When you are overwhelmed by anxiety before studying because of an imminent exam, just forget about the fact that there is an exam. Just ask yourself this....what is my purpose today? What must I do? Then hear somebody say to you "go to your desk,sit with your study material for a while". If you need patience to sit , then thats your task. To be able to sit for a while focusing. Use whatever works for you - pomodoro, study with me videos, a timer or a cozy place. Don't compare with fellow students or colleagues in case a lot of past time was wasted. Nothing is impossible for God. So start in faith wherever you are at.
