i hate how easy it is to gain weight but so hard to lose weight.

i think i should stop setting a limit for myself. just eat as little as possible, avoid food as much as i can, and only track it using my notes app or calculator. when i was 12 this is what i did and i managed to lose a lot in a short amount of time (not sure exactly how much because i didn't have a scale) before my honeymoon phase faded away and i binged for months 😭😭

not doing a food log for yesterday. embarrassing!! but i'm not bloated like i usually am after drinking so either the l@x is doing something or i just got lucky 🙈
