Finding the motivation to put in the effort to better improve how I cope with my mental health. I plan to start slow, my goal being going anxiety free in 30 days.
Right now that feels impossible but it takes 21 days to form a habit. Lets hope I do not break it. To be clear I know I won't be anxiety free. Just reducing the impact anxiety and stress have on my life is enough.
I will not be starting immediately, I have a lot of research to do. Things to factor into my budget ( my new monthly food bill for example). I plan to start an "Anxiety Free" diet. Means I may have to give up cheese! No! Not cheese! My one true love...

You have got to put the work in if you want to cope with your anxiety.
Make adjustments to your diet
Sleep better
Stay hydrated, drink water
Exercise
Make sure you actually have a social life
Have a support system; your friends, family, a mental health professional
Try different coping mechanisms until you find what works best for you
Retrain your brain to think positive thoughts not negative
Be kind to yourself
Do not give up
