My take on Upamanyu's #drawthisinyourstyle challenge of #wadethefilm . The beautiful bunch at @ghostanimation are on a country tour screening their animation films all across. Although I haven't had the chance to watch them yet, I can guarantee they will be well worth your time. So if you can grab a ticket, just do it!

As we moved further upstream, we chanced upon another peculiar creature who apparently seemed to have procured the #catch of the day.

A hunter from Berthelwiem taking his last stand against an alpha werewolf. These hunters are highly trained warriors with weapons coated in silver, wolfsbane and a special chemical that proves deadly against a werewolf attack. They can easily be distinguished by the pelt they wear and the wolf teeth they carry around the waist.

While being hosted by the natives of Umarg, we were fortunate enough to taste some of their exotic dishes. But they proved too much even for Col. Richmond, the toughest among us.

Day 24 - Dizzy

The deep-sea exploration lead by Austrian scientist Tobias Gruber and team accidentally stumbled upon a remarkable discovery; a sculpture bearing a gem, a priceless #treasure unlike any recorded till date. Carbon dating estimated the statue to be thousands of years old possibly from an #ancient civilization that was long lost to man. "It was uncanny! I mean, that thing was just lying there. Buried upto it's torso, in the Abyssal zone, staring right back at us" said one of the team members. A striking fact was that there was no signs of a wreckage or any other ruins nearby.

The natives of Umarg are proficient in using #sling to catch fishes. Pictured is one such guy treading ever so vigilant through the murky waters. I'm pretty sure he wasn't fond of me sketching him though.

Yulia was born with a rare skin disease to a Romanian gypsy couple. By a very young age, her whole body was covered with feathers and her face had mutated to resemble that of an owl. Despite being a #misfit, Yulia was full of life and compassion. (Refer #inktober2017)

Day 16 - Wild

Pictured is a native of Umarg sporting the shells of a Skaqrus as #ornament. The Skaqruses are #wild creatures that lives in rock crevices and inside old tree trunks. They are born without a shell but as they grow up, their backbone protrudes and hardens to form a shell which act as defense mechanism. Skaqruses are a favourite meal of the Umarg natives and are seen wearing their shells around their neck.
