SHOUT OUT TO EVERYONE WHO STILL TRIES TO GET BACK INTO THE SWING OF THINGS AFTER DEPRESSION HIT THEM HARD. THERE ISN’T ENOUGH RECOGNITION FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHO KNOW THAT THEY’RE GOING TO LOSE INTEREST AND MOTIVATION AGAIN BUT PUSH THEMSELVES TO DO STUFF ANYWAYS. YOU ARE FIGHTING A DAILY BATTLE WITH YOUR OWN THOUGHTS AND YOU’RE STILL COMING OUT ON TOP, YOU’RE ALL BRAVE AS FUCK

A good reminder that you don’t have to have an altar to bond to your plants!
How to Communicate with Plant Spirits
1) get a plant…or go find a tree 2) sit near said greenery 3) literally just start talking to it 4) it probably may not talk back this is totally cool 5) come back the next day and repeat 6) make sure it’s healthy 7) sing/play music for it 8) don’t give up 9) share energy with it 10) eventually the cutie will come round and talk back. Most will show you pictures in your head to communicate. Some will even share their energy and aid in your Magick. 11) don’t abuse their friendship 12) protect them

I made myself some runestones. I wanted them to look as though they’d sprung from the woods. They’re made from polymer clay, and fake moss. I’ve always believed that tools you make yourself work better because they already know you, because they came from you.

My Magick Items
(I might actually be a contender for most unorganized witch ever tbh)
Necromancy:
The Backbone of a blue whale
Shells older than recorded history
Antlers of a crippled deet
The Bleached skull of an Impala
Various skeletons and skulls of birds and mice
Two bear skulls
The skin of a mountain lion that tried to attack me
Bullets made of silver
Charged arrows
Antlers of an elk
A talisman made from the first deer I harvested
Graveyard dirt (obtained legally)
Oak seeds that never sprout
Teeth of Gray Wolf
A whelk shell
Natura:
Shells older than recorded history, found in a desert
Driftwood broken by a hurricane
Homemade beeswax candles
Homemade Dyes (also for color magick)
Succulents
2 Bonsai trees, Mirror Opposites of each other
Stones from Dry Riverbeds
Shells infused with the power of the hurricane that gave them to me
Arid plants
Living moss balls
Silver Dragon Betta Fish
(In a separage tank) Black Dragon Betta Fish
Falcon feathers
Several crystals, mined myself
Pages Made by hand
My wand is made from the center of a living ash tree that was hit by lightning and split in two. Many arborealists told me it would die, but I ignored them, took some metal plates, some old railroad pins, some cable, and screwed it back together, but before I did, I cut a wand from the enter.  The tree remains alive today.
(please note that I hunt for my food as I don’t have access to a grocery store, and I have been doing taxidermy for years.  Do not just pick up skulls and bones, have a taxidermist or professional hunter bleach and clean them for you. It’s a safety matter.)
