea!

To say that I love Arknights is an understatement, and re-reading the story recently I got the idea for a very obscure crossover.

I think it's safe to say that Katja is my most drawn character over all (as regards full drawings to say the least)--- last time i covered her eye with her hair - a questionable choice from where i stand now since she's GORGEOUS as is - which didn't occur to me why exactly i chose to do that until I remembered "oh, FrostNova Arknights" I know I know, nothing much in common character-wise, villain and a anti-villain don't exactly walk hand in hand but... you know, they're both very... chill for the lack of a better term ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Now thinking about it, I should've drawn Arturia... yeah man, it should've been her, god dammit xD

I also managed to get a few rounded up on 6000 exactly, which just leaves the bar empty. Guess these guys are not going to see me helping them ever again.

Let me invite you to my inner world 🙏 My mental process that went into this: I have made myself a mask, but what else could i make to go along with it? That's it! A giant fucking sword! It's not the full story, but I'll tell you this much... The extended version makes even less sense xD

Now, when decided that I SHOULD be making a sword, I had nothing to go off of except for the Black Knight theory... and frankly, it was like May and my investment in Genshin slowly waned, because I told myself "hey! no 8 hours of Genshin today! no dc with the pals! you gotta study!" and then I played Arknights instead 👉👈 In fact, while I was "studying" I finished chapters 8-13 in the Main Theme of Arknights... And that's the obsession I have been suffering from to this day :)

The sword belongs to a character named Hoederer... for those who are interested (And I could ramble about him for a long time, but I am gonna try to keep my cool to not scare away the few people that view this xD). All I have is a sword for now, but I am planning on making some horns as well as getting some additional stuff in the future. If I don't go through with that? Doesn't matter, I have a cool sword, nothing beats that >:) As for how it was made? EVA foam, some PVC pipes... I had to pattern it myself, but despite that it turned out pretty nice xD

With retention in the oblivion and Natlan behind the corner, I think it's the perfect time to show off this mask I made! :> (Mainly because it's one of the only things of quality I've been making in the months of my Tumblr hibernation)

You might take notice that the colours are a bit inaccurate, mainly because I painted it based on the Winter Night's Lazzo teaser, which was the only footage of this dude available at the time. I also used a pattern from Etsy, by user NATAcosplaycraft, I believe? Can recommend that one! It was the first EVA foam build I ever did and made things incredibly coherent!

Dunno, thought I'd be doing my man Il Capitano a disservice by wearing it on along with my irreversibly twinkish stature, but after the new Natlan trailer, I suppose that's the least of my problems xD Initially, my plan was to go through with this cosplay and make a "fuller" version, but unfortunately, something came up 👉👈 Something that might or might not be in the shape of a different cool guy from a different gacha game... ^^"

Feel free to stay tuned! I *should* finish my next little project in a short while (this time for real) and show up with the result! But you don't have to, I am sure nothing bad will happen >:)

What's this, Cassadee AFK Journey fanart? 🤨 Ughh... sometimes hate myself for not drawing enough and ESPECIALLY not drawing my own thing--- BUT I was stolen by the colours and pretty designs and pretty style of the game 👉 👈 I've used it to cope with my recent endeavours 👉 👈

They're also having a fanart contest? So that was like the initial motivator and reason... But apparently, you have to post your work on insta or twitter so i ain't getting those participation rewards am i? NAAAH it will be FINE! They said 'should' not 'has to' >:) In the end it's just in game currency--- maybe the real prize was the art made along the way! And BOY do i like it :>> ...kinda... then i saw the time it took me to do ._.

Another reason was that--- i have an assignment to record a video and cut it and my procrastinating ass concluded that reccording myseld drawing and then cutting 16 hours of drawing footage mixed with chatting, playing videogame, watching youtube and occasional breaks (in which i didn't stop recording) was a good idea ^^"

For Montana it's her moms dying and her magic getting corrupted through some event (it doesn't have to be bc she's trying to rescue Justin since she does have the corruption in the Catherine lives au, too, where Justin doesn't go to meet Mr. Sands)
