My weight didn’t change for the past 2 days idk what do to

So today i was in a lika Running Sushi yk and AET A LOT und the at home I had rice and chicken but didn’t eat all of it so now I feel extremely bloated und idk normally I would purge yk but maybe I let it in and do like a meta day but if my weight tomorrow be higher then toed I’m gonna cry
