25 foods you should swear off eating once you turn 25
You probably thought that as you got older you would be able to eat whatever you want. With no parents around, and your own money in the bank, chowing down on Chinese takeout once a week and tucking into cheese, crackers and wine practically every Sunday evening seems fine, right? Wrong.
Sadly, once you hit a certain age, scientists and nutritionists reckon there are some foods that just shouldn’t pass your lips anymore.
What’s the difference between a cold and flu?
13 amazing facts you never knew about coffee
Coke
It’s been found to reduce sperm count, so isn’t ideal for men to knock back if they’re starting to think about having a baby. [Photo: Rex]
Brown rice
In her book “Future Proof Your Skin”, dermatologist Dr Stefanie Williams says that brown rice can make our skin and bodies age prematurely. Best avoided, then! [Photo: Rex]
Sweeteners
Zero calorie artificial sweeteners can trick our brains into thinking sugar’s been consumed, causing our bodies to produce insulin even though none is needed. Insulin strips glucose from the blood, leaving us with low blood sugar and leads to cravings for more sugar or other carbs. And once you reach a certain age, lots of carb and sugar are trickier for our bodies (and waist lines) to handle. [Photo: Rex]
Black tea
Because a cuppa contains so much tannin, tea drinkers don’t get off stain-free. Add some milk, which contains casein and reduces your chance of getting stained teeth, so you’re not left with nasty looking teeth while you’re still in your 20s. [Photo: Rex]
Canned soup
A study published in 2013 found a link between high blood pressure and skin ageing. Although it’s not known why there’s the connection, it’s probably sensible to start cutting back on foods boasting sodium – a mineral known for boosting blood pressure. And canned soap is one culprit as many of the leading brands contain 40 per cent of your daily recommended salt intake in just one serving. Yikes. [Photo: Rex]
Flavoured yoghurts
Most popular flavoured yoghurts are filled with sugar, which is known for speeding up wrinkling and sagging in the skin. Best to stick to Greek yoghurt and add in some fruit chunks to sweeten it up. [Photo: Rex]
Cocktails and beer
This one’s going to hurt, but if you want to stay fit and healthy you should really avoid alcohol – particularly beer and sugary varieties. Drinking alcohol reduces the quality of your sleep and leads to sugar and carb cravings the next day – which make more of an impact once your pass your mid-20s. [Photo: Rex]
White bread
Like flavoured yoghurt, white bread is teeming with sugar, which the body converts into glucose, a nutrient that damages collagen and other wrinkle-fighting proteins. [Photo: Rex]
Margarine
Butter alternatives like margarine may be less fattening but they’re often made with partially-hydrogenated oils, one of the most common trans-fats. As well as being linked to heart disease, this type of fat can accelerate the skin’s ageing process by making the skin more vulnerable to UV lights. [Photo: Rex]
Bacon
This might make your taste buds tingle whenever you smell it, but bacon makes skin sag. This is because two thirds of bacon's calories come from fat, with almost half of that being the saturated variety which can cause inflammation that prompts said sagging. [Photo: Rex]
Skinny lattes
Your favourite low fat coffee may be advertised as less fattening than regular coffees, but it’s probably brimming with artificial sweeteners, which researchers say interfere with our body’s ability to regulate what we eat. Not good when you’re nearing 30 and finding it harder than ever to stay healthy. [Photo: Rex]
Soy sauce
This one will be tough to skip, but soy sauce will make you seriously dehydrated – leading to puffy, dark circles under the eyes that seem to get worse with each birthday. [Photo: Rex]
Doritos
Yes, we know they’re delicious and completely moreish (thanks to all the MSG they contain) but that’s exactly why you need to say no to them. A moment on the lips and all that. [Photo: Rex]
French fries
Everything that’s deep-fried in oil is bad for you. It can cause inflammation (that pesky skin sagging story again) and alter your cholesterol levels – which becomes a big deal as you get older. [Photo: Rex]
Energy drinks
More than anything, energy drinks are bad news for your teeth. They tend to damage the enamel eight times more than soda does, leaving teeth looking gross and yellow. [Photo: Rex]
Cereal bars
Lacking in protein, it’s unlikely that cereal bars such as Special K will keep you filled up until lunchtime. Which leads to that 11am stomach rumble… and then all those biscuits… [Photo: Rex]
Oreos
Speaking of biscuits, Oreos appear to be the worst. They're filled with empty calories and waist-expanding fat so should be one of the first things to go if you’re trying to maintain a healthy weight. [Photo: Rex]
Iced coffee
It’s doubtful you drink a huge amount of this in the winter, but be wary of iced coffee in the summer months. Drinking too much caffeine may interfere with the quality of your sleep, subsequently prematurely ageing your skin. And drinking through a straw (as an iced coffee is usually consumed) regularly can cause wrinkles around your mouth to form. A double no-no. [Photo: Rex]
Sugar-free chewing gum
Anything with artificial sweeteners in will actually stop you from losing weight – and damage your teeth, thanks to all of the toxins that stop your liver from functioning as it should. One to kick to the curb. [Photo: Rex]
Pesticide-laden foods
Often the yummiest looking fruits and veg are bursting with pesticides, which can negatively affect your metabolism and hormone balance. Aim to make sure your five a day are organic and you’ll be doing your waist line and skin a number of favours. [Photo: Rex]
Processed meats
A 2014 study published in the journal Epidemiology found a connection between tucking into processed meats such as salami and a lower sperm count. While the meat’s saturated fat content wasn’t to blame, the study authors assume that there’s something that happens during processing that's bad news for a man’s sperm quality – but they don’t know what that is yet. [Photo: Rex]
Microwave popcorn
Seems like a thing of the ‘90s now, so chances are you don’t tuck into microwave popcorn that much anyway, but it’s best avoided as it can be lined with a chemical called perfluorooctane sulfonic acid (PFOS), which has been found to affect fertility and pose a risk of cancer. [Photo: Rex]
Fast food
Yep, you guessed it: Fast food is another age-accelerator (as well as being bad for you in numerous other ways that you probably know all about). There’s a reason why health experts always warn against it! [Photo: Rex]
Red meat
While it’s fine to eat a burger every once in a while, don’t make a habit of eating red meat as it generates free radicals, which damage healthy cells and affect your skin’s ability to protect itself and generate collagen. Opt for white meat and fish instead. [Photo: Rex]
Spicy food
While you can tuck into a vindaloo for lunch if you wish, abstain from eating any super-spicy meals in the evening as they tend to interrupt sleep. And once you’re a fully-fledged adult, you need as much kip as you can get. [Photo: Rex]

Michelle Obama shimmers in Atelier Versace for final White House state dinner
[Photo: Getty]
During her eight year ‘reign’ in the White House, Michelle Obama has achieved a staggering amount. She’s fought for the right that every girl has to an education, she’s dined with world leaders, she’s avoided any romantic scandal and she’s tackled some of the most controversial issues in American history.
In a nutshell, the mum-of-two’s taken the role of the President’s wife to the next level and become an idol for women globally.
But last night she also reminded the world that she’s redefined what the role of the FLOTUS can mean in terms of style.
Hosting her 13th, and final, state dinner, Michelle almost eclipsed her husband in a dazzling rose gold chainmail dress - one of the most wow-factor dresses she’s worn during her time ‘in office’.
The 52-year-old chose the gown carefully - a number by Italian luxe label Atelier Versace, it was the perfect frock to welcome the country’s prime minister and his wife in.
It’s by no means the first time Michelle’s been so considerate of her style choice. She wore a strapless yellow Naeem Khan to host the Indian prime minister, a blue gown by Korean designer Doo-Ri Chung to host the South Korean prime minister and a purple Tadashi Shoji ensemble in honour of the Japanese prime minister.
Tuesday's guest list included a varied guest list, including celebrities, White House staff, senior administration officials, journalists and others, making it seem like the President and his wife were taking the opportunity to say ‘thank you’.

7 days in Thailand: Why the rainy season is the perfect time to visit
[Photo: Getty]
With its palm tree studded beaches, jaw-dropping temples, elephants and delicious food, Thailand is one of those exotic destinations that practically every one of us dreams of visiting. But there are two problems: It’s far away (we’re talking a 14-hour flight) and mighty expensive. By the time you’ve booked your flight and hotel, you’ll probably have dropped nearly a grand on your trip.
But, while there’s no getting around the long flight, there is a way to ensure you save a good chunk of cash on your trip – while still having an incredible time.
The trick is to head to Thailand in the rainy season. Don’t let the thunderstorm-ridden weather forecasts deter you; the country is spectacular during the autumn months. Downpours are few and far between and the temperature is still a glorious 30°C. Trust us, you will come back tanned. Probably burnt.
And because of the threat of rain, both the county’s main cities and popular beaches are almost completely devoid of tourists. Therefore, it’s highly likely that you’ll have an empty seat beside you on the plane to stretch out on – those 14+ hours will whizz by.
Hotels are also considerably more affordable than during peak season. You’ll be able to stay in a four star hotel for the price of a three – or even two – star.
Deciding where to go in Thailand is the tough part. You’ve got bustling Bangkok with all its temples and markets, Chiang Mai in the north of the country and the much-talked about island of Phuket in addition to a whole host of smaller islands.
So, if you’ve only got seven days in Thailand to see as much as possible, here’s our tried and tested itinerary:
Day one: Bangkok
You’ll most likely be jetlagged (jumping forward six hours after a long haul flight is a killer), and the humidity in Thailand’s capital takes some getting used to, so take your first day easy. Hop aboard the city’s easy-to-navigate and wonderfully air conditioned Sky Train and make your way to the former home of US silk merchant Jim Thompson. Surrounded by leafy palms and packed with historical artifacts and lavish furnishings, it’s a great place to start your cultural initiation. Once the sun sets, jump on the underground train and head to the buzzing night train market for a couple of Chang beers, a spot of shopping and some street food with the city’s younger generation.
Day two: Bangkok
Take a local boat down the city’s canals (seeing the city from the water is a must) towards the older part of the city and spend a few hours visiting Wat Pho, the reclining Buddha temple, and the Grand Palace. After, head to Siam Square for a wander around the array of shopping centres and some food. After dinner, soak up the city’s remarkable skyline at a sky bar. Hotel Muse’s Speakeasy rooftop bar, which isn’t quite as pricey as some and has a great atmosphere – not to mention a prohibition era theme.
Day three and four: North Phuket
Catch a domestic flight down to Thailand’s largest island for a couple of days of R+R. Book two nights in the dreamy Maikhao Dream Villa Resort and Spa and escape from it all. Each of the hotel’s 22 villas comes with it’s own pool or you can catch some rays on the hotel’s private beach. You can eat in the hotel’s restaurant or order to your room for some serious downtime.
Day five and six: South Phuket
Take a taxi down to the south of the island and check into Sri Panwa: a sprawling resort right on the southernmost tip that you’ll be hard pressed to leave. From here, you can catch a boat over to one of Phuket’s surrounding islands, pay a visit to the giant Buddha statue or head into town for the afternoon – or you can simply chill out at one of the resort’s numerous pools, treat yourself to a spa treatment and watch the sun set from the wow-factor Baba Nest bar.
Day seven: Bangkok
Head back to Bangkok for one last night before you embark on your journey home. If you’re there at the weekend, don’t miss the legendary, and sprawling, Chatuchak Market, which you can easily access via the Sky Train. Another must-see is the Wat Aran (the temple of dawn), which you can get to via a picturesque boat trip on the city’s main river. If you find yourself with any spare time, try and get to one of Bangkok’s infamous floating markets, where locals sell fresh fruit, vegetables, flowers and other wares on boats. Make sure you take a tuk tuk at some point to complete your Bangkok experience – but settle the price before you get in.

Ballet Beautiful: The Celebs Toning And Honing By Spending Hours At The Barre
[Photo: Instagram/Karlie Kloss]
Anyone that’s ever done ballet will know just how beneficial it is to the body. It’s a great way to get in a bit of cardio, stretching and limbering - not to mention a foolproof way to tone your bod.
Up until a few years ago, it was a form of dance that we all did when we were little and wasn’t considered all that cool. But, slowly and surely it’s become one of the trendiest ways to get fit.
And for such a delicate and feminine dance form, it makes you seriously strong. No wonder so many celebs swear by it...
Victoria Beckham
Who knew VB was such a fan of pirouettes and pliés? The fashion designer admitted on Instagram that she’s gotten so flexible thanks to her ballet-based workouts. [Photo: Instagram/Victoria Beckham]
Karlie Kloss
Taylor’s BFF is a HUGE ballet fan. When she’s not modelling, she’s donning her ballet shoes and at the barre, working away. And judging by her figure, it’s working for her. [Photo: Instagram/Karlie Kloss]
Gigi Hadid
Gigi famously started up ballet to get toned and fit for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show last year. She posted this photo with fellow model Devon Windsor showing the two of them at the barre, getting to grips with the dance form. [Photo: Instagram/Gigi Hadid]
Miranda Kerr
Aussie model Miranda works with Mary Helen Bowers, a professional dancer and creator of the Ballet Beautiful workout, to keep her body in check. [Photo: Instagram/Miranda Kerr]
Misty Copeland
It’s probably slightly cheating to include Misty Copeland in this round-up considering she is an actual ballerina (she was the first woman of colour to score the position of principal dancer at the American Ballet Theatre), but we couldn’t leave her out. Her figure is phenomenal - and she owes it all to ballet. [Photo: Instagram/Misty Copeland]

Meet Pandemonia: The world’s most famous inflatable human
[Photo: Getty/Yahoo Style UK]
The front row at Fashion Week is largely filled with the likes of Alexa Chung, Anna Wintour and Cara Delevingne. But there is one other famous face that’s hard to miss - because it’s inflatable.
Meet Pandemonia: A human blow up doll who’s become a FROW regular at London Fashion Week in the past few years. The creation of a very secretive conceptual artist, no one knows exactly who’s behind the latex ensemble - but it’s thought to be a man.
With her statuesque frame (Pandemonia is over 7ft tall) and, well, inflatableness, the walking art work is hard to miss and has become just as photographed as the real life celebrities at each show.
She’s a regular at Pam Hogg, Ashish and Julien Macdonald’s fashion shows, and even took to the red carpet at the ‘Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie’ world premiere earlier this year.
So, how did a blow up doll become a global sensation - and what’s the look all about? We spoke to Pandemonia about creating a celebrity and life encased in a latex suit.
Pandemonia at the Absolutely Fabulous film premiere this summer [Photo: Getty]
“A few years ago, I was on the London Underground, reading the newspaper,” Pandemonia tells Yahoo Style UK. “It was clear that the news we needed was being pushed off the front page and replaced by the glossy, focus-grouped corporate content that we are all familiar with.
“I thought, wouldn't it be good to put an art work in the ‘celebrity slot’? One that could self-reference popular culture. So I created my own celebrity, one based on the pop aesthetic and fed it back to the media. A sort of existential mystery for all the readers to ponder over on their way to work.”
Pandemonia won’t reveal exactly when the idea of her was conceptualised - “a lady never reveals her age,” she jokingly tells us - but she was first spotted at a Tracy Emin show in London in 2009. Since then, Pandemonia’s travelled the world, causing a stampede in China. “In Los Angeles office workers on Sunset Boulevard emptied buildings to get a closer look,” she says.
Pandemonia’s also rubbed shoulders with a fair few famous faces. She doesn’t think Rupert Murdoch is all that keen on her, but says James Franco and Debbie Harry are “big fans”. Plus, her cameo in ‘Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie’ meant she met Joanna Lumley, who shared a few acting tips.
Pandemonia’s been a Fashion Week favourite for many seasons now [Photo: Getty]
Donning an inflatable suit isn’t your average outfit, but Pandemonia insists she gets a positive reaction wherever she goes. “My look definitely has a visceral effect on people. With that comes a genuine curiosity, sometimes leading to intense interaction. In retrospect, this does sometimes lead to some strange questions: Are you real? Can you breathe? Where do you put your legs?”
Creating each of Pandemonia’s outfits - she has many - is a lengthy business. “It takes about a month to create each look. I construct and design everything by hand. To date, I’ve fashioned around 70 looks.”
But while getting into the suit itself before each event may not take long, staying cool in all that latex is a whole other skill to master. “This London Fashion Week I had to pray for bad weather,” says Pandeomonia. “The fashion gods were smiling on me because after the hottest September in 100 years, the temperature dropped and the rain came just in time. Apologies to those who weren’t waterproof like me.”

Alexa Chung, Jenna Coleman and Cara Delevingne lead the VIP pack at Burberry
This season’s Burberry show was always going to be something special. After all, it involved a brand spanking new venue (goodbye to Kensington Gardens and hello to Makers House at 1 Manette Street), a see now, bye now ‘seasonless’ collection and both the upcoming mens and womenswear ranges.
Plus, with stars such as Samantha Cameron, Alexa Chung and Cara Delevingne sat on the FROW, it was guaranteed to hit headlines. The fashion-forward trio weren’t the only big names to stop by Burberry’s new season shake-up show. Actresses Lily James, Frieda Pinto and Jenna Coleman were also spotted soaking in the brand’s fresh fashion as was actor Nicholas Hoult, models Edie Campbell, Erin O’Connor and Clara Paget and, naturally, Anna Wintour.
Inspired by the spirit of Nancy Lancaster’s interior and garden designs and Virginia Woolf’s novel ‘Orlando’, the seasonless collection the brand showed tonight was historic, cultural and bursting with artisanal details. One key new design showcased was The Bridle - an equestrian-inspired runway genderless bag featuring Burberry’s iconic print and buckle details.
Another top look was a jacket modelled on an 18th century military jacket. Other stand out trends included pyjama tops and a frilly Victoria inspired collar.
And don’t forget that if you liked anything from the collection - and have incredibly deep pockets - you can snap up that coveted item right away. As of 7.30pm this evening, every single item that made its way down the Burberry runway is available to buy. The Regent Street store will even stay open until midnight tonight to give eager fans the chance to get their hands on pieces fresh from the catwalk before the day is done.
But not everyone’s a fan of Burberry’s new business model, which US designers Tom Ford, Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hilfiger are also using.
“It’s a mess,” says Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld. “The reality is that you have to give people time to make their choice, to order the clothes or handbags, and to produce them beautifully so editors photograph them. If not, it’s the end of everything.”
The see now, buy now option that Burberry has offered its fans is just one sign of the avant garde vision that creative director and CEO Chrisopher Bailey has for Burberry. The luxe label was the first brand to shoot a campaign on Snapchat and also teamed up with the social media app to curate a montage of crowd-sourced images and video from fans, models and designers during the SS16 show.
Ahead of tonight’s show, Burberry encouraged visitors to its website to “explore the new runway collection via Facebook Messenger” - another new way of a fashion brand using a social media platform.
It’s almost as if Burberry, which let’s not forget is over 150 years old, is determined not to appeal stuffy and old-fashioned. We wouldn’t dare guess what’s coming next...

A snake, sitar player and plenty of sparkle: Ashish’s SS17 collection brought Bollywood to LFW
We thought we’d seen it all... until we saw a snake take to the catwalk [Photo: Getty]
There's a reason why every Ashish show is fit to burst; it's always one of the best, and most Instagramable, shows on the London Fashion Week schedule. Each collection is fresh, alluring and visually spectacular - and the SS17 range presented on Monday evening was no different.
Both male and female models, including Naelam Gill who opened the show, took to the runway in traditional Indian fabrics teamed with Westernised cuts and shapes. Wonderfully intricate embroidered jackets, billowing veils, glittering full skirts and metallic trousers were showcased among a slogan T-shirt and floral dresses.
Not a high heeled shoe in sight: Models went bare foot at the Ashish SS17 show [Photo: Getty]
Naturally, Ashish put a glittery spin on the slogan tee [Photo: Getty]
Heavy Indian jewellery adorned the models' necks, noses and ears while bells jingled on their bare hands and feet as they walked. Waist-long ponytails were adorned with more bells, jewels and fabric, and worn over one shoulder.
Some models even sported blue and yellow face paint, based on the Hindu goddess Kali.
But it was the little extras that made the show so enticing. Metres and metres of multi coloured lights were strung up across the ceiling of LFW's Brewer Street car park venue, bringing the white space to life and a musician played plinky plonky (for lack of a better term) music to accompany the show.
Models sported blue and yellow face paint on the runway [Photo: Getty]
Ashish Gupta has been a designer to watch since his first LFW show in 2005. Last season, in February, he served up a disco inspired collection, teeming with sequins and multicoloured afro hairstyles. And the season prior to that models quite literally glided down the runway on skateboards.
Like Ryan LO, Ashish, who’s bagged an impressive three NEWGEN awards in the past decade, is a wonderful reminder of just how creative the capital's emerging designers are. Year after year, he crafts a memorable collection that's miles from the biker boots, velvet slip dresses and suede jackets we see so often at London Fashion Week - and that's why we'll be back next season.

Liv Tyler on her Belstaff collection, taking tips from Stella McCartney and celebrating womanhood
We sat down to talk to Liv Tyler about her second Belstaff capsule collection [Photo: Dave Benett/Yahoo Style UK]
It’s easy to see why Liv Tyler’s such a successful woman. Her legendary classical looks are just as striking in real life (despite the early hour when we met today, she was fresh faced and more put together than most of us could ever hope to be), she exudes warmth and is a self-confessed hard worker.
The 39-year-old actress is currently promoting her new Belstaff range; it’s her second capsule collection for the long-standing British label and is a string to her bow that Liv’s obviously proud of. The collaboration began a couple of years ago when Liv produced a Belstaff film starring David Beckham, and the relationship has taken off from there.
“Delphine (Ninous, the brand’s creative director) thought I was a good Belstaff girl,” Liv says, tucked up on a chair in a suite at the Rosewood London wearing a loose blouse, jeans and no shoes. Her trademark locks were left loose around her shoulders.
Liv presented her second fashion collection as part of London Fashion Week [Photo: Belstaff]
It was the “weight” and “history” of Belstaff that appealed to Liv initially. The British label’s certainly got plenty of both - it’s celebrating its 92nd birthday this year.
“It’s always interesting when something has been around for so long and is constantly reinventing itself, taking on multiple forms and shapes,” Liv says. “When I was at Givenchy, it was the same. I was always trying to find a new hat to try on and then Riccardo (Tisci, the brand’s current creative director) came along. It’s magical watching brands evolve over time.”
“You constantly have to find the modern twist. Ask yourself, ‘Who is the modern Belstaff woman?’”. When asked who she thinks that is, Liv admits she considers it to be herself.
“I love being a woman, I completely celebrate everything that’s feminine about myself. But I don’t want to be fussy and I don’t want to be trapped in any way by what I’m wearing. I love that with Belstaff, there’s the perfect combination of the masculine and the feminine, which is so important in the modern world.”
Liv gets very involved in her Belstaff collections – she’s not one for taking a backseat. Right from the word go, she’s taken the lead.
“Delphine and I knew we wanted a floral print,” she says, when describing the SS17 collection. “We wanted a sexy, feminine feel mixed with toughness.” The duo turned to an old Rolling Stones cover, set in the grounds of a castle, for inspiration and also to the fashion spotted at music festivals such as Burning Man. “You want something really gorgeous to wear at a festival, but you also want a great coat to throw on. So, for situations like that, there’s a little cropped, military jacket that almost looks like it could be a bell boy’s outfit and there’s a great, cotton cape that was inspired by one of the archives.” It has an amazing neck you can button up, she adds. Functional, but chic are clearly the fundamentals to the range.
A suede co-ord is a key look from Liv’s range [Photo: Belstaff]
A floral, cropped jumpsuit is another focal point of the collection [Photo: Belstaff]
Despite her lengthy acting career in both film and TV, the mum-of-three isn’t a stranger to the world of fashion. Liv is famously friends with an array of designers and models, relationships that she treasures and loves talking about.
She’s known Stella McCartney for more than 20 years, Kate Moss is another famous face she’s close to and Helena Christenson, too. Sending pieces from the Belstaff collection to her A-list acquaintances is one element of her work as a fashion designer she revels in.
These relationships have enabled Liv to learn plenty about style and design, she says. “I’ve picked up so many things over the years, just by watching my friends in the industry. I’ve always been so observant – everyone in my family calls me the hawk because I notice every little detail.
“I remember when Stella started at Chloé and I would go and watch her designing, that’s when she and Phoebe Philo were working together, and I would just look at how she works - it was the same when I was around Ricardo at Givenchy. Lee McQueen was a great friend of mine and watching how he worked was so inspiring. It’s was so fun to be a fly on the wall and take it all in.”
Liv’s been close friends with Stella McCartney [Photo: Getty]
With a new baby at home - the actress welcomed her second child with partner Dave Gardner in July this year - in addition to her commitments to the film and television industries, Liv would be forgiven for being a little burnt out. But that’s the last thing you could accuse her of. Instead, she appears to be thriving.
“I feel really lucky that I’m getting to do so many exciting things,” she says. “The other day I thought, ‘In the last year I’ve had two babies, designed a collection, I’ve had a TV show, moved to London.’ I’m so happy that I’ve had all of these opportunities – I don’t take any of it for granted.”
Liv gave birth to her first daughter, Lulu, in July [Photo: Instagram/Liv Tyler]
So, what’s next when you’ve already conquered the fashion, TV and film worlds? Liv’s unwilling to say, as she’s wary of making promises and then disappointing fans. Once she mentioned in an interview that she would love to sing with her dad, Aerosmith’s Steve Tyler, and that was the headline.
We’ll just have to wait and see.
