because if you told me this happened irl, i'd tell you you read too much fic and to go touch some grass but instead this actually happened this morning between my two professors. yes, full-grown adult married-with-children men. my ao3 reading has caught up to me irl.
(i kid you not, my aircraft performance teacher looked like the personification of "oh. oh." as he tilted his head sideways in confusion and then it slowly dawned on him.)

Day 23/100 of the 100 days of not so productivity
january 29th 2025
*because i never updated and i never really stayed productive. kinda hate myself for it but anyways*
made some lab reports and shit idky i js dont have energy at all this semester might be the lack of sunlight and foggy slash drab weather or smth but i just can't. on top of it all, my classmates are a bunch of cunts who make everything so uncertain i got super depressed. also winter means my eating disorder doesnt let me eat or study at all all im thinking is how much im eating and not actually focusing on studying
im several assignments behind and shit and never study enough.
i really need some help and signed up for therapy but i never got the call and im just really depressed. its probably the weather but also my mind is a mess.
im gonna try to turn things around this weekend *which im starting by going home tomorrow for a reset because nothing makes sense anymore*
i need to make myself proud and my parents and the few teachers who believed in me and believed i could be a successful adult no matter my behavioral issues because of what should've been obvious to everyone was adhd asf like.....
sorry for the rant. ill try to do better.
the weekend has gotta be for the following subjects:

being good with language in the time of ai is so pathetic. like i have one thing going for me, i write technical stuff very well. and i recently had an assignment that i wrote every last word for all by myself, explaining every climate change graph or whatever in my own words. and then my teacher did an ai check on it. and idk if i should say i'm too cool to be human or something, but it said i had 13% ai content.
i felt humiliated and indignant because what do you mean your ai detector thinks that my 1800-ish words on electro aerodynamics and the battery powered vehicles vs. internal combustion engine debate were not my own when i fucked my ulnar-impaction-syndrome-riddled wrist typing each letter and reading and skimming every single research article myself and adding references using non-ai sources and all?
and it hurt more because propulsion and turbomachinery happens to be the subject that i absolutely live and breathe for.

i love this teacher btw, istg he KNOWS how teaching works and makes his assignments super fun and makes me consider propulsion as my final choice for the final year project. since ive now got to think about specializing too. and maybe have him as my supervisor cause bitch is COMPETENT

Physical Glow Up-
BODY
— 5-10K steps a day.
— 7-8 hours of sleep.
— workout everyday for 1 hr atleast- yoga/stretching/pilates/cardio. a workout may take one hour, but your mood will be boosted for the next 12 hours.
— posture training.
— sunlight exposure after waking up for at least 10 minutes.
NUTRITION
— 2-3 liters of water every day.
— limit your caffeine intake.
— avoid sugars as much as you can.
— high protein diet, pre and probiotics.
— more fruits and veggies (+ green smoothies if you like).
— no junk/processed food/trans fat.
— no eating after 8 pm.
SKINCARE
— be clear on your skin type (oily, dry, combination, sensitive).
— once you're clear, use these accordingly- cleanser, toner, targeted serum, eye cream, moisturizer, sunscreen (≥50 spf).
— keep your bedding clean as well.
— no picking of skin on your lips, cuticle etc.
— gua sha to help improve blood circulation and lessen toxins.
— cold therapy may take three to five minutes of being uncomfortable, but your energy levels will be boosted for the rest of the day.
— remove makeup before you go to bed.
BODY CARE
— shower every day.
— exfoliate 2x a week.
— use body lotion (shea butter/aloe vera gel/coconut oil).
HAIR CARE
— wash hair 2-3x a week
— oil your scalp 2x a week, at least 3 hours before shampoo.

HYGIENE
— brush your teeth 2x a day, clean tongue and the roof of the mouth daily.
— floss daily.

MIND

— keep aside 1 hr of time to read daily! reading a new book may take five hours, but you will keep the knowledge forever.

my sem iv gpa came out btw. its 3.17. it's unsexy asf. my wrist gave up in the finals and i didnt practise enough, but i'd be a bitch if i said it's not miles better than 2.03.

so i have these two super sweet guy teachers who are both really accomplished bitches, each is a phd and each has like multiple degrees with really cool alma maters and they're so so sweet.
one of them teaches aerodynamics, the other teaches materials and mechanics, and they've been friends for nearly all their adult life, and they're so pookie and their friendship is like the sweetest purest thing in a place that has got to be the worst because i study at a military school and shit's pretty strict around here and so they're the freshest breath of air possible.
istg sometimes i js like wish my friendships would last through everything like theirs has. because they've always been rivals at work, esp when they had field jobs leading teams working planes and plane formations, but when they're outside their workplace, they're the sweetest.
idk why i decided to be real yappy ab them but they're so....

i was a pleasure to have in class in that they liked what my brain was capable of.
but i was such a nuisance bc i had the classic adhd personality. i'd sit with anyone and make them awful, so the teacher sat me alone more than once, in a special seat right next to the teacher. my notebooks were always incomplete. i hated written homework where we essentially had to copy shit from the source material. i loved essays and math homework.
