Happy Chinese New Year 2025!
Find your zodiac sign predictions below (from Suzanne White, 1976, Book of Chinese Chance):
General. Snake years have often brought catastrophic events. Revolutions, financial depression, and general uprisings resulting from betrayal or excessive spending can occur during these years. On the other hand, these are the best years to take care of one's physical appearance or to start new loves. Studies are also favored in Snake years. So sign up for that course you've always wanted to take.
Rat. Money may be a bit tight for Rats in Snake years. It's time to catch up on your reading. Don't use up all your supplies yet. Try not to lose your smile and keep your nose to your work.
Ox. Insecurity is the most worrying feeling for you. In Snake years, you doubt yourself more than usual. Take your time, think positive, it will pass.
Tiger. Open your eyes, Tiger. And please, don't hang around waiting for things to get moving. Go out. It's your only hope for distraction.
Cat/Rabbit. They think so much! Cats/Rabbits can spend the entire year of the Snake meditating in front of the fire. The influence of the Snake gives them luck.
Dragon. Not quite as good as the previous year. But it must be said that the Dragon is no longer totally in charge of its destiny. The Snake does not wish you any harm. Continue your successes by working just a little more.
Snake. Make plans, dear snake, for a year of rest and love. In your year, nothing bad can happen to you. This truce with troubles is not unpleasant.
Horse. Don't abandon your spouse in a Snake year, you harried Horse. Next year is yours to do with as you please. Give yourself another chance. This is just a difficult time to get through.
Goat. You are not in danger now, valiant Goat. For once, you will not have to guard yourself against disaster or misfortune. The Snake is protecting you.
Monkey. Don't let your guard down just yet, dear Monkey. Smile during work and the struggle for success. There is no point to sulk.
Rooster. Some problem could trouble you, which you would be tempted to solve by simply abandoning it. Hold on, dear Rooster. Things are improving around the henhouse.
Dog. The Year of the Snake finds you deeply absorbed in intellectual pursuits. Snakes have no quarrel with you. Relax your vigilance a little.
Pig. As usual, you will make money grow on the trees in your garden. But the sentimental harvest will be less satisfying. You feel embarrassed. Try to say "no" more often. Maybe you have been too nice lately.

Happy Lunar New Year of the Dragon!
Dragon years often give rise to celebrations and festivals. These are the years for those who dream of great success or brilliant victories over adversity. Because of the dragon's essentially mythical nature, any gains amassed during this year may be fleeting and largely unreal. A lot of work awaits the person who prospers during these crazy years. It's one thing to get to the top, and quite another to stay there.
Rat. These years appeal to the rat's taste for panache and elegance. Dragons love rats. Maybe you'll be chosen to lead the parade.
Ox. Despite what looks like an easy and abundant harvest for the ox in the year of the dragon, it would be wise to keep the yoke hitched to the plough.
Tiger. Tigers can expect the best. Dragon years are powerful and spectacular. Tigers who embark on new projects or continue old ones will prosper under the dragon's influence.
Cat/Rabbit. Your past efforts will come to fruition during the Year of the Dragon, and they may even be recognized. Cats may ride discreetly on the victor's chariot, but will probably prefer to seek refuge from folly by the fireside.
Dragon. The storms have subsided. You have every right in the world to walk your remarkable self down the avenues of success. Make your plans carefully, think things through, then have the brass band attack and throw yourself a few flowers. The year is yours!
Snake. Snakes flourish in the dragon years. They love grandeur and pageantry. The dragon smiles down. The snake stands aside, happy to be a spectator.
Horse. Great years for horses. How could the gregarious horse resist so many joyous ceremonies? Heads up, step into the crowd. Your efforts will be recognized.
Goat/Sheep. Goats gain ground in dragon years. Joyful events appeal to the goat's wild imagination. The dragon invites you to join him in prosperity.
Monkey. The reigning dragon can always use the helping hand of the monkey. When the dragon is on top, so is the monkey. Make the most of it.
Rooster. Good weather for roosters throughout the Year of the Dragon. Dragons find roosters inventive and reasonable. If there are big decisions ahead, make them now.
Dog. The dragon's boisterous pretension may make you feel uncomfortable, and wonder why he's boasting. Although the dragon's speeches may seem insignificant, they may contain surprising news for you.
Pig/Boar. Year of the Dragon festivities can seem like much ado about nothing. Watch from a distance if you must, pig. But take a look. All this dragon pageantry isn't as empty as it looks.

HAPPY NEW LUNAR YEAR
Expect some significant global changes. And in the meantime, our rabbit and cat friends can sit back and enjoy themselves. Parties, teas, receptions of all kinds are facilitated during the years of the RABBIT or CAT. Intellectual activity will be rich and long lasting. Take a class, learn to paint, write, sew. Justice is everywhere. No one escapes the arm of the law during the rabbit/cat years. Avoid clandestine activities. Rabbit/cat children will be happier if they are born in summer.
Rat/Mouse: If I were a rat in a rabbit/cat year, I would hole up somewhere warm and wait until the following January. Rabbits/cats have a crazy urge to get their paws on you. Don't let anyone notice you.
Ox: Things are looking up. But oxen are out of their element. The rabbit/cat smiles at them from a distance but prefers not to get his hands dirty with their tedious chores.
Rabbit/Cat: Good for business. Good for leisure.
Dragon: Dragons entertain rabbits/cats. And they have no reason to hurt their dragon buddies. Nothing to worry about. Applause meters are set very low. Patience, show-loving dragon, it's your turn soon.
Snake: This is a good influence for snakes. Rabbits/cats and snakes have a lot in common. Taste and adornments galore can only encourage the snake to continue its mission.
Horse: This is a good time for horses. In every way - love, business, and social - horses shine.
Goat/Sheep: Aren't you happy? These years are exquisite for you. Entertaining, traveling, good results at work, all will go well for you under the benevolent influence of the rabbit/cat.
Monkey: Business opportunities abound, monkey. Always smile. All is well.
Rooster/Phoenix: Take this year to recover. Keep your eye on the future. Next year will see a huge improvement.
Dog: The rabbit/cat years relax and delight the dog. For once, there's someone else on the lookout for it. Go ahead, dog, have fun. You're protected.
Pig/Boar: Is someone out to get you? If so, just avoid them. Stay away and don't listen, even if the trouble comes from within. The only way to fight back is to say "no!" Your refusal to cooperate will bring you luck.

HAPPY NEW LUNAR YEAR
TIGER years are notoriously turbulent. Political unrest, coups d’Etat, and disasters often strike during these action-packed years. During a Tiger year, no one should jump before carefully considering an undertaking. The tiger, though noble and honorable, gives these years uncertainty and danger. You never know where you will land. Sometimes it is our duty to face our enemies head on. When we least expect a calamity, it appears from who knows where. We need a lot of strength during these times of trial.
Rat: The years of the tiger do not bring the rat that security which he always seeks. He should avoid false situations.
Ox: One year under the influence of the tiger is enough to drive the quarrelsome ox mad. Caution and non-violence should be his motto.
Tiger: For a tiger, there's nothing better than living in a year of the tiger. No matter how big or small the plans are, this is the time to put a plan of action in place. He can't fail.
Cat/Rabbit: Tiger years are not very comforting for the homebody cat. He hates to change his way of thinking or living. Nevertheless, the tiger requires the cat to revise some of its ideas. It is never easy to be a cat in a Tiger year.
Dragon: The tiger may very well hitch its Dragon buddy to a bold venture during his year. Dragons should have no trouble getting attention, and that's what they love most in the world.
Snake: Snakes find the years of the tiger exhausting. There is a lot of hustle and bustle. Perhaps the snake will learn some lessons as an uninvolved bystander.
Horse: Horses can make big decisions in the Tiger years. Changes are the order of the day.
Goat: These are not the happiest years for the Goat. They should take advantage of the fact that no one is watching them to plan their next move.
Monkey: Although the monkey may not feel in the loop, he will not suffer from the tiger's influence. Perhaps he should stand back and observe the scene.
Rooster: The years of the Tiger are tiring for the Rooster. He will need a rest at the end.
Dog: Any tiger awakens the interest of the serious dog. He too will have the opportunity to shine in the years of the Tiger.
Pig: The Pig admires the good deeds of the Tiger. He will gladly participate in the fight.

Happy new lunar year of the Ox!
During ox years, everyone has to get down to work and pull heavy barges. For those who don't like work, the years of the ox can be disastrously barren. Dictators flourish during the years of the ox. Careful to the way you vote. The years of the ox, however, are good for the farmers. Crops are generally not devastated by insects, floods, droughts or marauding animals. Oxes born in winter are safe from trouble and tend to be more jovial than those born during the hard summer labor days.
Rat: The Year of the Ox is not a good one for rats. Remember that rats love to live on the land. The ox does not like poachers.
Ox: Of course, since they’re the one in charge, the Oxen should be very happy during their year. They make their best decisions when their authority is not in question.
Tiger: Tigers don't benefit from the goodwill of the ox. Tigers should not budge and wait for better days because any business is untimely for the tigers during the Ox years.
Cat / Rabbit: While the ox does not directly threaten the cats’ balance, it has little indulgence for their prudish demeanors. If I were you, cats, I would make myself very small. Use your charm to the fullest. 2022 will not help matters much.
Dragon: When it comes to authority, few things affect the fearless dragons. Still, it won't be their best years. Oxen think dragons are false gods. They don't do much to make their lives easier.
Snake: Slow to react, the snake will seem to ignore the authority of the ox. Hold on, snakes. The oxen do not give out beauty prizes while they are on the throne.
Horse: For the horses, the work will be profitable during the years of the ox. But love will dry up and fly away. Beware of irrational decisions based on sentimental disappointments. 2022 will be more to your liking.
Goat: The worst. Pity the goats who like to graze quietly. The ox will come with its plow to turn meadows of the sweetest clover.
Monkey: Whatever the year, the monkeys always manage to get by. They are happy under the reign of the ox. Jesters are useful to the serious king ox.
Rooster: When necessary, the roosters can manage. A year of the ox will see the triumph or the ruin of the roosters. If they work hard, a lot of profit awaits.
Dog: Not your best years folks. You may try to achieve your greatest feats, but the ox will find you at fault. Don't put your situation at risk. Better luck in 2022.
Pig: In the years of the Ox, pigs must adapt to the inclement climate of hard and continuous work. These aren't their worst years, but maybe their least fun.
