Aradia’s name appears to come from the neo-Pagan goddess (queen of witches) Aradia:

and Megido, the place where a number of religions believe the final battle will take place (the word Armageddon is derived from the Hebrew name for Mt. Megiddo).

Also the name of a known excavation site, referring to her love of archaeology. Her surname is also derived from that of a specific kind of goat, referring to her zodiacal symbol, Aries, the Ram.

HS Canon Fact #9

If one would switch the S and P in Sollux Captor’s name it becomes "Pollux Castor." Pollux and Castor are the two brightest stars in the constellation of Gemini.

It is also worth noting that Pollux is a red giant, while Castor is bluish white, complementing the red/blue duality theme. 

Castor and Pollux were famous mythological twins, which is where Gemini - Latin for "twins" - gets its name.

Oh wow, I only just noticed that you can actually see Joey arrive on Alternia during those last 5 seconds of the trailer. Like, you can actually see her come down in that green beam of light. I can’t believe I didn’t notice it before! Nor did I notice anyone mentioning it. And I also didn’t notice that those beams of lights are actually coming from that hive and not from behind it (you can see that the roof is broken), meaning that that is probably Dammek’s hive! And meaning that Xefros is apparently Dammek’s neighbour from across the street! Also, it seems like Xefros actually sees Joey arriving.

Dammek, the main troll of Hiveswap set to switch places with main human Joey Claire, has some correlation with Dave Strider. This is indicated by his donning of aviator-type sunglasses, affiliation with music, and coined nickname “Strideer” apparently due to his antler-shaped horns.
