My thoughts on the ending to MHA
So the conclusion to MHA is basically the equivalent of writing a Superman story where he's trying to save a possessed Villain, takes a firm moral stance on not killing when everyone telling him to, sacrifices his powers in a attempt to save him but then that only makes things worse and he then kills him anyways and he's left punished by the story for it, Horikoshi basically wrote a shittier version of Zack Snyder's Superman, and the Toga side of things it's the most bizarre writing because he spends the whole manga not letting any character have a self sacrificing death and talking against the idea multiple times but the only character to get this type of death is the girl who's storyline mainly revolves around dehumanization and not having a place in the world, plus you have Hawks involvement in it and him hyping up Ochako and yet we got nothing from him on it in the epilogue, this is just terrible

Haven't posted a theory here in awhile so I'm going start by defending the most controversial MHA theory, Bakugo is the second OFA user a.k.a Bak U Go

People often dismiss this theory on sight due to the preconceived notion that any form of timetravel will automatically fuck up the story and that the mere idea of Bakugo having OFA is a automatic turn off
If this theory were to come true then the time travel aspect wouldn't be a problem since it would be a one way trip, he wouldn't get OFA from Deku, he would get it from the first, and he would die fighting AFO during his time in the past since we see him in the vestige world
Now to explain how the time travel can happen well you see the manga has already given examples on how it can happen, Eri's father was supposedly rewind out of existence or was he?
Eri's quirk unknown variable that we still don't have a grasp on what it's fully capable of, and combined that with the possibility of quirk singularity shenanigans and quirk awakenings then I don't think the possibility of Rewind sending person back in time is that farfetched
So we have a unnamed guy that looks identical to a older Bakugo, with a unknown quirk that the hint for are the similar to Bakugo guntlets he used, said guy had chapter where he acted like a mature version of Bakugo while doing the same reaching out parallel
During chapter 318 he was the only vestige that wasn't visually worried about Deku because he knew what was going to happen and he throws out a line alluding to Deku needing people he can rely on just as Bakugo shows up
Horikoshi did mention that the characters from the Yakuza arc are characters that will play a important role in the final arc of series, and that'll sure happen if AFO gets his hands on Rewind or even he simply just uses force quirk activation on Eri

Spoiler my thoughts on the end of Attack on Titan
Now that I've had time to fully digest the ending I'm a little more ok with it, it's not good but it's not that bad ether, most of my complaints still stand though
Having Mikasa's arc be about letting go of Eren and then having her spend the final chapter grieving him, having everyone praise Eren after wiping out 4/5 of the planet, all that doesn't sit well with me, and the stuff with Ymir is just plain awful
On the topic of Eren, nothing he did in this chapter is out of character because we never really see much of his inner thoughts throughout the story, Isayama does this to shock the reader with character shifts and story revelations but it ends up backfiring in this ending, this sacrifice would have hit harder if we saw Eren's internal struggle before all this, like most of the emotional weight from this finale comes from Eren and Mikasa's relationship but we don't even know Eren's feelings towards her up until the final chapter
And my biggest problem with the finale is that this ends up being a poor man's Zero Requiem plan, like sacrificing 80% of the population to remove the Titan curse isn't a fair trade, like humanity would have been better off if Eren wasn't "Born into this world", all he had to do was a show of force on Marley and everything would have been fine.
In the end I say it's a 6/10 ending in a 10/10 manga, I'm also half expecting a Rebuild type sequel since the ending of 138 had Ymir looking at Mikasa and it could be possible to have a sequel where Ymir gives Mikasa the option to redo the story and guide Eren down a different path

HEADCANON: Endeavour never took Touya to a theme park so Gigantomachia's path of destruction is his first amusement park experience which is why he keeps smiling like a little girl going to Disney World for the first time
