You can't escape from yourself

Angel looks at her reflection shaking from the voices in her head tormenting her about the past. The voices grew louder and louder making her surroundings feel secluded and adding to the eerie vibes she was feeling. As if she's trapped in a box with eyes judging her. She shakes violently as she suddenly sees her reflection talk to her,

"I'm always watching."

"You can't escape from me."

"You can't let go of the past."

"I'm always with you, Angel."

She was confused. She felt her world spinning. She couldn't understand her feelings. What is this? Fear? Sadness? Madness? She was looking for answers in her reflection. She found her hand moving on its own, writing the word "Die" with a little heart on it as if she was taunting herself. Her hand smudged the red liquid across her face in the mirror as she saw herself smiling at the red tint on the mirror. She says,

"No..."

"No..."

"Who are you?"

"Stop..."

Her vision started to get dizzy as a voice that sounded like her replied to her,

"You can't escape from yourself, Angel."

She then blacked out as she felt herself drowned in her own madness. She can't stop herself. She doesn't understand herself. She was trapped and blinded in her own box of void. There were ways she could change and escape. But she chose not to and gave in to the voices. Her biggest regret.

I hate pain. But for some reason, I kinda liked it when she hurt me. Probably cause I trust her enough to not actually kill me even though I just met her before."

-"According to her, She is my 'bestie'. When I first met her, I had this deep hatred towards her since she wouldn't stop bugging the others and give them some space. But one day, she suddenly approached me and talked to me all day like we were 'friends' which was weird since it was the first time I saw her. I wanted to smash her head against the floor, but I decided to stick around and listen to her talk about her day. Then, after that, she now always comes to me if she has time to just tell me about her day or whatever. She told me about her story and I was dumbfounded. She did all of that for.. my cousin?! Holy moly. I never thought he could pull divas like Nina. Gosh. I wonder how many more divas he pulled. I also admire her for her passion and dedication as I spend more time with her and understand who she is. And NO. I do not have feelings for her."

-"He's a good friend. I like his hatchets; they're both pretty deadly, like him. That guy has some screws loose and I vibe with it. Although I don't talk to him much, he pretty much always starts the convo early in the morning. He's probably the first person in the morning to yell good morning to you if he gets attached to you."

Eyeless Jack and Bloody Angel

The smoke filled the dark alley, and the silence was louder than it seemed. Angel sat on the dirty ground, staring into nothingness and wondering what she should do next. She exhaled a cloud of smoke and mumbled to herself, "What should I do now?"

Distracted by her thoughts, she didn’t immediately notice the eyeless man sitting beside her. He stared at her for a moment before taking the cigar from her hand and throwing it against the wall. She glared at him and grabbed the collar of his black jacket.

"That was a perfectly good cigar!" she protested.

Jack raised his hands in surrender, not daring to fight back. He calmly explained, "Calm down. You know that cigarettes can cause cancer, right? You should be mindful of what you put in your mouth before consuming it, human."

She released him roughly, causing his back to hit the wall, though not hard enough to hurt. With a sigh, she retorted, "You should mind your business, 'No Eyes.'"

Jack felt offended by the nickname but chose not to argue. Instead, he asked her, "I heard you and Nina fought over a misunderstanding earlier. Is that true?"

He tilted his head, curious about her response. She rolled her eyes and said, "No, it wasn’t a 'misunderstanding.' She stole my kill by luring my victim with her seduction skills."

Jack chuckled at her response, resting his head against the wall behind him. "Only that? That seems childish. Typical 'besties' behavior."

She groaned in annoyance. "Ugh. For the last time, Nina and I are not 'besties.' We're just acquaintances."

Jack teasingly corrected her, "Who are 'close' with each other. Heck, I even mistake you guys for lesbian lovers."

Angel stared at him as though he had just insulted her entire lineage. "L-lovers? What makes you think that?!"

Embarrassment flushed through her while Jack laughed at her reaction. "Well, you guys are close. You even let her dress you up like a 'pretty princess.' You never let anyone do that to you; you always prefer to be left alone, ever since the first day you got recruited by the operator."

Her annoyance grew, but she couldn’t deny the truth in his words. She looked away and mumbled, "She... is bubbly. She's nice to hang around with. I don’t get why others hate her, but she’s a good acquaintance… I guess?"

Jack chuckled again. "Well, we certainly don’t hate her. But sometimes she just crosses the line, which makes us fume with anger. So..."

She glanced back at him and said, "I have to agree with that. I used to have a lot of hatred toward her, but the more I spent time with her, the more I started to understand what she wanted. She just wants to be 'loved' and understood by people. She wants to make us happy."

Jack paused for a moment, then smiled beneath his mask. "Alright, Miss Understanding."

She raised an eyebrow at the ridiculous nickname he had given her. Shaking her head, she stood up. "Let's go back..."

She extended her hand for him to take support. He grasped her hand and stood up. "Thanks."

She released his hand and walked further into the darkness, with him following closely behind.

[So what happened is that their clean-up plan that the operator ordered did not go well because Toby's bipolar acted up and killed two hostages, another hostage tried to attack Toby but ended up getting killed by Angel with a crowbar. (Don't mind Angel's pills)]

Background:

Angel grew up as a "sick child," spending much of her childhood in hospitals due to her fragile health. Unable to attend public schools, her neglectful parents took on the "responsibility" of her education. As a result, she had very few friends, except for a special bond formed with her doctor, whom she trusted the most.

Angel lived with her mom, dad, and her pet tarantula. When she was 15 years old, she experienced trauma after witnessing her father kill her mother for being unfaithful to him, which ultimately led to her developing PTSD.

Years later, her condition worsened, causing her to see strange illusions of dark figures. This drove her further into isolation, leading her to abuse herself and neglect her basic needs. One fateful day, she lost control and went on a rampage, attacking her father and killing him with a pan.

To escape the ensuing chaos, she fled into the forest, only to fall into a hole and lose consciousness. When she woke up, she was consumed by confusion; her memories had been erased by a tall figure known as "Slenderman." Transformed into a proxy, she became known as "Bloody Angel."
