I’m very proud of myself.
We went to casino last night for Mother’s Day and ate there. I had like 2 bites of French onion soup, half a plain salad and a few bites of fries. Didn’t binge, didn’t eat over my cal limit. Woohoo!
Haven’t updated my weight in a little, but I’m 157 now, just a little bit more time and I’ll be a ‘normal’ weight. I lost over 50 pounds now and plan to lose roughly 50 more
I’ve been getting so many people tell me I lost weight and I look skinny now. Ik I’m not skinny yet because BMI don’t lie but I’m close to being ‘skinny’

Day 4 of the 75 medium challenge
I didn’t skip day 3 , I found out my aunt died on day 2 so I let myself process that day. Anyways I did 10 minutes of hiit and 30 minutes of yoga.
Today I did 20 minutes hiit and 25 minute yoga. I feel my energy starting to drain but I’m gonna keep going. I see a huge difference in my appearance already.

Cals: 455 cals - tomato soup, toast, and chicken

I ended up doing a 20 minute HIIT workout and 20 minutes of yoga. I wanted to do more but I had just got yelled at by my bf and was super stressed out. The yoga helped until he yelled at me again, so I might do 20 more minutes of yoga later
I weighed in at 175 lbs today and I’ll be eating salmon and rice totalling just under 400 cals. About 340 cals.
I looked at my progress pic from yesterday and my stomach went down a bit, subtle but noticeable.

Doing 75 hard challenge with Ed Sheeran. I’ll be doing 2 20 minute workouts instead of 45. Ill be doing 20 min HIIT and 20 minute yoga to start
Weight: didn’t wanna weight myself but I’ll estimate 176 lbs
Was good, a bit difficult but what isn’t? Tomorrow I would like to try to do a 30 minute HIIT and a 10 minute yoga.
Will be tracking calories but I have no idea what is for dinner tonight. Whatever we have I’ll be having less then 500cals
