update: the email went fine! i talked abt it with my friends and apparently that teacher’s standoffish in all her emails. and i finally looked at the comments on my final draft and they were all good!!! my teacher called my essay “excellent” and she loves my ending and she says it really brings it full circle and also i referenced harry potter and she told me this rly cute story abt the first time she read the books it was so sweet
tl;dr: youve got nothing to worry about, just go do ur thing and youll feel so much better not having to worry about it so much!
