How did we come to get to this point? How did this even happen? Well…

"Two weeks," you question.

Your husband nods his head as he adds, "Yes, two weeks."

A two-week business trip alone here in your home. You knew that your husband would be taking an upcoming business trip, but you didn't know it would be this long. You anticipated a few days at most, not the entire two weeks. The thought of being alone in the house for that long makes you feel a bit anxious and lonely as you pout.

"I know that look. You're pouting," Seungcheol said with a teasing smile.

In denial, you softly argue, "I'm not pouting; I'm just... not used to you being away for so long," you reply, trying to mask your disappointment. Seungcheol chuckles, knowing how much you will miss him. He then wrapped his arm around your waist, pulling you in close to him. As I breathed in his scent of cherry and sandalwood, "It will be alright. I promise to call you every day and make it up to you when I get back," he reassured you, kissing your forehead.

You knew he was right, but what to do in a house by yourself? You and your husband have always been together. You were first college sweethearts, meeting each other through a mutual friend. Then, the moment you both graduated, he gave the sweetest proposal, and you've been inseparable ever since. But after three years of marriage, this will be the longest he has ever been away. You can't help but feel anxious about being apart for so long, but you have to make the most of it. Maybe you can hang out with your friends more often, or take Kkuma to that park she likes to go to. Perhaps you can finally finish that project you've been putting off. The possibilities are endless. He finished packing his luggage for this journey, and after he was done, you both walked to the door. You could hear tiny steps coming behind you as Kkuma followed closely. You both stopped at the entrance doorway as Kkuma sat there below your feet, looking up with those big eyes. Your husband kneeled down to pet her and show her lots of affection.

"Kkuma. Be a good girl, princess, while Daddy is away. Make sure to look out and take care of Mommy," Seungcheol cooed as he ruffled her hair, trying not to ruin the cute pink bow he placed on her head. He stood up from his kneeling position, and he turned to you, still pouting.

"You promise to call," you assert, looking up at him. Seungcheol smiled down at you, his eyes filled with love and reassurance. "Of course, I promise," he replied before kissing you.

"Don't worry, I will be back before you know it," Seungcheol assured you with a smile, grabbing your face and pecking your lips.

That was nine days ago. And now, here you are, sitting on your shared bed, surrounded by his clothes. In heat.

BANANA FISH [ONE OF THE BEST ANIME I HAVE EVER SEEN] WARNING!! THIS POST INCLUDES SPOILERS

So as a way to start off my 2019 I was dedicating all of my time with watching those series that I never got to watch because of internships. I asked a certain BL Community for recommendations and I got this as one. They told me that the story was originally written back in 1980′s so I was a bit intrigued. I watched it on January 22 but was emotionally damage up until now. So I decided this will be my only way to lessen that damage.

Lemme share with you 5 reasons why you have to watch this anime.

5. THE BANANA FISH

You have seen movies and anime that deals with drug lords and stuffs but this was the only anime I have seen that gave me another thing to be frightened of. The banana fish was expressed to be a type of drug that originated from the genetic mutation of a certain plant and chemical. A thing that is not so impossible from our generation today. And if you think about how Yoshida Akimi Sensei was able to get this idea back from the 80′s is quite frightening. It was like she got a premonition that a drug by the name of Banana fish will exist if not in our current time maybe in the future.

4. THE CHARACTERS

At a certain point in an anime or movie you’ll come to hate one or two preferably the antagonist in the series. But in my case no I did not hate a single character in this story. All of the characters had their fair share of being part of the main protagonist development. They showed both good and bad sides which makes them a bit more realistic after all no person or character should be flawless.

3  PAPA DINO GOLZINE

Golzine or as his underlings call him Papa Dino is the main antagonist of the story so why the hell should he be in this list? It’s because he is the perfect embodiment of how dirty the government is. Yes Papa Dino is the don of the mafia, one that has power over almost anything. But how did he do that? with help from government officials or by threatening them that’s the only possible options. A person who has brains, power, resources and connections. A person who tramples upon those who are weak and poor. A person who doesn’t care if he kills innocent children and people. He is the perfect embodiment of those horrible persons.

2. THE HORRORS OF OUR SOCIETY

Street gangs, corrupt government officials, adults who are too afraid to fight back, human trafficking, child pornography, drug productions, hallucinations, human experimentation, suicide and mass murder. Name all the possible horrors of society, this anime has it. A reason why I came to love it because it isn’t all that fictional. These horrors are real and they exist in our world. We all know about this things but because we don’t experience them first hand we dismiss the fact that some people out there are struggling because of this horrors.

There’s a scene in this anime where the main antagonist was sent to prison and was seen as an object of gratification until some inmates in there raped him. Prison rape is not all that new but because no one can see it except for the inmates, it is regarded as somewhat like a punishment. Now why am I so worked up with this topic?

Putting the anime aside, in our country a bill was passed only recently. A bill stating that 9 year old children can be imprisoned. What’s even more bothering is that we have no appropriate facilities for this children and the least possible option the government have is to put them with adults. Suddenly this anime flashed in front of me. It’s not impossible but if that will be the case with our country then the story of the main antagonist from banana fish isn’t so far from happening.

1. ASLAN JADE CALLENREESE / ASH LYNX

Now I want you all to meet the reason why I’m emotionally damaged right now. Ash, the boy who was raped when he was 7 and had his first kill when he was 8. His mother abandoned him, his father sent him to a far away relative, his brother became a victim of banana fish and had to die. The boy who became a male prostitute at the age of 10 and the boy whom papa dino refers to as his favorite pet. So much for the main antagonist’s back story? It gets worse. He was a victim but was seen as a horrible cold demon who doesn’t care even if he murders a whole gang.

He was made by yoshida sensei like that, a boy who was made beautiful by nature but was made into a monster by nurture. But this monster they call, is still only a child. A child who also wants to be loved. A child who doesn’t want anyone to experience the same thing that happened to him. A child who just wants to protect those that are precious to him. Tbh I was about to be satisfied by this ending but no that’s where the damage takes place. Some would argue that it was the best ending because he at least found peace and love till the end but it was too much for me.

SPECIALLLL REASONN  WHY Y’ALL HAVE TO WATCH THIS!!??

BECAUSE IT’S A FUCKING SHOUNEN AI PEOPLE!! YES NO THERE ARE NO SEXUAL HAPPENINGS BETWEEN THEM BUT THEIR LOVE WAS THE GREATEST. THEY WERE CONNECTED SOUL TO SOUL AND THAT’S WHY I LOVE IT. SO DO YOU NEED ANY MORE REASONS!? NO!! JUST WATCH BANANA FISH AND MOURN WITH ME OVER THE EMOTIONAL DAMAGE THEY BRING.

My Hero Academia OTPSSSSSSSS !!! WARNING SPOILERS AHEAD

Todoroki Shouto and Yaoyorozu Momo.

At first I shipped them because they just looked good together also because you can consider both of them the almost perfect characters with a good back story. But another reason I came to like them being together was because in the manga (SPOILERS PEOPLE!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED), Todoroki was basically all supportive towards Yaomomo in their exercise displaying that he fully understands what Yaomomo is capable of. Now I’m telling you that was a very boyfriendish thing to do.

Jirou Kyouka and Kaminari Denki.

You know how this couple’s bickering is in the anime right? And admit it or not amongst my otpsss they have the most compatibility. Whether it’s with their quirks or personalities, the both of them are well matched. That being said (ANOTHER SPOILER AHEAD!!) their relationship has just gotten even stronger during the culture festival when Kaminari instinctively blurted out how cool Jirou is unconsciously giving her a push forward. Also I just love Jirou’s laugh everytime Kaminari burns his own brain and says Wheyyyy~ hahahahaha

Bakugou Katsuki and Uraraka Ochako.

So during my last post I did ask people which ship is better and so my answer would be Kacchan and Ochako. Many people would argue that Uraraka and Deku would be better but I beg to disagree, in the manga Uraraka’s feelings continued to bloom for Deku in a certain degree that it mostly made her look bad. And the contrast between this two’s personalities has really gave it’s way towards my otp’s.

Midoriya Izuku and Asui Tsuyu.

Yes give way to the green haired couple <3 if you’re asking why Tsuyu and not Ochako? Well, it is safe to say that Tsuyu complements Midoriya’s awkward behavior. What I mean to say is, since she’s a straight forward girl she can easily counter Midoriya’s awkward behavior.

Hagakure Tooru and Ojiro Mashirao.

Now maybe you are all wondering how this two made it in my otp? All I can say to defend myself is that THEY JUST FRIGGING LOOK GOOD TOGETHER. Also because since the start of the anime, Ojiro has always been sensitive to Hagakure’s case. Just think about what could happen if we know what Hagakure looks like but sadly, even with Class A’s attempts in the manga it was still never shown.

NOW FOR THE HONORABLE MENTIONNNSSSSSS AND I HAVE LOTSSSS HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Bakugou Katsuki and Kirishima Eijirou.

I may have said with my last post that I shipped Ochako and Kacchan but of course a Fujoshi can’t turn a blind eye with a BL Ship can we? So yes I ship this crazy bastards together. We have seen it many times in the anime but Kacchan accepts Kirishima as an equal which is a rare case especially given his personality. In the manga a certain instance where Bakugou saved Jirou in their exercise shocked the whole Class B and Kirishima was smiling saying that Bakugou has a good heart they never knew about. The bastard is proud of his boyfriend aww hahahaha

Midoriya Izuku and Todoroki Shouto.

I know I said that I shipped Shouto and Yaomomo but I also cannot overlook the fact that this two has an undeniably chemistry. The fact that Shouto acknowledged Midoriya to be the certain reason why you can change (Said by Shouto towards Endeavor in the manga) is just an overwhelming feat. And please don’t overlook the fact that Midoriya is extra sensitive with Todoroki, in the manga there has been a scene where Endeavor was being beaten by a Noumo and is broadcasted all over Japan, in one panel Midoriya shouted his concern towards Todoroki who was also watching the news. Also, he does’nt see Midoriya as a rival anymore but more of that someone who can boost him up in hard times.

Ashido Mina and Kirishima Eijirou.

Okay so this one might have shocked the hell out of you guys (Especially people who don’t read the manga) but Mina and Kirishima were from the same middle school as displayed in the manga. Kirishima used to envy Mina because of her outgoing personality and strong quirk compared to him, it even reached the point where he was about to give up on his dream of being a hero. But I think unconsciously he wanted to be stronger making Mina one of his stepping stones. Mina also displayed sensitivity towards Kirishima, and she clearly can read Kirishima like an open book. We may never be able to see the romantic relationship between the two of them but I do hope that their relationship becomes more deeper.

Originally I would have added Tokoyami and Asui otp but it’s just that they have minimal interactions even in the manga that it’s hard to keep the feels from their otp from burning out. Also Aoyama and Mina otp but as time pass by I realized the two of them would just outshine each other since they’re both at the spotlight all the time.

So that’s it for My Hero Academia OTP’SSS I just wanna share to you that I would be posting some spoilers in my youtube account after new year. This is for the people who aren’t updated in the manga. Yes I’m spoiling you so you have been warned people. If you have any otp’s that are not in here (Pretty sure there’s a lot of them hahahaha) drop them up so we can also hear you out.

I seriously have so many otpsssssss in this anime but the thing that concerns me the most is that I can’t seem to pick the perfect love interest for our Kacchan.
