I can relate to this, OOC. I used to be addicted to Acetaminophen. 500 mg. I was rushed to the local hospital after taking 110 pills. There were 200 pills in the bottle. I overdosed twice while being life flighted to the nearest hospital 4 hours away. They had to intubate me after my heart stopped twice and I wasn't able to breathe on my own. I was being physically, mentally, verbally, emotionally, and sexually abused by my domestic and narcissistic abusive ex boyfriend. And I didn't know what else to do. The only way I knew out was pills at that time. But now, I have been free from my abuser 3 years now, today. And yes, I'm still angry for what he put me through, but I was raised to forgive those who hurt me, but I don't have to forget. What I went through, didn't make me weak. It made me stronger. Even though I now struggle with PTSD from him, my family and friends get me through it. Especially my loving and caring mother.

It’s okay if you still are healing. It’s okay if you still don’t have the peace of mind you want. It’s okay if you still can’t completely forgive yourself for past mistakes. It’s okay to be angry and sad at what happened to you. It’s okay if you are struggling. Don’t compare your progress to other people’s. Don’t be so harsh on yourself. Your feelings and struggles are valid. Recovery takes time, but you will get there. 🌺

-In the end, Grim comes to care about Dwayne, the two developing a relationship based on their mutual trust for one another and love for you.

-Sanderson and Star absolutely adore each other

-Sanderson became lost one night on the boardwalk, and Star had found him and helped him get home to you

-He credits your beautiful relationship with Star to himself

Laddie:
